The Osbourne family marked their first Christmas since Ozzy Osbourne’s passing with a bittersweet blend of tradition, grief, and love. The legendary Prince of Darkness passed away on 22 July 2025 at age 76. Ozzy leaves a huge hole in the family and in the rock music genre itself.
Kelly Osbourne on their First Christmas without Ozzy
The family gathered in matching holiday pajamas at Sharon’s home in England and posed for photos. They looked great, but there was a sense that this year’s festivities felt profoundly different without their patriarch present.
A meaningful part of the day was remembering Ozzy through the traditions he helped shape. Ozzy loved cooking at home. It’s a side of him that we don’t tend to associate with his on-stage persona. Ozzy frequently spent holiday mornings preparing meals for his family.
For their first Christmas without Ozzy, the role of head chef passed to his son Louis. Louis is Ozzy’s son from his first marriage and he stepped up, honoring his father’s legacy. He prepared the family’s Christmas feast in honor of Ozzy. According to Mirror.co.uk, friends and relatives said Louis’s cooking helped ground everyone. The family was able to celebrate the way Ozzy loved by bringing the family together around the table.
Sharing Memories of Ozzy
Kelly Osbourne shared memories ofhow Ozzy used to dress up as Santa Claus, much to the delight (and occasional terror) of his grandchildren. One longtime Christmas anecdote involves the kids setting booby traps. Kelly recalled the kids putting fishing wire across the hallway to booby trap Santa. When Ozzy, in full Santa gear, triggered their prank setup, Kelly said they almost didn’t get their presents.
This first Christmas without Ozzy’s booming laugh and unpredictable energy wasn’t easy. His family found solace by celebrating the traditions he loved most. Cooking together, sharing stories, and recalling his playful antics: the family honored Ozzy’s memory with a mix of joy and sadness. It’s a fitting tribute to a man whose influence on his family was as powerful as his influence on rock music
Where was Jack Osbourne?
Jack Osbourne spent Christmas in his L.A. home with his wife and daughters. He and his wife, Aree Gearhart, just welcomed their newborn daughter, Maple. Jack and his family enjoyed a more intimate setting for their first Christmas without Ozzy. Kelly and Sharon are heading to visit Jack’s family after the Christmas holiday.

Sharon Osbourne has revealed her late husband Ozzy Osbourne’s final words to her before his death, as she opened up for the first time about the rock icon’s last moments.
The Black Sabbath lead singer died in July at the age of 76, nearly five years after he revealed his diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease and just two weeks after his last live performance with the original lineup of the band at Villa Park soccer stadium in their home city of Birmingham, central England.
“The night before he passed, he was up and down to the bathroom all night, and it was like 4:30 a.m., and he said, ‘Wake up.’ I said, ‘I’m already bloody awake, you’ve woken me up,’” Sharon recalled. “And he said, ‘Kiss me,’” she shared. “And then he said, ‘Hug me tight.’”

Sharon began to tear up as she remembered their last moment together and questioned if there was more she could have done.
“If only I’d have told him I loved him more. If only I’d have held him tighter,” she said.
She said the next morning Ozzy went downstairs to exercise for 20 minutes before he “passed away” after she said he suffered a heart attack.
Sharon said there was screaming in the house and she ran down to the gym to see what was happening.
“I ran downstairs, and there he was, and they were trying to resuscitate him, and I’m like, ‘Don’t — just leave him. Leave him. You can’t. He’s gone,” she recalled.
In that moment, Sharon said she “knew instantly” that her husband of more than 43 years was “gone.”
“And they tried and tried, and then they took him by helicopter to the hospital and they tried, and it’s like, ‘He’s gone. Just leave him.’”
“He said ‘kiss me’ and then he said ‘hug me tight’…”
Sharon Osbourne describes her last moments with husband Ozzy, telling Piers Morgan he had ‘vivid dreams’ during his final week.
Sharon also shared that Ozzy said he was having “really vivid dreams” during the last week of his life, where he was “seeing people that he never knew.”

“I said, ‘Well, what kind of people?’ He goes, ‘All different people and I just keep walking and walking, and I’m seeing all these different people every night, and I go back there and I’m looking at these people and they’re looking at me and nobody’s talking.’ And he knew he was ready,” she told Morgan.

