During his radio show, Andy said he binged seven new “Vanderpump Rules” episodes in 24 hours to get ready for the reunion. Regarding the “VPR Reunion,” he described it as “very intense and electric,” but the conversations were civil (compared to last year’s reunion anyway).

Brittany Cartwright opened up about her separation from Jax Taylor while attending Thursday’s premiere party for their upcoming Vanderpump Rules spinoff, The Valley.

Although Brittany, 35, didn’t want to specify the catalyst for the split, she confirmed Jax’s treatment was a major factor as she shared her thoughts on getting back together, described their marriage as unhealthy, and also said she and their 2-year-old son Cruz “deserve better.”

“Throughout the season, you’re going to see things here and there, and then it just got worse once the cameras went down,” Brittany explained to Entertainment Tonight on March 14. “I just kind of hit my breaking point, and I can only take so much after nine years.”

According to Brittany, her and Jax’s issues go back to years ago.

“I don’t know how much I can give away right now but just like being put down constantly,” she explained. “Honestly, I deserve to be lifted up like the queen that I am.”

While Brittany has spoken about a potential reconciliation with Jax and has a list of five things he would need to do for her to consider, she’s not sold on the idea of rekindling their romance.

“I go back and forth. I have my days where I’m like, of course, I would want to be — I have loved him and been through everything with him and stuck by his side through so much stuff,” she said. “But how much can one person take, you know? At the end of the day, Cruz is the most important thing in my life, and he is what matters.”

Jax is also uncertain about his future with Brittany but insists that their breakup was not fabricated for The Valley.

“I want to make it very clear that this is not a publicity stunt. I feel like this would be the most disgusting way to publicize your show, so I want to make that very clear, that’s not what’s going on here,” Jax said. “People go through tough things in their marriage, we’re trying to figure things out a little bit. But it doesn’t stop us working together, we’re adults.”

Leading up to their split, Jax said he and Brittany had “communication issues.” Still, when it comes to their current status, the two of them have been able to co-parent well.

“It doesn’t affect how we raise our child, it doesn’t affect our jobs — we’re a brand, we do things together, we’re adults,” he explained. “We just gotta work on marriage a little bit.”

After moving out of the $1.9 million home she and Jax bought in 2019, Brittany is residing in an Airbnb with Cruz.

“Something like clicked in my head, and I was like ‘I need to step away from this situation. This is not healthy. This is not a good situation. My son deserves better. I deserve better,’” Brittany explained to PEOPLE of her decision to move out. “I feel a little bit of relief. I needed this space.”

As Brittany continues “working on” herself, noting that her marriage was something she “needed to step back from,” she too denied the breakup was for the show.

“I’m all about family. I’m all about marriage. I’ve been about that my entire life,” she stated.

Meanwhile, Jax noted that he and Brittany thought the separation was “best for [their] family” because they have “been going through some things for a while now.”

“I’m not sure what the future holds for this. But as of right now, this is just the best-case scenario,” he shared, adding that they see each other every day and continue to run their businesses together.

“Nothing has really changed other than, we’re not sleeping in the same bed right now,” he revealed. “We can still be together. We’re just kind of taking a breather.”

The Valley season one premieres on Tuesday, March 19, on Bravo.

  • Vanderpump Rules’ Raquel Leviss Accuses Tom Sandoval of Grooming Her and Discusses How He Pushed Boundaries With Her in Front of Ariana Madix

Vanderpump Rules’ Raquel Leviss Accuses Tom Sandoval of Grooming Her and Discusses How He Pushed Boundaries With Her in Front of Ariana Madix

Rachel “Raquel” Leviss agrees with Lala Kent‘s suggestion that Tom Sandoval is a groomer.

After Lala, 33, made the claim against Sandoval, 41, on Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, Raquel, 29, welcomed therapist Melissa Reich to her podcast, where she addressed Sandoval’s past behavior toward her, including his alleged grooming and the “boundaries” he pushed with both her and his former girlfriend, Ariana Madix, 38.

“I don’t want to label Tom,” Raquel began on the March 13 episode of Rachel Goes Rogue. “I know I have called him a narcissist in the past, and maybe I shouldn’t have done that. But you start seeing these patterns and these types of behavior, and there are terms that psychologists use to explain this behavior because once you are able to pick up on it, it becomes predictable. So it’s like, the terminology is used as a tool, not as an insult to somebody.”

While Raquel didn’t want to label Tom, she admitted to feeling that she’d been “groomed.”

“I do feel like I have been groomed because I was in a very vulnerable state of mind, and I just got out of a relationship that I feel like was very destructive to my well-being,” she explained. “He witnessed that whole thing play out. And I think things started shifting when we went to Coachella, and he really went out of his way to cater to me.”

According to Raquel, Sandoval brought non-nicotine cigarettes for them to smoke together.

“Thinking back on it, did he bring those just for me, or did he bring those for people that didn’t smoke cigarettes that he wanted to smoke with them?” she wondered, adding that her therapist said smoking was “a very intimate type of activity.”

“That was the first thing that I can really label as, I think that was grooming,” Raquel suspected.

As for the boundaries Sandoval pushed with both her and Ariana, Raquel said that he would often do things that one might find inappropriate with her — even when Ariana was around.

“I just flash back and I think of the boundary-stretching that was happening when all three of us were in the same environment, and he would almost push Ariana’s boundaries when he would touch me a certain way or like, massage my feet in front of her, but like, act like it was completely normal,” she recalled. “So then for me, it was like, ‘Well, it feels like it’s okay and Ariana’s not saying anything.’ But thinking back, I am sure she was uncomfortable with it but maybe didn’t want to say anything in front of him.”

“I just feel like he was pushing both of our boundaries,” Raquel added.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.

  • Brandi Glanville Says Scheana Shay Should Have Empathy for Raquel Leviss, & Shades Scheana & Lala as “Low” for Selling Merch Amid Scandoval, Plus She Claims Some Housewives Are Supporting Her Amid Claims Against Andy Cohen

Brandi Glanville Says Scheana Shay Should Have Empathy for Raquel Leviss, & Shades Scheana & Lala as “Low” for Selling Merch Amid Scandoval, Plus She Claims Some Housewives Are Supporting Her Amid Claims Against Andy Cohen

    [ad_1]

Brandi Glanville said Scheana Shay should have more empathy for former Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Levissbecause Scheana herself had an affair with a married man (Brandi’s ex-husband).

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who’s getting backlash over her allegations against Andy Cohen and Bravo, claimed many Housewives aren’t talking to her now, though some are supporting her “low key.”

On her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, Brandi shared her belief that Scheana – who’s continually slammed Tom Sandoval’s affair with Raquel – should have more empathy for Raquel given that Scheana was also once a young girl who had an affair with a taken man.

“[Scheana] supposedly didn’t know, and when she found out, she was already too much in love,” said Brandi. “[Scheana] is the weakest link.”

Brandi also called out Scheana and Lala Kent for profiting off ‘Sandoval’ by selling merch as she called their actions “low.”

“All of my friends hated Eddie [Cibrian], done with Eddie, but Scheana and Lala made merch… I mean that like is low low,” said Brandi. “That’s gutter s**t.”

She added, “I’m sorry. Lala and Scheana cheated! And they’re making merch?”

Brandi also said she understood Tom’s anger toward some of his Pump Rules co-stars.

“People made merch to his life. It’s a little aggressive,” shared Brandi. “I would have a chip on my shoulder as well… Of course he’s pissed off. Like you actually profited from me f**king up. Like he didn’t kill anyone.”

Still, Brandi expressed her doubts regarding the revelation that Tom had thoughts of taking his own life at the height of the scandal.

“[But] I don’t honestly think that Sandoval ever felt [like taking his own life],” Brandi added. “I feel like he’s too much of an egomaniac.”

Brandi also expressed some sympathy for Raquel over how she was treated by her former friends and castmates.

“It was like a gang mentality. Like everyone get mad at Rachel… Like there’s a guy who’s 40. He’s like the most popular guy on the show and he’s giving her attention. She’s just like a little deer but everyone’s mad at her,” stated Brandi. “I understand being upset with her, I would be too but it just seems like everyone was jumping on her… I didn’t like the way that it all went down honestly.”

Still, despite her comments, Brandi insisted that she and Scheana are on good terms today.

“Scheana and I are fine now,” she said. “It just takes time.”

She also addressed her treatment from fellow Bravo stars after her allegations against the network and Andy.

“I don’t think the Housewives are talking to me,” she said.

But she claimed that some are still supporting her behind the scenes.

“Some of them are, like, talking to me on low key, like [saying] ‘We have your back,’” she explained. “There’s like four … [but] I am getting a lot of support from people on Bravo that are too afraid to speak up.”

“And I appreciate [them],” said Brandi, and indicated she’ll never reveal their identities.

