    Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Brittany “Brit” Eady just announced she is leaving her marriage.

    Months after she revealed her departure from RHOA, following her decision to skip the reunion, Brit took to her Instagram page on December 31 to announce she will be ringing in the new year as a single woman amid her separation from Mike Cunningham.

    “I’m posting this on the last day of 365 to remove this facade of faking like this marriage is going to work,” wrote Brit in a post to her Instagram page that included a photo of her and Mike. “Everybody can’t come into the next chapter. I’m done hurting and I want to be happy in my next chapter. Cheers to 2026 of putting my happiness first 🥂 ✌🏽.”

    She then addressed rumors about Mike as she continued, “And for the record as much as I can’t stand him, we are not going to create a false narrative that I’m walking away because of any fake made up rumors.”

    Brit, 37, wasn’t done yet as the insurance agent also included slides of a text post further explaining her decision to call it quits following 5 years of marriage.

    “It took me a while, but I finally realized what triggers my toxicity… it’s disrespect. I can be chill, fun, easy to get along with … I can vibe with anybody. But the second I feel disrespected, everything in me shifts. My peace goes out the window, my patience disappears, and that soft version of me turns sharp real quick. I’m self-aware enough to know I’m a good woman,” she wrote. “I’m kind, I’m genuine, I’m understanding, and I always try to lead with love. But that’s exactly why disrespect hits so deep… because I know how much grace I give before I ever lose it. ”

    Brit continued, “When I snap, it’s never random, it’s a reaction. What you put in is what you get out of me. Still, I’m learning. Learning not to let people pull me out of character. Learning that not everyone deserves a response. Learning that peace is better than proving a point. Because growth isn’t about never being triggered… it’s about recognizing what triggers you and protecting yourself before you get there. Know your triggers. Guard your peace. Stay away from the people, places, and situations that force you to become someone you’ve worked too hard to outgrow.”

    She closed out her statement by adding, “& ima come out of every storm like it was never raining.”

    Brit’s surprising announcement comes just a little over a month after she officially filed a lawsuit against Bravo and the RHOA production company Truly Original LLC.

    In the lawsuit, Brit alleges defamation, sexual harassment, and creation of a hostile work environment after Kenya Moore revealed explicit photos on the Real Housewives of Atlanta that she implied they were of Brit. But following the season, Brit claimed she was not the person in the photos.

    The Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to her social media to debut her new relationship with her lady love Sway on November 28.

    Porsha’s photo post comes two months after she first confirmed she was dating both a man and a woman.  It appears she has since solidified her relationship with Sway, a licensed master barber who also describes herself as an “entrepreneur” who helps people “open a profitable salon suite business.”

    RHOA fans have since reacted to Porsha’s post and the responses were mixed.

    “Porsha be falling tooooo dang hard,” said one person.

    “Girl u be doing anything seriously,” wrote another.

    “Do these people ever stop to just be single?? The “pick me” stuff has just gone way too far,” added a commenter.

    Others had more positive reactions to the news.

    “Happy looks amazing on you — I love to see it. There’s a special kind of freedom that comes from living life on your own terms,” shared a fan.

    “Porsha just be out here doing whatever TF she wants and I love that for my girl,” added another person.

    Sway herself also commented under Porsha’s post, writing: “Damn babe 😍Sweet af…Thank you again!”

    Porsha’s new relationship comes months after she finalized her divorce from Simon Guobadia in June. As previously reported, Simon was deported back to Nigeria earlier this year, and his attempt to appeal his divorce settlement with Porsha was denied this summer.

    Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are splitting up after 11 years of marriage. “After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” Burruss shared in a statement with People. “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family.” The two met through filming RHOA; Burruss joined the show beginning in season two, and she soon met Tucker, who was a production manager on the show for season 4 in 2011. They got married three years later in 2014, and their wedding planning was documented in their own Bravo mini series, Kandi’s Wedding. The couple also had a one-season spin-off series, Kandi & The Gang, in which they tried to revive their restaurant. They have two children together and helped raise their children from previous relationships together.

    Rumors of a breakup began circulating at Bravocon last weekend. During her Wifetime Achievement speech, she tearfully thanked Andy Cohen for checking in on her and for their off-screen friendship. She thanked Tucker as well, but it was unclear if he was in attendance. “To Todd, thank you for surviving the blogs, the shade, the rumors, the lies, the truth, the almost fights, the actual fights, the reunions… You earned this award too,” she shared.

    Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker have called it quits.

    Following 11 years of marriage and two kids, son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 5, the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has just issued a statement confirming she has split from Todd, 52.

    “After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” said Kandi to PEOPLE via a statement on November 21.

     

    She continued, “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family.”

    Kandi’s confirmation of a split came after RHOA fans on a Reddit thread mentioned that Kandi had allegedly removed “Tucker” from her Instagram bio, where she was previously listed as “Kandi Burruss-Tucker.”