She said that Ozzy asked her if she thought she’d ever get married again after he passed.
“I’m like, ‘F— off, are you joking?’ Piss off,” she said, while laughing.
Morgan asked Sharon if she could ever “imagine marrying anybody else.”

“Never. Oh my god. No. Never. Ever. Ever. Ever. No,” she responded.
“F*** off!”
Sharon Osbourne’s reaction to being asked if she will ever remarry!
Reflecting on Osbourne’s final performance, Sharon said that the Crazy Train singer “didn’t want to die on stage” but “he knew that it was that close.”
“He’d been so ill this year — terribly, terribly ill. And when we came to England and we were meeting with new doctors here, a new medical team for him, the main doctor said to him, ‘If you do this show, that’s it. You’re not going to get through it.’ And we just sat there and he said, ‘I’m doing it. I want to do it and I’m doing it,’” she recalled.

Sharon said her husband’s body was “failing” and he was in “so much pain.”
“He had pneumonia three times this year. He’d had sepsis and that’s what really, really destroyed him. I mean, he was on these shots of antibiotics. It used to take 20 minutes for the shot to go in and he had that twice a day. And it kills everything in you, the good, the bad, everything. So much antibiotics and he just couldn’t get over that,” she shared.
She said that he went through with the final show because he wanted “so bad to say thank you to everyone.”
“I think he honestly did know that he was done. It was his time,” she said, confirming that Ozzy knew if he went ahead with the show that it could kill him.
Sharon said Ozzy was “so happy” after being able to participate in his final event, honouring his musical legacy and performing several songs solo before being joined onstage for the first time in 20 years by his former Black Sabbath bandmates. The band ended a short set with Paranoid, one of its most famous songs.
“He kept looking at the papers, and he goes to me, ‘I never knew so many people liked me,’ but that was the way he was,” Sharon said. “I mean, he knew he was famous, but not the amount that people loved him. It’s a whole different thing, and he was just so happy, so so happy.”

No Ordinary Man: Ozzy Osbourne, heavy metal legend and Black Sabbath frontman, dies at 76
On July 22, Ozzy’s family announced that he had died, saying, “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

Thousands of fans lined Broad Street in Birmingham, England, on July 30 to say goodbye to the rock icon during a funeral procession.
Sharon and two of the couple’s children, Jack and Kelly, followed the late rocker’s hearse in a car as it made its way through the streets of the English city where Ozzy grew up and where Black Sabbath was formed in 1968.

