  • Kristen Bell Marks 12th Anniversary by Sharing Dax Shepard’s ‘Kill’ Vow

    [ad_1]

Kristen Bell is celebrating her 12th wedding anniversary by sharing one of her husband Dax Shepard’s more, uh, unusual promises.

“Happy 12th wedding anniversary to the man who once said to me: ‘I would never kill you. A lot of men have killed their wives at a certain point. Even though I’m heavily incentivized to kill you, I never would.’ ❤️,” Bell, 45, posted via Instagram on Friday, October 17, along with a photo of the pair embracing on the edge of a bed.

The pair, who were first linked in 2007 after connecting at a dinner party for Shauna Robertson, the producer of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, got engaged in 2010. They confirmed Bell’s pregnancy with their first child, daughter Lincoln, in November 2012 and welcomed her in March of the following year.

Bell and Shepard, who insisted they would not say “I do”until marriage was legalized for all citizens in California, got married in a private ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse on October 17, 2013. Their second child, daughter Delta, was born December 19, 2014. (Same sex marriage was legalized nationwide in 2015.)

The pair, who are known for their candid social media posts about their relationship, mental health, substance abuse and more, have previously discussed the regrets they have regarding their romance.

“Kristen is a little regretful. She was very active,” Shepard said during a September 29 episode of his “Armchair Expert” podcast.“She was very sexually active, and she wishes she was even more sexually active.”

“I just wish I butterflied around a little bit more,” Bell added at the time.

While reflecting on the pair’s marriage in another September 2025 conversation with Alicia Silverstone, Shepard said he’d only look at his union with Bell as positive — even if the duo decided in the future to call it quits.

“I say this all the time, like, if Kristen and I ever split up, I would only describe this as still an enormously successful relationship,” Shepard told Silverstone, 49, and cohost Monica Padman. “Like, we loved each other to death. We had these two beautiful children. We had this great time together.”

The pair have also been honest about challenges they’ve faced over the years. In a 2019 interview with People, Shepard noted that his marriage has been “work.”

“We definitely had to work really hard at being a couple because we’re both incredibly, painfully stubborn, and we’re pretty much opposites,” Shepard told the outlet at the time. “I was like, ‘That’s the best personality I’ve ever seen on a woman. I need to be around it. I want to be around it when I’m 80, but how?’”

Bell shared similar thoughts while speaking to E! in 2024.

  • James Van Der Beek Shares Parenting Struggles During Cancer

    [ad_1]

James Van Der Beek revealed his biggest parenting regret amid his cancer battle as she shared a new reflective social media post.

The actor celebrated his son Jeremiah in a tribute post uploaded via Instagram on Friday, October 10 to mark the child’s 4th birthday, while apologizing for not being a better father amid his health struggles.

“4 years old today. After 2 late-term losses, we thought we were done. Thank God you knew better,” James, 48, wrote alongside a carousel of photos of Jeremiah, including one where the child was perched atop the actor’s shoulders.

James paid tribute to Jeremiah’s lively personality in the heartfelt post.

“An iron will combined with an innate sweetness. And ALL boy. And as you run around and scream and bang things… all I can think about is how grateful I am that you came to us,” he wrote. “You’ve been particular from the jump. And as your language skills have finally caught up the specificity of your desires, what I’m seeing is a fun-loving, passionate soul who doesn’t think twice about speaking up for exactly what he wants. And for that example, I thank you.”

Continuing the post, the Dawson’s Creek alum then shared that he felt he hasn’t lived up to the standard of father that he believed his son deserved.

“I’m sorry there have been spells where I couldn’t be the father I would want to be for you… where I was too weak to pick you up, throw you around, or even put you to bed… but know that watching you reveal yourself to us has been one of the greatest joys of my life,” he added. “And even though you’re stingy with the hugs… when you do decide to wrap those thick little arms around my neck, it’s like time has stood still and all is right with the world.”

James concluded, “I love you, bubba. And I always will. And all you ever have to do is be you. Happy birthday, my ‘big little boy.’ ❤️”

Katie Holmes, who costarred alongside James in Dawson’s Creek in the 90s, reacted in the comments.

“Sooooooo sweet!!!!!!!” the actress, 46, wrote.

Jeremiah is the youngest of six kids who James shares with his wife Kimberly. The couple also share Olivia, 15, Joshua, 13, Annabel, 11, Emilia, 8 and Gwendolyn, 6. James and Kimberly have also been open in the past about suffering pregnancy losses in November 2019 and June 2020, which James referenced in the post.

The couple, who also share RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, announced the new arrival on September 24 via an Instagram post.

“I hope it’s a girl. I really do. We’re praying for a girl,” Rocky told Elle in a profile published in September. “Our first time, we wanted to know the sex of the baby. The second time, we didn’t want to know. Third time, we don’t want to know until, you know.”

He added, “I feel like it’s going to be a girl. This pregnancy is so different from the other two. You can tell from the experience. I hope it’s a baby girl, man. I need that.”

Meanwhile, Rihanna has previously praised Rocky for his parenting skills in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in February.

The “Umbrella” singer told the outlet that the “greatest thing” about her partner “is seeing him be a dad.”

She joked her only frustration with Rocky when he is performing dad duties is how much the couple’s sons adore him.

“I’m annoyed because my sons sometimes just live for him more than they live for me,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘Did you know who cooked you? Do you know who pushed you out?’ And they love him, but when I see it, oh, it’s the best.”

Rihanna has also spoken candidly about how being a parent has transformed her life.

“It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever,” she told British Vogue in 2023. “You literally try to remember it — and there are photos of my life before — but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far, because … it doesn’t matter.”

For his part, Rocky has been outspoken with praise for Rihanna and complimented her for the positive effect she’s had on his life.

“[The relationship] is going great,” the “Purple Swag” singer said. “I don’t think there’s a more perfect person because when the schedules are hectic, she’s very understanding of that. And when the schedule’s freed up, that’s when you get to spend [the] most time together. It’s all understanding and compatibility.”