VIDEO: Ariana Madix Admits She Was Struggling “Financially” Before ‘Scandoval’ in Vanderpump Rules Sneak Peek, and Shares How Much She Had Left

Ariana Madix is seen opening up about her finances during a chat with her Vanderpump Rules castmates, including Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, and Ally Lewber, in a recently shared preview of this week’s new episode.

As fans suspected she was making millions off “Scandoval,” which saw her former boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, 41, getting caught in a months-long affair with their then-friend and co-star, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, Ariana, 38, admitted that she was not in a good place financially before the scandal broke.

“How do you feel like you’ve processed this whole separation and just still being in the same house?” Scheana, 38, asks Ariana in the sneak peek at the March 12 episode of Pump Rules.

“I’m dealing with it in a legal back and forth with my lawyer.
The internet thinks I’ve made millions of dollars. That is not true,” Ariana replies.

According to Ariana, she was not “financially prepared” to move on March 1, when she discovered a NSFW video of Raquel on Sandoval’s phone during one of his performances at TomTom.

“Literally, the week before all this happened, I remember emailing my agent and my manager and being like, ‘Guys, let’s start really trying to do some sh*t because I’m not in a good place financially,’” she recalls.

Meanwhile, in a cast confessional, she further opens up about the dire situation she faced before learning Sandoval was cheating on her.

“When I first started making decent money, we decided we wanted to buy a house and then I was playing catch up all the way up until Katie and I found a great location for a sandwich shop. Then, a bunch of my money went towards that and now I was at a point where, in March, I was literally on my last $2,000. I’m not kidding.”

As Pump Rules fans may have heard, Ariana and Katie, 37, have faced numerous challenges in their journey to open Something About Her, including permit issues, and have reportedly spent nearly $1 million getting the place ready for its upcoming opening.

In a final moment back in the scene with her co-stars, Ariana expresses frustration with the circumstances she was met with after her and Sandoval’s breakup.

“He created the situation and now I’m f*cking scrambling to get my f*cking sh*t together to be in a financially responsible way, [and] move onto the next step,” she shares.

While Ariana is a co-owner of the home she shares with Sandoval, he has yet to agree to move out so they can sell it, although he’s claimed he’s offered to buy her out.

  • Rachel Leviss sues Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix for revenge porn – National | Globalnews.ca

Rachel Leviss sues Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix for revenge porn – National | Globalnews.ca

    [ad_1]

Last year, Scandoval was tried in the court of public opinion.

Now, Vanderpump Rules star Rachel (formerly Raquel) Leviss is taking the cheating scandal to a court of law.

In a new lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Leviss, 29, accused co-stars Tom Sandoval, 40, and Ariana Madix, 38, of revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to entertainment publication US Weekly, which obtained and viewed the legal filing, Leviss alleges that Sandoval recorded a sex tape of her without her consent.

Leviss and Sandoval infamously had a bombshell affair that came to light during Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, when Sandoval was in a nearly decade-long relationship with Madix. The affair — which would go on to be known as “Scandoval” among the show’s fans — grabbed international headlines in March 2023 and brought record-breaking viewership to the show. Much of the scandal revolved around the alleged existence of a sexual FaceTime call between Leviss and Sandoval, which Leviss said Sandoval recorded without her permission.

    Story continues below advertisement

Leviss is seeking unspecified damages and destruction of the sex tape. She has requested a jury trial.

Sandoval and Madix have yet to comment publicly on the lawsuit or the accusations.

The email you need for the day’s
top news stories from Canada and around the world.

In the lawsuit, Leviss says the massive public attention surrounding the cheating scandal saw her “humiliated and villainized for public consumption.” She argues she “remains a shell of her former self, with her career prospects stunted and her reputation in tatters.”

Scandoval, according to the legal filing, made Leviss “without exaggeration, one of the most hated women in America.”

Leviss told the court she checked herself into a “mental health facility” for three months as public interest in Scandoval exploded.

While noting that she has apologized to Madix “repeatedly” for her “morally objectionable” actions, Leviss, through her lawyers, claimed there is more to the story than the public is aware of.

“Lost in the mix was that Leviss was a victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who recorded sexually explicit videos of her without her knowledge or consent, which were then distributed, disseminated, and discussed publicly by a scorned woman seeking vengeance, catalyzing the scandal,” the filing read.

Leviss said she was “misled” by reps at Bravo, the network that airs Vanderpump Rules, into believing she could not publicly comment about the situation.

    Story continues below advertisement

“It is clear that Bravo deliberately sacrificed Leviss for the sake of its commercial interests from its refusal to allow her the opportunity to tell her side of the story and defend herself, which she repeatedly begged for permission to do,” the lawsuit reads.

Earlier in 2023, Leviss also hit several of her Vanderpump Rules co-stars with cease-and-desist letters insisting they stop speaking about the intimate video, as it constituted a violation of California’s “nonconsensual pornography” laws.

(One Vanderpump Rules cast member, Lala Kent, would go on to apparently earn enough money to pay the downpayment on her house after calling out Leviss for the cease-and-desist online. Kent told Leviss to send the legal notice to her lawyer, Darrell, then capitalized off the sale of merchandise reading, “Send it to Darrell!”)

Bravo, NBCUniversal and the Vanderpump Rules producers, including Andy Cohen, are not named as defendants in the lawsuit. As of this writing, there has been no public comment from any of these parties, either.

Leviss has so far not appeared in Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules, which is currently airing.

Tom Sandoval Claims Ariana Madix Did Not Act “Reasonably” With Lawsuit as He Denies Request to Sell Home and Requests ‘Compensation’ for Repairs, Plus Kristen Shares if Ariana Reached Out Amid His Mental Health Struggles

Tom Sandoval is clapping back at Ariana Madix‘s lawsuit against him regarding the potentially impending sale of their $2 million home.

In a filing of his own last Friday, the Vanderpump Rules star, 41, slammed Ariana, 38, over what he claims was a lack of facts as he requested he be compensated for the money he’s spent on repairs and improvements and Kristen Doute, 41, spoke out about the communication Ariana had with Sandoval amid the mental health struggles he faced following their highly-publicized split.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six on February 26, Sandoval is accusing Ariana of failing to disclose “sufficient facts to state a cause of action against” him in the lawsuit she filed against him in January.

He also said she “failed to mitigate whatever damages” she’s “suffered” in her paperwork and didn’t act “reasonably and in good faith.”

If Ariana is granted her request for a partition of sale, which would require the two of them to sell their property and split the proceeds, Sandoval wants to “receive accounting and compensatory adjustments” for the repairs and improvements he’s made to increase the value of their home, which they purchased back in 2019.

In other Pump Rules news, Kristen revealed on her podcast last week that amid Sandoval’s post-affair mental health struggles, Ariana, along with other cast members, reached out to him.

While looking back at a recently-aired episode of the Bravo reality show on the February 16 episode of Sex, Love and What Else Matters, via Us Weekly, Kristen described Sandoval’s comments about his suicidal thoughts as “terrifying.”

“I don’t want to hear that from anyone. And I remember hearing about this back in the Scandoval time in the spring of last year,” she recalled. “Not only did [Scheana Shay] reach out to him as she said she did — heartfelt, 100 percent — I too reached out to him. Ariana reached out to him.”

“A lot of us texted Ariana and said, ‘You realize we need to reach out to him, we’ve heard some rumors.’ This wasn’t a secret. We heard some scary things that he was thinking about. He’s also not the only one,” she continued.

On the February 13 episode of Pump Rules, Sandoval opened up about the hardships he faced after the reveal of his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, in March 2023.

“If I f*cking say I am sorry and I cry then it is [called] crocodile tears. I battled with suicide [thoughts]. Don’t tell me what I felt,” he stated. “I was hanging on by a thread. The walls start closing and you can’t see past the hurt and the pain. You can’t dream about better days. I was getting to the point where I was like, ‘What is the f*cking point?”

Vanderpump Rules’ Katie Maloney Reacts to Jax & Brittany Breakup Rumors and Discusses Ariana Shutting Out Schwartz, Love Triangle, and Moving on From ‘Scandoval’

Vanderpump Rules cast member Katie Maloney is sharing her thoughts on Ariana Madix‘s refusal to forgive Tom Schwartz following the March 2023 reveal of Tom Sandoval‘s affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

While attending the People’s Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday night, Katie, 37, revealed how she feels about Ariana’s estrangement from Schwartz, 40, the love triangle she and her ex-spouse found themselves in amid season 11, and rumors of a split between Jax Taylor, 44, and Brittany Cartwright, 35, while also sharing if the cast moved past “Scandoval.”

“I think [Ariana]’s entitled to [be] however the hell she wants to be,” Katie said during a February 18 interview with Access Hollywood. “[There was] not enough life [lived] yet. I think she was still recovering from watching a lot of the stuff that she’d seen on the show. She was not aware of some of that basement behavior that was happening.”

