Beyoncé Endorses VP Kamala Harris At Houston Rally

At the campaign event, Tina Knowles introduced Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland. Bey and Kelly stood on business in front of a huge crowd of 30,000 at a down Houston soccer stadium, Fox News reports. Queen Bey’s support at the campaign rally made sense — as fans know she proudly reps her hometown of Houston.

Bey kicked off her speech with a shoutout to H-Town, sharing how proud she and Kelly felt to support VP Kamala Harris. She added that she wasn’t there as a celebrity or politician but as a mother.

“I’m here as a mother. A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in. A world where we have the freedom to control our bodies. A word where we’re not divided. Our past, our present, our future merge to meet us here,” the ‘Break My Soul’ songstress said.

The cultural icon then discussed the stakes for women’s rights and shared her vision of a hopeful future in which unity replaces division.

“We’re all part of something much bigger. We must vote! And we need you. It’s time to sing a new [song]. A song that began 248 years ago. Our moment right now, it’s time for America to sing a new song. Our voices sing a song of unity. They sing a song of dignity and opportunity. Are y’all ready to add your voice to the new America song? Because I am!” Bey continued.

Kelly Rowland Delivers Powerful Speech In Support VP Harris

Bey wasn’t the only one dropping knowledge at the Houston rally. Kelly Rowland followed up with a powerful speech backing VP Harris. The ‘Motivation’ singer made it clear she’s standing ten toes down for the Democratic candidate against Donald Trump.

“A moment where we grab back the pen from those trying to write an American story of misogyny and racism. We are grabbing back the pen from those trying to write an American story that women were denied the right to make our own decisions about our bodies! Houston we are grabbing back the pen! That pen to forge a new path with Kamala Harris and Tim Walz,” Kelly Rowland said.

Kelly doubled down on her support for VP Harris, telling the crowd she took action and casted her vote for Harris two days ago.

Donald Trump & Amber Rose React To VP Kamala Harris’ Houston Rally

Donald Trump threw some shade at VP Harris after her Houston, but he also took a jab at President Joe Biden. At his Michigan rally, he called out VP Harris for supposedly partying with Queen Bey.

“Joe Biden is asleep and Kamala is at a dance party with Beyoncé,” Donnie told the audience.

His statement was met with a few “boos” from the audience.

Amber Rose was also among the social media users to step into The Shade Room claiming Queen Bey copied her speech from Trump’s 2024 Republican National Convention.

@amberrose wrote, She wanna be me so bad. Literally took my whole speech 🙄”

Issa Recap! VP Kamala Harris Fires Up Crowd While Speaking At First Presidential Rally In Wisconsin (VIDEOS)

Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Wisconsin on Tuesday (July 23) to continue promoting her newly launched presidential campaign. It was her first official rally since entering the race just two days ago with President Biden‘s endorsement. As of Tuesday, there are 104 days until the United States opens the election polls.

Kamala Harris Suggests Donald Trump Is “Chaos” At Wisconsin Rally

While speaking to an amped-up crowd, Harris wasted no time coming for the GOP nominee, Donald TrumpA few quotes from the VP’s speech are getting extra attention online, including one about the “choice between freedom and chaos” in November’s election.

“In this campaign, I promise you, I will proudly put my record against [Donald Trump’s] any day of the week,” Kamala Harris said in Wisconsin. “We believe in a future where every person has the opportunity not just to get by, but to get ahead.”

Harris is leaning into her resume as a former district attorney and California attorney general, seeking to draw a contrast with Trump. He is the first former president to be convicted of felony crimes. In May, a jury found him guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records related to paying an adult entertainer “hush money” ahead of the 2020 presidential election.

“I took on perpetrators of all kinds. Predators who abused women. Fraudsters who ripped off consumers. Cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain. So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump’s type,” Vice President Kamala Harris shared.

Additionally, Kamala Harris cast her campaign as a “people first” endeavor. Again, her strategy appears to highlight her stark contrast with Trump, whom she said represented special interests and corporations. She also portrayed her rival’s policies as antiquated and backward-looking.

“We are not going back,” she said. “And I’ll tell you why we are not going back. Ours is a fight for the future.”

The statement echos Barack Obama, who frequently deployed the phrase during his 2012 reelection fight to argue against Republican ideas.

A Recap Of The Last Two Days For Vice President Kamala

As previously reported, President Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race on Sunday (July 21). The development came just weeks after his performance in the presidential debate against Trump came under scrutiny. A few verbal fumbles by President Biden at the debate and appearances after intensified public doubts about his ability to carry an election.

Note that Kamala Harris has yet to be officially nominated as the Democratic nominee. That will happen at the Democratic National Convention, which starts in about three weeks on August 19.

However, according to the Associated Press, she has already secured nomination support from a majority of the voting Democratic delegates. On Monday night, Harris released a statement about becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee.

A portion of the American people and celebrities are already backing Harris. Since Sunday afternoon, she’s raised $100 million in donations. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, she gained the backing of more Democratic officials and political groups.

President Biden Makes First Appearance Sign Resigning, While Trump Campaign Pivots To Harris Takedown

On Monday, she addressed the public from her new Delaware headquarters, with President Biden calling in to show his support. Earlier today, Biden confirmed his plans to address the American people on Wednesday about “what lies ahead” and finishing the job as president.

A few hours later, he made his first public appearance since dropping out of the race. He told the press, who waited  as he boarded Air Force One, that he was doing “well.” A follow-up statement from the White House confirmed his COVID-19 symptoms have resolved.

Meanwhile, Trump and his campaign have quickly turned most of their focus on Harris and have asserted that they were prepared for the change, and it did not alter their plans.

The former president nicknamed the vice president “Lyin’ Kamala Harris” and accused her of not being tough enough on crime as a prosecutor. He also sought to bind her to the administration’s policies on the border as he seeks to make immigration a focus of his campaign.

Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, at an appearance in Washington, said he was unimpressed by Trump’s attacks. He told reporters Tuesday, “That’s all he’s got?”

  • Vice President Kamala Harris to visit Greensboro, her sixth trip to NC

Vice President Kamala Harris to visit Greensboro, her sixth trip to NC

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WTVD) — Vice President Kamala Harris is visiting Greensboro on Thursday.

This will be Harris’ sixth trip to NC this year.

She will be speaking at James B. Dudley High School.

Other speakers include Governor Roy Cooper, Greensboro Mayor Nancy Vaughan, Deputy Minority Leader State Senator Gladys Robinson, community leader and civil rights activist Shirley Frye, and field organizer Avi Dintenfass.

The Vice President is expected to emphasize the stakes of the 2024 November election for North Carolinians and Black communities in particular. She may call attention to Project 2025 and highlight the stark contrast between President Biden, who fights for the American people, and Donald Trump, who cares only about himself.

This marks the Vice President’s sixth trip to North Carolina this year and 14th visit since taking office. Vice President Harris was last in Greensboro in September 2023 and visited NC A&T on her “Fight for Our Freedoms” College Tour.

The Vice President stopped at NC A&T to talk to students about the importance of voting.

It all comes as the Biden campaign has gone all in on making a play for North Carolina in 2024 and the state may become even more important after a poor debate performance by the president against former president Donald Trump.

First lady Jill Biden made another campaign stop in the state with a visit to Wilmington on Monday.
