Original Post March 9

After an extensive remodel and the usual delays Lotus on the Beach is set to open later this month in the former Pegasus Pizza location at 2768 Alki Ave SW.  It will offer asian fusion cuisine and will seat about 65 people.

Asian fusion typically uses traditional Asian-style ingredients, dishes and techniques that then combines flavor and ingredients you might find in traditional Mexican, American or other Asian-style dishes.

Lotus on the Beach will have a full bar and offer bubble tea as well.
