Construction is underway on a new amenity complex at The Trails, Castle Hill Partners’ master-planned community in New Caney.
Plans for the five-acre campus include a resort-style pool, covered patio, splash pad, event space and outdoor seating, plus an indoor venue with a kitchenette, restrooms, seating and homeowners association offices.
“From the beginning, our vision for The Trails has been to create a community that feels connected to nature, recreation and to one another,” Tiffany McMillan, vice president of asset management for Castle Hill Partners, said in a press release. “Our new amenity campus will bring that vision to life by offering residents a venue where they can relax, gather and build lasting memories.”
Future construction plans in the works at The Trails include an on-site school.
