Christina Ricci’s Ex-Husband Furious Their Son Allegedly Missed School To Spend 12 Hours On ‘Yellowjackets’ Set

Christina Ricci’s ex-husband James Heerdegen accuses the actress of having their minor son sit around for 12-14 hours on the set of Yellowjackets instead of being in school, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Heerdegen has rushed back to court in the never-ending divorce battle.

In his new filing, Heerdegen demanded the court assign a visitation monitor to supervise Ricci when she has their son. Further, he wants the judge to award him joint custody.

In court documents, Heerdegen accused Ricci of having their son enroll in extra-curricular activities he doesn’t enjoy. Ricci’s ex also took issue with her allegelly having him miss school to travel with her to work.

He said their son has been “regularly traveling to work with his mother in Canada for her show, Yellowjackets. Heerdegen said their son is spending 12-14 hour days when he could be in school instead.

Ricci’s ex claimed their son was even working as his mother’s personal assistant, which he said was against the law.

To make matters worse, Heerdegen claims Ricci has failed to attend co-parenting classes with him that were court-ordered.

Ricci has yet to respond.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ricci filed for divorce from Heerdegen in 2020. In addition, she obtained a restraining order where she accused him of being beating her multiple times.

The actress demanded primary custody of their son. In response, he denied the accusations of abuse and unsuccessfully tried to get a restraining order against her.

The two eventually settled their divorce in December 2022. They agreed Ricci would share custody and would not pay support.

However, months later, Ricci rushed to court demanding her ex’s overnight visits be suspended. She claimed their son’s therapist had suggested the move.

Heerdegen accused his ex of “psychological abuse” of their son. He claimed she bad-mouthed him in front of the child.

Further, he accused Ricci of calling Child Protective Services on him to have an investigation launched. He said the agency declined to pursue a case.

The judge ended up suspending Heerdegen’s overnight visits until a future hearing on the matter. Ricci and Heerdegen agreed to push the hearing until June, which will allow them time to attend therapy classes.

Tom Hanks has been dragged into his son Chet’s nasty court war with an ex-girlfriend — with the A-list star being named as a potential witness, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Chet has asked a court to sanction his ex Kiana Parker as part of their dispute.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Chet and Kiana have been fighting in court ever since their breakup.

In January 2021, Kiana obtained a restraining order against Chet claiming he had attacked her multiple times during their relationship. She pointed to an alleged incident in October 2020 and another in January 2021.

During one incident, Kiana said Chet became enraged after she tried to leave a hotel room. She said he grabbed her wrists and arms to keep her inside. During the incident, she said Chet threw a beer bottle at her.

In the documents, she claimed Chet told her she was a “ghetto black b—-” and that nobody would believe her because he’s “Chet Hanks.”

Weeks later, a video of them fighting leaked online. A bloodied Chet filmed the end of an altercation they had at his home in Texas. He said Kiana brought “three menacing large men” with her to take property after their split. He said a fight broke out that included Chet allegedly being smashed in the face with a pot. Kiana denied all allegations of wrongdoing and argued self-defense.

Chet then filed a lawsuit against Kiana for theft, assault and battery. Tom’s son said Kiana was the abusive one during the relationship. In addition, he accused her of using his credit cards to pay her rent without his consent.

In response, Kiana filed her own civil lawsuit against Chet accusing him of assault. She demanded $1 million in damages.

In the suit, Kiana provided additional details of the alleged hotel room encounter.

“Hanks became aggressive and hostile. As [Kiana] was lying in bed, Hanks started verbally abusing and threatening her. He shoved her, threatening her with imminent bodily injury, while stating “[I] would not disrespect [him], [he] was in control, [he] would not allow what happened with his mom and dad’s relationship to happen to our” and other things,” the suit read.

Now, as part of Chet’s lawsuit, he has asked the court to sanction his ex for refusing to sit for a deposition and for failing to turn over evidence.

He said Kiana has failed to comply with the court’s order and wants her hit with $11k in sanctions.