As Ariana attempted to keep her distance from Schwartz amid filming, Katie found herself interested in the same woman as her ex.

“Every woman’s dream, right?” she laughed. “I’m not gonna change my life for him anymore. I’ve already changed a lot so you’ll see how that unfolds.”

While Jax and Brittany have been facing rumors of a breakup in recent days, Katie was unaware of the potential drama between them, saying, “I did not know. But wow.”

“Who knows? That I’m unaware of,” she added.

As for whether she and her castmates were able to move forward from the drama surrounding the secret romance of Sandoval, 41, and Raquel, 29, Katie reminded fans that filming on season 11 began shortly after they filmed the season 10 reunion last March.

“I think we do for the most part. [But you’ll] get more. Things heat up, it’s a bit of a slow burn this year,” she explained. “I think people need to keep the expectations lower going into the season just because, obviously, like we’ve said a million times, not enough life was lived between the reunion and then picking up cameras again.”

“It was a lot of aftermath still,” she noted.

  • Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Dish on Rude Encounter With Justin Hartley, Why They Called Shep “Worst Guest” at Wedding, and His Makeout With Scheana #VanderpumpRules

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Dish on Rude Encounter With Justin Hartley, Why They Called Shep “Worst Guest” at Wedding, and His Makeout With Scheana #VanderpumpRules

    [ad_1]

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright looked back on a “rude” encounter with actor Justin Hartley on an episode of their podcast last week.

After welcoming guest Shep Rose, 44, of Southern Charm, Jax, 44, and Brittany, 35, put Justin, 47, on blast for acting as if he was above them during a run-in at the Kentucky Derby years ago as they also revealed if Shep was truly their worst wedding guest and detailed his apparent makeout with Scheana Shay, 38.

“I can say this guy ’cause I really don’t like him… I had the best experience with Lady Gaga, I mean the fact that she knew about me, she wanted to know about my wife… It’s almost like she was excited to see me. Jennifer Lawrence, the same thing. She knew all about me, she was asking questions. Then we were at the Kentucky Derby one year right, we ran into an actor who’s probably doing a little bit better now but at the time,” Jax began on the February 8 episode of When Reality Hits With Jax and Brittany.

“He just rubbed us the wrong way, and he thought he was a little too cool for us,” the Vanderpump Rules star continued. “He literally just snubbed us … He was dating [Chrishell Stause]. And Chrishell was so sweet to us. She was so nice.”

According to Brittany, Justin may have let his This is Us success go to his head.

“He was nice but it was just like when people wanted to take group photos because we were all in a group together. Like, he stood in the back with his head up to the ceiling and wouldn’t look forward, and everybody else, including the people who took care of us at the Kentucky Derby, were all in that photo,” she noted. “It just seemed a little like, rude.”

Although Jax didn’t appreciate Justin’s treatment, he did feel that he and Brittany were a little out of their element.

“He’s been acting his whole life, and working his way up to be invited to these parties, and Brittany and I woke up one day and decided to be on reality TV, and we’re invited and taking pictures with all these stars,” he reasoned.

Looking back on their wedding, Brittany noted that while Shep was previously named as their worst guest, he was only given such a title due to a leaked pic he shared on social media of her and Jax’s big day.

“You didn’t actually screw up anything but we were put on the spot on Watch What Happens Live. [Andy Cohen] said something like, ‘Who was the worst wedding guest?’ You just came to my mind immediately because you posted me walking down the aisle before the PEOPLE exclusive,” she explained. “I was like, ‘Shep knows better than to do something like that.’ But that’s the only reason we said that. It wasn’t anything like bad.”

“You know Jax and I are so used to be the whipping boy and the fall guy that it doesn’t even matter anymore,” Shep replied.

Jax then revealed a makeout Shep had at their wedding.

“Who did you make out with at the wedding? Did you make out with Scheana?” he asked.

“Yeah, that might have happened,” Shep confirmed. “I had so much fun that I don’t regret anything at that wedding.”

Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo, and The Valley is expected to premiere sometime this spring, also on Bravo.

Vanderpump Rules Recap: Sandoval Admits Suicidal Thoughts, and Faces Off With Scheana as She Calls Him a Narcissist, Plus He Lashes Out at Lisa, & Ariana Calls Schwartz a Lost Cause

    [ad_1]

Sandoval is clearly feeling the heat from the group and he is finally admitting how much it is affecting him on this episode of Vanderpump Rules. Schwartz hatches a plan to get the gang back together, but not without Ariana pushing back once she hears Sandoval received an invite.  Things aren’t so clear cut with these friendships, but one thing is for sure…Ariana very well might be the “queen of the group.”

Even though James storms out in anger, Sandoval’s birthday party of randoms continues. The conversation with James has rocked Sandoval, so he pulls Schwartz aside to vent. Sandoval cannot believe that James feels betrayed by this affair, when James pulled pretty much the same move…ten years ago.  This grudge feels like quite a stretch and even Schwartz tells Sandoval he should have apologized to James.  Schwartz tries to explain to Sandoval that he can’t get so defensive each time someone comes at him, but it’s basically like talking to a wall since Sandoval only worries about himself.

In the meantime, the ladies of VPR are busy emo-nighting. James and Ally roll up after attending Sandoval’s party (for 2.5 seconds) and James likens the party to playing chess.  Scheana is baffled that James received an invite to Sandoval’s, yet she remains blocked by him!

James holds story time as he tells the crew that Sandoval tried to turn the tables on him by going back ten years ago to his “affair” with Kristen.  Ariana is aghast by this, but is not too surprised he be so bold, considering he only hangs out with people that he pays and he is used to people agreeing with him.

Ariana, Scheana, and Katie guest “DJ” emo night while Schwartz bids adieu to Sandoval to try and get there in time for the girls’ debut.  Scheana invited Schwartz, after all, and he doesn’t want to let her down.  Alas, he misses the performance because he took too long saying goodbye to Schwartz, for fear of shaking up their friendship.  The reality is now he has p*ssed off Scheana for missing the whole thing, especially her emo version of Good as Gold, a dream for Scheana, considering she always wanted to be the next Fergie or Gwen Stefani. Lol.

Sandoval gets a sorry version of the Happy Birthday song as Billie Lee brings the cake over to him.  He cries thinking about those that have stuck around, but is especially upset because Raquel/Rachel did not even reach out to wish him a happy birthday. Sandoval claims that she is his best friend and that he loves and misses her.

The next day, Katie tentatively enters Ariana and Sandoval’s shared house in fear of bumping into him.  Luckily, he is not around post-party, and so she gets an IV treatment with Ariana. They discuss the friendship between Katie and Scheana and worry that Scheana’s soft spots with people will continue to bring energy that neither girl wants around.

LVP heads to Pump and looks around the empty shell of what it once was. She second guesses the closing of this restaurant, but realizes that nothing lasts forever. She then curses in surprise when she Sandoval enters, bearing flowers. LVP tells him that the gentlemanly thing to do would be to get out of the house he shares with Ariana, but of course Sandoval has a litany of reasons why he should stay.

Sandoval brings up Scheana and addresses the podcast that really rocked him.  He feels like Scheana should take a day off from harassing him and Raquel/Rachel, citing the episode featuring Neema, Raquel/Rachel’s ex.  According to Sandoval, Neema spoke about sexual things on Scheana’s podcast, including the false accusation that Sandoval and Ariana were in an open relationship.  Apparently, this podcast truly rocked Raquel/Rachel and Sandoval, of course, came in as her hero.

Sandoval goes on to tell LVP that the mob mentality is driving him mad. He drops a bombshell when he says he even battled suicidal thoughts and snaps at LVP, telling her not to tell him how he feels.  LVP immediately jumps to action, as she knows suicide all too well since she lost her brother that way.  She is upset because she made Sandoval promise her if he ever felt that way, he would come to her…and he didn’t.   LVP begs Sandoval to be more sensitive and apologetic and perhaps things could get better with some of the strained relationships amongst the group.

Katie and Scheana have decided to truly work on their friendship one on one.  They sit down for some mocktails and chat about Katie’s upcoming date. Scheana then apologizes for inviting Schwartz to Emo Night and realizes that was an “old Scheana” move. Scheana discusses her self-realization about people in her inner circle.

Schwartz brings the pups over to Vanderpump Dogs for a grooming and for an LVP sesh. He talks about his brother’s cirrhosis, which has now made Schwartz rethink his alcohol consumption. Regarding Schwartz and Sandy’s, LVP doesn’t believe the punishment fits the crime.  Schwartz and LVP can’t figure out why people can’t move on when Ariana has already. LVP talks about how she was frightened after hearing Sandoval’s suicidal thoughts and she begs Schwartz to help “change the whole narrative.” LVP mentions a restaurant opening in Tahoe and so Schwartz invites himself. Together, they come up with a plan to have everyone come- an olive branch of all olive branches.