Rocky echoed the sentiment in an interview with GQ in 2021 when he referred to the star as “The One.”

“So much better when you got The One,” he gushed to the outlet. “She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. … I think when you know, you know. She’s The One.”

  • Jennifer Aniston makes emotional confession about parents’ bitter divorce in honest interview

    [ad_1]

Jennifer Aniston got candid about her turbulent childhood in a tell-all interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, sharing that her parents used her as a “pawn” in their nasty divorce. The 56-year-old is the only daughter of soap star John Aniston and sitcom actress Nancy Dow, with the pair marrying in 1965 and divorcing in 1980 when Jennifer was just nine years old. “Their divorce was not amicable in any way, shape, or form, and it was a time when there wasn’t a lot of awareness of how to behave for the sake of the kid,” she explained.

“That was the least of [their] worries – it was more, how could they hurt each other? And I was just a pawn.” Despite the pain of her parents’ divorce, Jennifer shared that John and Nancy were “ridiculously funny people” and that she grew up “around a lot of laughter”. Her father was best known for starring as Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives on and off for 37 years, and also appeared in shows like The West Wing, Gilmore Girls and Mad Men.

Meanwhile, Nancy made her name with roles in The Beverly Hillbillies, The Wild Wild West and The Ice House. Jennifer previously revealed to Interview magazine that “growing up in a household that was destabilized and felt unsafe” allowed her to build resilience and learn how to deal with heartbreak. She remained close to her father until his death in November 2022, and even accepted his Daytime Emmys Lifetime Achievement Award that same year.

“This is truly a special moment for me,” the Friends star said. “It’s an opportunity to not only pay tribute to a true icon in the daytime television world, but it’s also a chance to recognize the lifelong achievements of a great and well-respected actor, who also happens to be my dad.” Unfortunately, she shared a far more difficult relationship with her mother, and explained that the divorce had a lasting effect on Nancy.

“She was a model, and she was all about presentation and what she looked like and what I looked like,” Jennifer told The Sunday Telegraph in 2018. “I did not come out the model child she’d hoped for, and it was something that really resonated with me: this little girl just wanting to be seen and wanting to be loved by a person who was too occupied with things that didn’t quite matter.”

Jennifer’s parents John and Nancy were married from 1965 to 1980

Nancy wrote about their tense relationship in her 1999 memoir, From Mother and Daughter to Friends, which prompted Jennifer to cut ties altogether. “I never thought my mom would not know my husband,” she told Diane Sawyer in a 2004 interview for ABC News, referring to Brad Pitt, whom she was married to from 2000 to 2005.

Jennifer and Nancy reportedly reconciled following her divorce from Brad and remained in each other’s lives until Nancy’s passing in 2016. “I forgave my mom,” she told Allure in 2022. “It’s important. It’s toxic to have that resentment, that anger. I learned that by watching my mom never let go of it. I remember saying, ‘Thank you for showing me what never to be.’”

While Nancy never said “I do” again after her divorce from John, she was previously married to Jack Melick from 1956 to 1961, and shared a son, John T. Melick III, with him. Jennifer’s dad remarried after Nancy to Sherry Rooney in 1984. The couple welcomed one son, Alexander Aniston.

  • George Clooney reveals the unexpected reason he got ‘barely-walking drunk’ following loss

    [ad_1]

George Clooney may seem like a cool, calm and collected family man, but even the father of two likes to let loose now and then. The star revealed in an interview with Esquire that after losing the award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play at the 2025 Tonys in June, he got incredibly drunk for the first time in years. “I got blasted. Barely-walking drunk, you know? Came home with [my wife] Amal, and I was just laughing,” he recalled.

George had been abstaining from alcohol for six months while starring in the acclaimed play Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway, aside from a glass of wine on Sunday nights. He portrayed journalist Edward R. Murrow in the show, which is a stage adaptation of the 2005 film of the same name that George also co-wrote and starred in.

He continued to share the details of his drunken night out, after imbibing at the Tony Awards afterparty. “[Amal and I are] lying in bed, and I go, ‘Well, I caught up for all my abstinence in one night.’ I was sick all day the next day; it was hysterical,” he laughed. “I was like high school drunk. Like [expletive] drunk.”

George added that while he liked a drink, there were times when his relationship with alcohol changed. “I’ve had periods where, I wouldn’t say it was a problem – I never woke up and drank or anything. But I’d have runs where I’d get pretty toasty every night,” he said. The Jay Kelly actor also admitted to dabbling in drugs in the past, like cocaine and marijuana.

“[In 1982], I tried – I did blow and stuff. I used to make jokes about how I did too many drugs, but the truth is, it was never a big issue for me at all,” he shared. “And look, there was an episode of Taxi where they’re all doing blow. At the time, it was like, ‘No, this is not like heroin. It’s not addictive. But then it was like, ‘Oh, well, it’s actually pretty [expletive] bad.’”

The 64-year-old recalled trying marijuana with a group of his friends “about 15 years ago” while they watched The Wizard of Oz. “We were [expletive]. I think all of us – there was like 20 of us in the screening room, and the movie ended, and we sat there without speaking for, like, hours. Hours!… It’s just not my drug.”

George revealed that he got roaring drunk after the Tony Awards

George is a proud father to eight-year-old twins Alexander and Ella, and an adoring husband to human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, whom he wed in 2014. Yet before he settled down with his family, the A-lister drank more frequently, and recalled turning up drunk on set while filming the 1996 film One Fine Day with Michelle Pfeiffer. “I woke up at five in the morning. I was like, ‘I feel okay.’ Then I looked in the mirror, and I was like, ‘Oh, I’m still drunk,’” he reminisced with Michelle in an interview with Variety

“I got to the set, and we walked to the trailer, and I sat down, and you looked at me. You go, ‘What?’ And I was like, ‘I didn’t know we were going to work today.’ And you go, ‘You’re still drunk.’” George added that he got through their scene by spraying Listerine in his mouth, as he smelled “like a brewery.”