As part of his motion, Chet also revealed that Kiana’s lawyers told his counsel that the “case should be settled because it would be embarrassing for [Chet’s] father, Tom Hanks.”

Chet’s lawyer said, “True to this point, [Kiana] has attempted to make Tom Hanks a witness by claiming that he referred her to a “healer.” However, Chet said Kiana has refused to identify the alleged healer.

In her motion, Kiana’s lawyer said, “Mr. Hanks’ father provided a spiritual healer to treat Ms. Parker for the emotional distress she suffered while living in Los Angeles, CA with Mr. Hanks. She did not retain any of the records for this healer.”

The judge has yet to rule on the matter.

Sugar sand in Clearwater perfect medium for sculpting, finding love

CLEARWATER, Fla. —Susanne Ruseler is bending sand to her artistic will.

She’s spraying a mound of it down with water.

“Otherwise, the sand is all fluffy really and it doesn’t stick together,” she explained.

Then she can pack it — pound it into shape with a trowel.

Now it’s ready to sculpt for the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival on Clearwater Beach.

Ruseler is working on her part of the “A Blast from the Past” theme.

“This part of the sculpture is about the moon landing,” Ruseler explained.

She is just standing behind a pretty good huge, rounded mound, with a cylinder of sand a couple of feet high sticking out of it.

Ruseler is from the Netherlands — a biologist turned sand sculptor.

And astronaut Neil Armstrong — is somewhere in that packed cylinder of sand.

“So it’s gonna be a little figure I haven’t carved that yet. You can’t see it,” said Ruseler.

She’s got some reference photos, but she’s got to interpret them for the medium.

She can extend an arm too far without support, so hands need to be at the astronaut’s side.

“I have to figure it out a little bit and I want to do the footstep,” said Ruseler, referring to an iconic photo of a footstep left on the moon from an astronaut’s boot.

It was her first steps — turning her hobby in her profession — that changed her path in life.

“I meet my colleagues all over the world,” Ruseler said. “It’s really nice. You see, it’s like a little family. You travel around, you meet in Japan or in Italy.”

Or in love.

Her partner and husband is fellow sculptor Canadian David Ducharme.

“We live in our luggage,” Ducharme said, laughing, working on sand flowers.

These traveling artists tackle joint projects and solo trips — coordinating their schedules, committed to their art — and each other.

“Any conventional relationship is pretty challenging ‘cause there’s a lot of time away,” said Ducharme.

“We work together quite a lot. It goes generally very well,” Ruseler said, laughing, shaveling said. “It’s really nice to travel together and to work together, yeah.”

It’s one time building a relationship on a foundation of sand works.

St. Pete Tall Ships Festival offers a rare look into working history

One ship, the 1877 Elissa, is 110 feet tall and 205 feet long
Bloodworth directs crew members to carry out sailing commands — the mast captains are in red and the crew she directs wears blue.

“It’s a lot of responsibility — a little stress,” she said. “You get more and more used to it.”

“Right — I mean she’s been sailing for so long,” she added about her ship, the 1877 Elissa. “It holds up to a lot right — a lot of stress — a lot of tension.”

Since 1877, the Scottish-built ship has survived, and has been refurbished and cared for by a crew out of Galveston, Texas.

The ship is just over 100 feet high and 200 feet long, Bloodworth said.

On the ship, the cacophony of ropes on the three-mast ship are somehow wrangled into place and sometimes, through sheer human strength.

“We handle all of the lines here,” said Bloodworth, explaining on a ship like the Elissa, a rope is called a line.

While at sea, the crews have to work together to set the ship to sail, Bloodworth said.

“It’s a lot about team work right? You don’t set 19 sails on a 145-year-old tall ship by yourself,” she said.

Every time the ship changes directions, a carefully choreographed dance begins, Bloodworth explained — people repeating orders, pulling lines in unison, unfurling and furling sails.

