Things between Britney Spears and her ex Sam Asghari are no longer toxic after a turbulent few months … with their divorce settlement almost finalized.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the duo is now cordial off the back of their divorce bombshell, with the fitness trainer still living it up in the L.A. high-rise. financed by Britney to the tune of $10k a month.
Our sources tell us Brit will soon be signing away a pretty sweet check to Sam to finalize their divorce — low 6 figures, we’re told.
Sam filed for divorce from Britney in August … with chatter emerging that his lawyer, Neal Hersh, would contest his ex’s rock-solid prenup — although that never happened.
But, with their split playing out in the public eye, they did totally shut down all communication — with sources linked to the estranged pair telling us they were leaving it up to their legal teams to handle everything.
As a result, there was growing concern for the star’s well-being, because Sam was her main support system amid her estrangement from her family.
But, with the pair back on amicable terms … here’s hoping they let bygones be bygones and forge a friendship going forward.
Travis Kelce is planning to spend Christmas with Taylor Swift, but in the meantime he’s gotta get through another holiday solo … and that means some alone time on the road.

Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert are getting divorced … she secretly moved to end their marriage nearly a year ago and claims he’s been a jealous narcissist during their 7-year marriage.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Teyana filed to divorce the former NBA star way back in January … more than 8 months before they announced a separation.
In the docs, Teyana details the demise of their marriage … accusing Iman of being jealous about her fame and feeling insecure about being good enough for her, despite the fact he was earning way more playing basketball than she could ever dream of making in music.
Teyana claims Iman would grow annoyed when they would attend public events together, and photogs would ask for him to step out of frame.
She says when Iman signed a $40 million contract with the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers in 2015, the same year he was also paid $8 million by the New York Knicks, he remained aggravated by her notoriety, jealous of her acting career and insecure about being her man.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Teyana wanted to keep this private as long as possible, initially choosing to file with their initials. However, Iman’s recent filing in the divorce proceedings included full names, thus thrusting everything into the spotlight.
Teyana claims that’s when Iman started sending her negative text messages with condescending and manipulative language in response to her being in the spotlight. She claims he would pick fights with her for no reason, even on her birthday, and then apologize.
In the docs, which Teyana filed in Georgia, she says she now feels Iman was “treating her cruelly and displaying extreme narcissistic behavior throughout the majority of their marriage.”
She says she “began to intentionally dim her light for her husband to try to have a harmonious and peaceful marriage” as Iman “became more and more angry” about her stardom.
What’s more, Teyana says she turned down recording opportunities and acting gigs because Iman “did not want her to work.” But she says when she stopped working after giving birth to one of their kids, Iman complained about her not making money.
Teyana says she fought to keep their family together despite Iman “being extremely emotionally and mentally abusive towards her.” She says she used her connections to get Iman gigs in Hollywood as his NBA career wound down, but says he “unfortunately insisted on bickering” to the point where in 2021 she began the divorce process.
She says they reconciled but it was short-lived because Iman “remained in an insecure state as his NBA career continued to wind down.”
In the docs, Teyana says in 2022 she found herself being manipulated and controlled by Iman and filed for divorce … only to ask her legal team to withdraw the filing one day later.
Teyana says she finally pulled the trigger in January because she was “unable to handle the emotional rollercoaster.”
She claims Iman has been involved in multiple cheating scandals during their marriage and cites his DUI arrest and recalls the time in 2022 when he was arrested for weed possession in an airport. Teyana also alleges Iman once crashed her Rolls Royce and fled the scene to avoid a second DUI arrest.
Teyana says she tried to stay with Iman through thick and thin but says he “reacted with further cruel treatment and selfishness.” After she secretly filed for divorce, she says Iman insisted on them getting back together only to be lackadaisical and inconsistent and become involved in another cheating scandal, which she says was embarrassing and humiliating.

As we reported … Teyana announced their separation in September and said, “To be 1000% clear, ‘infidelity’ ain’t one of the reasons for our departure.” Now, she says was just being graceful towards him.
Teyana says Iman left their family home in October and hasn’t spent significant time with their 2 children since then. She’s asking for temporary and permanent primary physical custody, plus joint legal custody and child support.
TMZ broke the story … Teyana and Iman got hitched back in 2016, tying the knot while wearing biker jackets.

