It’s tea fit for a queen thanks to former royal chef, Carolyn Robb. She shares 50 recipes for sweet and savory tea time treats that are tied to twelve of Britain’s most-loved castles and royal palaces.

Recipes include gingerbread sentry boxes and soldiers, miniature clotted cream and raspberry scones, an elegant lemon and elderflower cake and a white chocolate and mint cake. The recipes are made with seasonal ingredients and have easy-to-follow instructions making them perfect for both novice and experienced cooks. Each recipe has a story of its own and offers a taste of the traditions surrounding British afternoon tea.