Six vehicles carrying the Osbourne family — who covered all costs for the procession — followed the hearse. They got out of their vehicles to look at the goodbye messages left for Osbourne.
A private funeral service was held for the Osbourne family and close friends later in the day at an undisclosed location.
YUNGBLUD snagged three nominations at the 2026 GRAMMY Awards. One stood out. He earned Best Rock Performance after his live cover of Black Sabbath’s “Changes” at a tribute concert for the late Ozzy Osbourne. People described it as a standout moment from the Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath farewell event. Sharon Osbourne praised the British artist once the news broke.
The performance took place in July during the Back To The Beginning concert at Villa Park. YUNGBLUD fronted a rendition of the 1972 Black Sabbath single, backed by Anthrax bassist Frank Bello, extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, Sleep Token’s II on drums, and Adam Wakeman on keys.
“I’m so proud of you. It’s just amazing, and I know Ozzy is smiling down at you. Love you always, Sharon,” said Sharon Osbourne on Instagram on Nov. 8.
The artist also got nominations for Best Rock Album for “IDOLS” and Best Rock Song for “ZOMBIE.” YUNGBLUD responded to the news over the weekend. His message went straight to Osbourne. “Thank you to you and your family for giving me the opportunity you did and your stage to show the world what I could do,” YUNGBLUD wrote on Instagram. “Thank you for teaching us all how to dream and never compromise.”
YUNGBLUD and the Osbourne family have known each other since 2022. Ozzy and Sharon appeared in the music video for YUNGBLUD’s song, “The Funeral,” that year. The two musicians shared an exchange backstage at the Back To The Beginning show, when YUNGBLUD gave Osbourne a gift.
Many called the “Changes” performance a standout moment from the farewell event. Black Sabbath or Osbourne have rarely played the track live despite it being a well-known inclusion in their catalog.
The 2026 GRAMMY Awards will happen in Los Angeles early next year. YUNGBLUD will compete against some of the biggest names in rock across the three categories.
Is the primary audience for “Ozzy: No Escape From Now” metalheads … or caregivers? There’s not often a significant crossover audience there. But there’s no mistaking that the Paramount+ documentary about the rocker’s final years is mostly somber stuff, focused more on his pain, frailty and depression than on the few moments when he is convinced to go into entertainer mode, as best he can. The “Diary of a Madman” singer is much more of a sad man in director Tania Alexander’s fairly unflinching portrait of a legendary musician grappling with a diminishing quality of life as his body finds new ways to fail him. Fans expecting something more overtly uplifting may need to buckle up.
It’s clear that when Alexander and her team began filming on the doc four years ago, there was some expectation or at least a hope of finding a story that would end with Osbourne rising up and overcoming his afflictions. But his followers may be surprised to learn — and probably Alexander was, too — that however bad his public thought Ozzy might have been doing as he rescheduled and then canceled gigs, he was actually doing a little bit worse than that. There’s not any whitewashing going on here as the singer’s physical condition goes from bad to worse as filming goes on in period visits over the last four years. It can be a tough watch, seeing someone who has been such an avatar of maniacal fun confessing that his pain is so chronic, he has moments of wanting it all to just end.
At times it does seem like the audience that is most likely to find “No Escape From Now” worth all the frustration and sorrow may be family members who have loved ones dealing with similar issues of creeping decrepitude. But eventually, in the second hour, the film does settle into “fun” mode, or as close as it’s going to get, as the tired and somewhat reluctant star gets nudged toward activities that will bring him moments of respite.
There are all-star recording sessions with his greatest cheerleader, producer Andrew Watt, for what turns out to be a final album, 2022’s “Patient Number 9.” In 2024, he shows up for his even starrier Rock & Roll Hall of Hame induction as a solo artist, with Jack Black infectiously leading the cheer squad. And, of course, in July of this year, Osbourne actually roused himself to sing — from a throne — at a massively publicized and televised farewell concert in his native Birmingham, just three weeks before he died. Just how happy that counts as an ending will be in the eye of the beholder, but it’s happier than some of the earlier passages, where he seems ready to resign himself to a downhill slope, out of the public’s eye.
