Toll Fire near Calistoga triggers evacuation orders, warnings

Evacuation orders and warnings have been issued due to a wildland fire burning north of Calistoga in Napa County.
According to Cal Fire, the blaze, known as the Toll Fire, is approximately 40 acres in size and moving southwest.
Cal Fire and the Napa County Sheriff’s Office issued an evacuation alert just before 11:30 a.m.
Evacuation orders are in place for Zone NPA-E113, near state Highway 29 and west of Palisades Road, and Zone NPA-E103 north of Old Lawley Toll Road.
Evacuation warnings are in place for Zone NPA-E104 near Livermore Road and Oat Hill Road and Zone NPA-E105 north of Highway 29. Additionally, Old Lawley Toll Road is closed.
No evacuation centers have been announced as of midday Tuesday. People can find their zones at protect.genasys.com/search.
Heavy smoke is being reported in the area, including in neighboring Sonoma County. The Santa Rosa Police Department reports that smoke from the fire is expected to impact eastern parts of Santa Rosa.
