- A Berlin court has issued a penalty order against Alexander Zverev. He now has to pay a fine of 450,000€ (90 daily rates of 5,000€) for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend in May 2020.
- Zverev has filed an objection against the penalty order. The District Court will now hear the involved parties again and then “in all likelihood” schedule a date for the main hearing. It is currently not foreseeable when the trial might take place.
- Zverev is considered innocent until found guilty.