Along with anything else, this is effectively the two-hour series finale of “The Osbournes,” with a lot less madcap fun and repartee. It’s also a very flattering portrait of Sharon Osbourne — and of course it would be, with her as one of the executive producers — but credibly flattering. It’s hard for a viewer to know for sure if the subject’s wife is as even-tempered, patient and supportive off-camera as on. Still, the tenderness between the two of them, as they become somewhat long-suffering together, sure feels real, as she settles even further into the role of motivational coach for a husband who has very good reasons for feeling like he doesn’t want to get out of bed, let alone do physical therapy. If they gave an Emmy for “best supporting,” leaving off the actress part, you might say she merits it here. And while it seems that Ozzy is being hamstrung by some of the same issues that can befall anyone at his time of life, it’s clear not everyone has a navigator like this to help make a way through it. He’s gotten both the short end and the long end of the stick.
As for what got Osbourne to the sorry state shown in some of these scenes, that’s a sad story that involves what the family insinuates is medical malpractice. If true, it’s a bracing reminder that not even great wealth necessarily brings a correct diagnosis or treatment at every turn. The litany of the singer’s setbacks almost requires a road map: In October 2018, in the middle of a two-year tour, he was forced to cancel everything after getting a staph infection in his neck and a compromised immune system. Four months later, he had a fall, “and that was it,” as Sharon tells it, for his future health.
The doc shows footage of Osbourne happily bopping around in his bed before going in for surgery, with the contention that he came out far worse than he came in — “having posture like fucking Gollum,” as daughter Kelly puts it. The family’s position is that the surgery was “overly aggressive,” with a different surgeon saying he can’t undo all the damage … leading to the crushing realization that, with some calamities in life, there are no do-overs.
“I was getting ready to fucking off myself at some point,” Osbourne says, describing a pain that never leaves him, but “knowing me, I’d half do it and I’d be half dead … I’d fucking set myself on fire. I mean, I wouldn’t die. That’s my luck.” It is a big step forward to get from this mindset to at least being willing to force himself to go back to work, in very slight dribs and drabs, in a way that seems to offer at least a bit of replenishment. But the sight you may most remember from “No Escape From Now” is a scene from that farewell concert in July, half-backstage and on-stage. Osbourne steps onto a riser, looking like a defeated man … and then, a few seconds before coming into public view of his final audience, breaks into his trademark Looney Tunes grin. The abrupt, forced transition is a little bit sad, but we can sure hope that the adoration of 100,000 ultimately turned into a moment of real joy for him.
If you’re a big Ozzy fan, you probably already love him for being brave enough to go out and meet his public one last time, against what we can now see from this film were nearly all odds. But the greater bravery might have been going on camera repeatedly for this doc, and allowing himself to convey that old age is not for the faint-hearted, even as it renders you fainter of heart. That truth feels at least as cathartic, in its own gallows-wisdom way, as a big farewell party.
Even at the end, the Prince of Darkness was worried about letting his fans down. Sharon shut Ozzy’s “Back Up” plan down. In an excerpt from Ozzy’s posthumous book, Last Rites (shared with The Times), “Sharon said, ‘Look, there’ll be no backup plan. No video. No prerecorded anything. Sharon said, “If you can’t sing on the night, just talk to the crowd and thank them. All you need to do is get up there and be Ozzy.”
Ozzy’s Back Up Plan Described in Last Rites
Ozzy Osbourne revealed that he wanted to record a “backup performance” video in case his health kept him from taking the stage at his Back to the Beginning farewell concert in Birmingham. After years of battling spinal and Parkinson’s-related issues, Ozzy reportedly told his wife and longtime manager Sharon, “We’d better get a video made ’cos there’ll be an empty stage.”
According to Loudwire, Sharon Osbourne flat-out refused. She told her husband that there would be no prerecorded set, no hologram, no safety net.
It’s a moment that captures the heart of their partnership: Ozzy’s anxiety about disappointing fans, and Sharon’s determination to keep things real. The singer was reportedly terrified he’d collapse before reaching the stage for what would be his final show. But Sharon’s pushback made sure the performance, his last in his hometown, remained fully authentic.
The End Result
Ultimately, Ozzy made it. The Back to the Beginning concert became a massive, emotional send-off, filled with tributes from fellow musicians and family. While some speculated that Jack Osbourne’s later tribute video had been meant as that “backup,” there’s no evidence to support it. The video was produced afterward, serving as a heartfelt farewell rather than a contingency plan.
In the end, Sharon’s instincts proved right. Fans didn’t need Ozzy’s “Back Up” plan: a hologram or a pre-taped set. They needed Ozzy, raw and unfiltered. And that’s exactly what they got. Middle fingers for everyone. This Prince of Darkness forever rules.

