Towards the end of the episode, Queen Yoon killed the witness who held the evidence against Sang-Rok and Queen Dowager Min Soo-Ryun. In Missing Crown Prince episode 13, Crown Prince Lee Gon protects his half-brother, Do Sung, and stepmother Queen Yoon. He takes the blame for killing the witness, leaving the royal court in shock. Some of the officials insist on taking strict actions.

Meanwhile, Myung-Yoon barges into Queen Dowager Min Soo-Ryun’s chamber to discover why her father wants Lee Gon dead. She learns that the crown prince discovered Sang-Rok and Soo-Ryun’s affair and thus, Sang-Rok wanted to kill Lee Gon. This revelation breaks down Myung-Yoon, and she heads towards Lee Gon’s chamber in distress. Concerned, Do Sung follows her and witnesses the crown prince hugging Myung-Yoon.

Lee Gon seeks Sang-Rok’s bodyguard, Moo-Baek’s help, to escort Myung-Yoon out of the city. Meanwhile, Sang-Rok requests Do Sung to ask the crown prince to send Myung-Yoon to her home. Initially, Do Sung acts as if he doesn’t know about the situation. Sang-Rok then tries to manipulate him, mentioning that Lee Gon has kept Myung-Yoon in his chamber for a few days. After a while, Lee Gon summons Do Sung and tells everything, adding that the latter should escort her out of the palace.

Before leaving, Myung-Yoon and Lee Gon spend an intimate time together. They create a painting showcasing their love for each other. They wonder if things could have been fine if Myung-Yoon was not Sang-Rok’s daughter. They bid farewell to each other with a kiss.

While the two brothers believe she is safe, Myung-Yoon decides to head home and face the consequence of being Sang-Rok’s daughter.

Missing Crown Prince episode 13 ending: Hong Ye-Ji learns her father, Kim Joo-Heon, is her mother’s killer

Missing Crown Prince episode 13 further features Queen Dowager Soo-Ryun taking action against the crown prince. As Lee Gon has confessed to killing the witness, he is punished with a royal decree. He has been demoted and renamed Grand Prince Soo Seong.

After the royal decree, Soo-Seong/Lee Gon gained the officials’ trust and confidence in the royal court. His actions confuse Sang-Rok and Soo-Ryun, making them wonder about his next step.

On the other hand, Myung-Yoon’s family bodyguard, Moo-Baek, tries to make her understand her father’s true face. However, Myung-Yoon does not listen to him and says she will not escape the consequences. She refuses to leave Sang-Rok alone to save herself. Eventually, Moo-Baek reveals that Sang-Rok has killed innocent people, including Myung-Yoon’s mother.

The episode ends with Myung-Yoon confronting her father about the same. Sang-Rok admits, “Yes. You are right. I killed her.”

Frankly Speaking Episode 3 Recap & Spoilers: Why Did Go Kyung-Pyo Admit Kang Han-Na to Hospital?

Frankly Speaking episode 3 aired on Wednesday, May 8, on Netflix and JTBC. Starring Go Kyung-Pyo as Song Ki-Baek and Kang Han-Na as On Woo-Joo, the comedy-romance K-drama currently focuses on the lead characters’ career struggles.

In the previous episode, Ki-Baek failed to control his tongue at an award ceremony. He became the topic of jokes at work, leaving him heartbroken. While he was lost in deep thoughts on a rock near a beach, Woo-Joo assumed he would jump to end his life. When she tried to stop him, they both fell into the sea.

The latest episode begins with Woo-Joo pulling him out of the sea. When he wakes up, Ki-Baek asks her to stay away from him. Interestingly, Ki-Baek’s ride has left, so he embarrassingly asks Woo-Joo to drop him off in the city. On the way, Woo-Joo falls sick and becomes unconscious. Therefore, Ki-Baek rushes her to the hospital.

Frankly Speaking episode 3 begins with Song Ki-Baek realizing how he started lying. Since childhood, his mother has said that it was okay to lie to protect his family. While growing up, he let others define him, and he just went along with their assumptions. Therefore, his current situation is extremely difficult for him.

