BI Group USA and Vita Group opened The Winford, a boutique townhome development in Houston’s Galleria neighborhood.
The project features 26 private-entry, four-floor townhome units ranging from 2,800 to 3,400 square feet with oversized windows, tall ceilings and rooftop terraces. Prices range from $815,000 to $985,000.
“We saw a clear demand in Houston for homes that provide privacy, space and style without giving up proximity to the city’s best amenities,” Olzhas Ayazbayev, CEO of BI Group, said in a press release. “The Winford delivers that balance and elevates what it means to live in the Galleria area.”
Townhome deliveries are expected by the end of next year.
