  • Israel, Hamas trade blame over deadly hospital blast in Gaza, Biden summit in Jordan canceled

Israel, Hamas trade blame over deadly hospital blast in Gaza, Biden summit in Jordan canceled

    [ad_1]

An airstrike on a hospital in Gaza that Hamas says killed at least 500 people came from the Islamic Jihad terrorist group during a failed launch, Israel said.

“An analysis of IDF operational systems indicates that a barrage of rockets was fired by terrorists in Gaza, passing in close proximity to the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza at the time it was hit,” the Israel Defense Forces said. “Intelligence from multiple sources we have in our hands indicates that Islamic Jihad is responsible for the failed rocket launch which hit the hospital in Gaza.“

Earlier, the Hamas-run Health Ministry said at least 500 people were killed at the hospital. The deaths were the result of an Israeli airstrike, it said.

However, Israel said it was investigating the source of the explosion and said a hospital is not a target for its military forces.

“A hospital is a highly sensitive building and is not an IDF target,” the IDF said earlier.

An additional review and cross-examination of the operational and intelligence systems by the IDF concluded that Israel’s military didn’t fire the rocket, the IDF said.

The Islamic Jihad was responsible for the failed rocket launch, IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said Tuesday.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry posted a clip on X, formally known as Twitter, of Qatar-based Al Jazeera purportedly showing the Islamic Jihad launch a rocket that misfired and hit the hospital.

“The Palestinians are falsely claiming Israel targeted a hospital in the Gaza Strip,” the ministry said. “The thing is, they’re the ones who have a habit of launching missiles at hospitals packed with innocent civilians.”

Israeli Prime Minister pushed back on accusations by Hamas and Palestinian supporters that the IDF targeted the hospital full of wounded people and others seeking shelter.

“The whole world knew: The barbarian terrorists in Gaza are the ones who attacked the hospital in Gaza, not the IDF,” he wrote on X, formally Twitter. “He who brutally murdered our children, also murders his children.”

Gilad Erdan, Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, said the terrorists in Gaza “are not only responsible for murdering Israeli children – they also murder Palestinian children!”

“You’ve seen Hamas and PIJ beheading children. Stop believing these ISIS-like terrorists,” he wrote on social media. “The only ones shooting indiscriminate missiles at civilians are the Palestinians, who have been doing it for years!”

An image that accompanied the post said terror groups in Gaza purposefully place launching pits and posts within civilian areas and in the line of fire, which makes them vulnerable to misfires.

  • How to Choose a Reliable PR Agency in 6 Steps | Entrepreneur

How to Choose a Reliable PR Agency in 6 Steps | Entrepreneur

    [ad_1]

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

If you own a business, you know that reputation is everything. It’s not enough to know what your brand is about and its values – you must communicate all these things to clients, partners and stakeholders. This is where PR places your company on the map and establishes the right communication channels. But with so many names out there competing for clients’ attention, how do you know you’re hiring a reliable PR contractor?

In this guide, you’ll discover six tips to help you choose a professional, result-driven PR agency that will work to effectively build your brand reputation and make your brand stand out on the market.

    1. Look for an agency with a rich media catalog

A long list of media outlets in an agency’s database is not just a sign of extensive connections in the industry. It also means it will be easier for a media expert to select the outlets that perfectly fit the client’s criteria, such as budget, niche and target audience. Let’s break it down with a simple comparison:

Bad agency: Offers you a list of a couple of dozens of media to choose from to publish your story. It’s unlikely you’ll find an outlet that satisfies all your PR needs – even the core ones.

Good agency: An extensive media catalog with outlets covering various industries, reader demographics and geographic regions. No matter what your PR goals are, you’ll be able to find the right place to publish and promote your business.

Related: Why You Need A PR Agency and How to Choose One Wisely

    2. Analyze the media you’re offered to appear in

Remember: quality always beats quantity. Instead of bringing your brand name to the pages of several little-known or low-quality outlets, it’s crucial to focus on choosing a few or even one reputable source. Expert PR agencies live by this rule and would not waste your time and money on publications with little to no impact.

Bad agency: Likely chooses cheaper outlets with fewer readers to save their (not your) budget. They might also conceal what outlets your piece will feature in until the moment of publication.

Good agency: Focuses on results and transparently communicates the selection of reputable outlets, even if it means a higher price. You will be able to make an informed decision and know exactly what impact the PR campaign will have on your business growth.

