Western New York braces for lake-effect snowstorm

A state of emergency has been declared in nearly a dozen counties in New York ahead of a potentially historic lake-effect snowstorm. The system is already causing headaches on roadways in Erie, Pennsylvania. The Weather Channel’s Mike Bettes has the forecast.
