  • REPORT: RHONJ Producers Are “Having a Hard Time” Finding the Right Cast for Season 15 After Test Filming Fails

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Bravo

The Real Housewives of New Jersey still has no season 15 cast.

After season 14 concluded with a major divide among the women, some of whom were Team Teresa Giudice, 53, and others of whom sided with Melissa Gorga, 46, in their since-ended feud, an insider has revealed that producers are “having a hard time” finding the right group of housewives and have brought in a new third-party team to interview potential newbies.

“Previous producers have been having a hard time finding the right cast and fit,” an insider told Us Weekly on January 13. “They didn’t like the newcomers who were test filming last year in August.”

According to the report, the casting team is searching for a diverse group of women from all different parts of the Garden State.

“They are going full speed ahead with casting over the next month and a half,” the source shared. “The current cast could have answers if they’re coming back to the show in the next couple of months.”

As RHONJ fans will recall, Jackie Goldschneider, 49, and Jennifer Aydin, 48, who announced her exit from the series in October, sided with Teresa amid season 14, and Margaret Josephs, 58, Danielle Cabral, 40, and Rachel Fuda, 34, remained loyal to Melissa. Meanwhile, Dolores Catania, 54, who will be featured as a “friend” on the debut season of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, and Jennifer Fessler, 55, did their best to stay in the middle.

As for who could possibly return, that’s apparently up in the air for everyone.

“None of the current cast members know yet if they are coming back [for season 15],” the insider continued. “Producers could recast the whole show.”

Following reports of test filming between Melissa, Margaret, Dolores, and potential newbies in August 2025, Teresa reconciled with Melissa and her brother, Joe Gorga, 51, and ultimately celebrated Christmas together.

While there have been rumors swirling in regard to a potential cancellation of the series, Andy Cohen, 57, confirmed last June on The View that that was not the case.

“It was really on a deep pause, and we are actively there casting and looking at the future of what that will be,” he said. “It’s a great franchise, and we love it. I just have to reiterate that.”

  • Teresa Giudice Discusses What She’s Learned from Her Marriages to Joe & Luis and What “Pissed [Her] Off” Most About Legal Saga With Ex

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice shared what she’s learned from both her marriages – and if her family would still be together had they not joined the Real Housewives of New Jersey. The star also revealed what “pissed me off” most about her and Joe Giudice’s legal saga.

After pleading guilty to bank fraud, Teresa and her then-husband Joe went to prison. Teresa shared that she was involved only because Joe asked for her signature to use her credit, which she trusted. After his release, Joe was forced to return to Italy, where he was born. They eventually divorced, and Teresa is now married to Luis Ruelas.

On Casual Chaos, daughter Gia Giudice asked Teresa what she learned from both marriages.

“Communication,” Teresa answered. “I didn’t have that really that much with your dad. But Luis, we communicate. I mean, you see it … It’s so different [with Luis].”

“Yeah, definitely two different people,” Gia agreed. “But I guess you got to have the macho guy to then get the, you know, the sweet guy, so. You got to try them all out … I don’t think it’s intentional, but I think a lot of girls when they’re younger are more attracted to like the macho bad boy, and then obviously, you know, sometimes it doesn’t turn out to be the best decision. Because then sometimes the macho bad boy gets in trouble.”

Gia said Luis is “not Dad.”

“Like Luis didn’t get in trouble, you know, get deported,” said Gia. “Do you think if we were never on Housewives that our family would still be together, like Dad not being deported and like you and your brother still being close?”

“Oh definitely,” Teresa answered. “But I don’t want to go back in time because you could say woulda, coulda, shoulda … Do I feel like I was made an example of? Absolutely. Absolutely. Because like I said, your father had a partner, and he didn’t go to jail, and he should have gone to jail. So that’s what pissed me off the most … What pisses me off is that all three of us should have went to jail.”

“But I don’t know if our marriage would have lasted,” she added. “Because if it would have lasted, it would have lasted.”

Gia suggested that past “infidelity” also played a role in the split.

  • REPORT: Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga Will Return to RHONJ With These 2 Costars for Season 15, Find Out Which Full-Timer Has Allegedly Been Fired as Newbies Are Added

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga will reportedly be returning to the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season 15 after reconciling their relationship weeks ago.

According to a new report, the sisters-in-law are expected to reprise their roles on the show for the impending episodes, along with Dolores Catania, 54, and Jennifer Fessler, 55, as one of the series’s longtime regulars is left out of the new cast.

“For [RHONJ] fans, it looks like we’re all in for a familiar rollercoaster. Yes, Melissa and Teresa are both set to return next season. Alongside them, we’re hearing Dolores and Jen Fessler will be back, plus some fresh faces are coming in to stir the pot,” revealed a December 8 report from Deuxmoi.

“One notable absence?” the report continued. “[It] looks like Margaret Josephs sadly won’t be holding a spot this time around.”

On Instagram, RHONJ Obsessed shared the supposed news with its followers, also mentioning that Dolores would be appearing as a friend of Liz McGraw’s on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island season one.

After the post was shared on Instagram in regard to the alleged casting news for RHONJ season 15, a number of fans weighed in, some of whom liked the women who were returning, and others who felt producers were potentially making a big mistake.

“Margaret leaving is the best news ever!” one person proclaimed.

“As long as [Margaret] is not there I’m happy,” another agreed.

A third wrote, “I think getting rid of [Margaret] will help move the franchise forward.”

Then, as someone else said that they needed “a break” from Teresa, and another fan said Melissa was “not needed anymore,” others suggested Bravo bring back the “original cast” or Jennifer Aydin, 48, who seemed to announce her exit from the show in October.

“I miss Jen Aydin. She is totally needed as well as Teresa, Dolo, and Fessler!” someone shared. Another person exclaimed, “I’d prefer [Jennifer Aydin] over Fessler ANY DAY.”

Meanwhile, another person mentioned Kathy Wakile, 60.

No word yet on when filming will begin on The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 15.

  • Teresa Giudice Says Luis’ “Beautiful Text” Sparked Reunion With Joe Gorga, Shares If She’d Film RHONJ With Melissa as She Unblocks Her on IG, Plus Melissa Talks Reuniting & Joe Slams Reconciliation Claim

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice hinted at what started her reconciliation with her brother, Joe Gorga, and she revealed her recent call with his wife, Melissa Gorga. Meanwhile, Melissa herself addressed where they stand, as Joe slammed the claim that they made up for the cameras.