  • Miley Cyrus Reveals Dad Billy Ray Cyrus ‘Cried’ Over Birthday Song

    [ad_1]

Billy Ray Cyrus had an emotional reaction when daughter Miley Cyrus gifted him the song “Secrets” for his birthday.

“My dad cried,” Miley, 32, recalled during an interview with CBS Sunday Morning published on Sunday, October 5. “You know, you don’t see your dad cry a lot. But with me and my dad, we just have always communicated better through music with each other.”

When asked if the father-daughter duo are “at peace now with each other,” Miley replied, “Yeah.”

Miley revealed in June that the track, off her Something Beautiful album, was written with Billy Ray, 64, in mind.

“I wrote this song about my dad, because I wanted him to tell me, even though they were secrets, even though I didn’t really wanna know, I wanted to be the one he felt safe enough to tell me the things that were damning and damaging to the family,” she said on the “Reclaiming With Monica Lewinsky” podcast at the time.

Miley continued, “But I wanted him to think that, as a middle child, I’m old enough that I could take some of that you know. And I always wanted my family to feel like I was the safe place, that I always had the white flag when they came to talk to me.”

In August, Billy Ray gushed over Miley’s gesture while sharing a snippet of the song. “Secrets / I want to keep your secrets / Like sunlight in the shadows / Like footsteps in the grass,” Miley can be heard singing.

“For my birthday, Miley gave me the gift of music and wrote me a song called ‘Secrets’ and got my favorite musicians Fleetwood Mac to play on it!” Billy Ray wrote via Instagram at the time. “ I love you Miley ❤️.”

Miley and Billy Ray, who was married to Tish Cyrus until their 2022 divorce, have been open about their relationship ups and downs through the years. (Billy Ray and Tish, 58, also share Braison, 31, Noah, 25. Billy Ray adopted Tish’s children Brandi, 38, and Trace, 36, after their marriage. He’s also dad to Christopher, 33, whom he shares with ex Kristin Luckey.)

“My dad and I have had our challenges over the years,” Miley wrote in a May Instagram statement. “Now, in my 30s, family is my priority above all else. I’m at peace knowing bridges have been built and time has done a lot of healing.”

Miley shared that her perspective on their family dynamics has changed through the years.

“As I’ve gotten older, I’m respecting my parents as individuals instead of as parents — because my mom’s really loved my dad for her whole life, and I think being married to someone in the music industry and not being a part of it is obviously really hard,” she said during a May interview for The New York Times’ “The Interview” podcast. “I think I took on some of my mom’s hurt as my own because it hurt her more than it hurt me as an adult, and so I owned a lot of her pain.”

  • Rory McIlroy Heckled During Ryder Cup Amid Fan Controversy

    [ad_1]

Rory McIlroy let Ryder Cup fans know he wasn’t thrilled with their actions during tournament play this weekend.

On Saturday, September 27, McIlroy was caught telling attendees to “Shut the f*** up!” after they yelled during his pre-shot routine at the annual event.

McIlroy was preparing to hit a shot when he suddenly stopped and yelled at the crowd.

“I don’t mind them having a go at us. Like, that’s to be expected. I mean, that’s what an away Ryder Cup is,” he later said to ESPN. “Whenever they are still doing it while you are over the ball and trying to hit your shot, that’s the tough thing.”

Rory McIlroy has the trophies, the legacy and the spotlight, but he doesn’t always love the attention that comes with it. In a new interview with The Guardian published on Saturday, September 20, the Northern Irish golfer admitted that being one of the faces of modern golf can sometimes feel overwhelming. “It is a struggle […]

ESPN also reported the golf pro was also a target of heckling during the event on Friday, September 26. Things got so heated that his teammate Sam Burns was forced to intervene by holding up his hand to keep the crowd quiet.

“In between shots, say whatever you want to me,” McIlroy added. “But just let us — you gave us the respect to let us hit shots, and give us the same chance that the Americans have, I guess.”

The golfer arrived at the Ryder Cup in Farmingdale, New York, alongside his wife, Erica Stoll, on Tuesday, September 23.

The outing is a strong sign the pair are committed to working through marital problems that surfaced last year. The couple filed for divorce in May 2024 before getting back together weeks later.

“Over the past weeks, Erica and I have realized that our best future was as a family together. Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning,” McIlroy said in a statement to the Guardian in June 2024.

In a second interview with the outlet in September 2025, McIlroy admitted to struggling with the attention and fame he’s received through golf.

“It is a struggle for me to love the position I am in all the time,” McIlroy, 36, shared. “There are times when I would like to just breeze through life and not get the attention I do but I understand that with what I have done in the game, that is just part of it. There are times that I yearn for a little anonymity and having a quieter life.”

He also admitted to feeling too rushed following his April 2025 win at the Masters. “People started to go on about the calendar slam. I was like, ‘Let me just enjoy this one,’” he explained.

McIlroy and Stoll are currently building a home in London, where the golfer hopes they can live a quieter life away from the spotlight. “When all is said and done, people aren’t going to remember how much money I won,” he also said. “What they are going to remember is how many majors I won.”

He continued: “This is my time in the sun. In 10 years it won’t be and that is my time to enjoy that part of it.Enjoy me while I last.”

Machine Gun Kelly shared a glimpse of his daughter with Megan Fox, Saga Blade, wearing a onesie with a pink guitar emblazoned on the front.

The photo, which obscured Saga’s face for privacy, was one of several  Kelly (real name Colson Baker) shared via Instagram on Thursday, September 25. Saga, who is six months old, could be seen sitting in a pink baby chair and gripping on to a stuffed toy animal in the sweet snap.

Kelly, 35, uploaded the social media post in celebration of the re-release of his 2020 album Tickets to My Downfall. In several of the photos, the musician is holding a bright pink guitar, similar to the one of Saga’s onesie.

