Michael Jackson’s estate is backing up the late pop star’s mother Katherine as she fights to avoid being deposed by LaToya’s ex-fiancé in a bitter court battle, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the estate, run by executors John Branca and John McClain, is asking the court to shut down the motion brought by Jeffree Phillips.

As we first reported, last year, the estate dragged Phillips to court accusing him of possessing $1 million+ worth of MJ’s memorabilia. The executors claimed LaToya’s ex took the property from MJ’s home in the days after his June 2009 death.

The alleged property taken includes handwritten notes, 5 hard drives, 3 silver Mac laptops, two iPods, and various other personal items.

The executors believe Phillips planned to sell off the items until they uncovered his scheme. Phillips has denied stealing the property and claims Katherine has instructed him to take it for storage. He also denied ever planning to sell the property.

In a declaration submitted to the court, Phillips said, “had the Estate simply asked for the property and not resorted to the premeditated set-up and bullying tactics, I would have called La Toya to inform her that the Estate was requesting the items, and the two of us would have then called her mother. If Ms. Jackson instructed me to give the property back to the Estate, I would have done so.”

Recently, Phillips, who dated LaToya from 1995 to 2015, demanded Katherine be forced to sit for a deposition. He wanted to grill her about the facts of the case and whether she told him to take the property.

The judge previously denied an emergency motion brought by Phillips over the depo but he’s now giving the request another shot.

    Article continues below advertisement

He said, “Mrs. Jackson’s testimony is critical to the statute of limitations and bailment issues at the core of this action.”

His attorney added, “While Mr. Phillips is sympathetic to Mrs. Jackson’s position that she does not want to sit for deposition in a case involving the death of her son, Petitioners involved her in this case, and Mr. Phillips must accordingly take every opportunity to conduct discovery to aid in his defense of this matter.”

In response, the executors of MJ’s estate said they oppose the request claiming Katherine “should not be forced to be deposed over her objections about the painful days and months that followed her son’s death. It is very telling that Phillips, who claims to have been very close to Mrs. Jackson and the Jackson family, is seeking to have his attorneys cross-exam Mrs. Jackson at an oral deposition over her objections.”

The estate said they agreed not to call Katherine as a witness, which they argue means her deposition is unnecessary. Phillips feels otherwise. A judge has yet to rule on the matter.

The estate defending Katherine comes as the executors and MJ’s mom are involved in a nasty war over a secret deal she opposes. The matter is currently on appeal.

  • Vanna White’s Playing Hardball With ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Execs Over $7 Million Demand: ‘Bosses Are Panicking Now’

Vanna White’s Playing Hardball With ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Execs Over $7 Million Demand: ‘Bosses Are Panicking Now’

    [ad_1]

Vanna White shocked her Wheel of Fortune bosses after hiring a powerhouse lawyer and demanded a massive increase to her salary following Pat Sajak’s exit — and sources said she will fight any potential plans from new host Ryan Seacrest to replace her with a younger star, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to sources close to the situation, Vanna was furious after learning Ryan would be taking over for Pat as host of the long-running game show.

As we previously reported, insiders claimed the 66-year-old wanted to take the game show’s top job after Pat stepped down. But Ryan, 48, swooped in at the last minute and won the job after quitting as Kelly Ripa’s co-host on the morning TV gabfest Live!

“The whole situation is fraught with drama,” said a source. “She put up with all of Pat’s weirdness for 39 long years and people figured she’d earned a shot at the big gig.”

As we previously reported, Vanna has been paid a $3 million salary for 18 years without a single pay raise. Pat was pulling in around $15 million per season.

Sources say Vanna fears Ryan may lobby to replace her with a younger sidekick — which she plans to stop. Sources said Vanna hired Bryan Freedman to represent her in talks with execs.

Another insider added, “A lot of people are shocked Vanna has been overlooked and apparently underpaid for so long. No wonder she’s calling in the big guns to negotiate on her behalf. She needs to protect herself and get what’s fair, even if it means a messy fight.”

Another source added, “Vanna’s bosses are panicking now. They clearly underestimated her and how much support she has both on and off the set!”

As we previously reported, last month, Pat announced he was set to retire after the upcoming season.

“Well, the time has come,” Sajak said in a statement. “I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all.”