Now, she says their marriage is “irretrievably broken” … which seems painfully obvious based on the litany of issues between them — at least in her eyes.
We reached out to Iman’s camp and a rep for Teyana … so far no word back.
The house Kris Jenner pretended to live at on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” is back on the market, and this time the owner’s looking for a king’s ransom to transfer the deed.
The Studio City home — which was famously used for exterior shots of Kris’s would-be mansion on the hit E! show — is for sale once again … only now, the value has experienced about 5 years worth of appreciation, so it’s listed for $8,888,888.
That’s quite a jump from what the current owner paid back in 2018, when they got it for $5.25 mil. If it sells for they get their asking price, that’ll be more than a $3 million profit … minus whatever they invested in the place, of course.
Considering the history of this swanky pad … we’ll see if that helps them hook a buyer in the near future, and more importantly, if it ends up going for listing.
Fact is, every time the home has hit the market — which has been a lot over the past 9 years or so — the numbers almost always end up fluctuating quite a bit when all the papers are signed.
For instance, while it sold for just over $5M in 2018 … the asking price at the time was closer to nearly $8 mil at first, so the owner slashed their ask by a lot.
We’ll see what the current title holder ends up accepting … fact is, the housing market is rough right now, with interest rates through the roof and not nearly as much movement as there was 2-3 years ago during the pandemic.
As for the specs, it’s a typical luxurious L.A.-area home — 7 bedrooms, 9 baths and all the bells and whistles of fancy living. The question … is it worth almost $9 million to snap up?!?

More trouble for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann in their ugly divorce, as things got so bad during a fight at home, their own kid had to call the cops.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops got a call to the estranged couple’s Georgia mansion Monday night for a verbal domestic dispute. We’re told in all, 3 officers and a supervisor arrived on the call to try and settle things out with Kim and Kroy.
What’s most disturbing, our law enforcement sources say it was one of the couple’s 4 young kids who called cops — and the fight was “extremely loud.”
Eventually, we’re told, cops were able to calm things down between the two.
It’s not the first, second or even third time officers have been called to Kim and Kroy’s house while they continue to hammer out their divorce. It was back in August when Kim called cops and accused Kroy of locking her out of their bedroom. She called again late September to tell officers she didn’t feel safe at home.
Fans were surprised to see Kim and Kroy celebrating their wedding anniversary together a couple weeks ago, but things have obviously turned sour once again.
TMZ broke the story — both Kim and Kroy have been ordered by the court to keep their distance at home, he get the primary bedroom and she gets the basement and nanny suite.
As we reported, both were spotted out separately in Georgia over the weekend without their wedding rings.
Donna Kelce is proving yet again she’s just as big a celeb as her two NFL star sons … receiving a police escort in Kansas City on Monday that included FOUR armed officers.
Jason and Travis‘ mom got the secret-service-like protection just hours before her two boys will square off at Arrowhead Stadium … as she was doing some promo work at a nearby Raising Cane’s restaurant.

WNBA player Kysre Gondrezick is raising hell, calling out prosecutors involved in Kevin Porter Jr.‘s assault case … saying the District Attorney continues to push a “false narrative” despite the fact she’s repeatedly denied her ex-boyfriend attacked her.
TMZ Sports spoke with Gondrezick this week … and she claims the Manhattan D.A.’s office’s handling of the September incident has “compounded my trauma even more than the actual experience.”
The 26-year-old tells us she gave officials a statement one week after Porter was arrested and explained the original criminal complaint was nowhere near what happened. Now, she wants the D.A. to publicly acknowledge her side of the story … that she fell and hit her head after KPJ abruptly woke her up after a night out. She’s adamant he never struck her.
As we previously reported, KPJ was accused of hitting Gondrezick multiple times and putting his hands around her neck — resulting in a fractured neck vertebra and a laceration above her eye.
It was later revealed the neck ailment was NOT Porter’s doing, as it was a pre-existing injury.
As for the laceration, Gondrezick says it was the result of the fall, and a makeup smear on the hotel room wall backs up her story.
KPJ was arrested for assault and strangulation … but one charge was dropped due to “insufficient evidence.”
Gondrezick says she is opening up to protect herself — not KPJ — as she does not want authorities to silence her. She’s also calling on officials responsible for pushing the current narrative to be held accountable.

