Vanderpump Rules Reunion Recap 2: Ariana Snaps at Lala for Not Respecting Her Boundaries, Schwartz is Slammed for Refusing to Admit Jo Relationship, and Sandoval Teases Dirt on James, as James Calls Him Out for Rolling His Eyes

It’s part two of the Vanderpump Rules reunion.  Lala is still trying to understand things that have nothing to do with her and Katie is just mad…pretty much the whole time.  First it was Lala coming at her, then the Scheana/Schwartz make out gets brought up, and finally Jo comes out to try and speak her truth.  That doesn’t go so well, as Schwartz tries to gaslight Jo into thinking they were never a thing.  James jumps in at the very end, proving that maybe he’s the number one guy in the group.

Things are going GREAT for Lala and Katie so far.  Not… Lala is coming in hot, calling Katie out for acting differently off camera.  Lala reminds Katie that she had a lot to say about Ariana when the cameras were down, but when Lala tried to bring it up while filming, Katie wouldn’t bite.  Katie claims she chose not to talk about it because she was “over it” and didn’t want to make Ariana feel guilty.  And she was certainly not resentful towards Ariana, as Lala insinuates.

Schwartz points out that Katie was probably scared to not be #TeamAriana, but Ariana backs Katie by calling her 100% authentic. Ariana states that Katie is valid in her feelings and Lala just misses the Katie who would also be a truth teller, delivering facts and having uncomfortable conversations. Lala felt like Katie was treating her like the enemy, but believes they will be back to being good friends, even after this touchy conversation.  When Andy points out that Katie looks p*ssed, Lala retorts, “well, that’s standard….” And also an easy way to have Katie remain angry with you, Lala.

Because Katie was not mad enough, Andy decides to switch topics and bring up the make out session between Scheana and Schwartz.  To be clear, this happened YEARS ago, during a time when Katie HATED Scheana coming into the group.  Scheana buried this secret because the last thing in the world she wanted was to hurt Katie. Schwartz apologizes to Scheana for coming on to her and for being a “sloppy, drunken fool.”  If not for Scheana’s repressed memory of the evening coming to light during glamping, this would have stayed quiet.

Scheana stands by the fact that every guy in the group has hit on her.  James denies it.  Sandoval also denies it, however, Scheana’s got a LOT of details… Speaking of hook ups, Katie’s revenge bang with Max gets discussed.  Schwartz claims to have manifested this so he could show the world he was a bigger person in this kind of situation, but you know it’s killing him, since Max is his bff.  Katie plays coy when asked if she hooked up with Max a second time, so…she did?

The Lake Tahoe trip was NOT a “Sandoval redemption trip,” but rather a way to try to get the group together after the chaos of the past year.  Schwartz gets questioned for calling Ariana the queen of the group and Ariana believes that Schwartz is the ONLY person who thinks she has an ego.  Just wait til she sees Lala go off about this on the finale episode…

Ariana understands where Scheana was coming from this season as she struggled to be loyal to Ariana, but wanted to let Sandoval back in her life. Scheana desperately tries to show Ariana how much she means to her.  Ariana’s boundaries are a hot topic and Andy points out that Lala had boundaries in 2022 about communicating with her ex, so why was everyone giving Ariana such a hard time?

Lala says that the giant difference is that there was a child involved. Katie believes that Ariana is still allowed to have boundaries, but Lala doesn’t understand how Ariana can sleep in the same house as him, yet claim boundaries, especially after having a new boyfriend “10 days later.”  Ariana reminds Lala that she supported her boundaries and that Lala doesn’t have to understand her boundaries, but rather respect them.

The fan photo where Scheana has her arm around Sandoval gets brought up.  Ariana admits that she was slightly uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as Scheana was when Ariana didn’t tell her she was going to be on Dancing with the Stars (Scheana’s DREAM position).  Ariana says she remained tight-lipped because of production and she was afraid that if she told Scheana, she may have been over-heard. Andy makes a plug to have Scheana on DWTS and Scheana poo-poos it, as she has plans with her band…but maaaaybe next year.

Ally enters ready to read Andy’s chart, and Jo enters ready to be eaten alive by Katie. The whole Jo segment left me feeling uncomfortable, since Schwartz refuses to call what they had a relationship, when it very clearly was one.  Schwartz and Jo met through Kristen Doute, but it’s strange how they connected…and how Jo wound up crashing at Schwartz’s when she could have asked her FRIEND Kristen.

