  • T.I. And Tiny Accused Of Drugging, Raping Air Force Veteran In Los Angeles Hotel Room

T.I. And Tiny Accused Of Drugging, Raping Air Force Veteran In Los Angeles Hotel Room

Grammy-winning rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny are being accused of sexual assault.

The lawsuit was filed anonymously Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court by a woman who alleges they drugged her at a nightclub in 2005 and raped her in their hotel room. The couple, whose real names are Clifford and Tameka Harris, released a statement addressing the complaint and denying the accusations.

“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head,” the couple told People in a statement Wednesday. “This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations.”

They continued, “For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again.”

In court documents obtained Wednesday by multiple media outlets, the woman was identified only as Jane Doe. She accused the couple of sexual battery, battery, sexual assault, negligence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The complaint arrived several years after a woman in Las Vegas and another in Los Angeles filed a police report accusing the couple of sexual assault. The latter filing stated the incident occurred in 2005, seemingly suggesting a connection to Tuesday’s lawsuit.

The plaintiff alleged in her complaint that she was in her early 20s and serving in the U.S. Air Force when she met the celebrity couple. Doe claimed she was introduced to them in the VIP section of a nightclub in Los Angeles by a man named Caviar.

Tiny gave her a drink before the trio returned to the couple’s hotel room with two other women, who left before Tiny took Doe’s clothing, according to the lawsuit. The plaintiff alleged she was “extremely shocked and uncomfortable” when T.I. and Tiny joined her in the shower.

Doe claimed she felt “extremely dizzy and lightheaded” when ― after T.I. allegedly told her Tiny would bathe them both ― Doe was “signaled” to get into bed with T.I. The rapper allegedly ordered her in bed to rub oil on his back.

Doe claims Tiny was later straddling her back and “pinning” her down as T.I. allegedly “proceeded to slide his toes into [Doe’s] vagina.” She purportedly told him, “No” before he left to get a condom, as Tiny allegedly continued “grinding on” and “massaging” her rear.

Doe said in the complaint that she wound up vomiting as she “grew increasingly sicker and felt extremely ill by the assault.” She then crashed on the couch, “naked, dazed, sickened and weak,” and woke up in the morning with vaginal “itching and burning,” according to the lawsuit.

The complaint was filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which permits civil suits on claims that would otherwise be dismissed due to the statute of limitations. Meanwhile, T.I. and his wife appear steadfast in their innocence.

They said in their statement, “Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”

What You May Have Missed About The Harris Family’s Recent Viral Scuffle

At the time, the family attended an Atlanta Falcons game at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. There, King Harris began streaming conversation with his parents as he alleged that he was not raised in their home, but instead by his grandmother.

In turn, T.I. and Tiny alleged that King was raised with a “silver spoon.” Additionally, they revealed that King threw tantrums to go to his grandmother’s house because there “he could suck a pacifier… until he was 12 years old.”

The conversation quickly esclated as King accused his parents of lying. At some point, the stream’s view became obstructed as it appeared the group engaged in a physical scuffle.

“Man, get off me,” King was be heard telling his father.

King Harris’ Response To The Altercation

Later that day, King took to Instagram to accuse his father of “faking an image for the internet.”

“If ima mistake say dat stop making the world think u fw me when u DONT… N***a be faking a image for da internet &. It AINT Me,” Harris wrote in one of many posts on his Instagram Story.

Furthermore, on Tuesday, King even returned to Instagram to seemingly imply that he’s charging $10,000 to speak on the viral incident in an interview.

On the contrary, both T.I. and Tiny remained silent about the incident in the following days. However, it looks like T.I. is now addressing his and his son’s scuffle.

On Tuesday evening, T.I. took to Instagram to share a clip in promotion of a joint interview he and King participated in with Complex. In the caption of the post, the rapper explained that his family is “tied like a knot.”

Additionally, the rapper said he’ll “RIDE to da heavens or da depths of HELL” about his song.