Now, 72-year-old Sharon has posted an uplifting video of herself and her daughter Kelly Osbourne, 40, enjoying what looks like a fabulous time with owls and other birds of prey.
She wrote alongside the sweet footage, “I’m still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you’ve shown on social media. Your comments, posts, and tributes have brought me more comfort than you know. None of it has gone unnoticed, in fact, it’s carried me through many nights.”
She went on, “Though I’m still finding my footing, I wanted to share some glorious creatures I had the chance to spend an afternoon with. The connection you make with these powerful birds is built entirely on trust and confidence. They’ll choose to perch on you only if they sense you are safe and unafraid of them. It’s a bond I know all too well, and the experience was nothing short of magical.”
Sharon ended her note with, “I love you all, and I thank you deeply for the otherworldly amount of love you continue to send my way. ✌️❤️”
Among celebrity supporters reacting to the words and images were Emma Bunton aka Baby Spice (“You beautiful soul, sending so much love to you all ❤️”), Wolfgang Van Halen (“❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”), and Carrie Ann Inaba (“Good to see you friend…. 💜”).
At the end of the video, Sharon smiles broadly for the camera.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had been married since 1982
Ozzy passed away on July 22 due to cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. He was 76 years old and had performed just weeks prior in his final concert, the Back to the Beginning show in Birmingham, which was attended by more than 40,000 fans.n
Sharon Osbourne is known for her short brunette bob, but her son Jack Osbourne has now revealed pictures of his mom looking radically different from her youth.
“Happy Birthday to the Matriarch and the [diamond emoji],” Jack captioned a collage of pictures of Sharon from over the years, with two that showed the business manager as a young girl in her school picture, and another of her dressed up for Christmas.
One of the snaps showed Sharon, now 72, possibly around the age of 10, wearing a white fur-trimmed hood and fur hand muffs, with a big smile on her face as she posed for the portrait, while a second appeared to capture her as a young teen with her long brunette hair tied back in a simple ponytail.
“Wow, your oldest daughter is your mom’s mini!!” commented one fan, as another added: “Mrs O and your daughter Pearl are identical.”
“Wow you can really see your girls in a younger photo of Sharon. Esp Pearl and Maple!” wrote one follower.