Since his electrocution, he has had episodes when he speaks brutal truths without thinking. This has affected his work and family, leaving him depressed. However, his interactions with On Woo-Joo calm him down in difficult situations. After that hospital incident, Ki-Baek thinks that Woo-Joo is the key to his peaceful mind.

Meanwhile, Woo-Joo struggles at work because her variety shows are not working. Her boss brings in her rival to her team and asks them to work together. Her pride is hurt, so she approaches a celebrity to appear on her show. While she begs him, Woo-Joo’s ex, Kim Jung-Heon (Joo Jong-Hyuk), appears. He is a top star who wants to work in Woo-Joo’s variety show.

His interference irks her, and she leaves the place. Outside, Ki-Baek is waiting for her. He tries to explain his theory that he needs her, but she gets confused. When he holds her hand, Jung-Heon arrives and intensely stares at Ki-Baek. Woo-Joo finds out that the two men have known each other since high school. In front of her ex-boyfriend, she avoids talking to Ki-Baek and leaves after slightly pushing him away from her.

Frankly Speaking episode 3 ending: Did Go Kyung-Pyo quit his job?

In Frankly Speaking episode 3, Ki-Baek returns to work, but no one wants him there. He feels embarrassed and lonely, but Woo-Joo tries to keep him company. She wants him to find out why he wants to be a news anchor.

Later, he discusses this with his doctor, who implies that his brain has an on-and-off switch. His personality changes when he sneezes or when any impact is put on his brain. The next day, Ki-Baek is set to audition for a news anchor position at JBC Broadcasting. He knows that he won’t be selected, and he has been sent to just show his face.

Woo-Joo appears on the set to encourage him to do well. Despite the switch turning on, he manages to give an excellent audition. Towards the end, he realizes why he wants to be a news anchor. He wants to bring the world’s truth to the people and doesn’t want to lie. Therefore, he decides to quit.

In front of everyone, Ki-Baek says, “I cannot lie. Truth, fairness, and justice — I trust the news program devoid of these values aren’t worth existing. This is the reason I must be a man who cannot lie, and the reason why I’ve decided to leave this corrupt news studio that reels of such a disgusting, rotten stench which I cannot stand any longer.” The episode ends with Woo-Joo being shocked at Ki-Baek’s speech while he leaves the studio, winking at her.

Popular K-drama Queen of Tears aired a brand new episode 7 on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 9:20 p.m. KST on tvN. The episode is also available to stream on Netflix. The series focuses on the tumultuous love story of a married couple, chaebol heiress Hong Hae-In (Kim Ji-Won) and her husband Baek Hyun-Woo (Kim Soo-Hyun).

Episode 7 of Queen of Tears provided viewers with adequate drama as Hong Hae-In dealt with the repercussions of finding out that Baek Hyun-Woo intended a divorce. While she promised to seek revenge, Yoon Eun-Seong was planning to take control of Queens Group. Meanwhile, Hyun-Woo tried to reveal the truth behind who set him up, all while trying to mend his marriage. In the end, Hyun-Woo discovered that Hae-In lost her memories and returned to a time when she didn’t know about the divorce papers.

Queen of Tears Episode 7: Kim Soo-Hyun & Kim Ji-Won encounter major issues in their marriage

The latest Queen of Tears episode 7 picked up from when Hong Hae-In found out about Baek Hyun-Woo’s signed divorce papers. She wanted him to say it was all a lie but soon realized his initial materialistic motivation behind the divorce. A devastated Hae-In then planned on returning and avoiding Hyun-Woo.

However, she had another memory lapse episode when she suddenly found herself in the middle of the street, with a truck advancing towards her. Baek Hyun-Woo arrived just in time to save her. Hae-In requested him not to save her life if anything like this happened again. The following day, the doctor revealed that Hae-In wasn’t responding to the treatment as she had no will to live. To give her a reason to live, Hyun-Woo pretended to be his previous materialistic self. Hae-In decided to make his life miserable. Meanwhile, Eun-Seong finally signed the resort deal with Hong Soo-Cheol.

Behind closed doors, Eun-Seong plotted his plan to use the resort deal issues against the conglomerate. However, the plan bothered Soo-Cheol’s wife, Cheon Da-Hye. The following day, Hyun-Woo visited Chairman Hong Man-Dae. The latter accused Hyun-Woo of being a whistleblower when Hyun-Woo himself showed proof.

