CLEVELAND (WJW) — In the midst of a disappointing 2025 season, the Cleveland Guardians have announced what to look forward to in the year ahead.

Tuesday, the team released its schedule for the 2026 season, meaning you can start making your home opener plans today. For that game, which ends up being a city-wide holiday every year, the Guards are taking on the Chicago Cubs on April 3. It is not yet clear if it will be snowing on that day.