Ozzy, 75, the frontman of rock band Black Sabbath, is also dad to children Jessica and Louis, whom he welcomed with his first wife Thelma Riley, and Elliot Kingsley, his stepson.
It is all the rage to lose weight and is causing a stir for several reason. But can you have a a bit of a vape and chill while on it?
The latest weight loss trend has been the use of Ozempic. A Gallup poll suggested over 6% of adults in the US and Canada have tried it. So over 16+ million have given it a go. Amy Schumer, Kelly Clarkson, Sharon Osbourne, Chelsea Handler, Dolores Catania, Oprah, and Charles Barkley have all tried it. Millions of people struggle with weight and their body image. In the last 12 months 56% of women and almost 42% of men have tried to slim down. And the new hot drug is seen as the silver bullet. But what if you want to relax and chill out while taking it? Can you consume marijuana on Ozempic?
Some people enjoy eating, the taste of the food and the ritual of dining alone or with friends. Dieting and other weight loss programs are often seen as a punshment or negative. And if you want to chill out, alcohol usually interferes with a slimming routines due to sugar and how it is absorbed in the body. But marijuana is a different story. Ozempic works by mimicking a naturally occurring hormone. As those hormone levels rise, the molecules go to your brain, telling it you’re full. It also slows digestion by increasing the time it takes for food to leave the body. This is similar to the effect of bariatric surgery.
With limited research and data, it seems small amounts of alcohol, such as 1-2 drinks per day with food, are generally considered safe based on initial studies. However, alcohol is known to interfere with blood sugar control mechanisms, which Ozempic is aimed at improving. So there could be issue around the success of the routine.
Marijuana thought it different in its makeup and how the body absorbs it. Currently, there hasn’t be in research or data showing marijuana interferes with the drug. But, keep in mind Ozempic may interact with oral forms of cannabis (forms you swallow), such as tablets, capsules, gummies and other edibles.
The side effects can be troublesome and include nausea, vomiting, constipation, and at times diarrhea. These are related to the same concept regarding the movement of the bowels and the stomach. The benefits come somehow from the same pathway. Beyond gastrointestinal symptoms, the medication can also cause rash, gallbladder issues, abdominal pain. It is allows important to talk to health professional when starting something which can have an impact on your body and organs.
Sharon Osbourne has hit back at Amanda Holden over comments made in a recent interview. And she’s pulled no punches!
After Amanda reportedly called Sharon and fellow Celebrity Big Brother housemate Louis Walsh “bitter and pathetic”, Mrs O has issued a statement in response.
Amanda’s comments about Sharon didn’t go down too well (Credit: Cover Images)
What did Amanda Holden say about Sharon Osbourne?
As quoted by MailOnline, Amanda said: “I hated seeing certain people in a reality show dissing Simon – he’s the person who’s given them all the chances, given them a lot of money and a lifestyle they probably wouldn’t have had.”
She continued: “It’s bitter and pathetic. It was like Cinderella with her two sisters in the background – just stabby, stabby, stabby.”
However, Sharon is not known for staying quiet in the face of an attack and has now responded.