It’s See You Next Tuesday and while James spins, the crew hangs out…even Schwartz, who kinda invited himself.  When Ariana arrives, Schwartz bounces before he could get iced out.  He finds James and talks about the new spot in Tahoe that he found out about through LVP.  He tells James he will be extending the invite for Tahoe to everyone in the group…including Sandoval and James decides he will go.

Sandoval enters the lion’s den as he walks into SUR for the event.  He has decided to take LVP’s advice and try to apologize. Everyone eyes Sandoval from afar and Ariana refuses to have him in her circle. No one can believe he would come support James after the chat they had the other day. This demonstrates just how delusional Sandoval is.

Sandoval talks about collateral damage with friendships and this leads directly into Schwartz trying to mend the divide.  While Sandoval makes up with SURvers, Schwartz tells the group about the upcoming Tahoe trip.  No one can understand why he would invite Sandoval and Ariana makes it clear that she doesn’t want to be anywhere near Schwartz OR Sandoval.

Lala tries to explain that one day Sandoval will “devastate” Schwartz and Ariana chimes in, essentially calling Schwartz a lost cause.  She states, “I gave up [on Schwartz] a long time ago and my life is better for it.”  Schwartz tells Ariana she is not the queen of the group and her ego is not appreciated.  She should not speak on behalf of the whole group, and TBH, it’s kind of funny that she makes this big to-do about not wanting to be around her ex…that she still lives with.

Scheana excuses herself to use the restroom and conveniently walks past Sandoval. When Sandoval asks to speak to Scheana, they meet in the SUR alley for old time’s sake. Scheana talks about not expecting to get blocked after reaching out post Sandoval friend’s death. Scheana reminds Sandoval that she has a heart, unlike Sandoval. Perhaps if he was honest and remorseful from the get, things would have been easier for Sandoval.

Sandoval tells Scheana that her podcast went too far, but Scheana makes it clear that Sandoval needs to humble himself. Everything he is doing is the definition of a narcissist. Right before Scheana walks away, Sandoval reports, “You should know that after that Neema interview, I really had to talk her [Raquel] down.” Scheana explains that she was just looking to put the truth out there…it’s not her fault that the truth was ugly. Sandoval questions if it’s Scheana’s business and Scheana reminds him that none of this would have happened if he hadn’t slept with Raquel to begin with, leaving him speechless…for once.

Vanderpump Rules Fans Are Turning on Ariana Madix as She Faces Major Backlash Over Living Situation With Tom Sandoval, See Fans’ Comments

    [ad_1]

Ariana Madix predicted fans would turn on her amid Vanderpump Rules season 11, and she seems to be right — at least in part.

Following this week’s episode of the Bravo reality show, which featured Tom Sandoval, 38, calling her out for failing to pay the bills for their shared home, viewers reacted badly to a Reality Blurb article in which Ariana, 38, defended her decision to quit paying by stating that Sandoval, 41, was refusing to provide her with an itemized list regarding their expenses.

“Vanderpump Rules Star Ariana Madix Explains Her Decision to Stop Paying the Bills and Mortgage on Her Home With Tom Sandoval as He Slams Her for “Trying to Be Difficult,” read the title of the article, which was shared on Instagram on February 7.

On the Pump Rules: After Show on Wednesday, which was shared just after the episode aired, Ariana revealed why she quit  paying the bills.

“Basically, I’d asked for this itemized breakdown for so long, and it would be like, ‘You owe x amount of money,’ and I’m like, ‘How did you figure this out?’” she explained. “When we were together, maybe I would’ve trusted that sh*t to be accurate, but once all this sh*t went down, it’s like, I don’t trust a f*cking word that you say, so if you’re gonna tell me I owe you a certain amount of money, you better be able to show your work.”

After reading the article, many fans sounded off in the comments section of the Reality Blurb post.

“So I’m stop paying my bills because I don’t trust you (because you cheated on me). I don’t want you to buy me out… because you cheated on me. I see a thread, and it is pathetic. Also stop with the filters — you look nothing like your photo,” one person wrote.

“She’s absolutely insufferable,” another agreed. “She is happily miserable just to spite him. No wonder he cheated.”

“She’s coming across… spoiled and entitled,” complained a third.

Another person said they were “soooo over this mean, heartless chick.”

“She’s painful to watch,” they added.

Someone else slammed Ariana as “overrated” and immature.

“Girl you hated sex and affection he needed it and found it. Grow up,” they wrote as another targeted Ariana’s “messy room.”

“Imagine being a grown a** woman who doesn’t know how much their mortgage/bills are,” shared another fan. “So over this chick. Being cheated on doesn’t mean you get to stop paying your bills for a house you’re legit still living in and are trying to force a sale on. She’s a professional victim, so toxic.”

“Tired of hearing about her,” added someone else.

Another IG user said Ariana’s reasoning behind not paying was the “most bullsh*t response ever.”

“She doesn’t know the amount of her mortgage or bills are so she just doesn’t pay,” they sarcastically stated.

Then, after someone said Ariana is “not a star,” another person came to her defense.

“Everyone hating on Ariana, let’s not forget Tom took out a second mortgage to finance Schwartz & Sandy’s.  [Lisa Vanderpump] even told Ariana that was a terrible thing for him to do, putting her in jeopardy,” they noted.

REPORT: Vanderpump Rules Banned From Filming at Schwartz & Sandy’s After Sandoval’s Affair, Plus Schwartz Discusses Scheana Kiss and ‘Scandoval’ Regrets

    [ad_1]

Vanderpump Rules cameras were reportedly banned from filming scenes for season 11 at Schwartz & Sandy’s following the backlash the restaurant and bar received in the wake of co-owner Tom Sandoval‘s affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

According to a new report, one of the venue’s other co-owners, Greg Morris, kept Bravo and its production company away from Schwartz & Sandy’s, which opened in November 2022, because he felt that exposing the venue to more fandom would “ruin the business more than it had already been ruined.”

“Production was banned from filming at Schwartz & Sandy’s for season 11 because there was so much toxicity that was aimed at the restaurant,” a source told The U.S. Sun on January 31. “The abundant amount of toxicity aimed at the restaurant led to many issues with staff, whether it was working there for the wrong reasons, like, trying to get camera attention or added pressure they received while trying to serve the guests.”

Schwartz & Sandy’s “went through a very tough time” after Sandoval’s affair with Raquel, 29, was uncovered in March 2023, and exposing more of that drama on Pump Rules was not something Greg wanted to do.

“Greg took control and did not allow cameras to film at Schwartz & Sandy’s because he felt like the restaurant and everyone who worked there was unfairly targeted,” the insider explained. “S&S took a big hit and Greg thought filming there would ruin the business more than it had already been ruined post-Scandoval.”

As Pump Rules fans have likely noticed, Sandoval and Schwartz didn’t film the series’ opening credits at Schwartz & Sandy’s, as expected. Rather, they were seen at the bar of their other restaurant, TomTom.

“As for the opening credits, there was never a discussion about them not filming at Schwartz & Sandy’s for the opening credits. It was just assumed that they could not film the opening credits there since it wasn’t part of the season,” the source noted. “It can also be assumed that since [Lisa Vanderpump] is the executive producer on VPR, she would rather promote the bar she has invested in rather than theirs.”

After Sandoval’s betrayal of Ariana Madix, 38, was made public, he was reportedly “pushed out” of Schwartz & Sandy’s by staff who “couldn’t stand him” and was “rarely” seen at the restaurant.

“Schwartz has been picking up the pieces and has been very hands-on because he did not want to see all their hard work suffer and did not want to let Greg down,” the source said. “Schwartz and Greg became very close and even Greg was putting in a lot of legwork and made sure everything didn’t implode.”

Nearly one year later, and as Sandoval begins to frequent the venue more, the insider said there’s still hope that the restaurant will be seen on Pump Rules‘ potential 12th season.

“Greg and the Tom Toms have had recent discussions where they sat down and tried to make a game plan of how they can refocus on S&S and just put the past behind them,” the source stated. “Greg is hoping that people’s minds will change about S&S and it can have a successful comeback. Both guys have other commitments taking up their time, but they’re doing their best to refocus on S&S. Who knows, maybe for season 12 – if there is one – Schwartz & Sandy’s can be featured on the show again.”

Meanwhile, during an appearance on On Air With Ryan Seacrest on February 2, Schwartz spoke of his role in Sandoval and Raquel’s romance, admitting he was “collateral damage in a very dumb affair” but adding that he was going through a lot at the time that he kept the secret from Ariana, including his dad being near death.

“I probably should have been more proactive,” Schwartz confessed. “I was kind of a basket case. … I was under the gun and I’m not particularly proud of how I handled some adversity.”

