LiveCopter 3 is overhead as Sacramento Fire crews are trying to move a fire truck that appeared stuck in waters near Discovery Park on Monday evening.Crews had arrived on the scene to assist a woman who was surrounded by water. The woman was later taken to safety on a raft. After the rescue, fire crews have been slowly trying to navigate one of their vehicles through the water.