Hyun-Woo felt that someone had ordered the whole plan and set him up. However, he lacked proof of the same. Meanwhile, Eun-Seong, the mastermind behind the setup, continued to hurry the plan. On the other hand, Hyun-Woo’s parents found out about their son’s misery. The Chairman’s mistress, Mo Seul-Hee, caught hold of a hint about Hae-In’s illness.

At night, Hyun-Woo asked Hae-In to stay away from Eun-Seong, citing enough proof. At the office the next day, Hae-In audited Hyun-Woo’s shares and other official documents to see if he was pursuing illegal means. Meanwhile, Cheon Da-Hye battled with her increasing concern for her husband Soo-Cheol. She decided to move on with her plan of leaving him.

Meanwhile, Eun-Seong found out that Hae-In had been consulting a doctor. Hae-In discovered that Hyun-Woo had been looking for a raccoon she had previously fooled him into believing. She later found out that he’d also been sending condolence money and flowers to one of Hae-In’s employees who lost her mother. He had been doing it on behalf of Hae-In. The latter asked him not to joke around, promising to seek revenge.

At night, Hae-In met with Eun-Seong on their Hercyna deal. Hae-In asked what he wanted in return. He asked her to break it off with Hyun-Woo. Eun-Seong even asked if he could replace him in the future. However, he pretended it was a joke that left Hae-In offended. She suffered another memory lapse episode on her way back while Eun-Seong caught hold of her pills.

While looking into Eun-Seong, Hyun-Woo discovered that the former was adopted by a rich family when he was 12. However, both of Eun-Seong’s adoptive parents passed away due to a drunk driving accident. Suspiciously, none of them were drinkers. Eun-Seong returned to his room when he met with Mo Seul-Hee. It turned out that she was his birth mother, who gave him away because of her poor background.

Eun-Seong asked Seul-Hee if she was happy being the Chairman’s mistress. Seul-Hee assured him that it was their chance to get their luxurious life and happiness. Eun-Seong warned her that the Chairman was still hung up on his happy memories from the past. Seul-Hee planned a move when she offered to go to prison to save Man-Dae.

By the end of the episode, Hyun-Woo saw Hae-In feed the cat. However, Hae-In acted differently. She spoke to him kindly and lovingly and assured him that she’d find a cure for her illness. Hyun-Woo soon discovered that Hae-In lost her memories. She went back to the past when she wasn’t aware about the divorce. A devastated Hyun-Woo broke down and apologized while Hae-In embraced him, confessing her love.

K-Dramas Like Love Song for Illusion: Alchemy of Souls, Moon in the Day & More

The highly rated KBS K-drama Love Song for Illusion has recently ended. Starring Park Ji-Hoon and Hong Ye-Ji, the fantasy series revolves around King Sajo Hyeon and his dual personality Ak-Hee.

Due to childhood trauma, he suffers from a split personality disorder. While it is a psychological issue, the drama portrays the dual personality as an evil spirit. Sajo Hyeon and Ak-Hee cannot stand each other, and things get worse when they fall in love with the same woman named Yeon Wol/Kyera. The latter is the last descendent of a noble family who was killed by Sajo Hyeon’s father. She grows up as an assassin to seek revenge on the royal family but ends up falling for Sajo Hyeon.

The Park Ji-Hoon starrer is not the only series that deals with fantasy historical and split personality storylines. Take a look at a few more K-dramas like Love Song for Illusion.

Lee Jae-Wook’s Alchemy of Souls

Alchemy of Souls is another fantasy historical K-drama, starring Lee Jae-Wook and Jung So-Min. It tells the story of a popular assassin named Naksu, whose spirit accidentally goes into a blind and weak woman’s body. Jang Uk identifies Naksu and asks her to be his servant in the public eye. Kim Young-Dae’s Moon in the Day

Starring Kim Young-Dae and Pyo Ye-Jin, Moon in the Day is a fantasy K-drama like Love Song for Illusion. Do Ha, a wandering spirit from ancient Korea, enters superstar Joon-Oh’s body in the 21st century. He wants to seek revenge on his wife Ha Ri-Ta’s reincarnation Kang Young-Hwa.