On the last season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa and Melissa suggested they would never speak to each other again. The show then went into hiatus, with some reports claiming that Bravo wasn’t interested in filming if the sisters-in-law weren’t getting along.

Speaking to ET, Teresa addressed the start of their reconciliation.

“When you love a person, you want the best for them. So [Luis] sent my brother a beautiful text,” said Teresa. “And as soon as he sent the text, my brother called him. And they’ve been talking every day since that day.”

“His text is beautiful,” Teresa went on. “He writes so much better than I do.”

Reporter Brice Sander then asked if next season could have the same cast now that she and Melissa are in a better place.

“I don’t know about the same cast,” answered Teresa. “But yeah, I definitely want to be on with Melissa. I want to show America what family really means, because I’m all about that … I want to have fun with her. You know, we’re both fun together … I’ll try [the sprinkle cookies].”

In an interview for Virtual Reali-Tea, Teresa addressed a recent call from Melissa.

“We’ve been texting each other,” said the star. “She called me this morning, she’s so funny. She’s like, ‘You need to unblock me on Instagram.’ … And I was like, ‘I don’t think I have you blocked.’

But Teresa unblocked her after realizing Melissa was right.

On a BravoCon panel, shared by @bravotv on Instagram, Melissa herself addressed their new dynamic.

“It’s always a little bit tricky … when it comes to filming with family, but I think obviously it’s where we touch the hearts the most — that people are suffering,” said Melissa. “I know we’re not all perfect with our families … I feel like we’re putting it all out there … There’s a lot at stake.”

According to Melissa, showing a “way back” after hitting “absolute rock bottom” might be “inspiring.”

At one point during BravoCon, Teresa and Joe filmed a joint interview for Housewives Nightcap, and they were asked if they reconciled for the cameras.

“Listen, if I go back [to RHONJ], it’s fine. If he goes back without me, it’s fine,” said Teresa. “I’ll be happy for him … It’s not about the camera.”

Joe added, “If everyone really knows Teresa Giudice … she holds that grudge. So for her to do this, this is really real … and it’s never going back to where it was. Ever.”

  • ‘RHONJ’ Star Paul Connell Accused of Shading Luis Ruelas’ Grand Proposal to Teresa Giudice After Announcing Engagement to Dolores Catania

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Did Paul “Paulie” Connell diss Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Luis Ruelas, while announcing his recent engagement to Dolores Catania?

After getting down on one knee on Monday, November 10, at the Apple Store in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, where he and the 54-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star first met, Paulie, 55, is being accused of throwing shade at Luis, 50, who proposed to Teresa, 53, with an over-the-top gesture in Greece in October 2021.

“I could have proposed on a yacht in Greece. I could have rented a grand hall, invited 400 people and asked her to marry me with fireworks in the background. But that’s not who we are,” Paul declared to PEOPLE on November 12.

Years after Luis made quite the scene with a “Marry Me” sign, roses, candles, fireworks, and even a violinist, Paulie said that wasn’t his style.

“I didn’t want anything over-the-top and staged because we’re a humble couple. I wanted it to feel grounded and natural and organic.”

Following the interview, fans couldn’t help but wonder if Paulie intentionally targeted his fellow RHONJ star. Some felt that Paulie’s comment was “an unnecessary dig at Luis and her supposedly very good friend.”

Others pointed out that while Luis “proposed in the most grandiose way,” he now seemed to be a “broke fool.”

“[Luis] and the felon are so broke that he had to convince her to make up with her brother,” one person claimed.

Still, some felt that Paulie wasn’t as humble as he suggested, signaling the 11-carat diamond ring he proposed with and the on-hand photographer for PEOPLE.

Also in the interview with PEOPLE, Dolores admitted she was “ecstatic” to be engaged.

“You know when you feel that happiness down in your gut? That’s where this excitement stems from for me. I feel so blessed, I almost feel guilty! Like I don’t deserve to be loved this way,” she admitted as her fiancé disagreed.

“I keep telling Dolores, she deserves that and so much more,” Paulie stated. “She’s an incredible woman. And when I was proposing to her, I was able to articulate to her everything I see that she is, and everything I see that she does, and the impact she has on everybody around her. She’s one in a million.”

  • ‘RHONJ’ Star Teresa Giudice Recalls Joe Asking to Use Her Credit Before Prison and Admits to Feeling a “Weight Was Lifted” When He Left

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice recalled when her ex-husband Joe Giudice asked her, “Can I use your credit?” – and she shared why she “signed it.” The Real Housewives of New Jersey star also admitted to feeling that “a weight was lifted” when he left.

In 2015, Teresa went to prison after pleading guilty to fraud, after she and Joe reportedly made false statements on applications for a loan. Teresa has since shared that she signed papers for Joe without realizing what was happening.

On Nikki Exotika Show, Teresa addressed what ultimately led her to prison.

“[Joe] asked me … ‘Can I use your credit?’” she recalled. “You know, he had to refinance a home. And I just signed it because I never thought anything … [Recently] my oldest daughter said to me [that] she wanted me to let go of that. She’s like, ‘Let that go. It’s been over 10 years … Let it go.’ … Because it just still bothers me unfortunately … I came home [from prison, and] I lost my mom eight months later.”

The host commented, “You can’t get those moments back.”

Teresa agreed, “And that’s why … I knew it was over. Like as soon as I lost my mom, I was like, ‘I’m never getting back with this person again.’ And like I kind of was resentful. Like even when [Joe] left … I felt like a weight was lifted off of me.”

A few weeks ago, Teresa shared a potential update in her relationship with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa Gorga, amid their longstanding feud.

“My brother and my sister-in-law, I’m not speaking to, but I did reach out [to them],” Teresa shared at the time on the I Do, Part 2 podcast. “Because you know what, time does heal all wounds, and you know, when time goes by, you forget things”

She continued, “I want to be a good example for my children. I have four daughters, and … I always tell them, ‘I always want you guys to get along. Please always be there for each other … Be a family, be a beautiful family. If someone doesn’t get along, just be the bigger person, try to make it work.’”