Related: How to Make the Most of Your Public Relations

    3. Request the agency’s portfolio

Imagine you come to a real estate agency looking to buy a property. An agent keeps pushing you to buy this “amazing” apartment with a “great” interior design and a “fantastic” infrastructure. But they never tell you where the property is or even show you any pictures. That’s what happens if you work with a PR agency that has no open portfolio. It’s a leap into the unknown, often not worth the risk.

Bad agency: Doesn’t have a portfolio. Agents refer to vague NDAs as an excuse, so you don’t really see any examples of the agency’s work and achievements.

Good agency: Shows you real client cases and publications. Better yet, it has a diverse portfolio published on its website, so you can take your time to see and analyze it.

    4. Seek full clarity on price and service-wise

When something is too good to be true in the PR industry, it probably is. So, if you found an agency that offers publications in great media for unusually low prices, it’s reasonable to be suspicious. Always explicitly ask for all the details of each publication. Does it come with special tags? Is it a full-on piece about your brand or just a mention? Try to eliminate all the blind spots.

Bad agency: Sells you a publication marked as “advertising” so that search engines will treat it as an ad, not a piece of organic content. Or will promise a high-profile placement but deliver a brief mention in an unrelated article.

Good agency: Is straightforward about prices and services. Will tell you what page your publication will appear on, whether it will carry any tags, etc. You’ll know for sure where you land.

Related: 10 Tips to Negotiate Like a Boss

    5. Look for diverse contract options

Traditional PR agencies often insist on signing long-term contracts regardless of their clients’ needs. It means a higher price and a lower level of flexibility. What if you can’t afford it consistently due to financial struggles? Or perhaps you will no longer need the PR services in a couple of months. Canceling such contracts can be costly and legally painful.

Bad agency: Pushes you to sign a year-long contract and make a large advance payment and is not fully transparent about the cancelation policy.

Good agency: Strives to be flexible. Offers short-term contracts and is open about the cancellation policy, ensuring you have the freedom to tailor your PR services according to your needs.

    6. Read real client reviews

When choosing a PR agency, it’s smart to see what other clients have to say. Reviews provide valuable insights into how the agency operates, the quality of its services, and whether it can truly meet your needs.

Bad agency: Avoids sharing client feedback or only shows you a few cherry-picked positive cases. Or it has many generic reviews that lack specific details about the agency’s actual performance.

Good agency: Is proud of its track record and will show you a range of feedback, both positive and constructive. Reviews include photos and/or links, feature brand names and real company representatives.

All these tips revolve around one core idea: work with professionals. Just like you’re looking for a qualified doctor to attend to your health, an expert mechanic to fix your car, or an experienced teacher to educate your children, only say yes to a PR agency that inspires trust and shows professionalism. After all, PR is a key aspect of your brand’s reputation and success.

Man dumps wife, 3 minor children in Bulawayo CBD and disappears – Medical Marijuana Program Connection

    [ad_1]

In Bulawayo, a man is alleged to have abandoned his wife and three children in the city center on Thursday evening after picking them up from their rural home in Mt. Darwin.

The woman, whose name is being withheld to safeguard the identity of her children, spent the night with her kids, aged five, eight, and 13, on a lawn outside a residence in Malindela Suburb, after her husband left them stranded.

During an interview, the distressed woman shared with CITE that they left their rural residence because her daughter had been sexually assaulted by her brother-in-law, and her mother-in-law was causing them problems for reporting the incident.

“My husband had been away from home for three years,” stated the visibly stressed woman. “He left to seek employment in Bulawayo. During his absence, his younger brother sexually assaulted my 13-year-old daughter. I reported the matter to the police, and he was subsequently arrested and is currently in custody.”

The woman explained that after the rape incident, they moved out of her in-laws’ home and began living independently. She expressed her concern about her daughter’s safety, given the circumstances.

“My mother-in-law was not pleased with her son’s arrest. She would frequently approach my daughter on her way home from school and pressure her to retract her statement to the police, claiming that she was not raped,” she recounted.

The woman revealed that her husband eventually…

  • Understanding the Latest Trends in the Global Energy Industry | Entrepreneur

Understanding the Latest Trends in the Global Energy Industry | Entrepreneur

    [ad_1]

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

From the energy proposals in the Inflation Reduction Act to new concerns about fuel dependency following the war in Ukraine, it’s been a hectic couple of years for the energy industry, both in the United States and globally. There are several important current trends worth keeping an eye on in 2023 to see how the energy industry, particularly renewables, responds.

