Do Patti: Kanika Dhillon strongly reacts to negative reviews for Kajol, Kriti Sanon’s thriller | Bollywood Life

Do Patti, starring Kajol, Kriti Sanon, and Shaheer Sheikh, released on Netflix a few days ago. The movie received mixed reviews upon its release. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the story is written by Kanika Dhillon. While the performances are heavily praised, some critics aren’t pleased with the story. Now, Kanika has strongly reacted to the negative reviews her latest thriller film has received. Kanika Dhillon on negative reviews for Do Patti

In an interview with News18, Do Patti writer Kanika Dhillon said that she will do whatever it takes to bring across her film to the audience so that they can watch and see the message it conveys. Kanika stated that the way the story was written and the choices were made for the screenplay, marketing, and casting were thought for the audience. The writer-producer revealed that she has been hearing that the audience is impressed with the last 50 minutes of her movie starring Kajol, Kriti Sanon, and Shaheer Sheikh. Further in this entertainment news, Kanika Dhillon slammed the negative reviews and said, “Who are these people? We aren’t making a film for them. Anybody and everybody can be a reviewer today. Everyone has access to social media and everyone has opinions. When I see the quality of reviews today, they feel like trolls to me. Dhillon stated that she can differentiate between genuine negative criticism and pieces where people are taking out frustration. The writer believes that when such critics start criticising through personal attacks at the individual rather than the film, they are no different than trolls. “I don’t react to half of them. You can make it from the headline if it’s a trolling piece or not. In that case, I don’t open those reviews. That’s how I keep my sanity alive,” added Kanika.

They have not revealed the release date as of now. Neither the house pictures are out. Salman Khan will be back as the host of Bigg Boss 18. If reports are to be believed then, the show will start airing from October 5. As per reports, the theme of the show is quite different this season. Reportedly, the show will be about past, present, and future and will mostly have connections with past contestants like Shehnaaz Gill, Asim Riaz, Hina Khan, Sidharth Shukla, Gautam Gulati and others.

Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui will also be a part of the show as a gang leader as per entertainment news. Abdu Rozik will also be a part of Bigg Boss 18 and will be seen as the host for some special segments.

Indian Telly Awards 2023: Poonam Pandey leaves little for one’s imagination in a blazer with plunging neckline; netizens say do not blame Urfi Javed now | Bollywood Life

The Indian Telly Awards 2023 was held with great fanfare in the city. The paparazzi had a great time as some of the biggest names from the TV industry was in attendance. Even eyeball-grabbing celebrities like Urfi Javed, Rakhi Sawant and Poonam Pandey were in attendance. While Urfi Javed wore a sheer dress over leotards, Poonam Pandey made heads turn. The lady turned up in a white blazer. The coat was kept in place with just a single button. Heels, bold lips and a stack of necklaces finished off her look. But the ample display of cleavage from the blazer got reactions from netizens.
