These Easy Baked Pork Chops Are Ready in 30 Minutes
[ad_1]
Pork chops and applesauce were a weeknight staple in my home. We’d never be served one without the other because the applesauce added moisture and flavor to an otherwise dry dinner. It wasn’t my parents’ fault — everyone in the late ’80s and early ’90s ate overcooked pork, because that’s what the USDA told them to do. Luckily, dry pork chops are a thing of the past, as long as you season them well and cook them to the correct temperature (145°F!). Here’s how to make easy weeknight baked boneless pork chops.
