    That’s the subject of our latest Quantumania video, which looks at Kang’s technology and sees how it compares to a variety of other powerful objects in the MCU. As to how Kang’s tech could also connect to the Ten Rings, if Wenwu held it for years and years — don’t think so linearly! Remember: Kang is a time traveler, he could have traveled into the ancient past and left behind some of his tech — which was later found and became the Ten Rings.     How to Leverage Trending Sounds to Go Viral on Social Media | Entrepreneur

    With the rise of short-form content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram reels, this is the perfect way to build an audience and any niche in 2023. Over the past six months, I’ve been testing out different ways to apply trends using short videos. I did this for two reasons:

    1. I created software that spots trends for TikTok and other platforms. If I was going to show people how to go viral by using these trends, I must do it myself first.

    2. To expand my own personal brand

    So far, my results have been excellent. Specifically, on Instagram, I’ve been able to reach over 50 million people by leveraging trends with reels. I’ve also been able to see a great deal of success on other social media platforms as well.

    Other organic methods work just as well as focusing on short-form content, but today we are going to be focusing on why you should add short-form content to your social media strategy and how to use trending sounds to amplify it.

    Before we get started, let’s first answer this question:

    Why are social media trends so powerful?

    Social media trends are a powerful phenomenon that can shape public opinion and even create sweeping changes in how people think, act and interact. Whether it’s the #MeToo movement, giving voice to those who have faced sexual harassment or #BlackLivesMatter, highlighting racial oppression, social media trends have been used as a platform for collective action.

    The power of social media trends lies primarily in their ability to reach a massive audience in an incredibly short amount of time. Trends often spread like wildfire, with users from all over the world engaging with and sharing content within minutes of its release. This is especially true when popular figures like celebrities or influencers get involved. By leveraging their large following, they can amplify the trend exponentially and help shape public opinion on an issue.

    Be consistent

    It’s important to understand that trends and using trending sounds won’t guarantee a viral video. Each day during the week, I have the opportunity to consult with content creators across different niches. Some of these creators are just starting out, and others have multiple million followers across all platforms.

    The common mistake I see when hopping on these calls is that people think that applying trends to your content creation strategy will guarantee a viral video. Because of this mindset, I’ll see many people post three to four videos that leverage a rising trend and stop posting content, wondering why their videos haven’t popped off yet.

    Yes, using trending sounds is a way to get more viral content, but posting consistently is more important. Yes, you have some creators who are able to hit a home run on the first try, but the reality is that’s not going to work for everyone.

    Social media is a numbers game. We only use trends to better put the odds in our favor. I would rather you post content consistently without using any trending sounds than post a handful of trendy videos and stop posting altogether. That way, you would see significantly better results in the long run.

    Consistency does not only apply to social media. Consistency is a powerful tool that can help you reach your goals in life. It allows you to focus on the small steps leading up to larger successes rather than tackling everything at once. Consistency also helps keep you motivated and encourages good habits. When it comes to achieving success, consistency is key!

    Be relevant

    The last important step for using trending sounds to go viral with short-form content is to make sure that the audio you’re using is relevant to what you’re showing within your video.

    The algorithms are not dumb. People are not dumb either. Both the algorithm and the people watching your content love authenticity. This includes:

    Being authentic with your content while leveraging trending sounds makes it easier for multiple videos to go viral if one does happen to pop off.

    Using trending sounds is a great way to go viral, but it is just one of three things needed to go viral on TikTok, Instagram reels and YouTube shorts. Be sure you add consistency and relevancy. Those two things are arguably more important than applying trends. If you combine all three in your content creation strategy, you will see some fantastic results.

    Everyone has an ABBA earworm that they know by heart—but Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried has at least one that she’d be happy to never hear again. “The ‘Voulez-Vous’ song in this scene is just so traumatic,” the Emmy winner said while revisiting clips from her career with Vanity Fair. “We spent so long learning this choreography, and I can fake being a good dancer—I didn’t in this. I was just bad…. It’s like, the one ABBA song that I just never wanna hear.”

    Although she’s pressing skip on an ABBA track or two, Seyfried admitted that 2008’s Mamma Mia! “is the movie that changed my life,” adding, “I went from getting guest stars, doing small movies for the most part, to being the front-and-center character in a massive, massive movie. I got to work with all these incredible people. Meryl Streep is my mother.”

    The actor also got to work with three high-profile men, one of whom is her character’s biological father—Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, and Stellan Skarsgård. Although his true identity is never revealed, Seyfried has picked her favorite. “I always secretly hoped it was Stellan that was really her father—Bill,” she told VF. “He was the person who seemed the least likely to want to have kids, and I think from realization to acceptance…there is a scene that was cut [with] a song called ‘Name of the Game,’ and we sing it together…. I just really loved that moment with him.” Seyfried added, “We actually did a movie right after where he played my boyfriend, so try that on.”

    In her walk down memory lane, Seyfried also recalled auditioning for the role of Karen in Mean Girls—a part Blake Lively was also up for—shooting Jennifer’s Body alongside Megan Fox, singing live for Les Misérables (“I wish I could do it all over again”), and begging for a second season playing defamed Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes in The Dropout.     This summer’s big DC movie is called The Flash, but really it seems to be based on Flashpoint, a hugely important DC comic which saw the Flash travel back in time to save his mom and then accidentally change the entire DC Universe in the process. The changes included some familiar Justice League characters being wiped out of existence and others being radically changed — like Batman, who turned out to be Thomas Wayne instead of Bruce Wayne, because in this altered timeline, the mugger had killed Bruce instead of his parents.

    While not all of these events line up to what we see in The Flash trailer, a lot of them do — like using an older version of Michael Keaton’s Batman in basically the same role that Thomas Wayne served in Flashpoint. But that’s just one of the many Easter eggs and little details you might have missed in this very cool Flash trailer. They include which Batsuits we see in the Batcave, which scenes are flashbacks, exactly what universe the movie is set in, and we’ll also give you a wild theory about who the secret villain of the film really is.     Sometimes there’s a very good reason a scene is deleted from a movie. But then there are times when a movie would have been greatly enhanced by keeping something in the film. That’s definitely true of Marvel movies like Avengers: Age of Ultron and the brand new Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Several more scenes involving Ayo and Aneka and the Dora Milaje, for example, would have greatly enhanced that part of the film, and all of the stuff in the movie based on the Midnight Angel armor from Marvel comics.

He once revealed the twist ending of Avengers: Infinity War nearly a year before the film came out. (He got lucky that everyone thought he was kidding.) Plus, there’s reason to think Secret Wars will end with a literal new Big Bang, and the start of a rebooted Marvel Cinematic Universe.     Next month’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will officially introduced Kang the Conqueror as the next big Marvel baddie as the company moves into Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And after the teases for the character we’ve gotten in Loki — where his “variant” turned out to be the power behind the Time Variance Authority — we’re very excited to see how Marvel brings this classic villain to the MCU. But based on what we’ve seen and know so far, we’re also a little nervous.

    In our latest Marvel video, we look at what Marvel needs to do to make sure Kang joins the ranks of characters like Thanos or Loki and avoids joining the ranks of the worst Marvel villains ever. We go through Kang’s Marvel Comics’ history, and his motivations, and find all the elements we hope Marvel keeps in bringing him to the screen.
