The last time we saw Thomas Day was when he was on The Golden Years Tour with Joshua Bassett, but he is no stranger to us at THP. From singing covers on TikTok in 2019 to touring with The Driver Era in 2025, it came as no surprise when he announced his first headlining tour.
The she’s got a thing about tour, which began in Washington D.C. earlier this month and will continue in the UK and Europe through November. The tour holds the same name as his most recent single off his newest EP, kids.
It’s safe to say that this tour shows the immense evolution and hard work that Thomas has put into his music since we last saw him. With the help of the vulnerable and hard-hitting EP, the show was nothing short of amazing and captivating.
**BEWARE: SETLIST SPOILERS AHEAD!**
Opening with ‘Vicious’ and following it up with ‘Losing My Mind’ had us doing exactly that. And if you thought that wasn’t enough, the third song on the setlist was ‘MASOCHIST,’ which, despite being a song about getting your heart broken, the vibes and the beat of the song make you sway back and forth, and you’re grounded with the Earth again.
One of our favorite TD songs, and one that we will never get tired of hearing, is ‘not my job anymore.’ We remember hearing it for the first time in 2024 on the Joshua Bassett tour, but hearing it again in 2025 just shifted something in us. It’s very clear that in the last year, Thomas has worked so hard on perfecting and evolving his vocals, and it shows in a setlist-recurring song like this one. Not only did he bring that song back, but he also ended the night with ‘Pretender.’
When you go to a Thomas Day show, you get there hoping you’ll get a high-energy show, and that’s exactly what Thomas delivers. We now have two shows in our Concert Archives to back it up!
Whether you are a new fan or a fan who joins us from his TikTok days, we can safely say that you won’t want to miss this show when it comes to your city. Thomas Day’s got a thing about him, and that’s why we love him!