Schwartz states that it started platonically, but it evolved into a sexual relationship and refers to Jo as “an escape.” Katie actually felt bad for Jo because she saw her situation with Schwartz very differently. Schwartz claims he never texted Jo that he loved her, but he really did say he loved her because he cared about her.  Schwartz believes that he was transparent with Jo, but Katie believes that Schwartz was “displaying f*ck boy behavior.” Jo reaches for a tissue and nods as the girls talk about the disconnect. Jo points out that it’s sad to see there was a relationship and it’s even more sad that Schwartz refuses to use the word relationship when discussing their time together, opting for the word “magic” instead.

Schwartz was scared to put labels on what they were and Jo is hurt because she felt like Schwartz’s dirty secret, whereas he has hard-launched a new girlfriend now.  No one is sure what to make of Jo.  Ariana dislikes her because she believes Jo knew about Rachel and Sandoval and Katie, well, Katie makes her opinion very clear. Katie claims she was so mean about Jo because she didn’t trust her and claims she used “colorful descriptors” when talking about Jo. Katie tells Jo it’s not about her, but Katie behaved that way towards Jo because of all she was dealing with.  The last thing Katie needed was Jo…but that sounds like a Katie problem.

When it comes to James and Ally, they embrace the airport shade and embrace their role as parents to some cats and Hippie.  Speaking of Hippie, Rachel came out to say that the dog’s bad behavior was a result of how James treated her as a puppy, but James states that Hippie has transformed since being home with him.  Ally throws shade and says that the group hasn’t really inspired her to get married and have kids, despite James wanting it, like yesterday.

Lala has been sober for almost 5 ½ years and she thanks Andy for acknowledging her sobriety.  James hasn’t had a drink since April and Ally shares that she didn’t like who James was when he was drinking.  Ally actually moved out of the house for two nights (and no she did not crash at Schwartz’s) and states that if James were to start drinking again, she would leave.

According to Andy, the real star of VPR this season is Ann, Sandoval/Ariana’s assistant (no, it isn’t Summer Moon, much to Scheana’s chagrin).  Ann decided to work for Ariana because she wanted to work with and for other women.  Sandoval felt like he got kicked in his gut when this happened, but wastes no time throwing Ann under the bus when it came to “attempted dog murder.”  Sandoval states that it could have been him OR Ann who left Ariana’s bedroom door open, causing their dog to eat something and get very sick.

In Ariana’s eyes, there is no doubt that the dog stays with her in this break up.  After all, she purchased the dog.  This causes Sandoval to roll his eyes, setting off James.  James points out that Sandoval was fine when Rachel took Graham from him and wonders how Sandoval had no problem with that then and now here he is making a mockery of the situation.  Sandoval gets defensive, as he always does, and blurts out to James, “I’m keeping my mouth shut about the things I have heard” about him.  James tells Sandoval that he is “galloping so far ahead of you I can’t even see you.”  Touché, James.

Vanderpump Rules Reunion Recap: Lala Says Katie Complained About Ariana Off-Camera, & Exposes Her DM, Sandoval Calls Rachel a “Coward” & Ariana Admits to Not Watching Show; Plus Brock Gets Emotional Over His Kids

    [ad_1]

Vanderpump Rules Reunion Part 1: Sandoval Calls Rachel a "Coward" For Not Returning This Season; Ariana Admits to Not Watching the Show; Plus, Lala Calls Katie Out for Acting Differently Off Camera, Citing a DM and Claiming She Blamed Ariana For Restaurant DelaysIt’s part one of the season 11 Vanderpump Rules reunion.  This time around, there are no couches, only chairs, and there are no restraining orders, so luckily all parties can be on set at the same time.  However, that does NOT mean that Scandoval is a thing of the past.  In fact, the majority of this first part focuses on Rachel, Sandoval, and Ariana.  Where they’re living, who they’re living with, and just how quickly Ariana “dropped” Katie to head to Broadway.  Intent vs. impact seems to be the theme…

The reunion kicks off the way any great Bravo show does: 7 hours prior.  We viewers get a snippet of what’s to come and the fact that they will be watching the finale episode live, together, makes me cringe.   But that will have to wait.

