During a recent livestream, Wack opened with a warning. He said Big U made public accusations after turning himself in, claiming that Wack 100 helped federal authorities indict him.

“I got a tough decision to make. Big U, when he turned his self in, made accusations that Wack 100 and 600…was working with the feds take him down. He said this to the world.”

Wack said his legal team is urging him to file a defamation lawsuit, even though he has tried to hold them back.

“My legal team, when it comes to my overall businesses and things that I do, they have some say-so in this matter. So I’ve been fighting them and fighting them on what I didn’t want to do, which is file anything against Big U for defamation and slander, as I did with Worldstar and LA Media, and I won that case, and I got paid.”

He explained that his attorneys believe the accusations could hurt future deals.

“I’m trying my best to keep my legal team from doing what they feel they’re obligated to do because my legal team is also my business partners in a lot of my business, and they felt like in the long run it could affect the business,” he added.

Wack made his demand clear: walk back this claim or face serious consequences.

“We need a statement retracting that…Matter of fact, in federal court, they addressed it and went on the record and said that they’ve never talked to, dealt with, communicated, spoke to Wack 100 and 600 regarding any of these things..I need that retraction. If not, I’m letting y’all know…I’m going to be forced to go at any and everything; catalogs, real estate, whatever he might have any type of possession of ownership of. I’m going to be forced to go at it.”

Big U previously addressed raids connected to the investigation, pointing the finger at Wack.

“When they raided my houses and my property, they was asking about Wack. Wack, Loose Cannon, 600, and this internet stuff,” he revealed shortly before turning himself in.

For now, Wack 100 denies RICO case involvement and says the next step depends on whether that retraction comes.
