Townsend Reserve, a new-home community in Splendora, will add 301 homesites and a slate of amenities as part of a recently announced 31-acre expansion.
Plans for the new section, called Roots at Townsend Reserve, include an entry park, putting green, playground, walking and biking trails and street art.
“This represents the next chapter of thoughtful community design,” Dan Miller, CEO of Camillo Companies, said in a press release. “Roots at Townsend Reserve balances affordability, lifestyle and connection in a way that reflects how homeowners truly want to live.”
Legend Homes will serve as the exclusive homebuilder. Home designs feature pocket offices, flex spaces and ample storage.
