Tropical Storm Lorenzo losing steam, forecast to dissipate, NHC says

Tropical Storm Lorenzo is poorly organized over the Atlantic, according to the National Hurricane Center.The storm is located approximately 1,415 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. Lorenzo is moving toward the north at about 13 mph.
