If I could wear one designer brand for the rest of my life, Max Mara would be it. (Prada would be a close tie). Why? Because Max Mara has always stood for luxurious timeless classics that continue to feel fresh and of the moment season after season. From camel coats to easy tailoring and cashmere knits in a versatile palette of neutrals, the Italian designer brand hits my sartorial senses just right.
While I’m undoubtedly smitten with the luxurious brand and have certainly invested in a handful of chic pieces over the years, my budget is realistically more aligned with Mango. Since I’m also an ardent Mango fan, I know it’s not too hard to emulate the chic and classic vibe without having to spend a fortune.
