Ukraine faces rolling blackouts after Russian strikes

The Ukrainian government is warning of rolling blackouts after Russian strikes destroyed 30% of the country’s power stations in just over a week. In addition, the U.S. said it has information that Iranian troops are on the ground supporting Russian drone attacks in Ukraine. Holly Williams has the latest.