“5 years ago pop punk came back to life,” the singer captioned the post. “The rest of this year we’re gonna be celebrating the 5 year anniversary of this album, we have 5 unreleased songs from that era being mixed rn to release asap, a coffee book of BTS from the recording process, merch, a tour, and more. TICKETS TO MY DOWNFALL I LOVE YOU 🎟️”

In March, Kelly announced he and Fox had welcomed Saga into the world, writing, “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️ . 3/27/25.” He also shared a video of the newborn at the time via his Instagram.

Saga is the second child for Kelly, who also shares daughter Casie, 16, with former girlfriend Emma Cannon. The Transformers star, meanwhile, shares three sons: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

Us Weekly reported in June 2020 that Fox and Kelly were “officially dating” after sparking romance rumors a month prior. The pair got engaged in January 2022 but split in November 2024 after announcing they were expecting their first baby together.

Despite their relationship status, Kelly and Fox are working together to coparent Saga amicably.

Appearing on Jennifer Hudson’s talk show on September 18, Kelly praised the actress as he spoke about their daughter.

“My family is Norwegian and there’s a Norwegian goddess named Saga, and it means epic story. And so we named her Saga because to get her on this earth through highs and lows, it truly was an epic story of love, pain and a lot of magic,” Kelly said.

He added: “I had [Saga] with the person who is the greatest partner, like, the greatest partner to have had a child with, because she’s such a phenomenal mom,” Kelly told Hudson of Fox.

“We go back and forth on who [Saga] looks like,” he continued. “Last month, she looked exactly like me, and now she looks exactly like her.”

  • Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner’s Daughter Violet Gives United Nations Speech

    [ad_1]

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner‘s daughter Violet delivered a speech in support of mask mandates at the United Nations.

Violet, 19, attended the United Nations on Tuesday, September 23, as a youth advocate and spoke out in favor of clean air and masking to prevent the transmission of long Covid.

“We are told by leaders across the board that we are the future,” she said while wearing a K95 mask. “But when it comes to the ongoing pandemic, our present is being stolen right in front of our eyes.”

Violet called out adults for “the relentless beat of back to normal, ignoring downplaying, and concealing both the prevalence of airborne transmission and the threat of long Covid. … Young people lacked both real choice in the matter and information about what was being chosen for us.”

Jennifer Garner has portrayed many memorable roles over the years, but none as loving as her role as a mom to her and her ex-husband Ben Affleck’s three kids. The former couple tied the knot in June 2005 and started growing their family that same year. Violet arrived in December 2005, followed by Seraphina and […]

The college freshman elaborated on the virus.

“Here’s what we know about SARS CoV2. It is airborne, floating and lingering in the air, one infection can result in disabling damage to almost every cell in the body from the brain and heart to the nerves and blood vessels,” she explained. “Every subsequent infection increases the risk of long movement and places people who already have it in greater danger.”

Violet continued: “As Dr. Akiko Iwasaki says, at this point, the whole population is the control group, and after only five years, long Covid has surpassed asthma as the most common chronic illness in children in five years and under.”

Later in her speech, Violet said she was “terrified” for children in school who “will not know a world without debilitating pain and exhaustion, who cannot trust their bodies to play, explore, and imagine” after being infected.

“I am furious on their behalf,” she continued. “It is a neglect of the highest order to look children in the eyes and say, ‘We knew how to protect you and we didn’t do it. We have access to a technology to prevent airborne disease, something that millions of our ancestors and millions of people around the world today would kill for, and we refuse to use it.’”

Violet also expressed her fears about “where we will be in another five years of unmitigated infection and reinfection.” She elaborated by bringing up the movement to ban smoking in public spaces.

Fatherhood fun! Ben Affleck has given rare glimpses of his bond with his and Jennifer Garner’s three kids over the years. The actor first became a dad in December 2005 when he and the Alias alum welcomed daughter Violet, six months after tying the knot in France. The then-couple went on to welcome daughter Seraphina […]

“Many of you fought the long and hard battle against indoor smoking. My only memory of that era at almost 20 years old is being confused as a child about the no smoking signs on planes. ‘Who would do that? That’s gross,’” she recalled. “My hope for this event and my belief in this community pressed on the belief that we can and we must do that again. We can recognize filtered air as a human right, as intuitively as we do filtered water.”

She concluded: “We can create clean air infrastructure that is so ubiquitous and so obviously necessary, so that tomorrow’s children don’t even know why we need it.”

Affleck and Garner, both 53, were married from 2005 to 2018. Along with Violet, the former couple share Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13. Violet has stepped out with her famous mother on several occasions, including a 2022 state dinner at the White House. Earlier this year, the teen wrote an emotional essay about the impact of recent California wildfires on her community.

  • Stephen Baldwin Opens Up About Daughter Hailey Bieber and Her Success

    [ad_1]

Stephen Baldwin is a proud dad! The Fled actor made a rare comment about daughter Hailey Bieber’s success during his Wednesday, September 17, appearance on Tori Spelling’s “MisSPELLING” podcast.

“Some people achieve all different levels of experience and success. Look at my daughter. I never talk about her, but my daughter has done the impossible, relatively. But in this day and age, in the last 10 years, it’s not impossible. It’s happened,” Baldwin, 59, said. “It’s like these kinds of successes are happening. And young people are making unbelievable amounts of money on the Internet in ways that are very sketchy. So God bless her.”

Stephen shares Hailey, 28, and daughter Alaia, 32, with wife Kennya Baldwin.

Both Hailey and Alaia are fashion models who have worked with brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and more. Alaia is also an advocate for endometriosis awareness. Meanwhile, Hailey launched her skincare brand, Rhode, in 2022. e.l.f. Beauty acquired the brand for $1 million in May, and Stephen praised Hailey for the business move.

“The cool part of it is she’s super smart, smart in business,” Stephen said on “The Adam Carolla Show” podcast in July. “Succeeded as a model prior to everything she’s doing now. But the cool part was she actually had an offer to do something pretty big and cool in the cosmetics a couple years ago and didn’t.”

Stephen added that Hailey decided to make a product that she herself would want to use — and her gamble paid off.