For now, Andy is here to step in as mediator, since Ann, the infamous assistant of the season, is not available (Andy’s joke, not mine).  LVP realizes that there’s a lot to work out within the group, but Sandoval feels like he’s in a better space than last year.  According to Ariana and Katie, by the time the reunion airs, Something About Her will be open (but upon a quick Google search, that place still hasn’t opened its doors). In the meantime, Ariana is having the time of her life and Lala is prepping for the arrival of her baby by buying a house in the Valley.  Scheana and Brock have ALSO purchased a house in the Valley, which seems like insurance to get on another show in case VPR falls through…

Andy points out that during the season Sandoval and Ariana lived under the same roof.  Ariana has filed a petition action to forge the sale of the house, but she cannot talk about it as it is an ongoing legal issue.  Ariana is currently not living in the home and Schwartz is still on the fence about moving in with Sandoval. As everyone teases them about being grown up roommates, Sandoval is the only one not laughing about this and explains that his dad is in his 60’s and still has roomies.

When it comes to Rachel, LVP calls her absolutely ridiculous.  Sandoval wanted her to come to her own decision about returning to the show and Lala feels like they might’ve had a “productive conversation” should Rachel have come back.  However, Lala explains that she would not have changed how last year’s reunion went down, referring to the fierce loyalty to Ariana.

Sandoval calls Rachel a “coward” for not coming back, considering they both are responsible and he has chosen to face the truth.  Sandoval believes that the rumor that he groomed Rachel implies “pedophilia,” but Lala, who evidently has a LOT to say, disagrees with him.  Lala does admit to being a projector, but understands that Rachel’s lack of responsibility remains a big issue.  Sandoval reminds the group that they were equal partners in this affair and it’s wild that Rachel is now going after both him and Ariana with a revenge porn lawsuit. Sandoval admits that it’s one thing to go after him, but for Rachel to go after Ariana is a new level.

When it comes to suicidal ideations, Sandoval talks about the ups and downs.  Lala and Scheana feel like that might have played a role in why they chose to soften towards him, but Ariana remains stoic.  She doesn’t appreciate how Sandoval spoke publicly about her mental health.  Sandoval says that he felt as if Ariana used that as a “manipulation tactic” to keep him in the relationship, but no one is buying it.  Sandoval further claims that the reason he put Ariana’s issue out there on camera was because, “I didn’t believe it.”

Sandoval gets called out for comparing the affair to George Floyd and OJ Simpson.  He does his best to talk his way out of that, claiming that he simply meant that his affair should not have been as newsworthy as the important issues were.  Katie points out that Sandoval should think before he speaks because there’s something called “intent vs. impact.”  It doesn’t matter HOW Sandoval meant it because the impact of the statement is more important and long lasting.

Lala shares the exciting news that she is expecting a little girl with donor #1, the one they selected at the party.  Regarding her custody agreement, Lala gets emotional explaining how she has yet to reach one. Lala talks about how close she is with Randall’s first wife, Ambyr, and that although dating is on hold, “no man or woman is safe.”

Scheana talks a little about her post-partum OCD and the intrusive thoughts that come with it.  Because Lala, Scheana, and Brock feel like a throuple, Scheana admits to worrying that Lala and Brock could get together.  She blames this intrusive thought on Scandoval.

When it comes to Brock, he shares that he is up to date on his child support, but has yet to see his other children.  He is not sure how to move forward with them, but gets emotional talking about how Summer is his second chance at being a dad.  When Katie calls him an amazing father, that speaks volumes, considering she is a harsh critic.

Ariana has had herself a YEAR.  DWTS, a new cocktail book, a. new. man.  And then some.  Being on Broadway has been great for her relationship, as Dan lives in NY, but she still remains steadfast on being bicoastal.  Ariana states that it will take a long time to fully process the affair and so she refuses to put her life on hold while she tries to navigate the aftermath.

James gets a bit salty talking about the double-standard he faced when he moved on “quickly” with Ally.  Ariana, apparently, started dating Dan rather fast, yet no one gave her sh*t.  James claims to be over it, but it seems like it is very much still bothering him.