“We like to make sure people get to experience that — see us all working together as a team,” she said.

And it’s not just the visitors aboard the Elissa — Bloodworth said there’s also a near constant trailing flotilla sailing along with the Elissa.

Bloodworth said the attention makes sense, as the three-mast ship is one of the oldest sailing vessels in the world.

“It’s just incredible to see the support to see all the tall ships parading around, and really kind of celebrating the preservation of the tall ship history and the culture that goes along with it,” she said.

A chemical engineer by training, Bloodworth said the camaraderie aboard the Elissa is what keeps her coming back.

“These people have really kind of become my family,” she said of her fellow crew mates. “Honestly, I showed up eight years ago never having sailed anything before — not even a small boat — and they taught me everything, and I just keep showing up.”

‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Raquel Leviss Spotted Boarding Her Dog In Arizona — Is Reality Star Headed To LA For Reunion Taping?

Raquel Leviss was spotted boarding her dog in Arizona — where she has been laying low since her romance with Tom Sandoval was exposed — which may be a sign she’s headed to Los Angeles for the Vanderpump Rules reunion taping this week, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Earlier this month, Leviss’ 6-month affair with Tom, who was dating Ariana Madix, was revealed.

Leviss revealed the news to her friend Scheana Shay following a taping of Watch What Happens Live in New York. She claimed that Shay punched her after hearing the confession.

Leviss obtained a temporary restraining order against Shay after submitting a series of alleged injury photos to the court. Shay was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Leviss until a hearing on March 29.

Shay denied punching Leviss. Her lawyer said, “This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her. Scheana never punched [Raquel], period. The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”

Leviss has apologized for the affair with Sandoval writing, “There is no excuse, I am not a victim and must own my actions. I deeply regret hurting Ariana. In the time since this came to light, I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved.”

Sources claim Leviss has filmed one scene with Vanderpump Rules since the news broke and before heading to Arizona.

Last week, Madix broke her silence on the situation and issued a vague threat.

“I want to express my most sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support I have received from friends, family, and people I’ve never even met in the last two weeks. when I have felt like I couldn’t even stand, you all have given me the strength to continue and seen me through my darkest hours. to say I have been devastated and broken is an understatement. however, I know that I am not in this alone. so many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels,” Madix wrote.

She ended, “what doesn’t kill me better run.”

Their 55^th Highland Games celebrates the city’s Celtic roots — add that to the street names and city pipe bands.

Festivities kick off Friday evening with a parade and party…all before Saturday’s main event.

“We’re gonna shut down the street on Broadway and have our games kick-off party on the street,” said Eric MacNeill, head of the Highland Games.

“We’ll have live music and vendors, of course some beverages, until 10 o’clock that night. So, it’s a pretty great way to start the weekend.”

Iain Donaldson has a tough gig — tuning bagpipes.

At a recent rehearsal, we got a look at how Donaldson runs the city’s pipe bands in Dunedin.

And each instrument is a handful.

“The bagpipe is almost constantly going out of tune because it’s so sensitive to heat or temperature and moisture,” said Donaldson.

Donaldson’s leading the bagpipes for the Dunedin Highland Games, the band started in 1964.

And he’s passing on the tradition to this latest generation of Dunedin pipers in Pinellas County, including his son Graham too.

Graham has also devoted decades to the bagpipe.

“You are constantly blowing into the instrument to make the noise come out,” Donaldson explained. “And when you take a breath, you have to squeeze with your other arm, and it has to maintain the same tone and pitch of the instrument throughout the time you are playing it. So, it’s quite an active instrument. There are no breaks really.”

But Graham, like dad Iain, is a Donaldson devoted to this Dunedin tradition.

“Well it’s rewarding if we can get it all together,” said Iain Donaldson. “The trick is to make 10 bagpipes sound like one.”

Cool down at Gatorland’s Central Florida splash park

ORLANDO, Fla. — As the temps heat up, one Central Florida splash park is advertising itself as the place to cool down.