  • PI Bo Dietl Denies Luis Ruelas Claims on RHONJ & Slams “Total Lies,” Plus Reacts to Being Dragged Into Lawsuit From Luis’ Ex Vanessa Reiser

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Bo Dietl is speaking out about the “nonsense” and “total lies” that Luis Ruelas said about him on the 13th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Years after Luis, 50, claimed Bo, 74, brought him “information on each person” on the cast and alleged that the private investigator knew “sh*t about everybody” on the season 13 finale, Bo said that while Terasa Giudice‘s spouse did ask him to “do something for him,” it had “nothing to do with the show.”

“Luis asked me to do something for him — nothing to do with the show,” Bo told Radar Online on October 27 about how they met. “I like Teresa and Luis personally, but I’ve never done background work on the cast. And the whole ‘Bo has dirt on everyone’ is nonsense. Total lies.”

“Luis yelled… ‘I got Bo Dietl!’ claiming I had dirt on everyone. All nonsense. I told him, ‘Don’t throw my name around unless you’re hiring me.’ If you pay, I will do it legally,” he continued.

While Luis eventually admitted that his claims about Bo and the supposed information he gathered were “misstated … out of anger” at the reunion, the drama was “too much nonsense” for Bo.

“I deal with real life – killings, threats, kidnappings, corporate investigations. Luis throwing my name out there with ‘dirt on everyone’ is embarrassing,” Bo explained. “People think I did background investigation work on the cast. Never happened. I’ve been a homicide detective, a businessman, and a private investigator for decades, and I know the difference between real work and nonsense TV drama.”

In addition to being dragged into the drama of RHONJ, Bo also found himself named in a February 2024 lawsuit that accused him, Luis, and others of hacking into computers to “harass and abuse” Luis’ ex, Vanessa Reiser.

“I never hacked anyone’s computers,” Bo insisted. “There’s absolutely no evidence because it never happened. I’ve spent over 40 years in law enforcement and private investigations, and people love to throw my name around to create drama or get attention. It’s embarrassing. If this goes to court, I’ll be there. I’ve got nothing to hide.”

“All the drama, all the nonsense from reality shows or the media? Forget it. Real life is about love, family, friends, and enjoying the life you’ve built together. That’s what counts,” he concluded.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on hiatus ahead of its 15th season.

  • Melissa Gorga Breaks Silence on Teresa Reaching Out to Joe Amid Family Feud, Reveals If She’ll Film With Sister-in-Law for RHONJ Season 15, Plus Talks Totaling Her Lamborghini

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Darla Khazei/INSTARimages, ZapatA/MEGA

Melissa Gorga is weighing in on Teresa Giudice‘s recent interaction with her husband, Joe Gorga.

After Teresa, 53, reached out to her brother, Joe, 50, following years of estrangement, the 46-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared her thoughts on their potential reconciliation while also commenting on whether she’d film with Teresa for season 15 and looking back on her June car accident.

“I’m always going to be team family — always,” Melissa told Us Weekly on October 23. “So we’ll see what happens. We’ll see where it goes. I do think, for all of our children’s sake, I would love for everyone to get to a place of healing, and I would never root for this to go on forever. Never. It’s not any way to live, and it’s no way that I want my children to see, because we need to lead by example. So I’m always for healing and to be continued.”

According to Teresa, she believes that when it comes to reconciling the family, “enough time” has passed to warrant a conversation. In fact, she appears to be open to filming with her sister-in-law in the future.

“I feel like we need to get there … the core of that show has always been family. And it is hard to imagine it without being about the family. So we’ll see,” she reasoned.

Continuing on about what is to come with RHONJ season 15, Melissa said, “Bravo will decide,” as she confirmed that she doesn’t know more than anyone else.

“I feel like everyone secretly thinks we’re going to get this big announcement. And I’m like, ‘Are we?’ I’m at Bravo offices today. I feel like snooping in their drawers or something. But I know as much as you do. That’s what’s so crazy. They know better than to tell us anything,” she explained.

Meanwhile, during an appearance on Jeff Lewis‘ radio show, SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Melissa looked back on her “really, really bad accident” in which her Lamborghini SUV was totaled.

“My airbags exploded. I was shaking and crying. It was not my fault. I was pulling out. I look, I look, I’m clear. This guy came out of like, another side street. He T-boned me. I go to open the door. I couldn’t open the door,” she recalled, as seen in a clip shared on Instagram on October 23.

Then, after confirming that she did, in fact, make sure to grab her Chanel handbag, Melissa admitted she was supposed to yield but clarified that the other driver “should’ve yielded to [her], and he did not.”

“I did the right thing,” she insisted.

  • ‘RHONJ’ Star Teresa Giudice Shuts Down Retirement Talk as Luis Claps Back at Critic Questioning Her Parenting

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Despite recent reports, the future of The Real Housewives of New Jersey remains uncertain regarding which of the ladies may return to the show. In the meantime, Teresa Giudice is opening up about her retirement plans, as her husband, Luis Ruelas, claps back at social media trolls who leave hateful comments.

As fans know, Teresa, 53, joined RHONJ during the show’s first season in 2009. Since then, her career has included stints on other shows, but she has also said in recent interviews that she wants to return to the show that made her a star.

The RHONJ star was recently on an episode of her Turning the Tables with Teresa podcast. She said, “Someone was asking me about retiring.” Teresa continued, “I’m like, I don’t even think about that. Like that’s something that I would never even want to do.”

She went on, “Because I feel like you get bored, and what are you gonna do every day? And it’s good to keep inspiring yourself and keep it moving and keep, you know, just always reinvent yourself and do new things. I don’t know, that’s what I’m all about.”

This year alone, Teresa embarked on an Australian tour and will also appear on the new season of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test alongside her daughter, Gia Giudice, 24.

In other Teresa news, she recently posted a picture of herself with Luis. Someone commented, saying, “Who is watching your kids? The little one has to have someone home with her.” Jokingly, Teresa responded, “Our 4 dogs.” Another fan said, “I don’t know if this is you or Louie keeping us laughing on these troll comments, but keep it coming.”

  • ‘RHONJ’ Star Teresa Giudice Claps Back at Fan Who Says Luis is “Putting [Her] to Work” Amid Tax Woes

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice responded to a fan on Instagram who accused her husband, Luis Ruelas, of “putting [her] to work.”