Speaking of relationships, Sandoval has a new girlfriend, Victoria.  She is a successful model who used to date Leonardo DiCaprio. Good thing she has never watched the show.  Does she know what she got herself into with this guy?!

After a decade, the doors of Pump were closed for good eight months earlier.  LVP has moved some stuff over to TomTom, and she claims that it was because of all the backlash that came after the affair. In truth, no one knew if the TomTom “brand” would survive the scandal…not even LVP.

LVP gets shady talking about Something About Her, claiming that the timeline for the restaurant was greatly affected by disagreements and Ariana continuously being away.  More on this topic later…

Ariana admits that she hasn’t watched any of the season because she didn’t want to get dragged back to a dark place.  She states that Lala has been transparent and Ariana understands that Lala was working through stuff herself, so there’s no beef there.  But, Katie and Lala did a lot of head butting this season.  Lala claims this tension stemmed from a DM that Katie sent her.  According to Lala, the DM said, “Get rid of your lawyer cuz what you need is a therapist.  You’re a f**king clown.”

Katie tries to clarify what she said, but Lala felt like Katie jumped down her throat. Katie wanted Lala to see herself in Ariana’s shoes and she didn’t appreciate how Lala tried to tell Ariana how to deal with the sh*t.  Lala explains that she felt “abandoned” by Katie and Katie wonders if it’s because she didn’t want to jump on the Tom train like Lala did.

Lala then goes on to make a big accusation: Katie acts differently off camera than on camera, saying things off camera that she then denies if brought up on camera.   For one, Lala claims that Katie said that Ariana abandoned their restaurant and that this time last year, Ariana was not caught up on the rent for the shop. Katie vehemently denies confiding about this stuff with Lala, but does admit that she didn’t get a heads up about Ariana heading to Broadway.

Lala states that her and Katie are supposed to be the truth tellers and that maybe Katie lived in the comments too much, trying to figure out how to play to the fans because “it’s no secret that Ariana is a fan favorite,” so no one wanted to go against her on camera. Lala also made this same claim about Scheana and James, suggesting they play to the audience.

Apparently, at some point, Katie lost it on Lala, threatening, “if you’re gonna f**k with my business Lala, then I’m gonna f**k with yours.”  To that, Lala retorts, “And honest to God I wanted to say you to Something About Her is really Nothing About Her,” a jab that Lala knew would cut deep.  Ariana looks on in confusion as this all unfolds…and it’s just part one.

  • Vanderpump Rules Recap: Jax Comes in Hot and Blasts Sandoval Over Scandal as Ariana Warns Scheana About Sandoval Friendship, Plus Katie and Lala Make Amends

Vanderpump Rules Recap: Jax Comes in Hot and Blasts Sandoval Over Scandal as Ariana Warns Scheana About Sandoval Friendship, Plus Katie and Lala Make Amends

    [ad_1]

Ariana continues to stand firm on her stance when it comes to Sandoval on this episode of Vanderpump Rules.  Sure, you can befriend Sandoval, but that means you’ll lose Ariana.  Scheana is still trying to figure out a way to have both Ariana and Sandoval in her life, Lala and Katie realize their friendship is something to save, and Jax graces our screens (prior to The Valley crossover) to show Sandoval who the number one guy in the group really is now.

Sandoval has decided it would be a GREAT idea to throw himself a pool party because that wouldn’t make his roommate/ex-girlfriend annoyed or anything.  Ariana is avoiding this party that she “allowed,” but not before complaining about it to Katie via FaceTime.  The girls discuss Katie’s upcoming meet-up with Lala and how it may be awkward considering how things were left after Ally’s readings the night before.

Katie and Lala sit down to (hopefully) reconcile after the way they spoke to each other. Lala points out that this has been the third time Katie has hit below the belt with her. Lala calls Katie her ride or die, but it’s getting harder to find things in common since she is trying to soften up, as opposed to Katie who is “on her war path.” Lala doesn’t want to or mean to make things about her, but she was just trying to connect with Ariana.  She wants Katie to work on her tone and delivery, which Katie acknowledges, and the duo hug it out signaling a reconciliation.

According to Ariana, Sandoval is hosting his “Sexy Singles Pool Party.”  Sandoval has made Schwartz uncomfortable when he talks about “potential love interests.”  Even Schwartz realizes this is not a good look for Sandoval and so he excuses himself from the situation, letting the party tank on its own.