In the Joseon period, Do Ha and Ri-Ta met as enemies but soon fell in love. His obsession to protect Ri-Ta became fatal for innocent people, hence, she kills him.

In the present day, he tries all kinds of methods to kill her but eventually falls for Young-Hwa. The series is available on Viki.

Lee Dong-Wook’s Tale of the Nine-Tailed

Tale of the Nine-Tailed is a fantasy romance K-drama, starring Lee Dong-Wook and Jo Bo-Ah. It tells the story of a mythical deity Lee Yeon who has spent centuries on earth to find his lost love. He gets involved with a TV producer named Ah-Eum, who wants to expose the mystical world. Soon, she realizes she has a past life connection with the nine-tailed fox.

The K-drama also has another season titled Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938. Aside from the lead actors, it also stars Kim Bum, Kim Yong-Ji, and Hwang Hee. Viewers can watch it on Netflix.

Park Seo-Joon’s Kill Me, Heal Me

While the aforementioned dramas are similar to Love Song for Illusion because of the fantasy genre, Kill Me, Heal Me shares the split personality concept with the KBS K-drama. Starring Ji Sung, Hwang Jung-Eum, and Park Seo-Joon, the series revolves around a Korean conglomerate son Cha Do-Hyun. He has a multiple personality disorder because of a traumatic childhood.

Psychiatrist Ri-Jun enters his life to heal him but also gets emotionally closer to all his personalities. The second lead in the drama is Ri-On (Seo-Joon). The drama is available on Viki.

Lee Dong-Wook’s Bad And Crazy

Bad And Crazy is a 2021 K-drama about a cop who suffers from split personality disorder. His life turns upside down when a mysterious entity named K enters his life. The character of Lee Dong-Wook as Ryu Sool-Yeol is similar to Love Song for Illusion’s Park Ji-Hoon’s role.

In Bad and Crazy, the storyline majorly focuses on the growth of the cop and not on his suffering due to the disorder. The drama is available to stream on Netflix.

Jang Dong-Yoon’s Like Flowers in Sand Episode 11 Photos Tease Lee Joo-Myoung’s Reunion With Her Childhood Friends

ENA released a few photos from Like Flowers in Sand Episode 11 ahead of its premiere. Starring Jang Dong-Yoon as Baek-Du and Lee Joo-Myoung as Oh Yu-Gyeong/Du-Sik, the K-drama is nearing its end.

In episode 10 ending, Jin-Soo and Seok-Hee barged into Mi-Ran’s cafe to expose Yu-Gyeong and Baek-Du’s affair. There, they finally learned that Yu-Gyeong is their childhood friend, Du-Sik. While Jin-Soo figured it out earlier, Seok-Hee couldn’t believe it.

The upcoming installment’s latest photos feature the childhood friends joining forces to unravel the infamous Chil-Seong death mystery.

In Like Flowers in Sand, Jang Dong-Yoon’s Baek-Du confessed his love for Du-Sik and convinced her to join in her investigation case. Du-Sik returned to her hometown after 30 years as Yu-Gyeong. She didn’t reveal her true identity to anyone, but Baek-Du was certain that she was his childhood friend.

In episode 10, Baek-Du and Du-Sik’s childhood friends find out her real identity. As per the photos from the upcoming Like Flowers in Sand episode 11, the friends and Du-Sik’s subordinate, Min Hyeon-Uk, come together to solve Chil-Seong’s death case. Du-Sik and Mi-Ran seem more interested in the case as it is likely connected to a past scandal involving their fathers.

Episode 11 trailer, which was previously released, shows Hyeon-Uk and Seok-Hee pair up to explore the mystery. Meanwhile, Mi-Ran reveals to the townspeople that she is the daughter of the wrestler who died 30 years ago.

My Demon Ending Explained & Episode 16 Spoilers: Does It Have a Happy or Sad Ending?

Popular K-drama My Demon aired its final episode 16 on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 9:50 p.m. KST on SBS. The episode was later available to stream on Netflix. The series follows the story of demon Jung Gu-Won (Song Kang), who enters into a contract marriage with chaebol heiress Do Do-Hee (Kim Yoo-Jung). While the two sign the contract for their own reasons, they end up falling in love amid a tragic past life connection.