  • Judge Not Swayed by ‘RHOA’ Star Phaedra Parks’ Ex-husband’s Emotional Plea to Visit Family Member’s Gravesites

Judge Not Swayed by ‘RHOA’ Star Phaedra Parks’ Ex-husband’s Emotional Plea to Visit Family Member’s Gravesites

    [ad_1]

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband Apollo Nida was shut down in his latest plea to have his probation terminated early – with a judge not swayed by his emotional plea, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a Georgia federal judge has denied the motion for reconsideration that Apollo filed last week.

In 2014, Apollo was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment followed by 5 years of probation for his role in a massive fraud scheme. He was facing 30 years behind bars but snitched on his associates in exchange for a sweet plea deal.

Apollo was released from prison in 2019. His probation is scheduled to end in 2024 but he pleaded with the court to let him off early.

The reality star said he had followed all the rules imposed on him. Further, he said he was contributing to his community by volunteering and coaching youth football.

Apollo noted he has passed all drug tests since being placed on probation. In his motion, he noted that while he still owes $1.9 million in restitution to his victims — he has made all payments on time and will continue to do so.

A couple of days later, Apollo asked the court to reconsider the decision and pointed to his performance following behind released from prison.

Apollo said he has maintained a stable residence, remarried to his current wife and has reestablished relationships with the sons he shares with Phaedra.

He then claimed the restrictions had prevented him from visiting the gravesites of family members he lost in the last couple of years. Apollo said he’s only allowed to travel for work purposes which prevents him from traveling to the graves.

Apollo said he has not been able to “grieve the loss of his family members and loved ones, and this is having a negative impact” on his mental health.

The judge wasn’t impressed with the argument and once again denied Apollo’s request to terminate his probation early.

Kevin Spacey Accused of Assaulting Man Before Party at Elton John’s Home

    [ad_1]

The jury in Kevin Spacey‘s U.K. trial heard one of the movie star’s accusers claim Spacey sexually assaulted him on the way to Elton John‘s White Tie and Tiara ball, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The police interview with the man — who was not identified — was shown in the Southwark Crown Court, in which jurors heard the disturbing allegations against the disgraced House of Cards actor.

“He went to a lot of lavish parties at the time, he was very famous, he had just done American Beauty, he was an Oscar winner. Elton John would have this big Windsor party and it was a big, £1million party. It was a summer party, The White Tie and Tiara Ball, it was called,” the man recalled in the police video.

He also claimed Spacey was acting bizarrely before the alleged assault.

“He was worried about the press taking pictures of him so he was on edge, he had also had a drink. We were going down there and he was quite fired up. He hit me right in the nuts, basically. It took my breath away, he was laughing giggling and I said it f—— hurt. He didn’t say anything, he laughed and giggled. He said; ‘oh stop it, stop it.’ He grabbed me so hard I almost came off the road,” the alleged victim told cops.

“He had obviously been drinking quite a bit and drugs as well, and I said don’t every f——- do that again, that really hurt. And he laughed about it: ‘oh that’s a turn on to me, oh you’re such a man’ he said. I was disgusted that he had done that.”

According to the man, Spacey “grabbed me. He grabbed me a good few times. He would squeeze my bum and would rub my legs,” adding, “It’s like he thought he could groom me.”

The accuser told law enforcement that he was allegedly assaulted by Spacey more than 10 times.

He claimed the alleged assaults happened within weeks of meeting the star.

In “two to three weeks he started to make me feel uncomfortable,” the accuser said in the video. “From the first two to three weeks he would start to try and get into my head about what my sexuality was like.”

The alleged victim called Spacey “slippery, snaky” and a “difficult person.” He also compared the actor to his serial killer character in the film Seven, claiming, “He’s a bit like that, a bit creepy,” according to Daily Mail.

He said he “can’t stand watching” Spacey’s films, telling police, “It makes me feel sick. He was quite an angry person. He was obviously angry inside.”

The accuser later said Spacey was a “very confused, mixed-up individual,” whose MO was “pretending to be nice” when in reality, he was an alleged “predator” who was “aggressive.”

The man also said Spacey was “obviously very messed up with his sexuality.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Spacey has been accused of assaulting several men between 2005 to 2013 — some while serving as the artistic director at The Old Vic theater in London.

The actor faces 12 counts of offenses against four men, including three counts of indecent assault, seven of sexual assault, one of forcing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent, and one of forcing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.

Spacey has denied all the allegations against him.

