(KRON) — A pickup truck was stolen out of East Palo Alto, and a police chase ensued. The chase ended in a wild rollover crash in unincorporated Redwood City, according to the Menlo Park Police Department (MPPD).
Surveillance video (above) shows the truck rolling over several times, appearing to be going at a high rate of speed. The truck hit at least three vehicles parked on the street in the residential neighborhood, video shows.
The crash happened overnight on Wednesday, Oct. 1. According to the surveillance video, it happened around 2:22 a.m. at the intersection of Second Ave & Edison Way. MPPD located the stolen vehicle at the scene of the crash.
An East Palo Alto resident reported to police that his truck was stolen. According to the East Palo Alto Police Department (EPAPD), a 29-year-old Phoenix woman, Lisabet Acosta Carbajal, is accused of stealing the car.
The suspect was booked for vehicle theft, DUI and evading police, EPAPD said. She sustained injuries and received treatment at Stanford Hospital before she was booked into the county jail.

Multiple injuries were reported from the crash, the Menlo Park Fire Protection District said. However, no specific details were released at this time.
Video of the crash was initially posted on TikTok where it has more than 100,000 views on the platform.