“The reason it’s succeeding is people are responding to it. It actually works as hydration and all of that,” he continued.

Stephen also gushed about his daughters’ romantic partners. (Hailey married Justin Bieber in 2018, and the pair welcomed son Jack Blues in August 2024. Meanwhile, Alaia tied the knot with businessman Andrew Aronow in 2017, and they share daughter Iris, 5.)

“I’m blessed that my two daughters married two great guys,” he gushed.

Stephen concluded, “The sweet part of my kids too is, in the wake of whatever their success is, their dad remains the same. I’ve always been the same way. You know you’re going to tell your daughter the truth.”

Back in December, Stephen gushed about his life as a grandfather of two and how much he was looking forward to Christmas with Jack, now 13 months old.

“He’s grown like a weed. Actually, he looks like a little plump potato,” the Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test alum told TooFab. “He’s so cute. I can’t stand it. I want to say so much.”

Stephen also shared his special grandparent nickname.

“Grampy. We’re going with Grampy. But it’s with a W. A lot of people don’t know that,” he continued. “So G-W-A-M-P-Y is Gwampy. So that’s kind of the handle I’ve been going with. It was my granddaughter Iris, my first grandchild. It was the name she gave me.”

  • Inside Charlie Sheen and Daughter Sami Sheen’s Complicated History

    [ad_1]

Charlie Sheen and daughter Sami Sheen have had their fair share of ups and downs over the years.

Charlie welcomed Sami with ex-wife Denise Richards in March 2004. The Two and a Half Men actor was already a father to daughter Cassandra, whom he shares with high school girlfriend Paula Profit. Charlie and Richards later welcomed daughter Lola in June 2005, a few months after the pair split.

In addition to his divorce from Richards, Charlie struggled with substance abuse and addiction throughout Sami’s childhood. Charlie ultimately got sober in December 2017.

While Charlie has been on the path to sustained recovery, his relationship with Sami has included many rough patches. In March 2025, Sami exclusively told Us Weekly that her bond with her dad is “complicated.”

Keep scrolling to see what Charlie and Sami have said about their relationship over the years:

    Moving in With Dad

Sami briefly moved in with Charlie in 2021, after dropping out of high school and having tension with her mom.

“Sam’s amazing. I love her and all my children unconditionally,” Charlie told Us through his rep, Jeff Ballard, at the time. “We’re having a ball. GED here we come!”

    OnlyFans Disagreement

After Sami turned 18, she joined OnlyFans. While Richards was supportive of the venture, Charlie shared his disappointment.

“I do not condone this but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity,” Charlie exclusively told Us in a statement in June 2022, while also noting that Sami no longer lived with him and was back with Richards.

One month later, Sami shared she was unbothered by her father’s disapproval.

“I don’t really mind, it’s totally fine,” she told TMZ at the time.

    Tough Childhood

Sami has been candid about how her dad’s substance abuse struggles took a toll on her at a young age.

“My whole childhood, I want to say like the first 13 years, my dad was very in and out of my life,” she said during an April 2025 episode of Gia Giudice’s “Casual Chaos” podcast. “It was the worst if we had an event and he said he was going to show up and then we wouldn’t hear from him or he would show up, like, 10 hours late. So we kind of just stopped asking him to come to stuff.”

Sami added that she could not recall “one memory” from her childhood when Charlie was sober.

    Not on Speaking Terms

In April 2025, Sami claimed via social media that she had not spoken to her father in a year.

“When people wonder why I haven’t spoken to my dad in a year but this is my dad,” she captioned a TikTok video.

    Hoping to Make Amends

During a September 2025 appearance on Good Morning America, Charlie shared that he’s hopeful to repair his relationship with Sami.

“As long as everybody is still in the game, there’s always a shot for a better tomorrow. I don’t really know what I did, that’s the problem,” he reflected. “I don’t know what I’m supposed to apologize for. But I have absolute faith that this is not a forever thing. Her and I will work it out.”

    His Sobriety Inspiration

Charlie recalled in his memoir, The Book of Sheen, how an incident with Sami was the wake-up call he needed to get sober.

“It was December 10, 2017, and by 9 a.m. I was on my third Macallan-spiked coffee,” he wrote. “My phone rang and when I picked up, it was my daughter Sam asking what time we were leaving. S***; her appointment that day had slipped my mind. I’ve never mixed the cups with the wheel, so I called Tony T. to come bail me out of a situation he was all too familiar with. There’s reliable and then there’s that dood.”

Charlie continued: “My man was there in twenty-two minutes, and in very short order we were on the road with 13-year-old Sam in the back seat and the two adults up front. (Well, one adult for sure). Thanks to T, the trip was handled with a combination of precision and grace.”

He remembered Sami being “very quiet” during the drive home.

“I didn’t need to be clairvoyant to know exactly what she was thinking,” he penned. “Why is Dad not driving again? Why isn’t it just the two of us in the car like it used to be? When will that moment ever return? When will Dad ever return? I miss him. I missed him too. There was only one thing that felt worse than betraying myself, and that was failing my children.”

After that moment, Charlie vowed to get better for his kids.

“I knew exactly what had to be done,” he wrote. “Like I’ve always said, life comes down to doers and talkers, and there was really nothing left for me to say — it was time to shut the f*** up and get busy doing. Sam wasn’t my final straw; she was my first harvest. On December 11, I took two Valium and drank three beers. On December 12, I quit drinking for good.”

Following the release of his book, Sami shared her reaction to her dad’s revelation and gave his documentary a “10/10” review.

“I didn’t know I was the reason he got sober,” she said in a September 2025 TikTok.

  • Charlie Sheen Explains Why He Missed Daughter Cassandra’s Birth

    [ad_1]

Charlie Sheen is sharing insight into why he missed the birth of his first daughter, Cassandra Estevez.

The actor, 60, recalled in The Book of Sheen: A Memoir, which was released Tuesday, September 9, a period of time when he began seeing his high school ex-girlfriend Paula Profit “for the late night physical benefits.”