Bay Area Youth Wind Band Alumni reunite for Summer Breeze concert

    [ad_1]

TAMPA, Fla. — It’s the last rehearsal for Francisco Quixtan and his fellow alumni from the Bay Area Youth Wind Band before their annual reunion concert.

    What You Need To Know

    • Florida Wind Band and Summer Breeze concert: July 1 at 5:30 p.m. at Carrollwood Village Park, Tampa
    • Florida Wind Band concert: July 26 p.m. at Palma Cela Presbyterian Church, Tampa
    • Francisco Quixtan is among the Bay Area Youth Wind Band alumni that will be performing in the Summer Breeze concert

“I was one of the first to join this group in 2012. I was a senior in high school,” said Quixtan.

The band welcomes back the best middle and high school wind musicians in the Tampa Bay area as Summer Breeze, under conductor and founder Dr. Matthew McCutchen, who is also the University of South Florida’s Director of Bands.

And there is another concert that involves a flow of different instruments.

“So the wind band is made of all woodwind, brass and percussion instruments, so we don’t involve any string instruments,” said Tony Negron, executive director of the Florida Wind Band. “And so they are going to see two different ensembles — the first is going to be the Summer Breeze group, which is the Alumni for Bay Area Youth Winds, and then the second group that they’re going to see is the Florida Wind Band, which is the professional ensemble.”

While some of these musicians only pick up their instruments once a year for this ongoing tradition, others never let it go.

“I play the clarinet. I’ve been playing since fifth grade, then went to college, got a degree in Music Education and Performance. I love music so much,” Quixtan said.

    As for his current work?

“I’m an orchestra high school director,” Quixtan said. “I’m also a conductor, a community band conductor and a professional musician.”

With such a full plate, why come back every year? To be surrounded by people from different walks of life, in different stages of life, brought together by the music of life.

“People that just want to do this because they love it,” he said.

The Florida Wind Band and Summer Breeze concert will be held on July 1 at 5:30 p.m. at Carrollwood Village Park in Tampa.

And the Florida Wind Band will have another concert that will be held on July 2 at 6 p.m. at Palma Cela Presbyterian Church in Tampa.

TAMPA, Fla. — It’s Day one of a Jazz Intensive Workshop at the Patel Conservatory. There are trombones, a piano player named Zion, trumpets and laughter.

    What You Need To Know

    • The Jazz Intensive Workshop will end in a Jazz Intensive Showcase at the Straz Center
    • It will take place on Saturday, June 10 at 7 p.m. and cost $18.75
    • The teacher has been playing for years, and enjoys sharing his expertise

By week’s end, this group of teens plan to perform at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, under the ear of Matthew Weihmuller.

“Evan, don’t be afraid to play out, man,” said Weihmuller to one student. “You sound great on the keys, man,” to another.

The professional saxophone player has been teaching students at the Pate about a decade.

“It’s really always been my passion that I think the way to really continue the art of playing jazz is through the youth of today and student,” said Weihmuller.

Blind from birth, it’s Weihmuller’s literacy in Braille Music that connects his world and his pupils.

“I’ve had to teach how to read music to sighted individuals, which would be impossible without the Braille Music,” said Weihmuller.

It basically levels the playing field for Weihmuller as an instructor. When he himself is performing—it’s not the same.

“The only difference is I have to memorize everything,” said Weihmuller. Something he’s been doing since middle school.

“Well, I have to say, where there’s a will, there’s a way,” said Weihmuller about his advice for others dreaming of life as a musician.

Weihmuller encourages the next generation to surround themselves with the professionals of the trade.

Lisa Marie’s Mom Priscilla Attempted to Keep $1.4 Million Payment From Granddaughter Riley Sealed, Fears Harassment and Bullying

    [ad_1]

Priscilla Presley desperately tried to keep the amount of money she was paid by her granddaughter Riley Keough to settle their fight over Lisa Marie’s estate a secret, RadarOnline.com has learned.

As we previously reported, following Lisa Marie’s death, Priscilla rushed to court demanding to be named co-trustee of her late daughter’s trust.

Lisa Marie was heavily in debt at the time of her death. RadarOnline.com obtained court records that showed she owed $3-$4 million to various creditors. However, she took out various life insurance policies that paid out $35 million to her trust after her death.

The only beneficiaries to the trust are Riley and her younger twin sisters, Harper and Finley.

