Blake Lively knows a thing or two about a sizzling swim style.
“@Sammacsai influencing me and everyone I know to be obsessed with @leftonfrieday bathing suits and workout clothes. This is not an ad,” Lively, 38, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, September 6. “I’ve legitimately never had a better fit of either. Started by two women. Love love love.”
Lively wore a peach-colored bikini with her sun-kissed blonde hair in a tousled fishtail braid as she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, enjoyed an afternoon boating on a serene-looking lake.
For the occasion, Lively completed her ensemble with a handful of delicate gold jewelry.
“Also, shout out to my pretty necklaces by more female bosses @thatch.jewelry & and @jenmeyerjewelry,” she added in her upload.
Lively has slayed in multiple swimsuits throughout the years, often praising personal trainer Don Saladino for his support in keeping her confident.
“You’ve kept me strong and confident in my body for the past 15 years,” Lively wrote in a personal message to the 48-year-old trainer via Instagram in June. “Through four pregnancies and postpartum. Action movies. Major life events. Daily life. You are steady and kind and are made of rock-solid integrity.”
Lively shares daughters James, 10, Inez, 8, and Betty, 5, as well as son Olin, 2, with Reynolds, 48. She even kept working out throughout each of her pregnancies.
“[Blake’s workout routines] really haven’t [changed] much,” Saladino exclusively told Us Weekly in 2022 while the actress was expecting Olin. “We’re watching the ballistics a little bit. I know in the first trimester things change a little bit, but all in all, she’s always had a good foundation. We’re removing any jumping, any ballistics [and] we’re really staying away from the cardio. We’re trying to keep things a little bit more stationary.”
According to Saladino, Lively’s fitness goal at the time was to “have a healthy delivery” over completing an intense workout.
“She’s trying to turn around and [think], ‘How can she make always make this a little bit easier, that next delivery. How can she rebound a little bit quicker?’” Saladino told Us. “But she’s really done an amazing job at just saying, ‘This is a beautiful time in my life, I’m going to embrace it. Not going to be too hard on myself,’ and she goes in and whatever we need to do that day, we end up doing.”