As he faced hard times with his family, Schwartz looked to his beloved apartment plants, which he claims were therapeutic.

“They were helping me with my rage. That was a vague reference to that one Friends episode. … That’s where I was at in the beginning of the season,” he shared.

As for his alleged makeout with Scheana Shay, 38, which she’s denied, Schwartz said, “I know I’m not supposed to [downplay] things. But it was a long time ago.”

  • Tom Sandoval Shares Real Reason He Won’t Move Out as Ariana Talks His Cringy Gift to Raquel

Tom Sandoval Shares Real Reason He Won’t Move Out as Ariana Talks His Cringy Gift to Raquel

    [ad_1]

Ariana Madix revealed a cringy gift Tom Sandoval gave to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss amid her stint in treatment after the airing of the premiere episode of Vanderpump Rules on Tuesday.

As Sandoval, 41, explained the real reason he refused to move out of their $2 million home and accused her of being “performative” with her anger, Ariana, 38, shared what her ex gifted his former mistress while also suspecting her former co-star, Billie Lee, 39, was living in their home.

“We don’t have separate mailboxes so I’m not like going through stuff but something comes and you’re like ‘Is that for me? Oh no, it’s coming from somewhere in Arizona,’” Ariana began on the January 30 episode of the Pump Rules: After Show.

Because Sandoval and Raquel, 29, remained in touch throughout her time in treatment, Ariana often came across their correspondence — while also learning new details in regard to their sordid affair from those previously close to her ex.

“People who used to be friends with him … started sending me all kinds of like info and text messages and pictures of them in St. Louis and all this stuff because they were like ‘I’m not friends with him anymore. I f*cking hate him so here’s everything that I know,’” she shared.

According to Ariana, she suspects Raquel was sending things to their house because she didn’t realize she was a co-owner of her and Sandoval’s home.

“There’s one thing that I saw, I’m struggling to talk about it because it’s so cringe, I think it was like after she stopped wanting to talk to him or something. He got one of those lamps that like, I have one and you have one and it’s like Bluetooth or something so it’s like if I go touch it where I am, it’ll turn on where you are,” Ariana described, adding, “Oh my god, I can’t.”

Although Sandoval said he was “careful” to keep his packages to Raquel hidden, he confirmed they were “definitely” communicating in the weeks leading up to filming on Pump Rules season 11.

“We’d send each other letters and stuff like that,” he explained. “[Her lightning bolt] postcard was sent like a month before. I don’t know what she was thinking sending that to my address. She’s like, ‘I don’t know what I was thinking. It was my first time out.’ She had left the facility, they had gone out somewhere and she got a postcard, and I was like ‘I can’t find it.’”

In addition to revealing he sent Raquel “candy” and saying he “learned how to write and stamp wax” and would “put sparkles” in envelopes, Sandoval confirmed his cringy gift to his ex.

“I sent her one of these lights where like if I turn it a certain color, it changes, like we can communicate with these lights. I was very much in love,” he admitted.

During another segment of the After Show, Ariana and Sandoval’s living arrangements were discussed.

“[I didn’t move out] because all those bills will be coming out of my accounts. I knew that if I moved out, she would probably have a friend move in and I would just, nothing would happen,” Sandoval explained. Plus, he added, “We’re both so busy. Even when this happened, she’s traveling around, working like crazy. I’m leaving, I’m touring. I swear there were times where like, nobody was in that house for like weeks at a time.”

Sandoval also “couldn’t afford” to get another place.

“It’s one of those things where I feel like it was more of a bigger deal to everybody else than to us,” he noted.

While Ariana has seemed quite irate with him at times, and deservedly so, Sandoval suspected she’s not as angry as she portrays herself to be, even suggesting her emotions are “performative.”

“I feel like she really went out of her way to dehumanize me but it feels more performative than anything because at the end of the day, if she thinks I’m this like, serial killer, then why is she okay living with me?” he wondered. “I feel like on some level she trusted me and felt safe with me being there than her being alone in that house.”

After stating that the “respectable” thing for Sandoval to do would’ve been for him to accept Raquel’s offer of staying at her apartment, Ariana said Sandoval “outright refused” to vacate the home — even just two days after his affair with Raquel was revealed.

“I think he also felt like all of this stuff happened to him, as opposed to him making this stuff happen, and so because of that belief, he also felt like all of it was very unfair,” she explained. “So I think that was part of the reason he was like digging his heels in and throwing parties and doing whatever else because it was like almost like a kid throwing a tantrum.”

“It was weird but then there were parts of it that weren’t so bad,” she continued. “The primary bedroom being as it is kind of set me up to be in a place where I could potentially be in there and have everything that I needed and not really feel like I was having to uproot or do anything that made me feel uncomfortable.”

Still, Ariana felt out of the loop with what was going on in the rest of her residence, even admitting, “I think Billie Lee literally lives in my house right now.”

Luckily, she maintained a positive outlook about the future division of her assets.

“I lived through what I thought was my worst-case scenario and I learned I can do anything, So I can live in an annoying living situation for two months if it means I’m setting my future up in a good way for me,” Ariana concluded.

  • Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval on Reason He Blocked Scheana, If He Blocked Summer Moon

Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval on Reason He Blocked Scheana, If He Blocked Summer Moon

    [ad_1]

Tom Sandoval is opening up about the reason behind his decision to block Scheana Shay, and her family members, on Instagram.

After Scheana, 38, revealed on the premiere episode of Vanderpump Rules that Sandoval not only blocked her, but also her podcast, her sister, and her daughter, Summer Moon, 2, Sandoval, 41, explained why he cut social ties with his castmate, revealed if she’s still blocked, and reflected on the emotional state he was in after the sudden death of longtime friend Ali Rafiq.

“I knew Ali. He came to visit Tom, super nice, Tom loved him like a brother, obviously, they were just so close. He was so protective of Ali. They just had always the best of times together. He’d always come to music festivals so everyone gets very close those nights. So it was hard for sure,” James Kennedy, 32, shared on the January 30 episode of the Vanderpump Rules: After Show.

Scheana also knew that losing Ali was going to “take a huge toll” on Sandoval, which prompted her decision to send him a text message.

“I felt like I wouldn’t be a human if I didn’t reach out and send my condolences, and I think honestly everyone pretty much in the group around then did, even [Ariana Madix] did,” Scheana revealed.

While James reached out as well, neither of them got a response.

“No one did,” Scheana confirmed. “I didn’t even need a response it was just, when the response was him blocking me, I was like, okay.”

After James noted that the social media diss was “so Tom,” Sandoval looked back on what he described as “the worst periods of this whole situation.”

“Emotionally, mentally, [I] just [was] really down and really upset and just broken,” he admitted. “I’m scrolling through constantly, and I see Scheana with another podcast episode interviewing my gardener’s nephew like to talk to me about my f*cking sleeping habits and how that is the way a narcissist sleeps and all this sh*t. And I’m like, f*cking over it. And then I get a text message from her about like, ‘Oh my gosh, let me know if you need anything at all. We’re here for you, Tom,’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, I need you to back the f*ck off for like 24 hours. Like, stop obsessing over me.’”

Even Scheana admitted that talking about “Scandoval” on her podcast became a weekly occurrence.

“But it did stop after that happened,” she clarified.

“That’s why I was f*cking pissed,” Sandoval explained. “I was super upset. I was insulted that she had texted me as I’m scrolling through and hearing her and [Brock Davies] like laughing hysterically calling me and [Raquel Leviss] dumb and sh*t. You gotta be f*cking kidding me.”

According to Scheana, she felt that Sandoval blocking her was his way of telling her, “F*ck you,” and making it clear that he needed her for more than the death of his friend.

“So kind of, ‘F*ck you. You don’t get to be here for me now when you haven’t been here for me.’ But with what he did to Ariana, he didn’t deserve for any of us to be there during that time,” she noted.

In addition to blocking Scheana, Sandoval explained why her toddler ended up blocked as well.

“I don’t block people ever really, but when I do I just hit ‘block account and any accounts associated with it.’ I would do that so if people were trolling me they can’t just start another account and do it again,” he shared. “For some reason I guess that blocked Summer Moon’s account.”

When Sandoval was then asked if he still had Scheana blocked, he said, “No, I don’t think so. No. I unblocked everybody.”

Meanwhile, Scheana noted, “I think he still follows my mom.”

  • Vanderpump Rules Season-Premiere Recap: We Know What He Did Last Summer

Vanderpump Rules Season-Premiere Recap: We Know What He Did Last Summer

    [ad_1]

    Vanderpump Rules

    Notes on a Scandal

    Season 11

    Episode 1

    Editor’s Rating

    3 stars

    Photo: Bravo

There was no way that the first post-#Scandoval episode was going to please everyone. Heck, it might not have even pleased anyone, given the shocks, turns, and citizen journalism that electrified last year’s groundbreaking season. But this episode is about as good as we could have expected. Mostly it’s catch-up, setting the scene for what is going on three months after the reunion finished filming and preparing us for a season with a whole new set of allegiances and friendships. But it also manages to feel different somehow.