Here are several of the most important trends I’ve noticed for renewable energy companies (and investors). These forces are having the biggest impact right now.

Fuel costs remain high, with mixed results for renewables

I expect fuel costs to remain very high, especially natural gas, coal and oil. Global prices have decreased somewhat in 2023, but reports still indicate that energy prices are hovering at an incredible 75% above the average heading into next year. Reasons for this include the war in Ukraine and sanctions against Russia, new geopolitical alignments that have cut oil production, and general high demand in many sectors.

Some nations are focusing even more on fuel production as a result. United States’ natural gas production and exports have increased, for example. But these high prices have also pushed more investment in renewable energy and helped encourage removing some of the older barriers to development. If your renewable energy business is ripe for expansion or new partners, now is an excellent time to develop a proposal and focus on the need for energy independence, regardless of what’s happening in the world.

That also means more competition for renewables, but there’s plenty of room for growth in many sectors and energy transition plans pick up steam.

Related: 3 Ways to Make a Commitment to Sustainability Your Customers Want to See

    Energy storage heats up

The continued growth of renewable energy in 2023 has also led to realizations worldwide that renewable energy storage hasn’t quite been keeping up with demand. In the United States, this trend with a renewed focus on batteries, from EVs to helping regulate solar systems across the country. Japan and China are also working on increasing battery availability.

Batteries are only one part of the supply chain issue clean energy is seeing, albeit one of the most notable. But increased production following Covid-19 is helping reduce these tensions and improve production results. Manufacturers should start looking for better supply options if they’re struggling – things are improving!

Related: Tesla is Quietly Working on a Project to Help Texas’ Power Grid

The nuclear pendulum swings back up

Nuclear energy has been an infuriating prospect for energy investors in recent years. It has the potential to fill an ideal niche in the renewables market and circumvents some of the steep problems involved in transitioning to clean energy. But the public generally hates it, and research is conducted at a snail’s pace. Also, renewed fears of nuclear attack or contamination in Ukraine have not been inspiring for the sector. But there’s also lots of good news.

In 2023, nuclear may finally be ready to assume a key place in clean energy plans worldwide. Germany is rethinking after pulling back from nuclear power in recent years. New plants are being built in Georgia (U.S.), and American research continues to unveil new ways to make nuclear energy more efficient for older reactors and safer for newer models being planned. Turkey, Egypt and China are also investing in new nuclear plants as well. Now’s the time for nuclear to show the role it will take.

States war between renewables and the old guard

This trend is most noticeable in solar states like California and Florida. Still, it is happening in many ways across the U.S. Existing power producers, fiercely protective of their rate management and grid operation, are lobbying hard to prevent consumers from benefiting from their solar use. That includes getting rid of credits from selling excess power and limiting future solar installation opportunities. This underlines the need for the renewables industry to spend time on representation and answering proposals like this with quick, decisive alternatives.

Offshore wind is continuing its march in the United States, with wind companies looking to the 19 GW of offshore wind power working through the permitting phase in 2023. This will unleash a wave of new development in the coming years. Wind is just getting ready for a very eventful decade, but long-term planning is required.

Related: Top Solar Energy Trends To Look Out For in 2023 and Beyond

How clean hydrogen has new potential

One exciting development I noted from the Inflation Reduction Act changes was a new emphasis on clean hydrogen. Also called green hydrogen, this type of hydrogen is safely produced and disposed of without creating a significant carbon footprint. It’s fairly rare in the United States, which uses mostly “gray” hydrogen production. But the IRA includes big tax credits for clean hydrogen, which will likely prompt a mass transition through the United States and open up many new opportunities for carbon reduction programs.

‘Barbie’ Was a Marketing Masterpiece. Here’s Why. | Entrepreneur

    [ad_1]

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

Barbie, the iconic doll that has captured the hearts of millions worldwide for over six decades, was created by businesswoman Ruth Handler, the co-founder of Mattel.

Barbie was inspired by Ruth’s observation that her daughter enjoyed playing with paper dolls representing adult women. Ruth envisioned a three-dimensional adult-like doll that would empower girls to imagine and role-play different professions and aspirations.

The first Barbie doll debuted at the American International Toy Fair on March 9, 1959, in New York City, instantly gaining popularity and sparking a cultural phenomenon.

