New FEMA recovery centers open across North Central Florida

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – New FEMA disaster recovery centers are opening across North Central Florida.

If you need to apply for FEMA aid, you can go to one of the centers in Columbia, Gilchrist, or Suwannee counties.

One station is at the Lake City Reporter building in Columbia County.

Another is at Gilchrist County Fire Station number two in Branford.

Lastly, there will be one at the Suwannee County Station is at Hale Park in Live Oak.

All locations are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