First off, it looks more expensive. I don’t know if they changed how they shoot the scenes or it’s all in postproduction, but it’s giving glitzy — it’s giving high-end. Just the way the scenes are blocked and shot made me think more Selling Sunset or The Hills and less, well, shitty WeHo apartments where you can’t use the microwave and the air conditioner at the same time or the transformer that is buried under the Pacific Design Center will explode and take down all of Santa Monica Boulevard in a giant ball of flame.

There’s also something different when it comes to what we’re talking about. At first, Vanderpump Rules was about the people who worked at a sexy, unique restaurant that served goat-cheese balls and Pinot Grigio. Then it was about a group of people who pretended like they still worked there even though they were too famous for it. Then it was about young business owners who would stop by SUR and consult Lisa while working on their other ventures. But when #Scandoval catapulted the stars into the pop-culture stratosphere, it metamorphosed into something else. Ariana talks about how Tom is away filming another reality show, and we know she is about to go into Dancing With the Stars at any moment. She talks about Tom having an assistant named Ann, who not only has the indignity of having to talk to Tom every day but also had to glue the penis flute back together. Schwartz is talking about how people are booing him on the street and coming into Schwartz & Sandy’s to harass the bar staff. Then — the most shocking turn of all — Lala actually mentions the name of the show when saying that her ex’s main sticking point in their custody agreement is whether or not her daughter, Ocean, will appear on Vanderpump Rules.

We’re no longer pretending these people work in any field other than the reality-television arts and sciences. The tabloid world is now their real world. It is now the show’s real world, too, and that is going to be a little bit tricky to navigate. However, I did love the very unsubtle read of showing James and Ally in the backyard of their house in Burbank and making sure we can hear every single one of the planes landing at the nearby airport. No matter how famous these kids get, they’re never going to be living in Villa Rosa, an event space that doubles as a menagerie and assisted-living facility.

Since this episode is mainly catch-up, let’s catch up! Tom is off filming Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and getting carried by JoJo Siwa but is still sharing a house with Ariana. His room looks like a sad bachelor pad with an unmade bed and overflowing hampers, while Ariana’s room down the hall looks like it belongs to an early-stage wardrobe hoarder. She tells us that Tom wants to buy her out of the place and she is saying “no” seemingly out of spite. (It’s now in the courts’ hands.)

White Kanye is not drinking and living his best life by the airport with Ally. I don’t know if the Venn diagram of comics nerds and Bravo fans overlaps that much, but for my X-Men girlies, it’s like if Raquel were Dark Phoenix Jean Grey, then Ally would be Madelyne Pryor, her exact clone just waiting to one day turn into the Goblin Queen. Also, if everyone on the show is going to refer to her as Raquel, then we will adhere to Vanderpump house style and do the same, I guess.

Anyway, Tom Schwartz has turned his personality into owning plants and raising pet bugs for some reason. At least they have a much shorter natural life span than the lizard that he killed a few seasons back.

Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles, Katie Maloney Schwartz Maloney finally has a good haircut. I was beginning to think that her hair was allergic to styling or something, but her short bob pushed behind the ears is really doing it for me. That’s really Katie’s only major update.

Oh, she’s also now getting along with Scheana Shay, who is living in Marina Del Rey with the biggest faux-painted wedding portrait allowed by law. Sandoval has blocked not only Scheana, her podcast, and her sister but also her daughter, Scripps National Spelling Bee champion Summer Moon. (I’m sorry, but once a human is beyond 6 months old, you have to stop using their middle name in common parlance.)

Wait, I forgot a major plot point. Scandoval gave Scheana OCD. She was diagnosed in the wake of the scandal, and the combination of that and her anxiety not only got her off alcohol and on Lexapro but also made her lose so much weight that everyone keeps asking if she’s on Ozempic. I’m sorry, if Scandoval could make my body as good as Scheana’s, I would take it every day of the week, even if OCD were one of the side effects. I shouldn’t joke about Scheana’s mental-health issues. I’m sure they’re very real, but it was funny how many times she made the whole thing about her. She was only tangentially related in the action, and yet she has cast herself as Saint Scheana, the Last of West Coast Martyrs.

Then there’s Lala, who is on a bit of a hero’s journey — or possibly a fool’s errand. Maybe it’s both? It starts when everyone meets up at Tom Tom for no apparent reason other than to kick off the season. Lisa is in attendance and so is Ken Todd, which means someone got out the Ouija board and conjured him from the other side. Ariana arrives for the first time since she found out about the affair and is shocked that she is going to have to sit in the exact same chair where she was when she found Tom’s phone with naked videos of Raquel on it. “Am I sitting here?” Ariana asks. Yes, you are, because Lisa Vanderpump is still producing this show, and she is going to put you right where you were for the most traumatic moment of your life, to see if there is any residual psychic energy that she can capture with the lens of a television camera.

Lala pulls Lisa aside and has a conversation about Raquel. Something Raquel said last season really resonated with her: that if Raquel pissed off Sandoval, she would be all alone. Lala says she felt the same in her relationship with Randall but also that she feels badly that Raquel is being labeled as a home-wrecker, just like she was. “All the names I was called — being labeled a ‘home-wrecking whore’ — if you lay it out there, they’re all true,” she says.

Wait, is this the same Lala that terrorized Raquel for a whole episode last season for saying that she was a “mistress”? This is what drives me crazy about Lala: She always figures things out eventually, but she’s just an asshole to everyone else until she gets there. Why not soften her stance a little bit — she ends up eating those words, and wouldn’t you much rather eat soft words? Well, we’d all rather be eating Something About Her Sandwiches, but that shit is still not open despite what the opening credits would lead us to believe.

Anyway, Lala finally has some sympathy for Raquel because she’s willing to admit she was a home-wrecker all along. Because of that, she goes out into the Tom Tom alley to leave Raquel a voice note saying she would like a conversation. Why did she have to do this in the Tom Tom alley instead of the SUR alley next door? It is a future UNESCO World Heritage Site, after all.

At girls’ night the next day, Lala tells Ariana that she reached out to Raquel because she’s sympathetic to her not having anyone, now that she has pissed off Tom. Ariana tells her that she hasn’t really, because they’re still in touch. While Lala is calling for sympathy, Ariana makes the point that Lala didn’t take so kindly to Schwartz and others talking to Randall, her ex. This is the same thing all over again: Lala being a dick about something stupid until she figures out herself that it’s stupid.

What I can’t understand is why Lala can’t have empathy for Raquel but also realize that it’s not her problem. If Raquel needs people to talk to, she hopefully has her own support network. She doesn’t need Lala. What Lala needs to do is be a friend to Ariana and ensure that Raquel is talked about fairly on the show, not actually talk to Raquel and cause all kinds of stupid drama.

Scheana is also very upset that Lala contacted Raquel because, you know, Scandoval mostly happened to Scheana, and she has the Ozempic-speculation scars to prove it. But ultimately the girls are all happy and they’re laughing and having a blast, just like old times. But the specter of Tom Sandoval looms large, as we saw earlier when the editors gave us a nasty Twin Peaks–themed trick by interspersing footage of Ariana dancing with his ugly mug in close-up.

Yes, the episode ends the perfect way: with Tom Sandoval getting out of an Escalade and wheeling his big suitcase full of boot-camp clothes up the driveway. He pulls out his key and undoes the lock. The house is echoey and dark except for a light-up mirror that is propped against the foyer wall. “Hello?” Tom asks and a lone bat wakes up and flies across the room. He looks around at the empty house, not wondering where everyone is but wondering how he could be back here, how he could once again inhabit this space that has turned like a gallon of milk left on the hood of a Camaro at a tailgate party in hell.

He makes some slow steps toward the kitchen as if underwater, the static from this living situation pulling at his clothes, his flesh, his every molecule. He eventually stops in front of a giant LEGO portrait of him and Ariana in happier times; he looks at them in their pixelated glory and reaches out to touch it, as if to transport himself back to that very moment. When his index finger makes contact with one tiny brick, he pulls his finger back quickly as though shocked by electricity. As he does, every piece falls out of the frame and cascades to the floor. Tom stares down at his feet, the rubble scattered everywhere, and he doesn’t know how to fix it. Oh well. It will be Ann’s problem in the morning.

Vanderpump Rules is a reality TV series following the personal and professional lives of the staff at Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant SUR Restaurant & Lounge in Los Angeles. The series — which started as a spin-off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2013 — was nominated for its first Primetime Emmy Award in the Unstructured Reality Program category in 2023.