Gondrezick’s attorney, Bobby Altchiler, also weighed in … and he claims his client has been receiving death threats due to the mishandling of the case — calling it unethical and immoral to not correct the information that is already out.
Bottom line — Altchiler reiterated exactly what Gondrezick wants.
“Just be honest, for God’s sake.”
KPJ is due in court later this month.
We reached out to the Manhattan DA’s office for comment … but so far, no word back.
Charissa Thompson of Fox Sports and “Thursday Night Football” made the stunning confession this week that she made up quotes from coaches when she was a sideline reporter. (Watch the video below.)
The revelation drew fire from prominent peers such as CBS Sports’ Tracy Wolfson and ESPN/ABC’s Molly McGrath.
“I’ve said this before, so I haven’t been fired for saying it, but I’ll say it again. I would make up the report sometimes,” Thompson said on the podcast “Pardon My Take” posted Wednesday. “Because, A, the coach wouldn’t come out at halftime, or it was too late and … I didn’t want to screw up the report, so I was like, ‘I’m just going to make this up.’”
Thompson blithely recalled the cliches she would pass off as real quotes.
“No coach is going to get mad if I say, ‘Hey, we need to stop hurting ourselves,’ ‘We need to be better on third down.’ … They’re not not gonna correct me on that, so I’m like, ‘fine, I’ll just make up the report.’”
Charissa Thompson, pictured working a “Thursday Night Football” broadcast on Amazon Prime Video, is getting backlash for admitting that she made up reports.
Kevin Z. Smith, a board member of the Society of Professional Journalists, was shocked by Thompson’s words. “This is just appallingly bad journalism to engage in, and to brag about it and defend it as harmless is beyond the pale,” he told The Washington Post.
ESPN broadcaster McGrath warned “young reporters” on X, formerly Twitter: “This is not normal or ethical.”
Thompson had previously discussed her on-air invention of coach quotes in a 2022 podcast with Fox Sports colleague Erin Andrews, giving a specific example involving a Detroit Lions coach. Andrews admitted to doing the same once so she wouldn’t throw the coach “under the bus.”
No longer a sideline reporter, Thompson currently hosts “FOX NFL Kickoff,” the pregame show for Amazon Prime Video’s “Thursday Night Football” and FS1’s “NFL Films Presents.”
Fox Sports did not immediately return a HuffPost request for comment.
Diddy is the subject of a secret, NYPD investigation, and although it’s unclear if his ex, Cassie Ventura, made the criminal complaint, there is strong evidence it involves sexual assault.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … there is an open case at NYPD with the name, “Sean Combs.” We’re told it is an active case but the case file has been “locked” — essentially meaning it’s a sensitive case where access is restricted.
As we reported, Cassie has filed an explosive federal lawsuit, which alleges rape and human trafficking, among other accusations.
We inquired about the case to NYPD, and they responded with this statement … “The NYPD takes sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.”
It would seem based on the statement, not only is this a sexual assault case, but the NYPD is actively looking for other alleged victims.
We contacted other law enforcement in numerous jurisdictions Cassie mentions in her complaint — including Miami, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles — and at every juncture, we got the same reply … no police report has been filed as it pertains to Cassie or Diddy, and no investigation has been launched.
We did find a 2016 case, where TMZ broke the story, BH cops were called after a breakup argument of some sort between Diddy and Cassie. A domestic incident report was taken, but no legal action followed.
As we reported, Cassie has claimed everything from rape, to assault/battery and even human trafficking — this after alleging Diddy forced her to have sex with male prostitutes across state lines.
Because that could rise to a federal crime, we also checked with federal law enforcement sources — including the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of NY, as well as the FBI — and on both fronts … zip.
Diddy’s lawyer has come out strong, calling BS on Cassie’s lawsuit. He told us most of her claims would be barred from criminal prosecution based on the statute of limitations. Her rape claim, however, could still be pursued here in Cali — so time will tell if she files a criminal complaint there.
Diddy has vehemently denied all of Cassie’s allegations … and accused her of seeking to shake him down for big-time cash, to the tune of $30 million.
So as of now, we have found one case in NYC where it seems Diddy is in the crosshairs of police.
Disneyland is dealing with another tragedy … a park guest jumped from a parking structure in what appears to be part of a recent and alarming trend.
Police in Anaheim say a 24-year-old man jumped to his death from the Pixar Pals parking structure Wednesday night at Disneyland resort.
It’s the third time in less than a year someone has killed themselves by jumping from one of the parking structures within the amusement park.
Cops say they responded to a call around 9:30 PM of someone jumping from the Pixar Pals parking garage. They says the victim, later identified as Jonah Alexander Edwards, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anaheim Police say they are investigating the death as a suicide.
Overall, there have been 6 suicides at the park’s parking garage complex since 2010, and since December 2022 there have been 3 such incidents — so, it’s a disturbing increase.
The Disneyland parking garages, Pixar Pals and Mickey & Friends, are six-level structures … and it’s where thousands of guests enter and exit the theme park.