After the 53-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared a meme in which she seemingly suggested she wasn’t ready for the upcoming work week, a social media user replied to the post with an apparent dig at Luis, 50, and his ongoing money woes.

“Where’s Louie… Putting you to work,” the person had written on August 24.

“Up my ASS!!!” Teresa replied, also adding three fire emojis in a second response.

RHONJ Teresa Giudice Reacts to Fan Suggesting Luis Ruelas Was Putting Her to Work

As RHONJ fans will recall, Luis was hit with a $163,523.94 tax lien in December 2024. Then, just months later, Teresa was met with a tax lien of her own, but in the amount of $303,889.20, and Luis was met with a second for $2.5 million, which brought their combined total to over $3 million.

Around the same time, an insider spoke out, stating that those close to Teresa were growing concerned about her spouse’s debt.

“A lot of Teresa’s friends don’t like Louie. They don’t trust him or his creative financing,” the source told In Touch Weekly. “They fear that Teresa has dug another hole for herself, and with no prenup to protect her.”

“Teresa doesn’t seem to be too worried, but her friends are,” the insider added. “They’re wondering how she could have let this happen.”

Meanwhile, Teresa’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, 24, insisted that her mother and stepfather’s finances were under control.

“It was definitely a family discussion,” she explained to PEOPLE on April 15. “My sisters were calling, just making sure — because they’re at college, everyone definitely checks in — ‘Is everything under control?’ And [Teresa and Ruelas] obviously said, ‘Yes, everything is being handled.’”

Although Teresa has repaid her tax debt, Luis still owes millions.

  • RHONJ’s Jackie Goldschneider Defends Luis Ruelas in Court Battle With His Ex Vanessa Reiser as She Claims Vanessa Exploited Her Vulnerability

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Darla Khazei/INSTARimages, Iris Zimmerman/INSTARimages

Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Luis Ruelas, has submitted a written declaration in which her former on-screen nemesis, Jackie Goldschneider, came to his defense amid his ongoing legal battle with former fiancée Vanessa Reiser.

After Luis accused Vanessa of violating an agreement they made in 2020, which required them to refrain from trash-talking one another publicly and to third parties, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star wrote a letter on his behalf, claiming Vanessa reached out to her and Margaret Josephs, 58, after Luis began dating Teresa in 2020.

“I am providing this affidavit in support of [Luis’] motion for contempt against Vanessa Reiser,” Jackie wrote, via Us Weekly. “Prior to meeting [Vanessa], I became aware that Ruelas and Reiser had a romantic relationship that ended abruptly. Following the conclusion of their relationship, [Ruelas] began dating my cast member, Teresa Giudice, which eventually led to their marriage.”

“[Vanessa] often made derogatory statements about [Luis] to me during our interactions. [Vanessa] and I spoke multiple times via text message and phone, where she identified herself as [Luis’] ex-fiancée and frequently made negative remarks about him,” she continued. “Although I was initially sympathetic to [Vanessa’s] situation, she exploited my vulnerability and kindness and sought to leverage our interactions to criticize [Luis].”

Following a falling out with Teresa, 53, on RHONJ, Jackie welcomed Vanessa into her home, where Vanessa allegedly made more comments about Luis as she “portrayed herself as a victim and consistently characterized [Luis] as a narcissist.”

“She often recounted stories about their relationship that portrayed him in a negative light,” Jackie recalled. “[And] I believe that her actions and statements are in direct violation of the terms of the consent order between her and [Luis] … Her conduct, as it pertained to me, had been consistent and aimed at disparaging [Luis].”

Following Jackie’s writing of the letter, an insider close to the former attorney informed Us Weekly that she was glad to help Luis in this legal matter.

Meanwhile, Vanessa denied she violated the 2020 deal as she clapped back at Jackie’s statements.

“Jackie hated [Luis] and his wife because his wife wrongfully and viciously accused Jackie’s husband of having an affair. But now, when Jackie needs a friend to keep her on the show, she has buddied up with Teresa,” she explained.

A judge has yet to rule.

  • Teresa Giudice Shares Why RHONJ Was Put “On Pause,” Expresses Hope for Change Amid Casting Rumors

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice shared why the Real Housewives of New Jersey was put “on pause,” and expressed hope that something “changes in the future.” According to a recent rumor, Teresa, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, and Melissa Gorga will be the only castmates potentially returning next season.

In season 14, the cast was divided amid Melissa’s war with Teresa, her sister-in-law. Almost every costar picked a side, though most of them, unsurprisingly, joined the team of Melissa and Margaret.

On her Turning The Tables podcast, Teresa shaded certain castmates.

“I guess they want my spot. And it’s like, let’s try to tear Teresa down. So if we tear her down, then we can take her spot or hurt someone that I love,” said the star. “That’s why I’m always trying to defend myself, which is not always a fun thing to do.” Teresa admitted that this doesn’t “show the best side of me.”

She also hinted that her costars’ scheming “got old.”

“Look, that’s why now obviously we’re on pause,” she revealed. “So hopefully, you know, something changes in the future. Because … you should be lifting each other up, not tearing … people down.”

Back in July, Teresa hinted at the issue with season 14.

“What we lacked on our show [is what Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has] … comedy,” Teresa shared at the time, via Centennial World Pod Network on TikTok. “You want to have fun. You wanna laugh. … You don’t want it to be so toxic and so stressful, and for what? And I feel like that’s what happened with our show.”

“It got so dark,” the star added. “I mean, you saw it … I feel like everyone that really knows me, they’re like, ‘That’s not you, the Teresa that we see on TV.’ Cause I’m so fun to hang out with. And everyone always tells me how funny I am … Where’s that Teresa?”

“That Teresa is around with my friends,” she said. “But not when I’m filming with my old cast members. Yeah, that doesn’t happen.”

The new season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey will reportedly start filming soon.

  • RHONJ’s Gia Giudice is Dragged Into Luis Ruelas’ Legal Battle With Vanessa Reiser as He Accuses Ex-Fiancée of Making Her “Uncomfortable”

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Teresa Giudice’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, is being dragged into Luis Ruelas‘ ongoing legal battle with his former fiancée, Vanessa Reiser.

Following the news that Kim DePaola, 64, had been brought into their court fight due to a potential agreement violation and conflict of interest regarding one of Vanessa’s attorneys, Luis, 50, accused Vanessa of following the 24-year-old Next Gen NYC cast member on Instagram and making her uncomfortable.

