    Macaulay Culkin is making his son proud with his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

    “Thank you @hollywoodchamberofcommerce for the star,” Culkin, 43, wrote via Instagram on Monday, December 4. “My kid can’t stop playing with it. It was such a special day to spend with my friends and family. Thanks for the clothes @celine and thanks for the pix @imagerybyoscar.”

    Alongside the caption, Culkin shared a carousel of images from the Friday, December 1, Hollywood Walk of Fame induction ceremony. In one picture, Culkin kissed his fiancée, Brenda Song. Another snap showed the actor embracing former costar Catherine O’Hara at the ceremony mirrored with a throwback photo of the pair on set of Home Alone.

    O’Hara, 69, was in attendance on Friday to honor Culkin for his work over the years alongside other A-list stars like Paris Jackson and Natasha Lyonne. After O’Hara gave a heartfelt speech, Culkin took the stage to thank his friends, family and Song, 35, for their love and support.

    “Lastly, but not least, I’d like to thank Brenda. You’re absolutely everything. You’re my champion,” he told the crowd. “You’re the only person happier for me today than I am. You’re not only the best woman I’ve known, you’re the best person I’ve ever known.”

    Culkin thanked Song for giving him both “purpose” and “family,” adding, “And after the birth of our two boys, you’ve become one of my three favorite people. You’re somewhere in there. I love you so much.”

    Following the event, it was Song’s turn to gush over her fiance. “So sooo proud of you @culkamania !!” she wrote via Instagram. “The most incredible day honoring the most incredible person. So well deserved and so long overdue. Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support and celebrate. My heart is so full.”

    Culkin and Song began dating in 2017 and welcomed their first son, Dakota, in April 2021. Less than one year later, Us Weekly confirmed the pair’s engagement. “They are and always have been very in love with each other,” a source exclusively told Us at the time.

    In March 2022, a separate insider shared that Culkin and Song “for sure” wanted to expand their family with another child. “It can definitely happen soon,” the source said at the time, noting that Song “couldn’t be happier” as a mom.

    “She is really focused on being a mom and giving him her full attention,” the insider explained. “ She has a good support system around her, but she and Macaulay are really hands-on parents.”

    Song gave an update on how she and Culkin were adjusting to the ups and downs of parenthood after welcoming Dakota, telling The Cut in January 2022, “I think when you and your partner have kids, especially the first few months, you don’t have the patience to be polite with each other.”

    She added that “being communicative” when either of them needed help was key. “Instead of having set duties, we just feel each other out,” she continued.  I’ll be putting my son down and my partner is like, ‘Let me feed the animals and get dinner ready.”

    “I’m gonna make some babies,” Culkin said of his desire to build a family with Song during an August 2018 episode of the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast. “This one’s a good one, so I’m probably going to put some babies in her in a little bit. I mean, we’ve definitely been practicing.”

    We know what Ryan Phillippe did this Thanksgiving: spent Turkey Day with his 12-year-old daughter, Kai.

    “Had the BEST Thanksgiving wknd w these lil beauties,” Phillippe, 49, wrote via Instagram on Monday, November 27, alongside a carousel of images from his holiday weekend. “Pizza was had, Elf was watched, Young Sheldon was binged (along w teen romance anime). Boba was had, boardwalk shopping, cooking of pancakes was attempted, and we found some fake snow. + the eagles beat buffalo in OT and moved to 10-1, but I think that only mattered to me.😊.”

    In the sweet snaps, Phillippe could be seen smiling in the driver’s seat of his car with Kai in the passenger seat while her friends rode in the backseat. The foursome of girls also posed on a boardwalk, walked arm and arm down a breezy street, stopped for Boba drinks and took a ride through a snow-clad Christmas tree farm.

    Phillippe shares Kai with ex Alexis Knapp, whom he began dating in May 2010. The pair were together for just four months before calling it quits that September. In March 2011, Us Weekly broke the news that the exes were expecting their first child together and Kai arrived in July 2011.

    One year after giving birth, Knapp, 34, opened up about how their little one resembled her more and more every day.

    “She looks like moi. A lot more so now,” the Pitch Perfect actress told E! News in June 2012. “They always come out looking like the dads, because men are just fat and puffy and can’t open their eyes too much.”

    While Knapp believes Kai is her mini-me, Phillippe has made headlines for his resemblance to his two other children: daughter Ava, 22, and son Deacon, 18, whom he shares with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon.

    “What I get a lot lately is they think Deacon looks like her and Ava looks like me,” Phillippe told Extra in October 2022. “My response is always, ‘Duh … How are you surprised that children look like their parents? Isn’t that biologically how it’s meant to work?”

    Despite Phillippe acknowledging that there is an “obviously a father-son resemblance” between himself and Deacon, the Cruel Intentions actor told E! News in September 2021 that the 22-year-old actually looks “a lot more” like Witherspoon’s side of the family, while Ava “looks more like mine.”

    Philippe and Witherspoon, 47, tied the knot in 1999 and were together for seven years before their 2006 split. The pair have since worked hard to coparent their two children.

    “It’s a feeling-out process,” Phillippe told Huffpost in October 2014 of raising two children with Witherspoon post-divorce.  “I think we’ve gotten to a really great place … It’s going well, and she’s happy and remarried, and our kids are incredible. I’m proud of the way we’ve handled it and who our little people are.”