Sharon Osbourne issues response to Amanda Holden comments
In several lengthy statements posted to her Instagram and Twitter accounts, Sharon said she needed to respond to “factually incorrect” comments about herself.
“The truth is, Amanda, you don’t know me or my close friends. You know nothing about my history in the music industry, my achievements, the artists I have worked with, the shows I have produced and my global celebrity. Unlike you, the brand of Sharon Osbourne is known worldwide. There are many countries I could work in if I choose to, however, I don’t have the ambition or time to do so.”
Sharon continued to explain her lifestyle was very different to Amanda’s, referencing her Beverly Hills mansion and country estate in the UK. She said she finds it “classless and crude” to discuss “money, lifestyles or positions of power”.
She then reflected that unfortunately Amanda had forced her hand, explaining: “My money and success were not due to doing a couple of Simon Cowell talent shows.”
Sharon insisted she enjoyed doing them and she was paid well. She then listed all of her achievements in the music industry prior to The X Factor.
Simon Cowell ‘needed me’
“No disrespect to Simon Cowell, but he NEEDED ME for musical credibility on The X Factor.”
Sharon also said: “My husband is a music icon who has sold 170 million albums, won multiple Grammy Awards and is a Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame inductee… He has given me more than any man could, all of this before I ever knew who Simon Cowell was.”
She concluded that she had always thought Amanda to be “beautiful and talented”, but to “never make comments about my lifestyle” again. “It’s demeaning to me and my husband and all the achievements I have made in my life as you’re making yourself look like an ill-informed sycophantic.”

Fans respond
Sharon’s fans were very quick to comment: “Mic drop!” said one.
“I’m gonna frame this and pray to it every night,” said another. Someone else agreed: “Left no crumbs. Iconic.”
“And that is how you address something with class. I love you Sharon,” shared one more.
A fifth agreed: “Boom and that’s how it’s done with class. Don’t mess with Sharon she is a national treasure who we love.”
“I love how you always handle things like this with such grace, but also you burned her so bad. Love you, Sharon, you are an icon,” added another.
Johnny Marr, a singer and guitarist in the band The Smiths, is speaking out this week to demand that the former President Donald Trump stop playing his music during his campaign rallies.
Marr Sounds Off Against Trump
Earlier this week, video went viral showing The Smiths’ 1984 hit “Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want” being played at a Trump rally in Rapid City, South Dakota.
This didn’t sit well with Marr, who fired back by demanding that Trump stop using his music.
“Ahh…right…OK,” Marr wrote. “I never in a million years would’ve thought this could come to pass. Consider this s— shut right down right now.”
Ahh…right…OK. I never in a million years would’ve thought this could come to pass. Consider this shit shut right down right now. https://t.co/M6eYROedOy
Marr’s comments are in contrast to those made by the former The Smiths frontman Morrissey, who has spoken out against woke leftwing cancel culture in recent years.
“People could make five flops and the label would stick by them, now the labels are quite bloodless, they will just get rid of you if you say anything that they don’t agree with, they’re not interested,” Morrissey said in 2022, according to Fox News. “Now they talk about ‘oh, we must have diversity, diversity, diversity.’ Diversity is people that you don’t know, and it’s just another word for conformity, it’s the new way of saying conformity.”
Marr is the latest in a long line of musicians to demand that Trump stop using their music. Others who have done so include The Rolling Stones, Pharrell Williams, Linkin Park, Rihanna, Village People and Tom Petty’s estate. Back in 2019, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon Osbourne issued a statement saying that they no longer wanted Trump to use the song “Crazy Train” at his rallies.
“Based on this morning’s unauthorized use of Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Crazy Train,’ we are sending notice to the Trump campaign (or any other campaigns) that they are forbidden from using any of Ozzy Osbourne’s music in political ads or in any political campaigns,” they said in a statement posted to Sharon’s Instagram.
“Ozzy’s music cannot be used for any means without approvals,” they added.
Neil Young Sues Trump
The singer Neil Young went so far as to file a lawsuit against Trump for copyright infringement for using his music in 2020.
“This is NOT ok with me…,” Young wrote on social media in reaction to his songs “Rockin’ in the Free World” and “Devil’s Sidewalk” being played at a Trump rally in Tampa, Florida. In his initial complaint, Young stated that he “cannot allow his music to be used as a ‘theme song’ for a divisive, un-American campaign of ignorance and hate,” according to The New York Post.