It turns out that Sandoval has invited some girls that he met at See You Next Tuesday.  Sandoval does a wonderful job of scaring them away by talking only about himself and his ten-year relationship that was. He needs some serious help making small talk. Or dare I say, flirting, and things go from cringe to a straight-up car wreck as he rambles on about his past.

The aftermath of the pool party is comparable to a frat party mess.  Food and drinks are scattered about and the floor is sticky. Ariana walks in on Ann, Sandoval’s assistant and wonders what exactly her job description is. I mean, one minute she’s cleaning, the next minute she’s acting as his therapist. According to Sandoval, “one of Ann’s duties is to do some housekeeping,” but this seems to be next level and you KNOW he isn’t paying her well…

Scheana stops over to Ariana’s and they step over the trash to make their way to the sofa.  Ariana shares that SHE is gonna have some people over for a much more chill evening, but the real reason Ariana has Scheana over is because she thinks Scheana is mad at her, especially over the DWTS gig. Scheana’s beef is that Ariana did not tell her firsthand about getting the show. Ariana wants Scheana to tell her things and to be comfortable talking to her about everything, but Scheana feels like Ariana hasn’t been “receptive” with her feelings.

When it comes to Sandoval, Scheana states she misses her friend of fourteen years, but Ariana shoots it right down.  She reminds Scheana that it’s hard to hear that her best friend misses Sandoval, especially after what he did to her. Ariana knows that Scheana has plans to make-up with Sandoval, but she still doesn’t okay this friendship.

Schwartz admits that he could “probably marry Jo right now and be happy,” but he’s not quite ready for that. He understands that the way they hang out seems very date-like (and like they are living together), but it’s truly platonic. Jo explains that since meeting Ally at SUR, she has felt welcome by one of the girls from the group, something that hasn’t happened for her in a long time.  She even thinks she will ask Ally for a reading!

It’s a night out for the group and since Tahoe, Sandoval is really trying to reconnect with his friends.  It almost seems like things are back to normal within the cast, until Ariana and Katie roll up to the outing.  It feels like this was a blatant move for Ariana to try and reclaim *her* friends before they slide back to Sandoval’s side.

Katie and Lala tell the other girls that they are now all good again and Ally shares that Jo texted her to do her chart.  This makes Katie recoil, especially seeing how Jo is “infiltrating” the group by trying to get to Ally first.

Schwartz and Scheana touch base and he tries to fill her in on Sandoval’s pool party, but gets interrupted when Sandoval walks over.  Scheana takes this as an opportunity to ask him to take responsibility for a lot of sh*t things that went down, including Katie and Schwartz’s divorce.  Scheana feels like he also lived on a moral high ground, but now it’s time for Sandoval to get some more self-awareness.  Scheana reminds Sandoval that he has hurt a lot of people, and of course Sandoval gets frustrated because he feels like he’s people’s scapegoat.  Scheana gets fed up and walks away and James jumps in to try and right Sandoval.  Sandoval claims that he is done “groveling” and storms out of the bar, in typical Sandoval fashion.

Brock is still on this nanny kick, but he is understanding a little more how to talk to Scheana about this. Brock needs to work on his “career” and according to him, getting a nanny is going to give him more consistency. Right. Scheana talks about her night out and fills Brock in on her great conversation with Ariana.

Before Ariana’s party, Sandoval comes down and finds himself face-to-face with Katie.  Sandoval remembers how Scheana begged him to apologize to Katie and so, he takes her advice, mainly because he knows the best way he can get back into the group is through Scheana…so he should do what she asks. He actually apologizes for the way he acted last year during the divorce, yet Katie can hardly take this apology. Sandoval asks Katie to give him some grace, but Katie wants him to give Ariana some more decency and respect.

As the party gets started downstairs, Schwartz keeps Sandoval company upstairs.  Sandoval is lost now that Rachel has truly cut things off with him and no amount of journaling can help him navigate his emotions.  He is broken and Schwartz witnesses Sandoval’s dramatic meltdown in his closet, which is yet another cringe moment in this episode. Sandoval states, “I’m getting treated like I’m Scott Peterson” and tells Schwartz that he is feeling “destructive.” Schwartz suggest they go out to try and heal. Once Sandoval leaves the premises, the energy changes for the gang downstairs and a fun night ensues.