The nomination came after Vanderpump Rules Season 10‘s shocking scandal involving cast members Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval, and Raquel Leviss. The scandal — which has since been nicknamed #Scandoval — came after news broke that Tom and Raquel had a months-long affair while he was still dating and living with Ariana, whom he had been in a relationship with since 2014.

In an interview with Vanity Fair in January 2023, Ariana opened up about returning to Vanderpump Rules Season 11 following #Scandoval. “It’s going to be interesting because it is very much a time capsule. It really is going back in time, and it really is me in a very different place than I’m at right now,” she said. “There’s good days and there’s bad days. There’s ups and there’s downs. There’s definitely going to be those moments—the dancing, having-fun feeling like, I got this. And then there’s going to be moments where maybe I don’t got this. But that’s the journey I was on, and I feel like it’s just my job to let people in on that. So you’re going to see all of it.”

The Vanderpump Rules Season 11 cast includes all cast members from Season 10 aside from Raquel Leviss, who joined in Season 6 and exited after Season 10 following her scandal with her co-star Ariana Madix’s ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval. Vanderpump Rules Season 11 also marks the return of cast member Scheana Shay’s husband Brock Davies as a main cast member. Brock previously joined as a main cast member in Season 9 but was a guest in Season 10. See the full Vanderpump Rules Season 11 cast below.

    • Katie Maloney – Main Cast
    • Tom Sandoval – Main Cast
    • Scheana Shay – Main Cast
    • Lisa Vanderpump – Main Cast
    • Ariana Madix – Main Cast
    • Tom Schwartz – Main Cast
    • James Kennedy – Main Cast
    • Lala Kent – Main Cast
    • Brock Davies – Recurring
    • Ally Lewber – Recurring

In her interview with Vanity Fair before Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Ariana revealed that she and Tom were no longer living together, but she was still a co-owner of their house. “Hopefully my mail and my packages aren’t getting thrown in the trash because I still own the house. That’s against the law, right?” she said. “I’ve been out of the house since September. But obviously, there’s a loss. I’m trying to have the house sold because there’s been no movement, and I need to be able to get my investment so that I can move on with my life. It’s money. I need my money. I need it.”

Why isn’t Raquel in Vanderpump Rules Season 11?

Why isn’t Raquel in Vanderpump Rules Season 11? Raquel joined Vanderpump Rules as a Guest in Season 5 before she became a recurring cast member from Seasons 6 to 8 while dating cast member James Kennedy. Raquel was a main cast member on Vanderpump Rules from Seasons 9 to 10. She broke up with James after Season 9 and had an affair with cast member Tom Sandoval — who was dating cast member Ariana Madix at the time — in Season 10. The affair — which was nicknamed #Scandoval — led to Vanderpump Rules‘ highest-ratings of all time. So why isn’t Raquel in Vanderpump Rules Season 11?

News broke in August 2023 that Raquel, whose real name is Rachel, would not be returning to Vanderpump Rules Season 11 to focus on her mental health. “Rachel will not be returning for season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. There was a possibility up until recently she’d be returning for the new season, but ultimately decided against it,” a source told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “Rachel is focused on her mental health journey and knew going back to the show would open her up to trauma she’s been working on healing. Rachel is looking forward to what the future holds for her.”

A source previously told Entertainment Tonight that Rachel was recovering with her family in Arizona after leaving a mental health facility. “Rachel has been spending time with her family in Arizona since leaving the mental health facility. Rachel has been receiving letters from people opening up about their own mental health journey and applauding her for taking time away from filming to focus on her mental health,” the source said. “Rachel is in a really good place and has been enjoying a slower pace of life. She’s been doing Pilates and often goes hiking.”

Vanderpump Rules producer Sheonna Mix revealed at a panel at BravoCon 2023 that she believed Raquel should have returned for Vanderpump Rules Season 11. “I don’t want to say it was a mistake because she made the decision that was good for her at that time,” Mix said. “But I do believe that she had more story to tell as you guys all salivated over that last 5 minutes. Like, there’s more to that. And I think if she would have came back, it would have been more rewarding for her, and she would be able to look at herself better.”

In an interview with Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel’s “Just B” podcast in August 2023, Raquel explained why she had an affair with Sandoval. “I know I would not be involved in this affair secrecy type of situation if I thought that there was longevity in this relationship between Tom and Ariana,” she said. “The people closest to them could see that their relationship hasn’t been what they portray on camera, and Tom always told me they’re a brand. They’re an image.”

After the interview, Raquel received backlash for seemingly blaming her affair on Ariana and Tom’s failing relationship. “To me, this is a weird thing to admit,” Instagram account Bravo Tea with Jared B said in an Instagram video at the time. “Because she’s saying she knew this wasn’t a real relationship or relationship that had legs, so that’s why she decided to participate in this affair . . . Whether real or not, formally, they were in a relationship despite the circumstances. If you wanted to be with Tom Sandoval so bad, you should have let him know that this tryst, this situation that was going on between you and him, goes no further until you know officially that they have broken up.”

Raquel, for her part, responded to the backlash in Jared’s Instagram comments. “💯 you’re not wrong! I should have had more self respect than that and should have respected the relationship that Ariana had with Tom,” she wrote. “No excuses… however, looking back, I see I had low self-worth and Tom kept telling me he was actively breaking up with her ‘amicably’ for her ‘mental health,’ which I can now see was magical thinking. He had a million and one reasons why they hadn’t broken up yet and it was easier to stay in that fantasy then to face the fact that the social anxiety and isolation was not worth it.”

She continued, So yes, absolutely you’re 100% right. It was MY responsibility to remove myself from that situation… now I know better ♥️.”

  • Even With The Post-Scandoval Brand Deals, Ariana Madix Isn’t ‘Rolling In Money’

Even With The Post-Scandoval Brand Deals, Ariana Madix Isn’t ‘Rolling In Money’

    [ad_1]

Even with the woes of #Scandoval, Ariana Madix’s net worth is also still a work in progress. The Vanderpump Rules star has been very vocal about her income and how she works extra hard to attain her lifestyle.

Ariana, a cast member on Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules, dated her co-star, Tom Sandoval, from 2014 to 2023. They split in February 2023 after news broke that Tom cheated on Ariana with their Vanderpump Rules co-star, Raquel Leviss, whom he had been having an affair with for seven months.

“To be very clear, I didn’t lose him. He lost me,” Ariana said in an interview on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in May 2023, two months after news broke of Tom and Raquel’s affair. “But I think that I trusted in him so much … that I trusted his perspective on things.” She continued, “I feel like we would have so many amazing times together, so then if there was a couple weeks that were not great or if I was, like, unsure about something [in the relationship], there was so much other stuff that was great. … It was almost, I think, hard to say, ‘Oh, this person’s not right for me,’ because I also had never been in a relationship that long before.”

When asked if she ever “turned a blind eye” in her relationship with Tom, Ariana admitted that she did. “But I think I was given a lot of assistance in doing that because I would bring things up and I would be shot down,” she said. “I was very much committed and I feel like I was doing my absolute best as a partner. But I don’t think I would do anything differently, just because I feel like all I can do is my best — and whether my best was good enough or not for anyone, that’s what it was.”

Since then, Ariana has been thriving with her brand deals, collaborations, and even starting up her own company. So what’s Ariana Madix‘s net worth?

What is Ariana Madix’s net worth?

Ariana Madix’s net worth is reportedly $2 million according to Celebrity Net Worth. Compared to Tom Sandoval, who has a net worth of $4 million.

Along with Vanderpump Rules, Ariana has a cocktail recipe book with Sandoval titled, Fancy AF Cocktails: Drink Recipes from a Couple of Professional Drinkers. The book was published in 2019. Though Ariana is dating Sandoval, she isn’t one of the OGs, which is why we assume that her salary is likely a little less than the average OG $25,000-per-episode range.

In 2023, Ariana made it to the finals of the hit dancing competition show Dancing With The Stars. Contestants on the show are estimated to receive a starting salary of $125,000, according to Variety. This salary includes their rehearsal period, which takes place for 20 hours a week for several weeks before the start of the season, along with the first two weeks of their competition on the show. But their earnings don’t have to stop there. Finalists can earn up to a $50,000 bonus if they end up heading towards the finals.

She’s also slated to open up a sandwich shop with co-star Katie Maloney called Something About Her. It was supposed to open up later in 2023, but was inevitably postponed. “It’s going to be this summer,” Katie recently revealed back in June 2023. “It’s just a matter of if everything goes according to the plan…and there’s no hiccups along the way, which you can’t always plan for.” As for now, Ariana just made her Broadway debut in the long-running show Chicago where she plays Roxie Hart.

As well as her own endeavors, she’s partnered up with several brands like Lip Lab. “It’s a color for every mood,” the Bravo star told StyleCaster about her collection. “The really dark one [My Ride or Die], that’s for when I’m feeling really fierce. Whenever I’m feeling a little wild, that’s the one.”