Over the years, Barbie has evolved to embrace diversity, representing various ethnicities, professions and body types while remaining a symbol of inspiration, creativity and limitless possibilities for generations of children worldwide.

‘Barbie’ debuted on July 21, 2023, to a historic $162 million opening weekend domestically, coming in way ahead of the anticipated $90 million to $110 million and, perhaps even more remarkably, surpassing its $146 million production budget.

But that’s not why you’re here. You’re here because you’ve got your marketing hat on and are wondering, “Is marketing important when launching a product or a service?”

‘Barbie’ reportedly had a $150 million marketing budget. Here’s the breakdown of some of the marketing campaigns:

While the essence of a great film lies in its storytelling, there’s no denying the impact of marketing in propelling a movie to phenomenal success. The marketing plan for ‘Barbie’ definitely paid off because ‘Barbie’ had the biggest opening weekend of 2023 at the US box office.

In the fiercely competitive world of filmmaking, creating a successful movie requires much more than just a compelling script and talented actors.

Over the years, several films have demonstrated the art of investing heavily in marketing to achieve box office triumphs and leave an indelible mark on pop culture. Let’s explore some of these movies that became cinematic juggernauts by strategically investing in their marketing campaigns.

James Cameron’s groundbreaking sci-fi epic, “Avatar,” took the world by storm and revolutionized how movies were made and experienced. With an estimated budget of $237 million, the film’s marketing campaign spared no expense. Avatar couldn’t rely on brand (franchise) recognition to sell tickets, so it came up with an innovative promotional strategy:

    • Imax 3-D screening of the film on 130 screens (16 nonsequential minutes) to raise awareness about the new 3-D technology for four months before the film’s debut.
    • A video game trailer.
    • Mattel action figure set.
    • Partnerships with McDonald’s, Coke, LG and Panasonic.

The efforts paid off as “Avatar” became the highest-grossing movie ever, earning over $2.8 billion worldwide.

    2. The Avengers (2012)

Marvel Studios’ “The Avengers” was a cinematic event that brought together Earth’s mightiest heroes in a colossal ensemble spectacle. Marvel’s marketing team meticulously laid the groundwork for this epic team-up, starting with individual character films like “Iron Man,” “Captain America” and “Thor.”

Marvel orchestrated a 5-year marketing plan by planting seeds for the all-star “The Avengers” movie in its preceding global hits:

    • Iron Man (2008) – gross revenue of $585 Million
    • Thor (2011) – gross revenue of $449 Million
    • Captain America (2011) – gross revenue of $370 Million

If even one of the prior films had flopped, it is likely that “The Avengers” film would not have happened. The result? “The Avengers” became the first film to gross over $1 billion without the help of a re-release.

    3. “Jurassic World” (2015)

Revisiting the beloved “Jurassic Park” franchise after a long hiatus was risky. Universal Pictures, however, made sure “Jurassic World” was a roaring success. With a substantial marketing budget, the studio launched a nostalgia-driven campaign that honored the original while presenting fresh, exhilarating content:

    • JurassicWorld.com — designed like a park, including an interactive map, camera installations and digital tour of attractions.
    • Jurassic World Youtube channel — corporate/educational videos about the park’s staff, videos by Simon Masrani, park founder, on the park philosophy, and collaborations between lead actor Chriss Pratt and prominent YouTube channels.
    • Shazaam app partnership — turned posters into dynamic content.

The film’s marketing campaign paid off spectacularly, becoming the first movie to gross over $500 million worldwide in its opening weekend.

    4. “Deadpool” (2016)

“Deadpool” defied conventional superhero movie norms by embracing its R-rated nature and quirky humor. Ryan Reynolds, who played the titular character, played a significant role in the film’s marketing success. He actively engaged with fans on social media, shared witty promotional material, and even took part in offbeat marketing stunts, like posing as a faux bear for a Russian travel show. Some of the unconventional marketing campaigns:

    • The Emoji Billboard – AdWeek described the billboard as “So Stupid It’s Genius.”
    • Valentine’s Day prank – jokingly released as a romantic comedy.
    • Marketing on Tinder – users would match with Deadpool on the dating app.
    • 3 Hours of Ads – Spike, MTV, and VH1 advertised nothing but Deadpool for 3 hours straight.

The unconventional approach worked wonders, and “Deadpool” became the highest-grossing R-rated film ever.