Sandoval gets dragged out for a guys’ night, while Jo gets her reading from Ally. Schwartz explains that last summer he had a “whirlwind romance” with Jo and that Katie has a problem with her, but Ally has welcomed her as “Schwartz’s friend.”

And so begins the crossover event when Jax enters the bar scene. Schwartz is hopeful that Jax can give Sandoval some advice, from one cheater to another and Jax comes back on our screens hot.  In the 2.5 minutes that he is at the bar, we learn that Jax is opening a sports bar and that he still has issues with Sandoval.

Sandoval calls Jax out for not shutting up about his mistakes and tells him, “It must be humbling to only have something interesting to say when you’re talking about me.” Sandoval makes it clear that he doesn’t have to humble himself to Jax and this is backfiring right in Schwartz’s face.  Jax claims that Sandoval did not help him out when he messed up and states that he has grown up.  He calls Sandoval a disgrace and this is when Brock steps in to remind the dudes to take a beat. Jax talks about what happens when you let the ego get the best of you, and despite the raucous he caused during his short presence, they hug it out and Jax explains that he just wants the best for Sandoval (so long as he looks better).

Vanderpump Rules Recap: Sandoval Admits Suicidal Thoughts, and Faces Off With Scheana as She Calls Him a Narcissist, Plus He Lashes Out at Lisa, & Ariana Calls Schwartz a Lost Cause

    [ad_1]

Sandoval is clearly feeling the heat from the group and he is finally admitting how much it is affecting him on this episode of Vanderpump Rules. Schwartz hatches a plan to get the gang back together, but not without Ariana pushing back once she hears Sandoval received an invite.  Things aren’t so clear cut with these friendships, but one thing is for sure…Ariana very well might be the “queen of the group.”

Even though James storms out in anger, Sandoval’s birthday party of randoms continues. The conversation with James has rocked Sandoval, so he pulls Schwartz aside to vent. Sandoval cannot believe that James feels betrayed by this affair, when James pulled pretty much the same move…ten years ago.  This grudge feels like quite a stretch and even Schwartz tells Sandoval he should have apologized to James.  Schwartz tries to explain to Sandoval that he can’t get so defensive each time someone comes at him, but it’s basically like talking to a wall since Sandoval only worries about himself.

In the meantime, the ladies of VPR are busy emo-nighting. James and Ally roll up after attending Sandoval’s party (for 2.5 seconds) and James likens the party to playing chess.  Scheana is baffled that James received an invite to Sandoval’s, yet she remains blocked by him!

James holds story time as he tells the crew that Sandoval tried to turn the tables on him by going back ten years ago to his “affair” with Kristen.  Ariana is aghast by this, but is not too surprised he be so bold, considering he only hangs out with people that he pays and he is used to people agreeing with him.

Ariana, Scheana, and Katie guest “DJ” emo night while Schwartz bids adieu to Sandoval to try and get there in time for the girls’ debut.  Scheana invited Schwartz, after all, and he doesn’t want to let her down.  Alas, he misses the performance because he took too long saying goodbye to Schwartz, for fear of shaking up their friendship.  The reality is now he has p*ssed off Scheana for missing the whole thing, especially her emo version of Good as Gold, a dream for Scheana, considering she always wanted to be the next Fergie or Gwen Stefani. Lol.

Sandoval gets a sorry version of the Happy Birthday song as Billie Lee brings the cake over to him.  He cries thinking about those that have stuck around, but is especially upset because Raquel/Rachel did not even reach out to wish him a happy birthday. Sandoval claims that she is his best friend and that he loves and misses her.

The next day, Katie tentatively enters Ariana and Sandoval’s shared house in fear of bumping into him.  Luckily, he is not around post-party, and so she gets an IV treatment with Ariana. They discuss the friendship between Katie and Scheana and worry that Scheana’s soft spots with people will continue to bring energy that neither girl wants around.

LVP heads to Pump and looks around the empty shell of what it once was. She second guesses the closing of this restaurant, but realizes that nothing lasts forever. She then curses in surprise when she Sandoval enters, bearing flowers. LVP tells him that the gentlemanly thing to do would be to get out of the house he shares with Ariana, but of course Sandoval has a litany of reasons why he should stay.

