But off set, Kim is focused on protecting her kids—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—sharing with viewers that they are becoming increasingly aware of their father Kanye West’s recent erratic behavior—a plot point she soft-launched on Call Her Daddy with Alex Cooper (who is also producing a reality dating series for Hulu). “It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping,” she says on the season’s first episode, of coparenting with West. “We haven’t left. We’re in the same spot. What happened to the house that you bought next door?” West bought a house down the street from Kim’s Hidden Hills estate in 2021, shortly after she filed for divorce. Kim said at the time she suggested that West take the kids to school every day and that they have dinner together as a family nightly, but those plans never panned out. “Maybe that’s too much,” Kim concedes, “but that’s just what I saw from my mom and my stepdad and my dad.”

By revisiting her past with West, Kim can illuminate the challenges of her present. Back at Eldorado, Kendall and Kylie admit to smoking weed in the backyard, with the elder of the two joking that she lost her virginity in the house. “We’re children number five and six,” says Kendall. “[Kris] just—she has no more energy for us.” But for all the cynicism about the Kardashians returning to their retro rebrand, there is genuine emotion to be gleaned from their trip down memory lane. Later in the episode, Kris captures an intimate moment between Kendall and Kylie as they softly cry on the staircase of their childhood home. “Those were some of the best years,” Kylie tearfully admits.

Rob Kardashian speaks out on Khloé Kardashian’s parenting in rare public message

The notoriously private Rob Kardashian spoke out about his sister Khloé Kardashian’s parenting skills in an Instagram comment on Tuesday, confirming what the world knew about the Good American founder.

Khloé posted a carousel of photos featuring the 40-year-old holding the hands of her two children, True, 6, and Tatum, 2, dressed to the nines in an all-black exercise outfit, white sneakers and black sunglasses.

“School Drop”, the mother of two captioned the photos, which also included a shot of True and Tatum smiling from the backseat as Khloé got ready to drive them to school.

“You’re such a cool mom it’s crazy”, Rob commented under the photo of his sister, niece and nephew.

Rob, by far the most private of the Kardashian siblings, has recently become more active on social media. When his daughter, Dream, created an Instagram account for herself, he commented, “I love you”, under her first post. According to her Instagram bio, the account is reportedly run by her parents.

Rob shares Dream, 7, with his ex-partner Angela White, formerly known as Blac Chyna. According to Angela, the pair remain amicable despite their public relationship breakdown and subsequent custody battle.

Khloe posted the snap of school drop off to Instagram

She spoke to ET about co-parenting with Rob, revealing they are good friends now. “I feel like time heals everything, and people change, and situations change, and you get to see the situation for what it is, and the situation is Dream,” she said.

“We have structure. I think structure’s key…I’m in a better place, my kids. Having a structure for me and stability for me, is everything for me. Now everything else is going to trickle down because our foundation is strong.”

Khloe shares Tatum and True with ex Tristan Thompson

Khloé, who already shares Tatum and True with her ex-partner Tristan Thompson, revealed she felt like Dream’s “third parent” in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians.

“I mean, I do know how important it is for Dream to have a great maternal influence, whether that be from me, her own mom, or whoever,“ she said in the episode. “It’s important, and whoever she gets it from, she gets it from.“

Khloe and Dream are extremely close

“Rob does such an incredible job with her, and I’m just there to help whenever he needs. Rob and I are crazy close to one another; we’ve always been,“ she said.

After the episode aired, she took to Instagram to clarify her words, writing, “I love ALL of my nieces and nephews more than I can express. Dream and I are particularly close. My brother and I are extremely close.“

Khloe revealed she felt like Dream’s “third parent”

“I am with Dream all the time because I’m with my brother all of the time,“ she continued. “I love her beyond measure.”

Khloé certainly has her hands full at school drop-off, as True started first grade just last month. The reality star expressed her pride on Instagram, writing, “First Grade!!! True I am so proud of you!! I know you’re going to have the most incredible year ahead of you! I couldn’t be happier for you my angel. I’m not OK but I’ll pull it together by pick up time.”

Khloé Kardashian Says She Thinks Rob Will Return to “The Kardashians”: “He Talks About It”

If you’re curious about what Rob Kardashian is up to now, you’re not alone. The sole brother to some of the most famous sisters on the planet, Rob was heavily featured on “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” up until season seven, when he decided to step off the show for a while. Since then, Rob has only appeared on camera a few times, and has mostly kept his private life with his daughter Dream off cameras. Still, according to his sister Khloé, his time on his family’s show may not be over.

“I do think Rob will come back to the show. He talks about it a lot. He does,” Khloé said during a July 13 episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians.” “But I do know Rob has been through a lot, personally, but he’s literally the best dad that I know, and I’m so proud of him for that. He’s just feeling really good about himself. So I have faith that soon he’ll be back on the show.”

Rob retreated from the limelight around 2012, continuing to step away from fame as he encountered more and more difficulties with his ex, Blac Chyna. Rob and Chyna started dating in early 2016. Their relationship became increasingly more high-profile, and they got engaged after less than three months together. The couple welcomed daughter Dream in November of 2016, but split up in 2017 amidst rumors of infidelity. The public breakup turned ugly and culminated with Chyna filing suit against the Kardashian family.

Today, Rob is actively coparenting Dream with Chyna, and the pair share physical custody of their daughters. Since “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” came to a close and “The Kardashians” began airing, Rob has only made a few small cameos on the show. Over the past few years, he’s also undergone a total physical transformation. After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2015, the reality star has been focusing on living a healthier lifestyle. Rob reportedly revamped his workouts in 2019 with his sisters Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe, and today mainly focuses on caring for his daughter Dream and exercising. As mother Kris Jenner told iHeart Radio’s podcast “Pretty Messed Up,” Rob is “so in love” with Dream, following it up with, “he’s such a great dad and you never know — you have kids, they grow up, they have their kids — and you just don’t know how somebody is going to be as a parent but he’s just . . . wow.”

Rob’s Instagram account is currently run by Jenner Communications. The photos mostly feature Rob’s daughter and nieces along with his brand collaboration posts. Rob seems to be living a calm, centered life nowadays — though we’ll see what happens if he returns to his family’s show.