Kevin Turen, famous for producing HBO shows like “Euphoria” and “The Idol,” died after suffering a medical emergency while driving down a California freeway … TMZ has learned.
The late producer’s father, Edward Turen, and close friend, Michael Heller, tell TMZ … Kevin was driving his 10-year-old son home from a tennis tournament Sunday when the tragedy happened.
We’re told Kevin’s Tesla was on autopilot when he suffered a medical emergency, and his son was able to navigate the car over to the side of the freeway before calling 911.
Although he was rushed to a hospital, Kevin was eventually pronounced dead there.
While Kevin’s father and friend say drugs and alcohol were NOT involved, we’re told authorities are still trying to determine an official cause of death.
Jay Penske, a close friend of Kevin’s and CEO of Penske Media Corporation, remembers Kevin as a family man.
Jay released a statement saying … “Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, Kevin’s greatest passion was his family and friends. He was so proud of his children. He and his wife, Evelina, were resolved that their children grow up with great values and ensured they make a difference in the broader world.”
TMZ Sports has obtained footage of Kelly Oubre Jr. just minutes after he was struck by a vehicle over the weekend … showing the Philadelphia 76ers forward struggling to walk as he entered his apartment.
As we previously reported, the 6’7″ hooper was involved in a hit-and-run outside his Philly residence on Saturday … suffering a broken rib and injuries to his hip and leg after a silver car swiped him with a side-view mirror.
Sources tell us Oubre returned home shortly after being hit … and when his wife saw him in serious pain, she called 911.
In the Ring camera footage, Oubre is heard telling Shylynn he was hit by a car as he rolled a bicycle into his residence.
We’re told the 27-year-old was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital … where medical professionals began treatment.
Our sources say a couple hours after the incident, officials interviewed Oubre to get some information on what went down.
At the time, Oubre claimed the incident happened near 15th and Spruce Street …. but on Wednesday, police said there was no surveillance video to support his claim.
Sources tell us two factors play into this — one being Oubre was medicated and not in the right state of mind when he spoke with cops … the other being he’s fresh to the area, as he just moved to Philly in September and doesn’t know his way around town just yet.
All that considered, our sources say it was challenging for Oubre to pinpoint the exact location of the accident … so he tried his best.
There’s no official timetable on Oubre’s recovery … although some reports claim he could be back in action as early as the end of the month.
Oubre’s teammates have rallied behind him in his absence — most notably, Tyrese Maxeydedicated his 50-point performance to the former Kansas standout following the accident.
We got Jada leaving iHeartRadio Wednesday morning in NYC, and asked about her thoughts surrounding the allegation Will was caught having sex with another man — her response? “We Suin’!”
Of course, it’s hard to tell if Jada’s making a joke, or if her family’s really considering legal action here … but a source close to the situation told us Will is actually weighing his legal options, so there could be some truth to Jada’s response.

Brandi Mallory — a former cast member on the TV show “Extreme Weight Loss” — has died in Georgia.
Mallory passed away in Atlanta on November 9, according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office. Her cause of death has not been disclosed.
The ex-reality star made her 2014 appearance on season 4 of the ABC series. She revealed why she joined “Extreme Weight Loss” during a 2018 interview uploaded to YouTube.
Mallory told a journalist she was motivated to lose weight after her portly sorority sister died at age 29.
She said it played on her mind that she could die too if she didn’t do something about her 329-pound frame.
The makeup artist said she went on a casting call for “The Biggest Loser,” but was rejected, yet the producers helped her win a spot on “Extreme Weight Loss.”
That show featured obese people on their journey to shed weight with a healthy diet and workout routine.
Looks like Kim Zolciak is trying to chip away at her and Kroy Biermann‘s mountain of debt … ’cause she’s unloading some of her designer wear online in hopes of making a profit.
Kim listed handbags, shoes and more Tuesday — but it ain’t garage sale prices — she’s charging $5,900 for a Chanel Shearling bag, and $4,500 for a grey Louis Vuitton purse!!!
She’s also asking $1,250 for a pair of her Gucci mink heels and $600 for her Balmain plastic heels … so if ya want it, you better bring some serious dough.
The impromptu sale might not just be proof she’s working off that debt — it could also be another sign that things between Kim and Kroy are positive yet again … kinda like a peace offering to her estranged hubby amid their divorce.
As we reported, Kroy was selling off some of his stuff to tackle their financial woes in the past, and he asked Kim to do the same. However, we were told she sold off some of her things and pocketed the cash for herself instead of helping pay off the debt.