The success of these movies is a testament to the power of marketing in the entertainment industry. By wisely investing in strategic and innovative promotional campaigns, studios were able to capture audiences’ imaginations and generate unparalleled box office returns. Beyond their compelling stories and visual splendor, these films are shining examples of how marketing can elevate a movie from merely successful to a cultural phenomenon.

  • Restaurants Are Turning Used Cooking Oil Into Biodiesel | Entrepreneur

Restaurants Are Turning Used Cooking Oil Into Biodiesel | Entrepreneur

    [ad_1]

At some restaurants, eating fried food actually helps the environment.

In Miami, craft brewery Cerveceria La Tropical is among the hundreds of establishments that have adopted the practice of collecting used cooking oil to be recycled and turned into biodiesel, the Miami Herald reported.

La Tropical works with the restaurant maintenance franchise Filta, which specializes in environmental solutions for commercial kitchens. Filta comes to La Tropical each week to collect used cooking oil from the restaurant. The Filta technicians either filter the oil so it can be reused in the restaurant or take the oil to be repurposed and turned into biodiesel.

“When we filter the oil, we extend its life so that the restaurants and all these food services will use less cooking oil,” Cristian Nechuta, who runs the Miami-Dade County franchise of Filta, told the outlet. “Once the oil can no longer be filtered anymore, we take it to a recycling facility.”

While Filta charges vendors for its service, the recycled use of cooking oil allows restaurants to use it for about 50% longer than average, Nechuta told the outlet.

Founded in 1996, Filta has 326 locations across the U.S., offering environmentally-friendly solutions for cleaning, recycling, and repurposing materials in kitchens in the food and hospitality industry.

Related: This Startup Is Using Plants to Capture Carbon Emissions

Nechuta’s Filta location doesn’t just work with restaurants, he told The Herald. He also collects cooking oil from local hospitals, colleges, and sports stadiums around the Miami-Dade area. Nechuta added that last year, Filta collected 23,000 gallons of cooking oil to be turned into biodiesel, preventing about 230 tons of carbon emissions.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, biodiesel releases roughly a quarter of carbon emissions than standard diesel.

And it’s not just local restaurants looking to make an impact. Last year, fast food giant Chick-fil-A announced it would be partnering with food manufacturing company, Darling Ingredients to convert its used cooking oil into renewable diesel.

Restaurant Technologies, which provides restaurant services and solutions for top brands like McDonald’s and KFC, has its own cooking oil-to-biodiesel service. In 2022, the company says recycled about 290 million pounds of used cooking oil, reducing about 67 million pounds of carbon emissions.

Uber Carshare Is Launching in North America—Boston, Toronto First | Entrepreneur

    [ad_1]

In 2020, Uber announced it was committing to be a zero-emission platform by 2040, aiming for 100% of trips made on the platform to be in zero-emission vehicles and eliminating unnecessary plastic waste from deliveries on Uber Eats by 2030.

Now, the company is expanding its climate-forward initiatives by rolling out a series of updates and new features that aim to reduce environmental impact on the planet — including bringing its car-sharing service to North America.

Uber Carshare first launched in Australia last year. Users can borrow a nearby car for hours (or days) or let people rent their own cars for cash. Although Uber makes suggestions, owners can pick their own pricing and availability of their vehicles. Fuel is included in the cost.

The car-sharing feature will be available in North America, starting with Boston and Toronto, Uber announced at its Go-Get event in London this week. However, the exact date the feature will be available has not been announced.

According to data from competitor Zipcar, sharing a car reduces carbon footprint by up to 1,600 pounds per person per year.

Other climate-conscious updates announced by Uber were an Emission Savings feature (where drivers and riders can track how much carbon emissions they’ve avoided by taking greener routes), “Green Curbs” at airports (exclusive access to designated pick-up zones at airports for users who opt for Uber Comfort Electric or Uber Green on their way to the airport), and eco-friendly routes (a mapping algorithm that finds drivers routes that are more fuel efficient).

How AI is Helping Society Break Free From The 9-to-5 Mold | Entrepreneur

    [ad_1]

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

As someone who is a huge tech enthusiast, I have been privileged to witness the continuous evolution of technology throughout my career. From groundbreaking innovations like the iPhone to cutting-edge advancements like 5G, the pace at which our world changes never ceases to amaze me. However, amidst this ever-changing landscape, one particular technology has captured my attention and sparked my curiosity: generative artificial intelligence (AI).