Sandoval brings up Scheana and addresses the podcast that really rocked him.  He feels like Scheana should take a day off from harassing him and Raquel/Rachel, citing the episode featuring Neema, Raquel/Rachel’s ex.  According to Sandoval, Neema spoke about sexual things on Scheana’s podcast, including the false accusation that Sandoval and Ariana were in an open relationship.  Apparently, this podcast truly rocked Raquel/Rachel and Sandoval, of course, came in as her hero.

Sandoval goes on to tell LVP that the mob mentality is driving him mad. He drops a bombshell when he says he even battled suicidal thoughts and snaps at LVP, telling her not to tell him how he feels.  LVP immediately jumps to action, as she knows suicide all too well since she lost her brother that way.  She is upset because she made Sandoval promise her if he ever felt that way, he would come to her…and he didn’t.   LVP begs Sandoval to be more sensitive and apologetic and perhaps things could get better with some of the strained relationships amongst the group.

Katie and Scheana have decided to truly work on their friendship one on one.  They sit down for some mocktails and chat about Katie’s upcoming date. Scheana then apologizes for inviting Schwartz to Emo Night and realizes that was an “old Scheana” move. Scheana discusses her self-realization about people in her inner circle.

Schwartz brings the pups over to Vanderpump Dogs for a grooming and for an LVP sesh. He talks about his brother’s cirrhosis, which has now made Schwartz rethink his alcohol consumption. Regarding Schwartz and Sandy’s, LVP doesn’t believe the punishment fits the crime.  Schwartz and LVP can’t figure out why people can’t move on when Ariana has already. LVP talks about how she was frightened after hearing Sandoval’s suicidal thoughts and she begs Schwartz to help “change the whole narrative.” LVP mentions a restaurant opening in Tahoe and so Schwartz invites himself. Together, they come up with a plan to have everyone come- an olive branch of all olive branches.

It’s See You Next Tuesday and while James spins, the crew hangs out…even Schwartz, who kinda invited himself.  When Ariana arrives, Schwartz bounces before he could get iced out.  He finds James and talks about the new spot in Tahoe that he found out about through LVP.  He tells James he will be extending the invite for Tahoe to everyone in the group…including Sandoval and James decides he will go.

Sandoval enters the lion’s den as he walks into SUR for the event.  He has decided to take LVP’s advice and try to apologize. Everyone eyes Sandoval from afar and Ariana refuses to have him in her circle. No one can believe he would come support James after the chat they had the other day. This demonstrates just how delusional Sandoval is.

Sandoval talks about collateral damage with friendships and this leads directly into Schwartz trying to mend the divide.  While Sandoval makes up with SURvers, Schwartz tells the group about the upcoming Tahoe trip.  No one can understand why he would invite Sandoval and Ariana makes it clear that she doesn’t want to be anywhere near Schwartz OR Sandoval.

Lala tries to explain that one day Sandoval will “devastate” Schwartz and Ariana chimes in, essentially calling Schwartz a lost cause.  She states, “I gave up [on Schwartz] a long time ago and my life is better for it.”  Schwartz tells Ariana she is not the queen of the group and her ego is not appreciated.  She should not speak on behalf of the whole group, and TBH, it’s kind of funny that she makes this big to-do about not wanting to be around her ex…that she still lives with.

Scheana excuses herself to use the restroom and conveniently walks past Sandoval. When Sandoval asks to speak to Scheana, they meet in the SUR alley for old time’s sake. Scheana talks about not expecting to get blocked after reaching out post Sandoval friend’s death. Scheana reminds Sandoval that she has a heart, unlike Sandoval. Perhaps if he was honest and remorseful from the get, things would have been easier for Sandoval.

Sandoval tells Scheana that her podcast went too far, but Scheana makes it clear that Sandoval needs to humble himself. Everything he is doing is the definition of a narcissist. Right before Scheana walks away, Sandoval reports, “You should know that after that Neema interview, I really had to talk her [Raquel] down.” Scheana explains that she was just looking to put the truth out there…it’s not her fault that the truth was ugly. Sandoval questions if it’s Scheana’s business and Scheana reminds him that none of this would have happened if he hadn’t slept with Raquel to begin with, leaving him speechless…for once.