However, despite everything, the reality star stays humble about her earnings.”I think a lot of people on the internet seem to think that I am rolling in money right now. I have a lot of places that that money has to go,” she revealed on an episode of the “Scheananigans” podcast in August 2023. “I am not rich. I do not have millions of dollars.”

For more on Vanderpump Rules, check out Ariana Madix’s book, Single AF Cocktails: Drinks for Bad B*tches
. The New York Times bestseller features a collection of stories and cocktail recipes that represent Madix’s life after her world was turned upside down by her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval’s affair with her Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss, a controversy now known as Scandoval. “Each drink tells part of the story from her point of view, from when she first met her ex, through the insidious affair and its painful aftermath, and to her present state, coming out the other side, stronger than before,” the publisher’s description reads.

  • Pump Rules’ Tom Sandoval on Who Had Most Empathy for Him, Potential Redemption Arc, & Ariana

Pump Rules’ Tom Sandoval on Who Had Most Empathy for Him, Potential Redemption Arc, & Ariana

    [ad_1]

Tom Sandoval is speaking out about his potential redemption arc and viewers possibly turning on his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, amid Vanderpump Rules season 11.

Ahead of the new season’s premiere, Sandoval, 41, is dishing on what brought the cast “together” amid production, sharing his thoughts on viewers’ perception, and revealing which co-stars had the most empathy for him after “Scandoval.” He also reacted to Katie Maloney‘s warning to Scheana Shay, 38, and he admitted the season would’ve been “different” had Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, not quit.

“I think that a lot of my castmates and friends, we had such deep connections, and obviously when all this stuff happened, we weren’t talking at all, and it was a lot of, on both sides, being very reactive,” Sandoval recalled during an interview with Page Six at the premiere party last week.

Months later, after the cast had time to cool off, Sandoval said there was a shift in their dynamic.

“When you start to see us come together, you can’t help but find that common ground, or the [reason] we became friends — the love that has always been there,” he explained.

As far as Ariana and her potentially bad season, Sandoval said he wasn’t sure how fans would receive her since he doesn’t know much about her season 11 storyline.

“I can’t really say much about it because I wasn’t really around her,” he shared. “I didn’t talk to her so I don’t know if she did certain things or how she acted.”

According to Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, 40, and his longtime friend Kyle Chan were quite supportive of him after “Scandoval” broke in March of last year. But they weren’t the only ones he had in his corner.

“Definitely [Brock Davies] and Scheana,” he replied when asked who was “most supportive.”

When Sandoval was then asked about Katie, 37, warning Scheana not to get too close to him because it could jeopardize her friendship with Ariana, 38, he said, “I’m not necessarily in agreement with that, but I’m not Katie Maloney.”

“She obviously has her thoughts,” he added.

Also during the interview, Sandoval was asked how the season would be different had Raquel chosen to return.

“Oh, I have no idea. Oh my gosh.. Of course, it probably would’ve been different,” he stated.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 premieres Tuesday, January 30, at 8/7c on Bravo.

  • Lisa Vanderpump Fires Back at Raquel's Claims About Dog Graham and Shares Why She Was Unhappy With Bethenny Interview, Suggests She Can't Be Trusted and Reveals She Was Making “Six-Figures”

Lisa Vanderpump Fires Back at Raquel's Claims About Dog Graham and Shares Why She Was Unhappy With Bethenny Interview, Suggests She Can't Be Trusted and Reveals She Was Making “Six-Figures”

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Bravo/Todd Williamson, Instagram

Lisa Vanderpump is firing back at Rachel “Raquel” Leviss‘ suggestion that she attempted to use her former dog, Graham, to lure her back to Vanderpump Rules — and set her up for an on-camera surprise reveal of the dog being given back to her former fiance, James Kennedy, with whom she previously shared the pet.

While attending the Pump Rules season 11 premiere party on Wednesday, Lisa, 63, gave a nod to Raquel’s despicable betrayal of Ariana Madix, 38, whose now-ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, 41, she slept with for months, as she called out Raquel, 29, for failing to have her “facts” straight and reacted to her tell-all podcast interview with Bethenny Frankel, 53.

“Well, she also said that she’s Ariana [Madix]’s best friend. That’s how I respond to that,” Lisa told Us Weekly on January 17 after being asked about using Graham for a storyline. “I do think if she’s going to call something out, she should know the story. I take my dog foundation [The Vanderpump Dog Foundation] and rescuing dogs very seriously. That dog was brought to my attention, so I would not use that dog. It was delivered to Vanderpump Dogs, but you’re going to see the way it transpires [when season 11 airs].”

After Raquel entered a mental health facility in March 2023, she surrendered Graham to trainers at the California Doodle Rescue due to his aggressive behavior, which she has since blamed on James. A while later, the dog wound up at Vanderpump Dogs and was ultimately reunited with James, who has given him a new name: Hippie.

Although Graham seems to be doing well with James and girlfriend Ally Lewber, 29, who recently confirmed positive “progress,” Raquel said on her podcast earlier this month that a false story was put out about the animal.

“Basically, the story that they put out there is that Lisa told everyone that I surrendered my dog at a kill shelter and he was hours away from being euthanized,” she alleged on Rachel Goes Rogue.

In response, Lisa said, “She should get all the facts before she kind of makes these statements. And I don’t think anybody’s really trusting what she says. The lion doesn’t care what the sheep are doing.”

During a separate interview at the same event, Lisa admitted she wasn’t happy about Raquel’s August 2023 interview with Bethenny.

“I wish she’d actually come to me instead of sitting in the safety of somebody else’s podcast,” Lisa told Page Six. “Had she come to me, I think I would’ve been good to her. Because it’s one thing just saying this out here, just saying that out there. And some of it wasn’t true! Like I was paying her like an intern. I know exactly how much money she made. It was six figures. It was good!”

While Raquel told Bethenny she hadn’t “seen a penny” from “Scandoval,” Lisa previously said she made more than $350,000 for season 10.

She also said she wished Raquel had “come back and really spoken her truth.”

“She knows I’m not gonna be judgmental. I’m gonna listen and give her a moment,” Lisa noted. “All the people that are so involved in the story [simply] wanted to see growth [and] contrition.”

According to Lisa, she was interested in hearing how Raquel “felt” after she “went away for a few months.”

“I think it would’ve behooved her to come back. I really do,” she shared. “But maybe not the whole season because I think they were all pretty kind of reticent.”

Lisa then stated that a return may have been “too much for [Raquel],” adding that she “understand[s] that, too.”

Vanderpump Rules season 11 premieres on Tuesday, January 30, at 8/7c on Bravo.

Vanderpump Rules' Ariana Madix Sues Ex Tom Sandoval Over Sale of $2 Million Home as Lawsuit Details Are Revealed, Plus What She Wants Judge to Do

Ariana Madix has filed a lawsuit against ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, amid her efforts to unload the $2 million home they’ve shared for the past several years, including the months that followed the reveal of his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

As the former Vanderpump Rules couple continues to co-own the home, Ariana, 38, is taking legal measures that she hopes will force Sandoval, 41, into selling the home, which they purchased in 2019, so that they can both move on with their lives.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on January 5 and filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court, Ariana wants a “partition by sale,” in which a judge would order her and Sandoval to sell their home and split the profits, rather than a “division in kind,” which would allow them to maintain ownership interest in the property and — and potentially let one of them sell the property to a third party.

Ariana’s filing comes just weeks after a sneak peek at the upcoming 11th season of Pump Rules featured her complaining to Katie Maloney, 36, about Sandoval’s hesitancy to sell.

“Three months ago, when Tom blew up our lives, I was not, like, prepared to be kicked out of my house and start a whole new freaking life. So even though we still live under the same roof, I’ve been able to maintain a no-contact policy. We communicate via his assistant Anne, which is great for me because I don’t have to look at his stupid face, but bad for Anne because that’s literally her job,” Ariana revealed.

Ariana then said that because she and Sandoval weren’t in agreement about the fate of their home, they had continued to live there together.

“I feel like the house is the last thing that’s tying things. But what I think is psychotic is that he wants to buy me out and stay here,” Ariana shared. “You don’t have to move and I do? What, are you gonna bring your little pen pal back over here? I don’t f*cking think so.”

Around the same time, Ariana appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she spoke of how she’s been handling the co-owning of her home with Sandoval.

“During the time that I’ve been on Dancing With the Stars and preparing for it, I, for the most part, have been in an Airbnb with my dog and my cat and some of my things, but I regularly go back and forth, and I’m working on the situation with the ownership of the house. I would love for that to be resolved quickly,” Ariana explained.

“Whatever happens with it has to be agreed upon between both owners, hence the issue. I wanna sell it. He does not,” she added.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 premieres on Tuesday, January 30, at 8/7c on Bravo.