According to an August 20 report from Us Weekly, Luis, of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, is attempting to have Vanessa found in contempt of an agreement they made in 2020, which required both parties to refrain from making derogatory statements about the other.

As part of his efforts, Luis submitted a declaration in which he accused his former partner of reaching out to family members, bloggers, and other parties to defame him, and of sharing disparaging content about him on social media.

Luis then said that Vanessa followed Gia on Instagram, “and makes her presence known there too, causing uncomfortable feelings and emotions for a young girl,” and leading their family to experience “daily emotional distress.”

In response to the declaration, and a screenshot Luis included of one of Gia’s past posts on Instagram, Vanessa said the screenshot was given to “support its claim for some wrongdoing by me,” but the post did not mention Luis. She also said she didn’t “like” or comment on the post.

“If Gia felt uncomfortable by something or some one online, she could simply block that person. If [it was] harassing, she could report that person. If she alleges criminal conduct she could involve the police,” Vanessa reasoned. “If she claimed defamation, she could file a civil action. She has done none of the above.”

“What cannot be done, is allow [Ruelas] to attribute his wife’s adult daughter now, that she feels uncomfortable, from a 2021 post, of which on its face there is no nexus to me, and use [the] same as evidence in court,” she added.

Also in his court documents, Luis alleged that Vanessa had told Kim she was going to “milk” their past relationship “for everything it’s worth,” and had made friends with other RHONJ cast members in hopes that her attacks on him and his wife “would succeed.”

Jackie Goldschneider, 48, was among those Vanessa befriended during the time she spent on the outs with Teresa.

“Based on my observations and interactions with Ms. Reiser, I believe that her actions and statements are in direct violation of the terms of the Consent Order between her and Mr. Ruelas. Her conduct, as it pertained to me, had been consistent and aimed at disparaging Mr. Ruelas,” Jackie later told the court.

Luis went on to say that Vanessa had slammed him as narcissistic on a podcast and said Teresa was being “fed” false information, indicating that “mind control” had played a role.

“Due to Reiser’s defamatory conduct, I have lost significant business opportunities and suffered economic damages, as several individuals have chosen not to do business with me,” Luis said in his declaration. “The impact of Reiser’s statements has been deeply damaging, affecting my personal life, my relationship with my wife and children and my professional reputation.”

While Vanessa has denied all wrongdoing, Luis wants her thrown behind bars.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on pause.

  • REPORT: ‘RHONJ’ Season 15 to Return With 4 Cast Members as 3 Are Fired and Newbies Are Added, Plus Update on Jackie & Jennifer and When Filming Will Begin

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Eugene Gologursky/Bravo

The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast has reportedly undergone some major changes ahead of its upcoming 15th season.

Over a year after the 14th season concluded with Teresa Giudice, 53, and Melissa Gorga, 46, estranged, and the rest of the cast divided, a new report suggests that only four cast members will return as three others are fired, and a number of newbies are added to film the new episodes.

“Just got word that Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, and Margaret Josephs have officially been tapped to film test scenes with a batch of potential new housewives in the next few weeks. Producers are setting up one on one or small group shoot sessions (think pairings like Dolores + Margaret, Dolores + Melissa, Margaret + Melissa, and Teresa + Dolores),” Bravo and Cocktails revealed to its readers on August 19.

That means Jennifer Aydin, 48, Danielle Cabral, 39, and Rachel Fuda, 34, have not been asked back.

“With potentially newbies mostly locked in, it’s now all about capturing compelling footage, watching the chemistry, and deciding which pairings (or singles) stand out. The plan is to unveil the returning vets at BravoCon in November, but it’s unclear if the newbies will be revealed alongside them,” the report continued.

As for when filming on season 15 could potentially begin, it was noted that production was hoping to include fall and winter holidays, including Halloween.

“[It’s] perfect timing for giving the show that classic Jersey charm,” the outlet stated.

In addition to sharing that the final four could change before the cast is set in stone, Bravo and Cocktails also revealed that the fates of Jackie Goldschneider, 48, and Jennifer Fessler, 56, are up in the air.

“Jen Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider have yet to be invited to film, though they could easily be slotted in last-minute if producers decide to bring one (or both) back into the mix. Of the two, execs are leaning more towards Jen Fessler at this time,” it noted.

The report comes just days after Joe Gorga, 50, told fans at Dolores’ charity softball game that he and his family would be coming “back,” and after Margaret hinted at her comeback on Instagram.

  • RHONJ Star Teresa Giudice Pays Off Her $300K Tax Debt, Plus Update on How Much Luis Ruelas Still Owes in Back Taxes

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Elder Ordonez/INSTARimages

Teresa Giudice has officially paid off her state tax debt.

Months after it was revealed that the 53-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star owed $303,889.20 to New Jersey, and that her husband, Luis Ruelas, 50, owed over $2.7 million in back taxes, a new report has confirmed that the mother of four is now in good standing with her home state.

According to an August 18 piece from OK! Magazine, the Division of Taxation’s case against Teresa Giudice, which was opened back in March, has been closed.

Shortly after Teresa and Luis’ tax woes were reported, fans began blasting them on social media, especially after Teresa bragged about her designer duds and enjoyed luxury vacations.

Around the same time, Teresa’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, 24, defended both her and Luis on her Casual Chaos podcast.

“My mom has been the sole provider for my sisters and I since the minute my father [Joe Giudice] left for prison. The second my mom got home from jail, she has been working her a** off to make sure that my sisters and I live a stable life and that my family is financially stable. Like I can’t stress enough how much my mom has worked,” she shared. “Everything will be resolved.”

“My mom has everything under control, and there’s nothing to worry about,” she continued. “My stepdad, Luis … He is also working on getting everything resolved as well.”

But while Teresa has gotten caught up on her taxes, the same can’t be said for Luis. As Reality Blurb confirmed, via the New Jersey Courts website, Teresa paid her debut in full as of July 16. Meanwhile, Luis made a $163,523.94 payment as of March 26 but still owes $2,569,842.06.

Back in April, as news of Teresa and Luis’ financial status was exposed, an insider spoke out, suggesting that those close to Teresa were concerned about her spouse.

