I’ve got to admit, over the last few months, H&M has truly stepped up its game. While I’ve grown up loyally shopping at the retailer thanks to their incredible pricing and size-inclusivity, I’ve found myself going more often than not in the last few months. Although I’m exposed to a bevy of incredibly made, luxe fashion brands as an editor, there’s something quite satisfying about heading to my local H&M and picking up an incredibly cute and wildly affordable head-to-toe look for the price of dinner for two. 

Now that fall is slowly turning around the corner and I’m purging my closet of things I should have donated years ago, I stopped by H&M to stroll through their basics section and stock up on some must-have essentials. Truth be told, looking at the selection of runway-approved new arrivals and rich-looking basics, I was honestly shocked.
