The Glory: Part 1 is a masterpiece from director An Gil-ho (of Stranger) and Kim Eun-sook, writer of Goblin and Mr. Sunshine. It consists of eight episodes, each lasting 60 minutes. Revenge, bullying, childhood trauma, and confrontation are all factors in drama.
The narrative centers on Dong-eun, who has horrible recollections of bullying and school violence and is portrayed by Song Hye-kyo from The Descendants of the Sun, Encounter, Full House, etc. After 18 years, she exacts her vengeance by bringing all the culprits and those close to them to the point of ruin.
Yeo-Jung, portrayed by Lee Do-Hyun from the film Sweet Home and 18 Again, is another unfortunate disaster victim. Dong-eun and Yeo-Jung become entangled, either accidentally or on purpose, and plan their revenge together.