“A lot of Teresa’s friends don’t like Louie. They don’t trust him or his creative financing,” the source told In Touch Weekly on April 3. “They fear that Teresa has dug another hole for herself, and with no prenup to protect her.”

“Teresa doesn’t seem to be too worried, but her friends are,” the insider added. “They’re wondering how she could have let this happen.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been on pause since the conclusion of season 14 last August.

REPORT – These 3 Housewives Are Returning to RHONJ, Find Out Who as Jennifer Aydin Confirms She’s “Coming Back” for Season 15

    [ad_1]

Jennifer Aydin confirmed she will be returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season 15 during an Instagram Live over the weekend.

As an insider revealed that Teresa Giudice, 52, and Dolores Catania, 53, are also expected to be a part of the upcoming season, Jennifer, 47, appeared on social media. And as she got Botox injected at a doctor’s office, she told a fan who was not on board with her comeback that she would be returning to her role.

“Oh, sorry, Christine S. John. I am coming back!” Jennifer declared in the clip, shared by The Reality TV Guru on X, formerly known as Twitter, on October 12.

Then, a short time later, another fan page on X posted even more news about the season 15 cast.

“Dolores, Teresa[,] and Jen have all been told not to engage in any other projects outside NBC. They three will all be back,” Housewives 911 shared.

Jennifer Aydin Confirms She'll Return to RHONJ For Season 15

While Bravo has not yet confirmed any casting news for season 15, the return of Jennifer, Teresa, and Dolores would mean that Melissa Gorga, 45, Margaret Josephs, 57, Danielle Cabral, 39, Rachel Fuda, 33, Jackie Goldschneider, 48, and Jennifer Fessler, 56, are still up in the air.

Just last month, while appearing on an episode of No Filter with Zack Peter, Melissa shared her thoughts on returning to the show after filming a very divided 14th season.

“It was getting really dark and something that I wasn’t proud to even be on. I feel like that part of the show I grew out of, almost … I want to be on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but I want it to be a Housewives show,” she explained. “That was a very toxic, dirty [season].”

Meanwhile, as she was featured on an episode of On Display With Melissa Gorga, Margaret admitted that she wouldn’t want to be on a show with Luis Ruelas, 50, after he wished harm on her and her family.

“I just have to protect my family and I cannot put myself in that position and I think it would be dangerous for myself and my family,” she noted. “[But] we know absolutely nothing [about season 15]. We don’t know when we’re going back to filming. We’re just on a break. We’re on a much-needed break. We don’t know anyone who’s coming back. We don’t know what’s happening.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 15 is expected to begin filming sometime in 2025.

  • Margaret Josephs Suggests She’d Quit RHONJ If Teresa & Luis Return, Shades Teresa’s Psychic, and Talks Next Season, Plus If She Has Regrets About Season 14 and Being “Done” With Jackie Goldschneider for Good

Margaret Josephs Suggests She’d Quit RHONJ If Teresa & Luis Return, Shades Teresa’s Psychic, and Talks Next Season, Plus If She Has Regrets About Season 14 and Being “Done” With Jackie Goldschneider for Good

    [ad_1]

Margaret Josephs opened up about what would make her quit The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast while appearing on Melissa Gorga‘s podcast on Thursday.

As Margaret, 57, reacted to Teresa Giudice, 52, enlisting a psychic to predict who would be asked back to the show for season 15, looked back on season 14, and explained why she is done with her friendship with Jackie Goldschneider, 48, she shared what would make her walk away from the series after starring on it for seven seasons.

On the October 3 episode of On Display With Melissa Gorga, after being asked how she would respond to being asked back to RHONJ with people she didn’t want to film with, Margaret confirmed, “I just wouldn’t.”

“I just have to protect my family and I cannot put myself in that position and I think it would be dangerous for myself and my family,” she admitted, seemingly hinting at not wanting to film with Teresa or her husband  Luis Ruelas who she claims made threatening calls to her son.

Then, when Melissa, 45, said that she has “no answers” about what the future will hold for RHONJ, Margaret confirmed, “We know absolutely nothing.”

“We don’t know when we’re going back to filming. We’re just on a break. We’re on a much-needed break,” she stated. “We don’t know anyone who’s coming back. We don’t know what’s happening.”

Margaret then took aim at Teresa’s psychic.

“We’re not bringing psychics on the show to tell us what’s happening, not psychics that look like a side-show freak at least. I had to say that. That was funny. Someone sent me that cuz I’m blocked but that was kind of funny,” she noted.

Meanwhile, Melissa agreed that the ongoing discussions about what might happen with RHONJ are “like beating a dead horse.”

“I think we all need to just sit back, see what happens, and when it does happen, we all need to accept whatever it is,” she stated.

“Exactly,” Margaret replied. “Whatever happens is what’s meant to be and I think we’re fine with it.”

As she looked ahead to the potential new season, and who may come and who may go, Margaret said she had mixed suspicions.

“One day I think they might just be like ‘We’re sick of all these broads in general, let’s just get all new people. ‘ But I think people are invested in us and invested in our lives. I don’t know. We still had good ratings. I change my mind every day,” she shared. “I don’t wish bad on anybody. Even the people I can’t stomach, I don’t want something bad to happen to them. I really don’t. I don’t want to see anyone lose money. As much as I can’t tolerate and don’t want to be around them, I don’t want anything bad to happen … I don’t want to see them anymore but I don’t want to see the demise of them.”

According to Melissa, she felt that the ratings on their series were “pretty amazing,” and that they were “killing it” before Bravo put them on pause.

“We were doing a really good job. [And] I feel like there could still be a lot of show left. I feel like they could recast and still make a great show but there’s also another part that makes me feel like, listen, there’s a lot of years we’ve been doing this and sometimes it is good to elevate and try new things and go another way,” she acknowledged.

Moving on to her possible regrets, Margaret said she had none when it came to season 14.

“I feel like everything came out right, for me, I feel like I came out on top,” she noted. “The gods blessed me a week before that final episode when I found out, I called the ex’s attorney, and the ex and I found out about Jackie going over there. That was like a gift. I was vindicated.”

Also on Melissa’s podcast, Margaret said that she has not spoken to Jackie, nor would she.

“I’m done with that relationship. I don’t wish her any ill. She showed me who she is. She obviously never felt a certain way, the way I felt about her. I really loved her. I did champion her, regardless of what she thinks,” Margaret revealed as Melissa admitted she had a “soft spot for her.”