Young had previously said that he had “nothing against” Trump using his music legally.
“He actually got a license to use it,” he said. “I mean, he said he did and I believe him … But if the artist who made it is saying you never spoke to them, if that means something to you, you probably will stop playing it. And it meant something to Donald and he stopped.”
Despite filing this lawsuit, Young went on to quietly and voluntarily dismiss the case in New York courts.
Trump typically ignores singers when they demand he stop using his music. It remains to be seen whether he will heed Marr’s demands, or continue using The Smiths’ songs during his rallies.

Sharon Osbourne has been doing some serious reflecting on her reflection lately. In April, the former The Talk co-host swore off face-lifts, saying she “really fucking pushed it with the last face-lift and I am now like, no more.” Now, after losing, by her account, 42 pounds over four months with the assistance of the diabetes drug Ozempic, use of which has recently been soaring for off-label use for weight loss, she again said she feels she’s taken an aspect of her appearance too far.
“It’s just time to stop, I didn’t actually want to go this thin but it just happened,” she said on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Wednesday night. She said she’s stopped the weight-loss injections. “I’ll probably put it all on again soon!”
She previously told E! News that she’d like to “maintain at about 105” and that she’s “too lazy” to exercise.
On the special, which featured Sharon alongside her husband Ozzy Osbourne and children Jack and Kelly, the family shared updates on their health and lives, including Ozzy’s Parkinson’s, Jack’s Multiple Sclerosis, and Kelly’s life as a new mom.
Sharon shared that she had discontinued Ozempic because “you can’t stay on it forever” and “it’s enough.”
“Ozzy’s having a go at me because he says I look like Mrs. Reagan,” she said. “He calls me Nancy Reagan all the time.”
She also said that she was nauseous and thirsty for three weeks straight due to the medication. “You don’t want to eat, that’s it,” she said. “And that’s why I keep saying you’ve got to keep this stuff away from younger people, because they will go berserk on it, and it’s not right.”
“I saw what it [Ozempic] did for my mom’s confidence, and how—I can only speak for myself—food is an issue for me, always has been, always will be, and to see Mom free of that for a brief amount of time, to where you don’t have to think about it because you don’t think about it and you make smarter choices because when you are hungry you eat what you have to to survive is what I witnessed with what Mum went through,” she said. “But seeing the confidence and seeing how good my mum feels in her body, I think it’s totally worth it.”
Sharon Osbourne is feeling better after a medical emergency sent her to the hospital over the weekend.
The reality star began feeling unwell while filming an episode of her son Jack Osbourne‘s TV show Night of Terror at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California on Friday night and was subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital. Santa Paula Police Chief Donald Aguilar confirmed to E! News that officers responded to a 911 call for a medical emergency around 6:30 pm on Friday. But by Saturday evening, Sharon seemed to be on the mend as Jack confirmed via a post to his Instagram stories that she had been released from the hospital. “She has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support,” he wrote. “As to what happened to my mum—I’m gonna leave it to her to share about when she is ready.”
The former The Talk co-host has been very open about her medical scares and multiple cosmetic procedures in the past. In 2002, she underwent a series of chemotherapy treatments after being diagnosed with colon cancer, documenting the entire process in the second season of her family’s MTV reality show, The Osbournes. Sharon has remained cancer-free ever since, however, she underwent a double mastectomy in 2012 after learning that she has a gene that increases her risk for developing breast cancer. She also swore off plastic surgery at the time, as she explained on an episode of The Talk that another reason she made the decision to get her breasts removed is because they were “in a really bad state” due to issues with her breast implants. “One of them had burst, and all of it had gone into the wall of my stomach. And one breast was different than the other.” Sharon said, adding, “Never have [implants], by the way.”
In May, Osbourne revealed that she’d tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time, around the same time that her daughter Kelly Osbourne and husband Ozzy Osbourne also contracted the illness. The first time the talk show host caught the virus in December 2020, she was also briefly hospitalized.
Southern Californians, and Angelenos in particular, are mourning today because our beloved mascot and champion of the people, P-22 was humanely euthanized. P-22 first came into our hearts and trail cams over a decade ago and has charmed us ever since. A bachelor for his entire mountain lion life, he nevertheless had won the love of an entire city. He migrated from the Santa Monica mountains to his home in the Hollywood Hills, where he lived for the rest of his life.
Unfortunately, over the past few months, he began displaying abnormal and erratic behavior, including acting aggressively toward people and their dogs. The LA wildlife team was able to sedate and capture P-22 in order to provide medical service and retirement to a nature preserve. Unfortunately, they discovered he had several chronic illnesses and grievous injuries from being hit by a car and they had no choice but to euthanize him. Rest well our shy, solo King and may you be prowling mightily in the great beyond. – LA Times
In happier news, Mike Flanagan favorite Rahul Kohli is shooting his shot. He tweeted today about his interest in being cast as the Gunslinger for Flanagan’s upcoming The Dark Tower series for Amazon Prime. As someone who finds Kohli very hot, I am for this!
Mama Mia! A semi-truck crash spilled 40,000 pounds of meatballs onto a Virginia highway! I can’t tell if those firemen are lining up to work, or to have dinner. – mystateline.com
Piers Morgan Defender, former talk show host, and wife of Ozzy, Sharon Osbourne was hospitalized this morning after a medical emergency. I hope she’s ok, and I also hope she at some point apologizes for defending Morgan’s racist and misogynistic remarks about Meghan Markle! – Variety
And finally, Ohio’s heartbeat law – which would effectively ban most abortions in the state – will remain blocked after a ruling on Friday from the state’s First District Court of Appeals. Thank god! This means that, for now, abortions in Ohio can continue through 20 weeks of pregnancy. Which is the same standard that the state had maintained (until this point) for years. – Dayton Daily News
Television stalwart and legendary music manager Sharon Osborne was rushed to the hospital on Friday night, according to a report from TMZ. The 70-year-old London-born spouse of iconic heavy metal star Ozzy Osbourne was on location at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, shooting an unnamed paranormal-themed television series. The hotel, built in 1911, plays up its allegedly “haunted” rooms, and has been featured on the shows Ghost Adventures and The Dead Files.
TMZ’s report says that emergency workers responded to a call on Friday evening and transported Osbourne to a nearby hospital. Specifics about her condition are unknown.
The ubiquitous television presence and author of five books seemed up to her usual, opinionated self as recently as Thursday, appearing on Piers Morgan’s show giving her review of the Netflix series Harry & Meghan. The star of The Osbournes, which surely will go down as a watershed moment in the development of reality television, called the six-part program starring Prince Harry and Meghan Markle “all very distasteful,” adding that she was “totally bored by the whining, the whining, the whining.”
In late August, Sharon and Ozzy announced that they plan to quit the United States and take up permanent residency in Britain early next year. “It’s just time. America has changed so drastically,” she said. “It isn’t the United States of America at all. Nothing’s united about it. It’s a very weird place to live right now.” Ozzy added, “I don’t want to die in America … I’m English.” He did joke, though, that if Sharon, very much the manager in the relationship, “said we’ve got to go and live in Timbuktu, I’ll go.”
Sharon Levy, as she was known at the time, took over management of Ozzy Osbourne’s career after her father, Don Arden, had him fired from Ozzy’s legendary band Black Sabbath in 1979. By 1982 the two were married, and she helped him grow a solo career of equal (if not greater) success. In the mid-1990s, Sharon concocted Ozzfest, a touring hard rock festival, which Ozzy headlined, that continued through 2018. She also managed other acts, including, for a time, The Smashing Pumpkins, Queen, Motörhead, the Electric Light Orchestra, Slade, and Lita Ford.
The Osbournes ran from 2002 to 2005, and showed Sharon as the Rock of Gibraltar in her unorthodox rock ’n’ roll family. In addition to hosting her own The Sharon Osbourne Show, she has appeared on The X Factor, America’s Got Talent, The Celebrity Apprentice, The Talk (from which she exited under a cloud of controversy), and The Masked Singer UK. She is also a colon cancer survivor.
In 2019, Ozzy Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. The 74-year-old put out a new album, Patient Number 9, in September of this year. In 1991, he recorded the power ballad “Mama, I’m Coming Home,” (co-written with Zakk Wylde and Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister), which drew inspiration from his relationship with Sharon.