Sheen noted that Profit was “all [he] knew” besides “Candy in real-Vegas and the L.A. Xpress on Pico Boulevard.” (Elsewhere in the memoir, Sheen revealed he had sex for the first time with “a gorgeous red-headed Vegas escort named Candy.”)

“[Paula’s] mom had a two-bedroom flat on the second floor of a building near Samohi,” he wrote in the memoir. “Paula’s room had a fire escape just outside of it that I’d scale for our late-night trysts. That went on for about a month until we dropped the birth control ball, and Paula clocked back in as a plus-one.”

Charlie Sheen comes from a famous family — and he’s passing on the torch to daughters Cassandra Estevez, Sami Sheen and Lola Sheen, and twin sons Bob and Max Sheen. The Two and a Half Men alum became a father for the first time in 1984 when he welcomed Cassandra with his high school sweetheart, […]

Sheen explained that Profit had just turned 19, while he was 18.

“Not exactly the life direction, at that moment, either of us saw for ourselves,” he wrote. “I pleaded my case, but she held firm. After a goodly amount of soul-searching, I came around a bit later. On December 12, 1984, sometime in the late afternoon, Paula gave birth to a healthy seven-pound baby girl named Cassandra.”

He continued, “An absolute gift to humanity. I didn’t attend the birth. My ‘a bit later’ didn’t turn the corner until after the new year. We’ve been good since — for the most part. (Not being f***ing married probably helped.)”

Sheen went on to welcome daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, with ex-wife Denise Richards — whom he was married to from 2002 to 2006 — and twin sons Bob and Max, 17, with third wife Brooke Mueller. Sheen and Mueller, 48, were together from 2008 to 2010. (He was first married to Donna Peele from 1995 to 1996.)

“They’ve made me a better man,” he told In Touch months after his sons were born.

Sheen has been candid through the years about fatherhood, sharing a sweet moment with Casandra in 2010 when he walked her down the aisle to marry her childhood sweetheart, Casey Huffman. Three years later, Sheen became a grandfather when the couple welcomed daughter Luna.

“It’s impossibly a most wondrous day,” Charlie gushed to TMZ at the time while reflecting on the birth of his first grandchild. “My bucket list is a thimble!”

  • Johnny Gaudreau’s Son Baptized in Outfit He Picked Before His Death

    [ad_1]

Meredith Gaudreau had her oldest son, Johnny Gaudreau Jr., baptized in a special outfit — the one his dad bought him last year.

Meredith shared photos from the big day via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, September 7. In one picture featuring all three of the pair’s children clad in white outfits (Meredith is also wearing a white dress), she credited her late husband, Johnny Gaudreau, for “picking out Johnny’s outfit last summer, got me these shoes for Christmas in 2023.”

She continued: “And he bought Noa her shoes that I keep rebuying in bigger sizes 🤍. Wore this dress to my bridal shower.”

Meredith shared a second photo that showed Johnny Jr.’s younger brother, Carter, who appeared to be concerned as his older brother had water poured on his head during the baptism. “Yes, Carter u next,” she captioned the photo.

Late hockey star Johnny Gaudreau’s wife, Meredith Gaudreau, is celebrating their son’s 1st birthday. “Happy 1st Birthday to our baby boy! We love you so much, Baby Johnny! Already so strong and so special,” Meredith wrote via Instagram on Saturday, February 22. “‘I can’t believe you gave me a boy,’ is all John said over […]

Johnny, 31, and his brother, Matthew, 29, were killed by a drunk driver while riding bicycles in Oldmans Township, New Jersey, in August 2024.

Meredith and Johnny’s youngest son was born on April 7. “Another baby boy 🥹💙. Carter Michael Gaudreau — same middle name as his daddy. 8lb 3 ounces, 20.5 inches — exact same as his daddy. He looks exactly like his daddy too 🥰,” she wrote via Instagram.

She added, “I love you so much my baby! We are going to have so much fun. I can’t wait to give you the best life, my special boy forever.” The pair also share daughter Noa, 2.

Meredith announced she was pregnant with Carter at the memorial service for Johnny and Matthew. “We’re actually a family of five,” Meredith said during a eulogy for Johnny. “I’m in my ninth week of pregnancy with our third baby. A total surprise, but again, John was beaming and so excited.”

“I was so nervous because this was, again, a total surprise,” Meredith added. “But his reaction was just immediately kissing me and hugging me even though I was driving the car. After the initial excitement sank in, every time he looked at me, he would say, ‘You’re nuts, you know that? Three kids?’”

Despite the grief that came with his death, Meredith also said she was grateful for her family. “Noa, our oldest, hasn’t even turned 2 yet,” she said at the time. “In less than three years of marriage, we’ve created a family of five. It doesn’t even sound possible. But I look at it as the ultimate blessing. How lucky am I to be the mother of John’s three babies? Our last one being a blessing and so special, despite these difficult circumstances.”

She concluded: “To my babies, Daddy loves you all so much and you have the best daddy in the world.”

Kristen Bell is celebrating Dax Shepard’s 21-year sobriety journey by sharing some sweet photos of the actor with their kids.

Bell, 45, posted a touching message to her husband of nearly 12 years via Instagram on Thursday, September 4, thanking him for “getting sober.”

“This is what 21 years of sobriety looks like,” she captioned a carousel of photos of Shepard embracing their daughters, Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 10. “Lots of hugging. Hugging everyone and everything. Hugging life. Thank you for getting sober, @daxshepard. I am eternally grateful to have you. We all are 💕.”

In the photos, Shepard, 50, can be seen hugging his kids and kissing Bell, who he has been in a relationship with since 2007.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have historically been very vocal about their ups and downs as a couple — and that openness extends to their parenting skills. Bell and Shepard welcomed daughter Lincoln in March 2013, seven months before they tied the knot at Beverly Hills courthouse. The couple went on to welcome daughter Delta […]

Shepard reacted to the post with a cheeky message in the comments section: “Well this is a low blow. Even for you. Makin’ a guy cry when he can’t turn to booze?!?!”