“She defended you, she stuck up for you and for all of us but the truth is, behind our backs, she did a lot of things that we found out about and I think that’s indicative of her character … It’s sad that I found out who she is,” Margaret replied.

Melissa went on to say that she was sad to see the falling out between Margaret and Jackie.

“I had a firsthand look at your friendship with her and I’ve said before, you used to remind me sometimes: Make sure to call Jackie. Make sure you invite Jackie. You were always keeping her at the top of your list,” Melissa stated.

“[But] when you show me who you are, that’s it. And she was not who I thought she was,” Margaret concluded.

  • RHONJ Star Teresa Giudice Reveals Which Costar’s Son She Thought Her Daughter Gabriella Would Date as She Dishes on Their Relationship

RHONJ Star Teresa Giudice Reveals Which Costar’s Son She Thought Her Daughter Gabriella Would Date as She Dishes on Their Relationship

    [ad_1]

Fans are awaiting news about the future of The Real Housewives of New Jersey after what many considered a dark yet lackluster season. However, Teresa Giudice recently shared a funny story involving Gabriella Giudice and former cast member Jacqueline Laurita’s Son. As fans know, the two recently reunited on a podcast where they talked about the early seasons and how things have changed for them both. Teresa also gave an update on her daughters.

As fans of the older seasons of RHONJ will recall, Jacqueline was on the show for seven seasons as a housewife. However, she left the show in 2017, and she and her family moved to Las Vegas in 2019. Jacqueline has been one of the older cast members fans have wanted to see back, but her change in zip codes presents an issue.

According to Heavy, Teresa believed that Jacqueline’s son, CJ, would end up dating her daughter. She said on her podcast, “Her and CJ were always, like, really close. They would always hang out together.” She also remarks that the two kids were “best friends.”

Teresa goes on to say, “We used to always say they’re going to hook up. You know. But then they moved away.”

While things didn’t work out with CJ and Gabriella, it seems as though Jacqueline’s oldest son, who is 22, currently has a girlfriend. The former RHONJ star recently took to Instagram to post a picture of CJ and his significant other, who happens to be named Gia.

The caption on the post reads, “This is his gorgeous, sweet girlfriend Gia ( @giarestivo @shopgiasvintage ) that he’s known since the 5th grade. They’re like an old married couple. They are very cute. “

Regarding Teresa, she also recently Gia GiudiceMilania Giudicethat she likes being in front of the camera. She then says that Audriana Giudice, the youngest child, isn’t looking forward to Milania going away to school.

Fans can next see Teresa on House of Villans season 2 later this year.

  • Jacqueline Laurita Recalls the Time Andy Cohen Got Involved Behind-the-Scenes During RHONJ Filming, Melissa Gorga Leaking Text, and Her Biggest Regret, Plus Shades Show as “Toxic,” & Shares Why Teresa Giudice Hasn’t Reconciled With Kathy Wakile

Jacqueline Laurita Recalls the Time Andy Cohen Got Involved Behind-the-Scenes During RHONJ Filming, Melissa Gorga Leaking Text, and Her Biggest Regret, Plus Shades Show as “Toxic,” & Shares Why Teresa Giudice Hasn’t Reconciled With Kathy Wakile

    [ad_1]

Jacqueline Laurita opened up about the inner workings of production on The Real Housewives of New Jersey while appearing on a podcast last week.

As she admitted the show has gotten “toxic,” shared who she believes should return for season 15, and explained why she believes Teresa Giudice, 52, and Kathy Wakile, 58, haven’t yet reconciled, Jacqueline, 54, looked back on Melissa Gorga‘s text leak, revealed her biggest regret, and answered a question about how involved Andy Cohen, 56, is with filming.

“He’s not involved at all,” Jacqueline shared on the September 10 episode of the AllAboutTRH podcast.

That said, Jacqueline noted that people can reach out to production, and vice versa.

“He’ll get involved when the producers can’t handle you. Or if someone’s really having an issue, they can reach out to him … I remember I got a call one time because I wasn’t doing what they wanted me to do and I think it was when Nick was regressing and they wanted Nick to do a playdate with Audriana,” she recalled of an incident with her son, who has since been diagnosed with autism. “He was doing funny things on camera that I was trying to hide and I didn’t feel comfortable … I yelled at everyone. I had all the executives on the phone, Andy, I was telling them to go f*ck themselves. I was so mad.”

Although Jacqueline hasn’t been seen on the series since its seventh season, she was a hot topic at the season 13 reunion, when Melissa, 45, leaked a text she sent to Jackie Goldschneider, 47. As fans will recall, Jacqueline had spoken negatively about Teresa in the message, calling her a “low life trash bucket.” However, looking back at the incident, Jacqueline said she thought it was “funny” since it didn’t actually impact her friendship with Teresa.

“I thought the text was funny because I thought it was irrelevant because those texts were written two years prior to Teresa and I making up, when we hated each other, so I didn’t get the importance of it,” she explained. “At the time, I was always saying things publicly, privately, on Instagram, on my podcast, I was saying stuff like that because we didn’t like each other.”

“Melissa lied and said they were more recent but there was a timestamp on them from two years prior to my making up with Teresa,” Jacqueline continued. “I’m like, ‘What’s your point? Why are you bringing up a text when we didn’t like each other? You have texts like that to me too.’”

After confirming that Teresa “didn’t care” about the text message, Jacqueline shared what happened when she confronted Melissa about it.

“I’m like, ‘Why would you do that? I’m just wondering why you would do that. Luckily it didn’t cause a problem with Teresa and I but I just don’t understand what was your purpose in doing that,’” she revealed. “And then she tried to act like in writing, I don’t know if she was sitting or whatever, she was like, ‘You’re the one that unsolicitedly texted me.’ And I’m like, ‘Oh really? Did you forget you were texting and calling me?’ I think she didn’t realize I’m the type of person to save my text messages so I started sending her text messages where she was talking about Teresa, [Dolores Catania], and whatever, and her saying she was calling me and all this stuff. And her response was like, ‘Leave me alone.’ [So] I just left her alone cuz I don’t care. Whatever she was trying to do didn’t work.”

