Jennifer Pedranti’s fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, has been dragged into her spousal support battle with ex-husband William Pedranti.

As William, 52, attempts to have his spousal support payments to the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star terminated and his child support lowered, Ryan, 46, has been caught in the crossfire as William has signaled to their live-in relationship, prompting an emotional declaration from Jennifer.

“I believe it is unfair to terminate spousal support because I am cohabitating with Ryan. The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option,” Jennifer wrote to the court, according to an October 24 report from In Touch Weekly.

Jennifer then noted that despite a court order, William, who she was married to from 2002 to 2022, never paid her the $267,000 he owed for the sale of their former marital home.

“Had I received my half portion of the proceeds when William received it (which he should have done), I would have had the ability to pay my lease, and I would not have been evicted. Or, I would have had the means to secure my own place without Ryan. It would not be equitable for the court to consider my cohabitation with Ryan as a basis to end my support when William’s bad conduct forced me to do so,” she explained. “Furthermore, William was also aware at the time we entered the judgment that I was cohabitating with Ryan. Therefore, it is not a change of circumstance warranting consideration to terminate spousal support.”

She then pulled William’s income declarations into question.

“It should be noted William can apparently pay $2,300 per month for his car, but not pay court ordered support,” she said, signaling to the $4,674 a month child support and $1,735 a month spousal support payments.

As RHOC fans may have seen, William recently requested his spousal support be terminated and his child support be lowered, noting that his and Jennifer’s son, Dawson, now lives with him, and accusing Jennifer of harassment, which she denies.

“William’s claim that I make mean or disparaging comments about him is false. William will not communicate with me at all about our children, and simply ignores me,” she said. “The court will note none of my messages are harassing, mean, or disparaging. Please also note William has not responded to one of my several messages.”

In his own court documents, William told the court, “Jennifer still lives with Ryan, and I believe has little to no living expenses (rent, utilities, car payment etc.) due to this living arrangement.”

According to William, it was Jennifer’s inability to pay rent that led to her past eviction from a home in Ladera Ranch, California.

“I am not a party to the lease agreement. Jennifer signed the lease agreement without first notifying me. If she had notified me beforehand, I would have not agreed to the terms of the lease (particularly the amount). We agreed to an uneven split of the amount of the rent since the children would be living there,” he shared. “Jennifer was not able to contribute anything toward the rent, and therefore, the rent was not able to be paid in full.”

Jennifer Pedranti reportedly returned to divorce court shortly after a divorce agreement was reached with her ex William Pedranti. The former couple, who got married in 2002 and broke up in 2021, have disputed the financial situation amid the divorce.

In July, the exes reportedly reached a settlement – three years after their split. She apparently was awarded a total of $6,000 a month from William in child and spousal support. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is now in a relationship with Ryan Boyajian, who hinted that he’s suing her co-star Tamra Judge (who accused him of stealing from a Dodgers baseball player).

In Touch obtained court documents claiming that Jennifer returned to divorce court weeks after working out the agreement with William.

Per the documents, Jennifer demanded that her ex appear in court for a financial examination, claiming she needed this info to assist in the “enforcement of a money judgment” against him.

Judge Julie Palafox granted Jennifer’s request, and the court scheduled the examination for 8:30 a.m. on October 21 – while ordering William to show up in court with paperwork to aid Jennifer in collecting the money owed to her.

The notice addressed William directly: “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

Before the July settlement, Jennifer’s attorney asserted, “[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food and educational costs. While [William] currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses.”

Allegedly, after Jennifer’s new boyfriend Ryan sent Tamra a cease and desist, Tamra apologized twice for making the accusations against him on Watch What Happens Live. Vicki Gunvalson, however, said Ryan isn’t suing Tamra yet. Alum Kelly Dodd recently suggested that multiple castmates should form a class-action lawsuit against Tamra for her alleged slander.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursday nights on Bravo.

Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County recently returned, and fans have quite a bit to devour. Among the storylines from the show that made headlines was Jennifer Pedranti‘s fiance, Ryan Boyajian, being linked to a massive gambling scandal.

As was previously reported, filming for the season picked up after it had concluded in order to catch the goings on with the situation. Now, she’s opening up about the scandal, the issues with Gina Kirschenheiter, Tamra Judge, and more.

As fans know, Jennifer joined RHOC during the show’s 17th season. This means she’s still a fairly new housewife, but she is expected to dominate much of this new season due to the gambling scandal, which involved money being wired illegally to multiple accounts and then laundered through casinos. Jennifer and Ryan started dating in 2020.

Recently, she sat down with Housewives Nightcap from Access Hollywood and discussed RHOC, the gambling allegations against Ryan, and much more.

She starts by discussing how this season is different than her first. She says, “There was a lot that went on in my life, like, I’m telling you, I think everything that could happen to a person probably happened in this last season of filming.”

Regarding what made season one difficult, she says, “Season one was hard because my friendship with Tamra was very difficult, and Tamra is a very strong personality, so I was navigating that and finding a new normal within a friendship.”

She goes on, “Season two is hard because my real life really got shaken up and it affected me, it affected my kids, it affected my relationship, it affected my ex. I mean truly, like, everything kind of got pulled out from under me, and I lived it on camera.

However, she also says that navigating the drama on camera was an afterthought to how she and her family were going to handle it.

The topic of Jennifer being evicted from the home that Gina helped her get also came up, and she said she understood why Gina was upset. She also says she believed she was doing all she could.

Regarding her drama with Gina, she says, “I understand her side. The thing that’s hard for me is I’m not a woman who would take down another woman’s career. I respect Gina’s career and I respect what that girl has done at her young age.”

The conversation then turns to Jennifer finalizing her divorce from ex-husband William Pedranti. When asked how she’s feeling, Jennifer responds by saying, “Wow, that took four years.  Unfortunately, I have no communication with my ex, and so it’s hard, it’s hard. I’m so grateful that it’s finalized.”

JENNIFER PEDRANTI’S CHILD SUPPORT AMOUNT IS REVEALED

She then said that being married to her ex made her and Ryan feel tethered to the past. She also hopes that she and Ryan can now be friends with her ex-husband.

Regarding the gambling scandal, Jennifer had this to say about why she’s sticking by him, “I would stick by him through anything. I know Ryan, and I communicate about everything, so this was not like some bomb that dropped on Ryan and I. We’ve been going through this with our best friends for a long time.”

She then says, “You just have to give it time. Ryan’s not involved in it.”

Jennifer also expresses that she felt guilty over her stardom “shedding light” on him for something he didn’t do.

Regarding how she felt about some of her castmates meeting and discussing the situation, she says, “I met with Katie and Gina, and they had concerns; anybody would, but you know what they did? They sat me down, and they’re like, girl, what the heck is this guy doing? Are you okay? Are your kids okay?”

She goes on to say who she didn’t hear from.

“I did not hear from Tamra, and I didn’t hear from Emily, but Tamra doesn’t surprise me. Emily, I would have liked to have heard from, but I didn’t.”

She then talks about how this changed things for her and Ryan.

“When it printed, we were like, oh my gosh. It was like we were on the biggest high and then the lowest low, and we had to just come back together and say we know the truth, we’re good.”

The interviewer asked for her take on the Shannon Beador and Alexis Bellino situation. She says, “I can’t.” She goes on to say that Alexis and John Janssen have real love, and she believes they will go the distance. However, she also supports Shannon.

Regarding Tamra, Jennifer says, “Tamra and I were in a great spot, like, we were really moving forward and even so much we wanted the guys to move forward.”

She continues, “Tamra does what Tamra does, and you’ll have to see it.”
