Texas officials accused of creating migrant busing chaos

A nonprofit worker who partnered with Texas to help with its migrant busing program says she left her position after the state deliberately stymied her efforts to notify officials and those in her nonprofit network about when and where migrants would be arriving in Democratic-led cities.