“Fck what dis internet talkin bout… Da HFamily Tied Like a Knot… We all We Got…4LIFE… Ima RIDE to da heavens or da depths of HELL bout my Jr.& ain’t nothing gon change that. Now tune in… to the new episode of #GOATTalk🐐 wit Me & my Jr. @the_next_king10…,” the rapper wrote.

King did not respond to his father’s post but a few hours later took to his Instagram Story.

“Bout to let it off my chest tmr,” King wrote. “Ima speak my peace.”

Then, on Wednesday, King revealed via Instagram that him and his older brother Domani are releasing a song titled “Father Like Sons.” To note, Domani is T.I.’s son from a previous relationship.

At this point, it’s unclear what the pair will be addressing on the single. In King’s audio snippet, listeners only hear that he refers to himself as a “wildcard” since he was young, adding that if you didn’t see the family’s TV show, ‘The Family Hustle,’ “you wouldn’t get the picture.”

King Harris Responds After Heated Exchange With T.I. & Tiny Goes Viral (Watch)

King Harris is speaking out following a viral livestream showing him in a heated discussion with his parents, Tiny Harris and rapper T.I.

More Details Regarding The Heated Exchange

On Sunday, November 26, the Atlanta Falcons met the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. Massive crowds showed up for the event, which included rapper Ludacris paying tribute to 50 Years of Hip-Hop as Quavo honored the late Migos member, Takeoff, during halftime.

But the moment that stole the game didn’t seem to take place on the field. At some point during the event, King Harris took to Instagram Live to show he was in attendance at the football game with his parents.

In footage of the livestream obtained by @livebitez, Harris and T.I. seemed to have a discussion regarding his upbringing.

“…To make him look better, he say s**t he know not true,” King Harris told the group surrounding him and his parents. “Silver spoon — I ain’t never ate with that… a day in my life.”

At that point, Tiny Harris intervened to disagree with her son, explaining that he “did” grow up with “a silver spoon.” On the contrary, King disagreed and explained that he grew up primarily at his grandmother’s house.

Tiny and T.I. rejected his statement by explaining that King allegedly “cried… every day” to go to his grandmother’s house.

“I don’t want to be in these gates,” King Harris explained to his parents, seemingly referring to their gated mansion home. “I want to be in the neighborhood — that’s why I want to be over there.”

King Harris’ Discussion With His Parents Seemed To Escalate

As the discussion continued, Tiny grabbed the camera from her son. The mother of three then told live stream viewers the reason King wanted to be at his grandmother’s house was because “he could suck a pacifier over there until he was 12 years old.”

King disagreed with his parents by alleging they weren’t telling the whole story, and instead were trying to “hide it.” As the footage continued, the discussion between the group appeared to escalate, with King yelling at his parents — most specifically, his father, T.I. — accusing them of lying.

At some point, viewers can hear T.I. accusing King of “embarrassing” himself and their family as the view of the camera becomes obstructed. Ultimately, the audio captured seemed to catch King and his father in a physical exchange, with King heard saying, “Man, get off me.”

King Harris Speaks Out Following The Alleged Altercation

After the incident, King Harris took to his Instagram Story with a few words. In his posts, he explained that he stands “on business” and won’t let anyone play in his face or taunt him.

Additionally, Harris seemed to accuse his father of “faking an image for the internet.”

“If ima mistake say dat stop making the world think u fw me when u DONT… N***a be faking a image for da internet &. It AINT Me,” Harris wrote.

Neither T.I. nor Tiny have publicly addressed the alleged altercation with their son. However, T.I. did finish the event strong by leading the Atlanta Falcons out of the tunnel while performing his hit single, “Bring Em Out.”

King Harris has since shown love to his grandmother, Dianne Cottle-Pope, on Instagram by sharing his song, “Grandma Boy.”

“As long as you stay by my side💙 @diannecottlepope love you💙”
