A Houston-area couple feels victimized all over again after their recent trip to New Orleans. Minnie Washington checked her mail Tuesday and says she found a $135 ticket from the City of New Orleans. Washington said it happened after her and her husband’s truck was stolen right outside their hotel. Making the situation even worse, two days after that, the Washingtons say they were horrified to spot the Chevy Silverado used in a double shooting in the CBD.