In her petition, Priscilla claimed Lisa Marie’s will put her and her late daughter’s ex-biz manager Barry Siegel in charge of the trust. She said an alleged 2016 amendment was floating around that put Riley in charge and kicked her out.

However, Priscilla claimed the signature on the amendment did not look like Lisa Marie’s signature.

Sources said Riley was furious with her grandmother’s decision to take the matter to court.

As we previously reported, yesterday, it was revealed Riley paid her grandmother $1 million and another $400k for her legal fees to settle the case. Per their deal, Riley will be the sole trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate.

Riley filed a motion to seal portions of the petition claiming, “the parties’ interest in maintaining this limited financial information under seal overrides any limited public right of access to this information, and supports sealing.”

She said, “We have learned that the fans realize that we are “Just a Family.” Elvis would be proud and his and Lisa’s wishes are what are most important to all of us. My granddaughter, through her counsel, along with my team worked diligently and tirelessly to resolve all misunderstandings as a family.”

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has been dragged to court by a private nurse who claims the reality star stiffed her after she helped her recover from a plastic surgery procedure, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, earlier this year, Dorit was sued by a woman named Natalie Vanderstay. The suit demanded the Bravo star pay $8,600 in damages.

    Article continues below advertisement

Natalie said, “I am a private duty nurse and I provided medical services for [Dorit]. [Dorit] had plastic surgery and hired my services for day and overnight care; to monitor and assess her pain, administration of medications and treatments (as directed per her physician’s orders). As well, as address all her medical needs and concerns.”

The nurse said, “I submitted an invoice to [Dorit] after my services were completed and [Dorit] has refused to pay me.”

Natalie, who claimed to have worked for Dorit from November 16, 2022 to November 20, 2022, said she calculated the money owed to her “by the hours I worked at my hourly rate of $100. I worked 86 hours at $100 an hour, which totals $8,600.”

In April, a hearing was held where Natalie appeared, but Dorit was not present. The nurse said the reality star was served with the legal papers despite her non-appearance.

Christina Ricci Fighting Ex-husband’s Demand a Monitor Watch Over ‘Yellowjackets’ Actress During Custody Time With Son

    [ad_1]

Christina Ricci is asking a judge to shut down her ex-husband James Heerdegen’s demand a monitor be appointed to watch the Yellowjackets star during her time with their son, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Christina filed a declaration as part of her bitter custody battle with James.

As we first reported, last year, the exec settled their divorce and agreed Christina would have most of the custody. However, months later, the actress rushed to court demanding her ex’s overnight visits with their son be suspended.

Christina said she made the request at the recommendation of the child’s therapist. James opposed the request and claimed she was psychologically abusing their son and attempting to alienate the child from his father.

The judge ended up siding with Christina and suspended James’ overnight visits until a hearing later this year. James has been attempting to regain his custody ever since. He recently asked the court to order Christina to enroll and complete co-parenting counseling.

In addition, he asked that a monitor be appointed to watch Christine during her custodial time with their kid.

Christina asked the court to deny both requests. She said, since January 2023, James has engaged in “abusive and threatening conduct.”

“He is using this litigation forum to harass me. He continues to be oppositional. He refuses to compromise in the best interests of our son. Instead, if I don’t capitulate to him, he seemingly doubles-down on his threats and attempts to take custody away from me,” Ricci wrote. “He has threatened to go to the press. Attending co-parenting counseling together will not only be unproductive, but, more importantly, it will give [James] another forum in which to harass and abuse me.”

In regard to the request for a monitor, Christina said there is no evidence to support such a request. “In fact, the evidence is clearly to the contrary” given the concerns from their child’s therapist, she said.

She accused James of illegally tape-recording their son in an effort to use it as evidence in the court battle. Her lawyer added, “it is abundantly clear from the pleadings that have been filed since January 2023 that [James] has no interest in facilitating communication with Christina or reducing the conflict.”

Christina demanded $2,500 in sanctions from her ex for his alleged abuse of the court process.

USF Botanical Gardens host to Summer Plant Festival

    [ad_1]

TAMPA, Fla. — Plant parents, heads up — we’ve got an upcoming event you might dig.

It’s the University of South Florida Botanical Gardens Summer Plant Festival in Tampa. The festival is one of the Botanical Gardens’ three major fundraisers each year.

And it’s where Spectrum News met their director Craig Huegel, planting in the fern area of the garden.

Huegel says he has always loved plants.

