Transitioning into the fall shopping season, The Grove has welcomed a brand right from the fashion capital of the world.

Now open, Sézane unveiled its second Los Angeles appartement following the success of its Brentwood Country Mart location, which first debuted in May 2023.

The Parisian brand’s newest pop-up offers a variety of wardrobe staples and seasonal apparel, showcasing women’s RTW and accessories from its fall collection. Upon opening, in-store pieces include chunky statement resin jewelry, like the multicolor Morgan and caramel Claude Necklaces; a variety of Mary Janes; and, of course, a whole wall devoted to sweaters.  The Grove appartement curation also features the wood-scented Feu de Vie and fig-fragranced Pianissimo candles from the Les Composantes line and a limited-edition Los Angeles Amour Club t-shirt exclusive to California.

While other homeware will not be for sale at the pop-up, shoppers can view Sézane lamps, statues and other decor, which can be purchased online.

Founded in 2013, founder Morgane Sézalory charmed Paris with her mission to outfit the city in high-quality clothes at fair, accessible prices. The internet-born brand went on to amass a global following in the last decade-plus for both its French-girl-cool pieces and commitment to sustainable practices. It now has stores around the world.

Stateside, Sézane has steadily spread across the U.S. since the debut of its first standalone store in New York in 2017. It has a boutique on Fillmore Street in San Francisco and long-term pop-ups in Austin, San Jose, Boston, Nashville and Charleston.

Remaining open through January 2026, The Grove appartement will be open for holiday shopping.

The Grove will offer curated retail, restaurants, a 51-room upscale boutique hotel and more planned for the future, all set in a pedestrian-friendly area centered around a main plaza.

    Press Release

    updated: Dec 13, 2017

Parker Mainstreet Partners, LLC., is pleased to announce The Grove on Mainstreet, a proposed mixed-use development to be located in the area known as the West End of Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado. The project is planned to feature curated retailers and restaurants on a spacious public plaza accompanied by a 51-room upscale boutique hotel situated over specialty restaurants and shops.

The Grove will be a downtown westside anchor creating a pedestrian-friendly environment that supports the mix of retail and restaurants, seasonal events and a community gathering place including an inviting fire-pit area, envisioned by the Town of Parker’s Master Plan. Public art and streetscape (street trees, lighting and furnishings) will be emphasized as common threads to tie together the downtown’s two distinct districts, the West End and Old Town.

The Grove on Mainstreet will be a positive addition to the Parker community. We are excited for the expansion of the Entertainment District and the development of an environment that supports a welcoming and enjoyable gathering place.

Dennis Houston, President and CEO, Parker Area Chamber of Commerce

“The Grove on Mainstreet will be a positive addition to the Parker community,” said Dennis Houston, President and CEO, Parker Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited for the expansion of the Entertainment District and the development of an environment that supports a welcoming and enjoyable gathering place.”

At the recent business information session held on Nov. 15 in the Community Room at the Community Banks of Colorado, attendees were given the opportunity to view renderings of the proposed mixed-use project, plaza amenities and architecture. Developers and Parker community leaders were on hand to present the project’s highlights and to answer any questions.

“We feel that The Grove will be a welcome addition to the Parker downtown area and a legacy project for Mainstreet,” said Mitch Trevey of Trevey Land and Commercial and representative for Parker Mainstreet Partners. “The Grove’s plaza will offer a new destination for our residents with a pedestrian connection from Mainstreet to the AMC Theater on Stage Run, and easy access to the great trail system of Parker.”

Upcoming neighborhood sessions will be held in area community rooms and will be open to the public. Meeting dates to be announced shortly.   Click here for more information on The Grove on Mainstreet.