Also, looking back at her time on the show, Jacqueline said her biggest regret was “trusting the wrong people” and “taking things so personally.”

“I should’ve kept it like some of the other girls do on the show: They come on, and they entertain, and then they don’t bring it home. I think I took everything very personally … So I would seriously get hurt by things that would happen and things people would say and do. I took everything to heart when I should’ve treated it like a business,” she reasoned.

While Jacqueline said RHONJ was “toxic” when she was on it years ago, she also said she felt like it’s “gotten worse” in the years since.

“And now there’s the definite teams,” she noted. “We didn’t even get to see who Rachel Fuda was because she spent the whole season being angry at Teresa and refused to film with her.

According to Jacqueline, she believes Melissa and those close to her were trying to “ice” Teresa out amid season 14.

“I think what their plan was, ‘Let’s all stick together and ice Teresa out and show them how great we are over here as a team so you’ll get rid of Teresa.’ They were doing that but it might backfire on them,” she warned. “I think if they were to remove Teresa from the show, they really couldn’t keep anyone from the cast either. I think they would have to rehire an entirely new cast.”

As producers reportedly put the series on hold until 2025, Jacqueline hopes Bravo realizes that Teresa deserves the title of longest-standing RHONJ housewife

“I think she’s earned it. Nobody else deserves that thought, especially not Melissa, with her stale storylines,” Jacqueline stated. “I don’t think she deserves that title over Teresa. The show is centered around Teresa since the beginning, she’s always been the face of the show. She’s the network’s moneymaker. There will never be anyone else like Teresa. She’s one of a kind. She’s always active in her life, so she always brings new, authentic storylines to every season. She’s unpredictable, she’s reactive, and she shows many aspects of her personality and her struggles.”

After praising Teresa for all that she’s given to the show over the years, Jacqueline said she’d like to see some new faces on season 15.

“I would probably be looking to cast new younger faces with young families, maybe someone with a big following who already has experienced some fame or notoriety,” she shared. “I would obviously keep Teresa and maybe I would keep a couple of the new familiar faces on the show like [Danielle Cabral] and Rachel because I think they have more story to tell that we haven’t seen yet and they can be funny. I think Dolores is a good narrator and gives us good insight into the inner workings of the group and she has this ability to remain neutral so I think she’s good for the show at least in some capacity, where maybe her storyline isn’t as strong but the way she can navigate the group and tell how the group thinks I think keeps her strong. And she’s very likable … and then maybe a sidebar where Kathy and [Rosie Pierri] come in to reconnect with Teresa. That might be fun to see.”

Of Teresa’s potential reconciliation with Kathy, Jacqueline said it was something she’d like to see before explaining Teresa’s hesitancy.

“I think it’s really hard for Teresa to get over her coming on the show and I think she gets offended by the way — [Richie Wakile]’s sense of humor, he likes to poke and take jabs, and I think she gets offended by it,” she noted. “She said she would say ‘hello’ to her so maybe that’s the first step.”

“Kathy to me is way more sincere and she honestly didn’t go on the show to go after Teresa. I didn’t get that vibe from her. I think she reacted out of frustration to some of the things that would go on between them,” she continued.

As for Melissa’s role in Teresa’s falling out with Kathy, Jacqueline said Melissa was “absolutely” in Kathy’s ear.

“And then she just flipped on her and totally ignored her. Just like she did with me when I left,” Jacqueline shared. “Melissa didn’t even call me. She didn’t keep in touch with me at all until she heard I was coming back on the show.”

  • Gia Giudice Slams RHONJ Cast for Bringing Her Up on Show & Shades “Insecure” Haters Labeling Her a “Kid” as She Suspects They’re Jealous of Relationship With Mom, Plus Teresa Calls Out Double-Standard

Gia Giudice Slams RHONJ Cast for Bringing Her Up on Show & Shades “Insecure” Haters Labeling Her a “Kid” as She Suspects They’re Jealous of Relationship With Mom, Plus Teresa Calls Out Double-Standard

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Gia Giudice is speaking out against those who continue to refer to her as a “kid.”

Months after her aunt, Melissa Gorga, 45, referred to her as a “child” on The Real Housewives of New Jersey and said it was “so weird” that she commented on the drama of the show, Gia, 23, appeared on mom Teresa Giudice‘s podcast, where the two of them discussed her involvement.

“With having my back, it’s so crazy like how people say on the show that I’m on, they reference you as a kid. You’re not a kid. You’re an adult. You’re 23 years old,” Teresa began on the September 4 episode of Turning the Tables.

“That’s not the case. Obviously, I’ve now graduated from college. I’m two years out of college. I’m working. I’m very much an adult,” Gia agreed.

According to Gia, she believes that those who have labeled her a “kid” are “very insecure and jealous.”

“They’re jealous because they don’t have somebody like me on their side,” she suspected. “[And] they’re probably jealous of our relationship and how I have your back. And how I do shut people down because I’m very quick and smart with my words. And I know what to say in situations.”

Looking back on her role in recent seasons of RHONJ, Gia said that a lot of her involvement in the drama hasn’t been her doing, but the doing of the cast.

“A lot of these women have involved me, have involved my name in things. So sure, I could just sit back and not say anything, or I can say something and also clarify everything,” she noted. “Whatever anybody’s opinion is, I’ve never been disrespectful, and I’ve always voiced my opinion, and I’ve always had my mother’s back… If anybody sees that as wrong… that’s very odd to me.”

“Anybody would want our situation. I’m sure every mother wants their kid to back them up and vice versa,” Gia added.

Meanwhile, Teresa cited a double standard with Caroline Manzo, 63, and her children, Albie Manzo, 38, Lauren Manzo, 36, and Chris Manzo, 35.

“When Caroline Manzo was on the show and Lauren was backing her up, everyone was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s so great, Lauren, that you’re backing up your mother,’” she recalled.

“And the Manzos are very involved. They were in their 20s,” Gia replied. “They were in the same situation as I was. The Manzos have even come out and said, ‘I see nothing wrong with Gia defending her mother,’ because they did the same thing for their mother.”

“They all probably want their kids to do what I’m doing. They just get weird because I’m very good with my words and I don’t play bullsh*t,” she continued.

Gia then stated that while Teresa takes “a little bit to think about [things]” and fires off later, she fires “right on the spot.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on pause ahead of its 15th season.
