Bravo has begun the process of teasing season 12 of Married to Medicine. However, one person who won’t be on the show moving forward is Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford. Recently, she revealed that she and Gregory Lunceford are no longer trying to conceive a child. Additionally, she claimed that she doesn’t speak to Toya Bush-Harris.
Lateasha joined Married to Medicine during the show’s 10th season. This came as she was engaged to Greg, who is also the ex-husband of Quad Webb. Their wedding was featured on the show. However, she announced in May 2025 that she would not be returning to the hit Bravo series.
Lateasha was on what appeared to be a social media live session recently when a fan asked if she and Gregory were still trying to have a baby. She responded, “Honestly, I’ve been taking a break from that.”

“Honestly, after getting off the show, we have decided to just really focus on our marriage,” she continued. “At first, I was trying to do it right away, but honestly, with all the drama, I just think that it’s important for us to establish a solid foundation, and of course, like I do want kids.”
The former Bravo star added, “I definitely do want a family, but in order to have a family, you’ve got to have a solid foundation.”
Several fans then reacted to her decision to halt her baby plans. One person said, “Sounds like she’s starting to see why Quad left.”
Someone else wrote, “She’s basically saying what Quad was saying.” Another person added, “Who gets married then decides, okay, now is the time to start building that solid foundation lol.”
While on the same live session, someone else asked if she has spoken to Toya since leaving the show. “Nope, I don’t talk to that ho*,” Lateasha responded. “I don’t talk to simpleminded ho** like her and I’m not going to. She’s too ignorant and too dumb for me. I can’t.”

Someone else asked who she speaks to from the group, and she stated that she’s in touch with Dr. Contessa Metcalfe. She also said that Dr. Jackie Walters only talked to her regarding the show. According to her, “I wouldn’t even allow them to have her come in with me and my endometriosis and all that because I don’t like fake concern.”
“So, I wasn’t gon force it. If you’re not concerned, I’m not gon go to you. I’m not gonna go to you and talk about it,” she said. Lateasha then said that she still talks to Phaedra Parks.