“My very first memory is messing around with some black raspberries in the back yard,” he said, explaining that his parents always gave him part of their Wisconsin garden plot for his own plants.

So it makes sense he’s the boss of all 18 acres on the corner of the USF campus off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and East Fowler Avenue.

To help with the evolving green space, the USF Botanical Gardens offers their Summer Festival.

There is an outside area, as well as two greenhouses filled with plants — some grown from seed and others propagated.

There are native plants, loved by pollinators, as well as unique ones.

“Mostly what we’ve been trying to do is grow things, collect things for sale that aren’t available in most — if any — nurseries in the area,” said Huegel.

And the commonly known plants like a monstera adansonii — the climbing Swiss cheese plant — are handsomely priced.

(This plant weirdo has seen similarly sized plants for more than twice the USF Botanical Gardens prices.)

So people can come for the prices and plant species, and then hang out with some of their own.

“Well, plant people gravitate towards plant people,” said Heugel, with a chuckle. “So you’ll have somebody you can talk to about your passion or disease whatever it is it just makes it a lot more fun.”

Wilkerson, a veteran dog handler, says he doesn’t really get nervous anymore.

“Now it’s just the fun, now it’s just the fun part,” said Wilkerson, lining up a golden retriever into the competition zone at the AKC All Breed Dog at the Expo Hall at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. The show started on Wednesday and runs through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For the golden girl he’s leading, preps started more than an hour ago with her hair. Her name is Sassy and she is competing as an open bitch golden retriever.

Wilkerson said that the flatter the hairdo, the better Sassy’s body structure shows for the judges.

“She shows every weekend, so her hair is pretty trained,” he said.

Wilkerson usually uses chicken meat to treat his dogs in the ring, but now it’s beef heart, thanks to a vendor buddy at the show.

Hair and treats down, Wilkerson is getting the dog into her show time routine, just as he has his own routine down pat.

TAMPA, Fla. — Richard Ellis has been studying Orientalist Architecture for as long as he’s lived in Tampa.

    • Henry B. Plant traveled world and filled hotel with global furnishings on display through August 20th
    • The Henry B. Plant Museum resides inside Plant Hall, the former Tampa Bay Hotel, now part of the University of Tampa

“I’ve been in the city for a decade and so looking around at these familiar places from a vantage point is really refreshing,” said Ellis.

This is his first time he’s been inside a minaret at the former Tampa Bay Hotel, which is now Plant Hall at the University of Tampa. It’s 10 stories off the ground.

“It was built in the style of Islamic architecture because that style was associated with supreme luxury,” said Ellis.

The hotel was completed in 1891.

A teacher of Art History, Ellis helped interpret the Henry B. Plant Museum’s latest exhibition– “Imagined East—Decorative Art and the Imperial Gaze.

Railroad magnate Henry B. Plant traveled the world and brought back international treasures for the hotel. One of the pieces on display is a painting of the Alcazar of Seville in Spain.

“Alcazar is Arabic– it means the castle,” said Ellis, explaining how the building bears similarities to Plant Hall. “We might see some elements in the kind of gingerbread trimming on the veranda out here that are trying to evoke the very intricately carved stucco arches and soffits here in this courtyard.”

The table service depicted places like Taj Mahal in India and was all for imperialistic bragging rights.

“And of course, that was property of the British Empire at that point in the 19th Century so sort of a way a causally displaying the realms,” said Ellis.

The realm of the minarets is 10 stories off the ground. They’re wood covered with metal structure, which is a convention from mosque architecture also seen in Europe, but something Ellis has only seen in books. Now he is sitting inside one- a cool breeze blowing, the water in view.

“It’s very surreal and of course being an educator at the university it’s a wonderful moment,” said Ellis.

The minarets have watched all in its sight grow up around them. They are how the Tampa skyline began. Enjoy the exhibition on Orientalism through August 20th.

Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David’s divorce from his estranged wife Lesley has turned ugly with her demanding he be drug tested and submit to a psychiatric evaluation, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, on June 6, Lesley filed a petition asking the court to order David to stay 100 yards away from her and their 2-year-old daughter Anna. She accused David of getting physical with her mother Diana back in February.

“Mr. Beador begged my mother not to press charges or get a restraining order so she did not do so. My mother sometimes stays with me to watch Anna in my home and Mr. Beador has expressed that he “hates her.” He has called my mother derogatory names and called her fat many times both to my mother and to me,” she claimed.

