Thousands of pro-Palestine protesters march through Sydney CBD – Medical Marijuana Program Connection

An estimated 50,000 pro-Palestine protestors calling for a ceasefire in Gaza marched through Sydney’s CBD.

It followed a pro-Israel vigil at a separate location where Jewish leaders told a crowd of thousands there will be no ceasefire until all hostages are released.

A Palestine flag about 50 metres long was laid on the ground for people to write messages of support for those suffering in the Gaza strip.

Baby effigies wrapped up in sheets with fake blood on them were displayed around the event.

Police escorted the march through the blocked off streets.