Generative AI, at its core, is a remarkable fusion of human ingenuity and machine learning. Its capacity to go beyond our preconceived limits and generate, imagine and produce is truly awe-inspiring. As someone who has always been captivated by the transformative potential of AI in various industries, encountering generative AI took my fascination to an entirely new level.

When I first witnessed the capabilities of generative AI, I was left in awe. It’s almost as if the AI possesses its own inherent creative instincts, blurring the boundaries between the realms of human imagination and machine intelligence. While the notion of machines creating art, music, or writing that can rival human creativity might appear daunting to some, with fears of the automation apocalypse rampant, I think otherwise.

In the 2023 edition of its annual Future of Jobs Report, the World Economic Forum reports that out of the 803 businesses that it surveyed from around the world, 25% believe that the integration of AI tech will lead to job losses, while 50% believe that it will create job growth. AI can only replace humans if you think it will and stop progressing and upskilling alongside it.

The potential for AI to push the boundaries of what we thought was possible is truly inspiring, and that can be illustrated in the way that it can reimagine the 9-to-5 workday.

Related: Why Are So Many Companies Afraid of Generative AI?

    Reimagining the 9-to-5 workday

The traditional 9-to-5 work schedule has long been the standard in the corporate world, but with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), the concept of “clocking in” and “clocking out” is undergoing a profound transformation. AI technologies are revolutionizing work, allowing flexibility, personalized schedules and reimagining the traditional workday.

Every position within every organization holds the potential for reinvention. Accenture conducted a manual assessment of 200 language-related tasks to gauge the impact of generative AI. The aim was to identify which tasks were more likely to be automated or augmented through AI. The results showed that generative AI is projected to influence approximately 40% of individuals’ working hours.

In this article, we will explore how AI is reshaping the 9-to-5 paradigm and empowering individuals to “flex out” of rigid work schedules

Related: How ChatGPT and Generative AI Can Transform the Way You Run Your Business

    Embracing flexibility

Within any given role, generative AI will help automate certain tasks while others will be assisted, freeing up individuals to focus on more meaningful endeavors. Rather than being bound by inflexible schedules, workers now have the chance to embrace flexible work setups that cater to their personal preferences and productivity patterns. Companies can optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes, increasing employee flexibility.

Additionally, there will be tasks that remain unaffected by the technology. The advent of generative AI will also usher in many new responsibilities for human workers, such as ensuring the responsible and accurate utilization of new AI-powered systems. This contributes to creating new job roles like AI system managers, AI ethics experts and prompt engineers.

    The rise of remote work

AI has also played a crucial role in facilitating the surge of remote work, granting individuals the freedom to work from any corner of the globe. The advancements in communication and collaboration technologies, combined with AI-driven virtual meeting platforms, have simplified the process of remote collaboration for professionals.

The flexibility offered by AI-powered remote work helps eliminate the need for lengthy commutes, reduces overhead costs for companies, and expands opportunities for individuals in remote locations. Moreover, AI-enabled remote work allows organizations to tap into a global talent pool, accessing a diverse range of skill sets and perspectives that can fuel innovation and foster growth.

    Redefining work-life balance

The conventional 9-to-5 work model frequently falls short when it comes to striking a healthy work-life balance. AI is helping reshape this paradigm, granting individuals the liberty to manage their time in a manner that aligns with their personal obligations and outside responsibilities. Nobel Prize-winning economist Christopher Pissarides believes that AI can enable humans to work just four days a week.

With the aid of AI, flexible work schedules empower individuals to allocate dedicated time to personal endeavors like quality family moments, pursuing hobbies, or prioritizing self-care activities. By nurturing a more harmonious work-life balance, AI isn’t just bolstering employee satisfaction and well-being but also improving productivity and overall job performance.

A flexible and personalized approach to the 9-to-5 workday

With the continuous advancement of AI, the inflexible 9-to-5 work model is gradually being replaced by a more adaptable and personalized approach. Professionals now have the chance to break free from the confines of the traditional workday structure.

Embracing this transformation facilitated by AI can result in heightened productivity, increased job satisfaction, and a more balanced and fulfilling work-life equilibrium. As we progress, it becomes crucial for individuals and organizations to harness the potential of AI to reshape work hours and unlock the full capabilities of the modern workforce.
