The New Jersey State Bar Association‘s Cannabis & Psychedelic Law Committee is back in session.
Our first general meeting of the 2025–2026 year will take place in person on Wednesday, September 10 at 5:30 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. This meeting is open to all current and prospective New Jersey State Bar Association members and is a great opportunity to get involved and help shape the direction of our work this year.
We’ll review upcoming subcommittee goals, legislative developments, and event planning – including advocacy priorities and our ongoing commitment to equity and access in the regulated substances space.
