Christine Brown is getting unexpected encouragement.
On Thursday, the “Sister Wives” star shared a photo on Instagram of a handwritten note she got from a flight attendant while travelling with her fiancé David Woolley.

“Ms. Brown (soon to be Mrs. Woolley), thank you so much for choosing to fly Delta! It was so nice to meet you and David,” the note read.
“Thank you for showing girls everywhere that we all deserve our prince and to be happy!” the flight attendant added. “Wishing you all the happiness in your new marriage!”
Brown and Woolley announced their engagement earlier this year, in April, with the reality star telling People, “David treats me like a queen and tells me I’m beautiful every day. I’ve never been in love like this before, and the world seems like a brighter place with him in it.”
She first went public with her relationship back in February. Before that, Brown had been married to Kody Brown, her “Sister Wives” co-star, for 26 years. They split in 2021.

Is it still Sister Wives if Kody Brown has only one wife?
During an upcoming episode of the three-part Sister Wives: One-on-One special, Meri Brown confirmed that her relationship with Kody has come to an end.
Meri, who is Kody’s first wife, sat down for a solo interview with host Sukanya Krishnan to discuss her 32-year-long, polygamist marriage to Kody.

Krishnan showed Meri, 51, a clip of Kody, 53, in which he said he doesn’t really consider himself to be married to Meri anymore.
“If she wanted to move on and marry another, she wouldn’t get an argument with me,” Kody said.
Kody, who used to have four wives, first separated from Christine, his third wife, in 2021. Christine said at the time that she and Kody had “grown apart” after 25 years together.
This month, Kody’s second wife Janelle announced they have been “separated for several months.” The couple was “spiritually married” for nearly 30 years.
Kody remains married to Robyn, his fourth wife, and she is the only person he’s legally married to, as polygamy is illegal in Arizona, where they live. (Meri and Kody used to be legally married, but divorced in 2014 so that he could marry Robyn in order to adopt her three children from an earlier marriage.)
In the Sister Wives: One-on-One episode, Meri said she didn’t understand how Kody could have been so upset with Christine for leaving him, only to turn around and decide things were over with her as well.
She said since the Brown family moved from Utah to Flagstaff, Ariz., in 2010, Kody “has led me to believe that he was trying” to mend their marriage.
“You know, our first anniversary that we had here in Flagstaff, it was cheers to a new beginning, as opposed to this last anniversary he’s like, ‘I don’t even know why you called me, Meri,’” she explained. “He’s like, ‘We’re not married. We’re not acting as married.’”
Meri said she is still open to making her marriage with Kody work but added that she does not think Kody is interested in reconciliation.
She said Kody did not want to separate from her publicly because he did not want the “judgment.”
When Krishnan asked Meri if she considered herself still married to Kody, her answer was curt, but leaned towards the negative.
“Well, he’s already made the decision. You just saw him say that,” she answered.
The first episode of the Sister Wives: One-on-One special will air on TLC on Sunday at 10 p.m. E.T. The following two episodes will premiere on Jan. 1 and Jan. 8.

The Brown family’s relationships are getting messier and messier on TLC’s Sister Wives.
In a teaser for an upcoming Sister Wives: One-on-One special hosted by Sukanya Krishnan, Kody Brown and second wife Janelle confirmed that they have “separated.” The pair has been together, though not legally married — as polygamy is illegal in Utah where they live — for nearly 30 years.

Janelle, 53, told Krishnan that she and Kody, also 53, have been “separated for several months.” Kody confirmed the split in a solo interview of his own.
“Janelle has made it pretty clear to me that she’s enjoying her life without me,” Kody said.
Janelle seemed to think a little more highly of Kody.
“I think if we both really sat down, we’d look at each other and say, ‘Really?’” she said.
Kody also confirmed that he is now divorced from his third wife Christine. In 2021, Christine announced her separation from Cody, claiming they had “grown apart” after 25 years together.
Christine shared some insight of her own into Kody and Janelle’s relationship during the One-on-One special.
“For Janelle, I think she’s frustrated and she’s so hurt, and I think that man that she was married to, she realizes that he’s totally different, but she’s different too,” said Christine, 50.
Kody is still with his first wife Meri (though their relationship has become platonic) and his fourth wife Robyn, whom he is legally married to.
The Sister Wives: One-on-One special will see solo interviews with Kody, Janelle, Meri, Robyn and Christine. In the trailer, Kody admits that the relationships between his wives “aren’t good.” The emotional interviews range in topic from reconciliation (or lack thereof) to past arguments between the sister wives and which of the women is Kody’s “favourite” wife.
Earlier this year, amid rising tensions in the Brown family, Kody asked his wives to “conform to patriarchy.”
During a solo confessional in the same episode, Janelle told the cameras she “didn’t know I’d signed up for patriarchy,” as that was “not what we all agreed on in the very beginning.” She ended the comment with a shrug.
Kody legally married his first wife Meri in 1990. He spiritually married Janelle, his second wife, in 1993. Christine and Kody entered into a spiritual marriage in 1994, making her his third wife. His fourth wife, Robyn, joined the Brown family in 2010.
In 2014, Kody divorced Meri and legally married Robyn in order to adopt her three children from an earlier marriage.
The three-part Sister Wives: One-on-One special will air Dec. 18, Jan. 1 and Jan. 8 at 10 p.m. E.T. on TLC.