Friends and fellow celebrities alike also shared love for the actor by posting congratulatory notes and messages of support.

“That’s the stuff… the good stuff, the best stuff,” Walton Goggins shared, with Cheyenne Jackson adding, “Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes.”

Shepard has been candid about his journey to sobriety after struggling with alcohol and drug addiction for years. Although he’s been sober since September 2004, Shepard did reveal on the September 25, 2020, episode of his podcast, “Armchair Expert,” that he had relapsed by taking painkillers while recovering from an accident. He shared that he was seven days sober at the time of recording.

“The last thing I wanted to do was go in public, seven days after the collapse of everything, and share that with people. But it would have felt so dishonest,” Shepard told Jesse Tyler Ferguson of his decision to share his relapse on the “Dinner’s On Me” podcast in 2024. “The bond and the agreement you have with the audience would have just felt like a huge violation of all these people who had been listening for years and maybe looking to me as a role model.”

Shepard also shared that he was worried about how the reveal would affect Bell.

“I don’t want her to have to f—ing spend half of every interview, ‘What’s it like being married to an addict?’ Like, it just doesn’t feel fair to her,” Shepard said.

Ultimately, however, he decided to be honest about his experience after Bradley Cooper, a friend of Shepard’s who is also sober, encouraged him to do so.

“He said, ‘Well, let me tell you this. There’s nothing helpful about a guy that’s 16 years sober, and married to Kristen Bell, and is rich. What’s helpful to somebody is someone who just ate s— and gets back up,’” Shepard said of Cooper, 50.

“And I was like, ‘Wow.’ So, if I’m sincere about what I like about it, [which] is that I’m being helpful, then I really have only a single option,” added Shepard, joking to Ferguson, 49, “So, f— it, I’ll give him credit. He earned it. And he’s so sexy, too. It’d be easier if he wasn’t so sexy.”

Now, the star will officially return to our screens on September 29 for the newest season of her award-winning series, The Kelly Clarkson Show. In a statement from NBC, the network shared that the seventh season of the hit series will begin production on September 8, with the first week of shows set honor the brave people who rescued campers during the Texas floods in July.

The devastating floods claimed the lives of at least 132 people, with over 100 still missing in the area. Kelly hails from Texas and was set to perform at a benefit concert for the victims in August before she was forced to cancel due to Brandon’s death. “Unfortunately, Kelly Clarkson will be unable to appear at Band Together Texas as planned, due to personal circumstances,” the organization shared. “We send our love to Kelly and her family.”

    A new chapter

NBC shared that the new season of Kelly’s show will welcome a slew of A-listers, including Emily Blunt, Channing Tatum, Marion Cotillard, Lionel Richie, Colin Farrell, Scarlett Johansson, Shonda Rimes, Dwayne Johnson, Matthew McConaughey, Julia Roberts, Margot Robbie and Reese Witherspoon. The show debuted in 2019, has gone on to win 22 Daytime Emmy Awards, and is nominated for eight more in 2025.

Kelly has helmed the series for over 1,000 episodes, cementing herself as a TV staple in the process. She will also return to The Voice for season 29 alongside John Legend and Adam Levine. The mother of two was forced to miss a day of shooting following Brandon’s death, with her fellow American Idol alum and talk show star Jennifer Hudson stepping in to help out.

  • Nick Hogan Honors Hulk Hogan at New Wrestling Promotion Event

    [ad_1]

Hulk Hogan‘s son Nick Hogan paid tribute to the late WWE icon at the launch of his father’s wrestling promotion Real American Freestyle.

Nick, 35, and Hulk’s wife, Sky Daily, were both in attendance on Saturday, August 30, at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio for RAF 01 — a Fox Nation wrestling special that Hulk was producing before his death at age 71 in July. (Us Weekly reported in July that Hogan died from an acute myocardial infarction — commonly known as a heart attack — but also had a history of leukemia CLL. Hulk’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, has raised questions about the official cause of death.)

Speaking at RAF 01, Nick took a moment to address Hulk’s legacy as a father and his impact on the professional wrestling industry.

“Hulk, to me, is an icon, a mentor, my father, and my best friend,” Nick told viewers. “[He was] a force in the sports entertainment industry that will live forever.”

Hulk and former World Championship Wrestling executive Eric Bischoff announced in April that they were forming a professional freestyle wrestling league to promote Olympic-style wrestling. Fox Nation came on board to air Saturday’s launch special, as well another event to air later this year.

The network confirmed earlier this week that RAF 01 was dedicated to Hulk’s memory and would feature members of his family making an appearance.

Nick and his wife, Tana Lea, were previously involved when WWE — which is not affiliated with Real American Freestyle — aired multiple tributes to Hulk at live events earlier in the summer. WWE gathered some of Hulk’s rivals and friends— including Sgt. Slaughter, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart — for multiple ten-bell salutes in his honor in the week after his death.

In August, Nick visited the site of the planned Hulk Hogan’s Slam Sports Bar in New York City to pose for some photos with Hulk’s business partner Rich Rosen. Rosen confirmed to PageSix that he was pressing forward with construction on the Slam Sports Bar and expected it to open later this year.

“Hulk Hogan wasn’t just a partner. He was a dear friend and a legend whose impact on sports and entertainment is immeasurable. From the very beginning, Hulk poured his heart into this project,” Rosen said. “He shaped the spirit of what Slam was meant to be, a place where fans from around the world could gather at the very corner where his legend began, to celebrate his legacy and the unforgettable moments that defined his career.”

Hulk Hogan’s Slam Sports Bar will be located across the street from the famed Madison Square Garden, where Hulk won his first WWE World Heavyweight Championship from The Iron Sheik on January 23, 1984. Hulk would go on to become a 12-time World Champion in both WWE and its one-time competitor WCW. (WWE purchased WCW in March 2001.)

A source told Us that between 800 and 1,000 people showed up for a 90-minute funeral service at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida on August 5. Hulk’s widow, Daily, and his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, were both in attendance with Nick, though Brooke declined to attend. ‘

Daily later referred to the funeral as “one of the most beautiful and moving days [she had] ever experienced.”

