Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming project, The Archies, has been capturing widespread attention ever since it was announced. In a recent update, the production team has revealed the release date for the film’s first track, titled Sunoh. After months of anticipation following the release of the teaser for The Archies, fans can look forward to enjoying Sunoh on October 19. Suhana Khan, adding to the excitement surrounding the project, shared the motion poster for the track. The poster presents the lead cast in a fresh and intriguing light. In her announcement, the starlet wrote, “Aao kahaani sunoh, Meri zubaani sunoh… Our first song from The Archies, Sunoh out on 19th October! Set your reminder with the link in bio.”
The teaser for The Archies was unveiled back in July of this year. The upcoming movie is a beloved Archie Comics adaptation that is set in the past, giving the plot a hint of period fiction. The events of Zoya Akhtar’s film take place in 1964 in the fictional hill station of Riverdale. The teaser promises a story about the young protagonists’ friendships, relationships, and heartaches. The preview gave everyone a wonderful trip down memory lane with scenes that featured bicycles, skates, and vibrant parties in addition to well-known references.