Episode 16 of My Demon documented a tense finale with a rather interesting conclusion. The drama had a happy ending, with demon Jung Gu-Won returning to Do Do-Hee’s life. Their lives came a full circle as they became each other’s destroyers, but also each other’s saviors. God gifted them their Christmas miracle. Meanwhile, other characters also got their closure, be it good or bad. The popular and much-loved series provided viewers with a wholesome ending.

My Demon ending explained: Song Kang, Kim Yoo-Jung get their happy ending in episode 16

The latest My Demon episode 16 came a full circle, not just with Gu-Won and Do-Hee’s lives but also with respect to fellow characters. The episode picked up where the previous one left. After the demon’s disappearance, Do-Hee shut herself from the world. However, she decided to endure her living hell to pay the price for Gu-Won’s death. Although she was admitted in the hospital for treatment, Do-Hee escaped on Christmas eve.

The following morning, Do-Hee wished Gu-Won a Merry Christmas. She wished to strike a deal with him, and have him come back to her. God eventually heard her prayers and gave Gu-Won a second chance at life, still as a demon. Initially on seeing the demon, Do-Hee thought she’d either died and was in hell or that she was dreaming. However, Gu-Won assured her that none of it had happened, and that he had returned for good.

The couple ended up getting their happy ending. That night, Gu-Won visited God to thank her, but the latter described that Do-Hee made a deal. So instead of the demon, she fulfilled it. Gu-Won anxiously wondered if that meant Do-Hee would go to hell. However, God expressed that the payment for the deal was already made when she previously lost a bet to him. This was back when Gu-Won managed to save Do-Hee from the fire and regain his powers.

Do-Hee and Gu-Won celebrated Christmas together. Do-Hee further discovered the deal her father had made with the demon 10 years ago. Apparently, his father struck a deal to save his wife, who was also pregnant with Do-Hee, in return for his life a decade later. Do-Hee expressed that Gu-Won had once again saved her life, just like he did in their past life. The following day at work, everyone, including Joo Seok-Hoon celebrated Gu-Won’s return.

Do-Hee then met Noh Suk-Min to inform him that she was safe and that Gu-Won had returned. She told him that the only person he had destroyed was himself. This angered Suk-Min, who began screaming. Once he was sent back to prison, he began hallucinating about his mother, Madam Ju. Meanwhile, his wife, Kim Se-Ra emotionally reflected on her happy memories with her late son Noh Do-Gyeong.

Park Bok-Gyu and Jin Ga-Yeong welcomed Gu-Won back to Sunwol Foundation with an emotional embrace. Gu-Won bid a happy farewell to Ga-Young, who was heading to England. Before leaving, she visited her house from where the demon had rescued her. She saw a father abusing his daughter and reported him to the police. Ga-Young rescued the girl, who thought her to be an angel. She recalled being saved by Gu-Won in similar way, and assured the little girl that she’d return to help her anytime.

Meanwhile, other characters also got their closure. Bok-Gyu and Shin Da-Jeong (Do-Hee’s secretary) announced their relationship. Joo Seok-Hoon became the chairperson of Mirae Group as Do-Hee didn’t want to receive any more help from Madam Ju. However, she discovered that Madam Ju had terminal pancreatic cancer. Madam Ju pushed Do-Hee to get married as she didn’t want her to be alone. Noh Suk-Min received a death sentence.

Although Gu-Won and Do-Hee had their arguments until the end, they received their “happily ever after” just by being with each other forever.

The Bequeathed trailer reveals the upcoming Korean thriller series, in which ominous events begin to unfold once a family’s burial ground is passed down. The project hails from Yeon Sang-ho, who directed Train to Busan and created the hit Netflix series Hellbound.

What’s The Bequeathed about, when does it premiere, and who is in it?

The Bequeathed debuts globally on January 19. It centers on Seo-ha (Kim Hyun-joo). She receives sudden word that her uncle, her father’s younger brother, has died. She inherits the family gravesite, given that she’s his only remaining relative. But things get complicated when her half-brother Young-ho (Ryu Kyung-soo) approaches her. He argues for his share of the estate. Days later, cops arrive to investigate a series of mysterious murders that occur nearby.