“In the same church where we were married and baptized together, we gathered with family, friends, and loved ones to honor a life that touched millions,” she wrote via Instagram on August 6. “The church was filled with stories… some that brought tears, others that made us laugh through those tears… and with every memory shared, you could feel the love that surrounded him.”

  • Chris Pratt on baby no. 5 — everything he’s said about expanding family with Katherine Schwarzenegger

    [ad_1]

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are already proud parents of three, those being daughters Lyla, five, and Eloise, three, plus son Ford, who will turn a year old this November. Chris is also a doting father to Jack, who turned 13 just earlier this month, shared with his ex-wife Anna Faris. However, as a part of the famously large and very tight Schwarzenegger family, the couple have on occasion expressed their desire to expand their brood further.

Family patriarch Arnold Schwarzenegger himself is a father to five kids, sharing four of them with his ex-wife Maria Shriver (including Katherine) and one, his son Joseph, resulting from an affair with Mildred Baena. And having a set of loving grandparents on hand has definitely made it easier for the couple to open up about their desire for a large family.

Below, read on for more on what Chris, 46, and Katherine, 35, have said about wanting more kids (a fourth with Katherine, fifth overall) and their philosophy on a large and loving family…

    ‘A big family’

Back in 2022, just months after welcoming their second daughter Eloise, the couple spoke with Us Weekly about the idea of growing even more. “I come from a big family, so I love the idea of having a lot of kids around and a big family,” Katherine told the publication. “Whatever God has in his plan for us is what we’ll do.”

She especially found joy in taking parenting advice from her mom Maria, herself a mom-of-four. “I feel really lucky to be able to have obviously an amazing role model in my mom, and just being able to see how she balances it all. Just learning from her, being able to bounce things off of her and, at the end of the day, just knowing that family time is the most important time.”

    ‘The future?’

Babies were on Chris’ mind quite early in their relationship. Back in 2019, soon after proposing to Katherine, he told Entertainment Tonight that he saw “lots of kids” in their life together. “The future? Oh. Lots of kids. Maybe less time spent working, more time spent enjoying life. I always want to be that guy that works to live, not lives to work.”

After welcoming their daughter Lyla in 2021, he continued to express a desire for an even bigger family. “I would love to have more, as many as the man upstairs will provide,” he told E! News, quipping right after: “We’ll do it. I’ll probably have to talk to Katherine about that but my plan is, let’s go.”

    ‘Rush’ to kids

While neither Katherine nor Chris have spoken about the desire for more kids since welcoming Ford last year, the Jurassic World actor told Men’s Journal in 2023 that he’d rather have kids while he’s young and able to be with them. “People say all the time, ‘Don’t rush to have kids.’ I personally disagree,” he explained.

Ford, the star couple’s youngest, will turn one year old in November

“Rush. Have them. Of course, make sure you find a great partner, but don’t wait. I was talking to Adam Sandler a while back and he said, ‘Every day you wait is a day they don’t get to have you in their life.’ The younger you have kids, the more time they get to have with you. It’s wild. Having kids is incredible. The things you normally take for granted in life are new.”

  • Travis Kelce and Parents Donna and Ed Attend The Kingdom Premiere

    [ad_1]

Donna Kelce and Ed Kelce stepped out in support of a new docuseries featuring their son Travis Kelce.

Attending the Sunday, August 24, Kansas City red carpet premiere of ESPN’s six-part The Kingdom, Donna, 72, and ex-husband Ed, 74, individually stopped and spoke with reporters about their adoration for Travis, 35.

Travis, whose early days with girlfriend Taylor Swift is explored in the series, was also in attendance, posing for photos on his own in a tailored charcoal suit and dark sunglasses. He paired the sleek ensemble with his famous wide grin before flashing a peace sign at photographers.

Donna, who split from Ed after 25 years of marriage after Travis and older brother Jason Kelce graduated from college, said in a red carpet interview shared via YouTube’s “Sports Videos on SI” account on Sunday evening that she was proud of her two boys.

Ed Kelce/Instagram; Donna Kelce/Instagram Ed Kelce and Donna Kelce may no longer be married — but they still have a great friendship. The twosome met in the late ‘70s and welcomed son Jason Kelce in 1987 followed by son Travis Kelce two years later. After 25 years of marriage, the former couple called it quits […]

“I know my children and I know the people that surround them and they’re just two very special individuals,” Donna was seen telling a group of reporters in the video. “They just have a knack of being able to be relatable individuals. It’s been so much fun over the years just being able to do and see and be introduced to people I never thought that I’d meet.”

Donna also replied to a reporter who asked if she’d listened “to any good podcasts lately,” a question that cheekily referred to Travis and Jason’s “New Heights” podcast episode that saw guest star Swift, 35, unveil details into her forthcoming 12th studio album.

“That was very enlightening … just a fun interaction between family … and I think when they [Travis and Jason] interview individuals they bring the best out of them and make them confident,” Donna said. “They [guest interviewees] feel safe. Individuals feel safe with them, that they’re not going to do something that they shouldn’t be doing or asking.”

For Ed’s part, he spoke to the same group of reporters separately, as captured via a YouTube clip posted by the same account on Sunday. In the video, Ed was seen telling the reporters that he is “just very happy for him [Travis].”

He also spoke directly about Travis’ relationship with Swift: “They are two people that truly deserve each other.”

Ed also commented on the family’s newfound spotlight, noting that he wasn’t “quite as much … red carpet life” as “our mom is,” but he was glad to “just share my joy with these boys.”

Elsewhere on the evening’s red carpet, Travis’ Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes posed for photos alongside wife Brittany Mahomes. The pair were captured laughing with one another and gazing adoringly into each other’s eyes as they enjoyed a rare date night. (Patrick, 29, and Brittany, also 29, share three children: daughter Sterling, 4, son Bronze, 2, and another daughter, Golden, 7 months.)
