Newly released data from Realtor.com for May shows that potential buyers and sellers in Sheboygan County saw higher home sale prices than the previous month’s median of $280,000.
The median home sold for $308,750, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows. That means May, the most recent month for which figures are available, was up 10.3% from April.
Compared to May 2024, the median home sales price was up 31.4% compared to $235,000.
Realtor.com sources sales data from real estate deeds, resulting in a few months’ delay in the data. The statistics don’t include homes currently listed for sale and aren’t directly comparable to listings data.

Looking only at single-family homes, the $300,000 median selling price in Sheboygan County was up 7.1% in May from $280,000 the month prior. Since May 2024, the sales price of single-family homes was up 28.5% from a median of $233,500. One single family home sold for $1 million or more during the month, compared to zero recorded transactions of at least $1 million in May 2024.

Condominiums and townhomes increased by 10% in sales price during May to a median of $330,000 from $299,875 in April. Compared to May 2024, the sales price of condominiums and townhomes was up 38.2% from $238,750. Four condominiums or townhomes sold for $1 million or more during the month, compared to zero recorded transactions of at least $1 million in May 2024.

In May, the number of recorded sales in Sheboygan County dropped by 16.3% since May 2024 — from 129 to 108. All residential home sales totaled $40.8 million.
Across Wisconsin, homes sold at a median of $310,548 during May, up 4.3% from $297,725 in April. There were 6,950 recorded sales across the state during May, down 8.7% from 7,609 recorded sales in May 2024.