    In December 2021, a source exclusively told Us that Phillippe has been an “awesome” parent to all of his kids — and will always show up when they need him.

    Dana Carvey plans to take a step back from his career following the death of his son Dex.

    “I will be taking a break from work and social media — trying to figure out what life looks like now that we are a family of three,” Carvey, 68, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, November 18, also reposting it on his Instagram Story. “We will heal the best we can and carry on.”

    He continued: “Our darling Dex would have wanted it that way.”

    The Saturday Night Live alum and wife Paula Zwagerman announced on Thursday, November 16, that their eldest son, Dex, had died at the age of 32. (Carvey and Zwagerman, 62, also share son Thomas, 30.)

    “Last night we suffered a terrible tragedy. Our beloved son, Dex, died of an accidental drug overdose,” Carvey and Zwagerman wrote in a joint social media statement. “Dex packed a lot into those 32 years. He was extremely talented at so many things — music, art, filmmaking, comedy — and pursued them passionately.”

    They continued at the time: “It’s not an exaggeration to say that Dex loved life. And when you were with him, you loved life too. He made everything fun. But most of all, he loved his family, his friends and his girlfriend, Kaylee. Dex was a beautiful person. His handmade birthday cards are a treasure. We will miss him forever.”

    Many of Carvey’s former SNL costars offered their condolences in the Instagram comments section of his posts, including Molly Shannon, Kenan Thompson and Chris Kattan.

    “This is just to say thank you. My wife and I have been overwhelmed by your love, your personal stories [and] your compassion,” Carvey added on Saturday. “We received so many beautiful messages from people who knew Dex. These touched us more than we could ever express in words.”

    Dex, like his brother Thomas, had been following in Carvey’s comedy footsteps. Dex appeared in his dad’s 2013 miniseries The Funster and 2015’s Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser. Dex also served as the opening act for Carvey’s 2016 Netflix special, Straight While Male. In addition, Dex founded Third Wheel Comedy, a live performance venue in Hollywood. He was working on an upcoming project with B-Sides Comic ahead of his death.

    Jeremiah Duggar and his wife, Hannah Duggar, are counting down the days until they welcome baby No. 2.

    “Life just keeps getting sweeter! 🤍” Jeremiah, 24, and Hannah, 28, captioned a jointInstagram post on Saturday, November 18 from their reveal. They added, “The Best Days” and “So Grateful” hashtags to the upload.

    The married couple uploaded a maternity photo, in which Hannah held up an ultrasound photo to Jeremiah and their 10-month-old daughter, Brynley Noelle.

    Several of Jeremiah’s siblings shared their well wishes in the comment section, including older sisters Jill Duggar and Jessa Duggar. (Jessa, 31, is also currently pregnant and expecting her fifth baby with her husband, Ben Seewald, after a previous miscarriage.)

    Jeremiah and Hannah found out they were expecting Brynley less than five months after they got married.

    Bachelor Nation’s Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are gearing up to expand their family, confirming to fans that they’re “trying” for baby No. 2.

    “Is one ever really ready for another kiddo?” Iaconetti, 35, wrote over an Instagram video shared on Sunday, November 12. In the clip, she and Haibon, 34, are sitting with their 21-month-old son, Dawson, who bit his mom.

    “Dawson, no biting. Dawson, no,” Iaconetti could be heard saying. “He’s a love biter.”

    In the post, Iaconetti revealed that she and Haibon are getting ready for another kid — but she expressed some hesitation about being a mother of two.

    “Is there ever a good time? Having just [one] kid is HARD! Does having a sibling for them to play with really help? There’s lots of things to worry about, but this advice I got from a couple of you that really stuck,” she captioned the video. “You said: ‘If you’re contemplating having another and don’t try, you’ll probably regret it down the road. If you have another, once he/she is in your arms, you’ll never regret it.’ 🤍 Thank you and open to all your other words of wisdom!”

    Iaconetti and Haibon formed a longtime friendship after meeting during Bachelor in Paradise season 2 in 2015, and things between them eventually turned romantic. Haibon proposed to Iaconetti in May 2018, and they got married in August 2019. The couple welcomed their son, Dawson, in January 2022.

    Iaconetti teased earlier this year that she and Haibon would be “lightly trying” for a second child come fall.

    “I’d say, like, October. I really just need to enjoy my whole summer,” she told Us Weekly exclusively in July. “I love summer. I just wanna be, like, feeling free and enjoying it all because we all know that I will be totally, grossly sick for a long time, and I think it’s best that that happens when it starts getting cooler.”

    Iaconetti was previously candid about her struggles while carrying her first baby, telling Us she was “persistently nauseous” and a “little short of breath” for months during the pregnancy. She even admitted to feeling “gender disappointment” when pregnant with her son.

    But now, Iaconetti “doesn’t care as much” about the sex of the couple’s future kids. “I’d be happy if we had a boy too because then I’d want them to have that, hopefully, brother bond,” she said during an August episode of “The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast.”

    Despite the ups and downs of parenting, Dawson is the biggest joy in both Iaconetti and Haibon’s lives. “He probably has the biggest side of both of our personalities,” she told Us in July.

    “He’s, like, the most beautiful child ever. I mean, maybe, I’m biased, but holy crap, I got a cute kid,” Iaconetti gushed about Dawson. “And he’s sparkling on the inside too. He’s quite the personality.”
