The Boyer Co. to start work on first project in huge Mesa business park

Utah-based The Boyer Co., the project’s developer, expects to have the building permits ready in March to break ground on the new Mesa production facility for a Canadian data systems supplier that in essence will kick off the buildout of a 273-acre business park.