“A splash park in Central Florida? I don’t know how you go to a theme park without a place to cool off,” said Gatorland President and CEO Mark McHugh.

He showed Spectrum News new water features, like a massive dumping barrel.

Elsewhere at Gator Gully Splash, he pointed out coconut palm sprayers, frogs that flood and well-placed Adirondack chairs to let the adults lean back.

“Get a cold beverage from our Gator Gully general store and let the kids run off that energy off,” McHugh said.

The 110-acre park started as a roadside attraction and is about stirring up memories of old Florida while showering guests with new experiences.

Now through the end of March, Florida residents get half-off a single day admission ticket to Gatorland. The splash park is included in the price of admission.

From baklava in Greece to tuna poke in Hawaii, food from around the world is there to try, plus the drink pairing that makes what Maslowski calls “an orchestra in your mouth.”

Wiseman’s lawyers are prepared to take action against the studio.

“We have reached out to Paramount to have things be more equitable, but Paramount is not interested in that,” the comedy writer told the Post. “For so long I was so quiet about it, so, so quiet, but I just feel like the hypocrisy is too much.”

The author is looking to not only be compensated for what she believes the franchise has made, but to be “compensated in some way for her work that has changed our culture and changed the zeitgeist.”

Wiseman also called out her former co-writer on the project for being a “hypocrite.”

“Over the years, Tina’s spoken so eloquently about women supporting other women, but it’s gotten increasingly clear to me that, in my own personal experience, that’s not going to be the experience. You don’t just talk about supporting women, you actually do it.”

Fey originally asked to buy the film rights to Wiseman’s Queen Bees book after reading the New York Times Magazine cover story about it. The two met with film and TV producer Lorne Michaels and he decided it would be best to work on the film together. The movie was filmed and eventually retitled, Mean Girls.

Wiseman’s original contract included “net profit points” — extra cash dependent on how well the movie does at the box office.

However, the studio has reportedly told her they have made no net profits from Mean Girls and have actually incurred so much extra cost there is nothing past that threshold left to share with her.

The author’s lawyers are now wanting to audit Paramount’s books.

Wiseman’s lawyer Ryan Keech told the Post, “It is nothing short of shameful for a company with the resources of Paramount to go to the lengths to which it has gone to deny Ms. Wiseman what she is fairly entitled to for having created what has become one of the most iconic entertainment franchises of the last 25 years.”

Fey and Paramount have yet to respond.

The New York City District Attorney has one more eyewitness to interview left, meaning an arrest could happen sooner rather than later.

Trump’s anxiety began to rise after his former Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg was arrested in 2021. Those close to the Trump camp believe that Weisselberg most likely cut a deal with the DA for a lighter sentence for dirt on the big man himself.

The controversial politician snapped early Saturday morning, taking to Truth Social to post in all caps, “OUR NATION IS NOW THIRD WORLD & DYING. THE AMERICAN DREAM IS DEAD!”

Trump told his 4.9 million followers that “illegal leaks” from the “corrupt” Manhattan DA office indicate that he will be arrested this upcoming Tuesday.

He ended the post by asking his supporters to “TAKE OUR NATION BACK!”

Many online see the ex president’s post as a final desperate plea to get out of any trouble heading his way, and others view it as yet another call for violence like the January 6 riots that took place near the end of Trump’s presidency.

A spokesperson from Trump’s legal team released a statement following the backlash from his post.

“President Trump is rightfully highlighting his innocence and the weaponization of our injustice system. He will be in Texas next weekend for a giant rally. Make America Great Again!”

The embattled businessman’s claims come more than six years after Trump’s lawyers allegedly paid Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet.

Last week, Trump was invited to testify before a Manhattan grand jury beside long-time “fixer” Michael Cohen.

Cohen, who plead guilty in two criminal cases, claims to had used campaign finances in relation to Daniels and another woman who the former president allegedly had an affair with.

Trump failed to appear, and his former employee gave his testimony to the DA.