“I believe my mother is in great bodily harm and is continually harassed by Mr. Beador,” she said as she pleaded for additional protection for her mother and two children from a previous relationship.

Lesley said David has “called my children derogatory names, has yelled in their faces and has kicked them out of our marital home many times.” Her filing said David has 3 rifles but she doesn’t know where they are located. Lesley asked the court to order David to move out of their $17k per-month Laguna Beach mansion.

The petition demanded David also cough up monthly child and spousal support — along with $15k for her lawyers.

Lesley said she feared for her safety. In her filing, she said after David filed for divorce, they worked out a deal where she would move out of the Laguna Beach home by the end of the month in exchange for $40k to find a new place. Further, they agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.

However, she claimed David has been playing games ever since agreeing to the deal. Lesley asked the court to force David to submit to drug tests and a psychiatric evaluation. Lesley said, “Despite exchanges being at the Laguna Beach Police Department, David presents as erratic, volatile, angry, hostile, uncooperative, shaky, threatening, and not of sound mind.”

Lesley said she should be awarded primary custody with David having supervised visitation. David denied all allegations of wrongdoing and filed for his own restraining order.

The judge granted both requests for a temporary restraining order until a hearing in September.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier this month, Shannon shocked fans when she posted a photo of her with David. The two, who were involved an extremely contentious divorce battle, were all smiles in the snap that was taken after they ran into each other at an Orange County restaurant.

Shannon and David were married for 17 years. The RHOC star filed for divorce in 2017. The two fought for months until hashing out a settlement. Per their deal, David paid Shannon a $1.4 million lump-sum payment and $10k a month in support— $2,935 per month in child support and another $7,065 in spousal support.

After the split, David married Lesley. Days after David and Shannon’s reunion, it was revealed that David had filed for divorce from Anna.

Last year, the two filed for divorce but reconciled. Court records show David filed his new case on May 30.

In his petition, he noted the marriage has only lasted 23 months. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. He said the date of separation was September 15. He has demanded joint physical and legal custody of their 19-month old and wants his ex cut off from spousal support.

Has Donald Trump funded his own demise?

Walt Nauta, who RadarOnline.com revealed as a key witness in the sensational criminal indictment, earned $135,000 a year to work as a top aide for the former president, we have learned.

And the body man’s legal fees incurred in the feds’ case are being paid for — indirectly — by Trump!

According to records, Trump’s Save America PAC has paid fees to Stanley Woodward of Brand Woodward Law, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm, which represents Nauta and a number of witnesses in the special counsel investigations.

Campaign finance records also show Nauta was on the payroll of Save America PAC, making about $135,000 a year.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Nauta is seen on seized surveillance video from Mar-a-lago moving boxes of classified documents he later told prosecutors that Trump ordered him to do.

According to sources, when first questioned by FBI agents in spring 2022, Nauta initially denied any knowledge that sensitive documents were being stored at Trump’s private members’ club in West Palm Beach, Fla.

But when interrogated for a second time, Nauta reportedly confessed he’d moved boxes — under the implicit direction of Trump.

Tellingly, the order from Trump supposedly came down after prosecutors had sent a subpoena seeking the return of all documents marked classified.

“The video is crucial to the prosecution case because it seemingly corroborates Nauta’s account of moving boxes after the subpoena was issued,” a source said.

“Nauta testimony to the feds together with the surveillance video is the most specific evidence that nailed Trump. In the end, it was CCTV (that) did Trump in.”

The charges against Trump, filed in Federal District Court in Miami, include wilfully retaining the national defense documents, conspiring to obstruct justice, withholding the documents, corruptly concealing the records, concealing a document in a federal investigation, scheming to conceal, and making false statements.

If convicted, the frontrunner for the 2024 Republication party could face up to 75 years in jail.

Sources connected to the case described Nauta to RadarOnline.com as a “star witness” and “central” to the prosecution.

“The feds also need to prove Trump tampered with evidence, either by altering, destroying, or concealing the documents with an intent to obstruct,” the source added.

“In this regard, the feds will be relying on Nauta in relation to what Mr. Trump may or may not have ordered him to do.

“We also know the feds would not have brought a charge like obstruction unless it was nailed. To have that degree of confidence, they need corroborating testimony and specific evidence.”

In a video message late on Thursday posted to Truth Social, Trump said he was innocent and vowed to “fight” the indictment.