Nina shared video of the special moment with her 9x NBA All-Star hubby on Instagram on Monday … showing the two hand in hand, twirling on the dance floor, celebrating Westbrook’s bday.
You can hear Russ’s family and friends, including L.A. rapper/singer Blxst, cheerin’ them on while Nina, who claims to not be the dancing type, gives it all she has.
“The birthday boo gets one dance outta me,” Nina joked.
Russ and Nina have been together since they met in 2007 when both of them played college ball at UCLA.
Of course, Westbrook went on to be the 4th pick in the NBA Draft in 2008, while Nina hit the books hard, graduating with her bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in clinical psychology.
She is now a licensed marriage and family therapist.
The couple tied the knot in August 2015 and welcomed their first son, Noah, in May 2017. They had two more kids, twin daughters Skye and Jordyn, in 2018.

We know this coming-together is happening Wednesday somewhere in Hollywood — but the exact details are being kept under wraps for now. Our sources do say, however, that all of the fellas started making last-minute travel arrangements for this as late as Thursday.
It probably goes without saying … this is happening at the behest of the studio, Universal, which we’re told wants to try and get *NSYNC out in front of reporters and the public any way they can to promote the film … they obviously know how popular they are as a unit.
Now that the SAG-AFTRA strike is over, just about every major studio is doing this — namely, getting their big stars together and attempting to get a little momentum amid some mediocre box office returns lately. Brie Larson tried it this past week … to no avail.
We’re told if the strike would’ve ended a month or so ago … Universal would’ve planned a massive premiere with all 5 members, but instead — they’re whipping up this somewhat smaller event in hopes that it can drum up some buzz for ‘Trolls Band Together.’

There’s a big award presented during the soiree … the Giving Tree Award for someone who embraced and acted on the values of the org. Salma Hayek received it during the ceremony. Last year Kim got the award and the year before Vanessa Bryant.
The “Black Panther” stuntman who was killed in a car crash last week had just wrapped up a night of Halloween fun before the fatal wreck … TMZ has learned.
Taraja Ramsess‘ mother, Akili, tells us her son was in the car with 6 others that fateful night — including his ex-wife, Selena, and a mix of 5 children … most of whom he’d had with her, and a newborn he shares with his current partner, Lisa, who was at home.
Anyway, we’re told Taraja and Selena had just finished taking all the children trick or treating in the Atlanta area and were on their way home when they got in the accident.
As we reported … Taraja died at the scene, as did two of his daughters — a 13-year-old and an 8-week-old little girl. His 10-year-old son later died after being taken off life support.

Selena and two daughters she shared with Taraja survived — they all suffered non-life-threatening injuries, although one of the daughters is still in the hospital. In terms of how Akili heard the tragic news … she tells us Selena called and was inconsolable.
Akili says it was the worst night of her life, and the heartache of losing her son and grandchildren was compounded by not immediately knowing who was alive and dead.
Apparently, first responders had taken everybody to different hospitals, and it created a confusing/chaotic situation to try and track down everyone in the aftermath. Akili adds, “It’s impacted our family. It’s now part of us — our family needs some time to heal and recover and go on with our lives best we can.”
Obviously, the entire family is distraught in the wake of all this … and we’re told everybody is trying to cope as best they can in the wake of such an awful catastrophe that claimed so many lives.
Now, in terms of what exactly caused the crash — remember, Taraja slammed into a tractor-trailer while coming off the freeway — Akili isn’t ready to discuss it. It’s under investigation.
Barbra Streisand‘s life didn’t just inspire her hits — it apparently led to others reaping the benefits of chart success … including Aerosmith, which rode the coattails of her pillow talk.
According to Barb’s new memoir, ‘My Name is Barbra,’ Steven Tyler and co. have her to thank for their hugely popular single “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” … ’cause she says the inspiration from the song actually came from something her husband once told her in bed.
The way BS tells it … she and her then-BF James Brolin were laying next to each other one night (sometime in the mid-’90s) not long after they’d first met/started hooking up.
She says they were staring at each other, when JB said … “I don’t want to fall asleep.” She asked why and he replied, “‘Cause I’ll miss you.’” Barb adds … “What a beautiful, poetic thing to say. And it captured a moment of complete bliss… physical, emotional, spiritual.”
About a year after that, in 1997, Barbra says she was doing an interview with Barbara Walters on “20/20,” during which she recounted that sweet moment … something Diane Warren was also watching from home when this episode aired, so claims Barbra.
One thing led to another, and DW eventually wrote Aerosmith’s first #1 hit in ’98 … which went on to be used in “Armageddon” and be nominated for an Oscar that year too.
After seeing how much success the song garnered, Barbra writes … “It was so gratifying to see so many people responding to Jim’s words. Well, no wonder… so did I!”