Kim Hyun-joo‘s other credits include Hellbound, Undercover, and Watcher. Ryu Kyung-soo is known for Glitch, Hellbound, Broker. The cast also includes Park Hee-soon (A Model Family, My Name) as the police detective Choi Seong-jun. Park Byung-eun (Kingdom, Eve) also stars as Choi’s younger colleague and the squad chief.

The series is co-created by Min Hong-nam, Hwang Eun-young, and Yeon. It’s based on the webtoon of the same title written by Kang Tae-kyung and illustrated by Jonoon and Rido. The Bequeathed is produced by Wow Point and RedPeter Films (Peninsula, Another Child, Psychokinesis, Train to Busan).

Maestra: Strings of Truth episode 3 release date and time & plot

Maestra: Strings of Truth episode 3 will air on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 9:20 p.m. KST on tvN. It also releases on Disney Plus with subtitles.

The trailer begins with heartbroken Cha Se-Eum (Lee Young-Ae) confronting her husband and his lover, Lee A-Jin (Lee Si-Won). The latter is a member of Se-Eum’s orchestra. Although the lead character is devastated and heartbroken, she is now determined to show her fierce side. This becomes evident when A-Jin says to Se-Eum, “Stop being hypocritical,” to which she replies, “There would be nothing unusual about me strangling you right now.”

The Maestra: Strings of Truth episode 3 trailer further shows Se-Eum sleeping in Jeong-Jae’s bedroom while he picks up her husband’s call from the bathroom. Jeong-Jae warns Kim Pil and asks him to “get lost.” The husband confronts Jeong-Jae and tells him to mind his own business.

The K-drama trailer then shows the ex-lovers sharing glances while Kim Pil frustratingly asks Se-Eum where she was last night. Towards the end, she slaps her husband. Kim Pil then states that he will end their relationship. The trailer ends with Se-Eum saying, “The only thing you’re going to break up is my marriage, not my orchestra.”

JTBC Confirms Season 3 of Strong Girl Series as Strong Girl Nam-Soon Finale Episode Release Date Nears

Strong Girl Nam-Soon became one of the most successful K-dramas on Netflix in 2023. With the series nearing its end, network JTBC confirmed that viewers can expect a third installment.

The two Strong Girl series have turned out to be box office hits. While Strong Girl Bong-Soon starred Park Bo-Young and Park Hyung-Sik, Strong Girl Nam-Soon features Lee Yoo-Mi, Ong Seong-Wu, and Byeon Woo-Seok in lead roles.

The reports of the franchise returning for Season 3 have been doing rounds for some time. Meanwhile, Strong Girl Nam-Soon has only two episodes left.

JTBC on Strong Girl series Season 3: ‘We have plans for another installment’

Strong Girl Bong-Soon premiered in 2017 and Strong Girl Nam-Soon arrived after six years. Both the K-dramas are available on Netflix.

Seeing the success rate of both series, making a third installment was reportedly in talks. Newsen’s Monday report released JTBC’s official statement. It reads, “We have plans for a follow-up series, but we are currently concentrating on writing other works.”

Hence, Season 3 is in the planning stage. The previous installment’s writer was Baek Mi-Kyeong and the director was Kim Jung-Sik.

The background of the Strong Girl series revolves around a young woman with superhuman powers that she inherits from her mother’s side. Park Bo-Young’s Strong Girl Bong-Soon focused on Bong-Soon’s strength and her romance with Park Hyung-Sik. The ongoing second installment, on the other hand, is about Lee Yoo-Mi’s Nam-Soon fighting crime with her mother and grandmother.

Strong Girl Nam-Soon finale episode release date

Strong Girl Nam-Soon consists of 16 episodes. So far, 14 have been released, and the rest two will air in the coming weekend on Netflix and JTBC.

While episode 15 airs on Saturday, November 25, 2023, the finale (episode 16) will premiere on Sunday, November 26, 2023. The final episode is set to be intense as Ryu Si-O found out the real Gang Nam-Soon in episode 14. It will also explore the romantic relationship between Nam-Soon and Detective Kang Hee-Sik.