    They also signaled a blind item from Crazy Days and Nights, which said, “I told you months ago it was coming, and now the southeast Housewife had dropped her married name.”

    In the comments of the post, several RHOA fans recalled Kandi’s recent appearance at BravoCon, where she accepted the Wifetime Achievement Award. As they explained, Kandi said she “appreciates all the support, especially now,” and Todd did not attend the event.

    Kandi also reportedly ditched her wedding ring for the fan convention.

    “She seemed sad to me. Like leaning into the emotions of accepting the award but it seemed deeper,” one person suspected.

    “I wanted their marriage to be good. I was rooting for them. For love. This sucks. I hope it’s not true. Hopefully she’s back on rhoa I’d love to see what she says,” another said.

    “Soon as I saw that they both stopped wearing their rings I knew something was wrong,” wrote a third.

    As RHOA viewers will recall, Kandi and Todd’s marriage wasn’t exactly blessed by her mom, Joyce “Mama Joyce” Jones, who worried he was after her money.

    Kandi also faced rumors of an impending split from Todd earlier this year, but quickly shut them down during an interview with Us Weekly.

    “[Riley Burruss] actually sent it to me. She was like, ‘Why do people keep saying that y’all about to get divorced?’ I was like, ‘I don’t know,’” she recalled.

    However, weeks later, Kandi admitted things between Todd and her mom had taken a turn for the worse.

    “Let’s see, Friday, they did pretty good. The kids, Ace and Blaze, had graduated from their school, so they were doing pretty good, but by the time I got back from my trip the other day, my mom was back to not feeling us. So, hopefully it’ll change,” she revealed on Amazon Live.

    “Are you dating anyone?” a fan asked Kim on October 22, after she requested her audience “ask [her] a question.”

    “Yes … almost [two] years after I filed for divorce I went on my first date and we have been together since,” Kim replied, confirming that Kyle is the first person she has dated since she split from Kroy Biermann, 40, in May 2023.

    A second person asked, “Was it hard letting yourself be vulnerable with a new man?”

    “Yes,” Kim admitted. “However Kyle and I went through the exact same situation so we identify with each other.”

    Moving on to Ariana, 24, star of Next Gen NYC, Kim reacted to someone who suspected their split was for the show.

    Then, after posting a selfie with her mom and telling her online audience she “[loves] her mom,” Kim responded to another fan who remembered their estrangement.

    “My parents and I have had some ups and downs but life is way too short and I would never be the person I am today without them,” she wrote.

    Kim then seemingly gave a nod to her messy split from Kroy after someone else said they admired her resilience.

    “How do you remain positive in the face of adversity?” they wondered.

    After debuting their relationship on the first season of Next Gen NYC earlier this year, taking viewers into their romance after moving to the Big Apple in 2024, Ariana, 23, took to her Instagram Story with a statement, confirming she and Hudson were going their “separate ways.”

    “Hudson and I have decided to go our separate ways, while these things are never easy, we both know it’s what’s best for us right now. We are so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. Sometimes life takes you in different directions and that’s okay … Love you all,” she wrote on October 14.

    Ariana and Hudson began dating in high school before Ariana enjoyed a brief romance with Aaron Scott in 2020. Then, after Ariana and Aaron split, they rekindled their relationship.

    The couple’s breakup comes just months after Ariana, the daughter of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, 47, admitted to giving Hudson a marriage ultimatum.

    “This might sound crazy, and I get it, but I have a five-year rule,” she explained to Bravo’s The Daily Dish in August. “So, if he doesn’t propose in five years, which is in a little less than two years, it’s a no … I don’t want to rush him, you know, make him feel, like, pressure. But he talks about it all the time. So, I’m like, ‘Stop talking about it and do it or don’t do it.’ Everyone’s getting engaged! Really, everybody?”

    “My mom always told me, ‘If he doesn’t propose after five years, then you’re already doing too many wife duties,’” she added.

    No word yet on a second season of Next Gen NYC.

    Riley Burruss may be keeping her new romance away from the public eye for the most part, but she has given her fans and followers a look at her boyfriend on a couple of occasions.

    After offering her online audience a sneak peek at her mystery man in July with a mirror selfie in which he was seen giving her a kiss, the Next Gen NYC star and daughter of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss, 49, posted a series of photos from her 23rd birthday celebrations, some of which included her man’s face.

    “A week late but 22 ate… 23? … Happy birthday to me,” Riley wrote in the caption of her August 31 slideshow, which kicked off with a solo shot of the reality star looking stunning in a white button-down dress and silver heels.

    In the slides that followed Riley’s solo pic, Riley was joined by her boyfriend, who was wearing a turquoise T-shirt, khaki pants, tennis shoes, and white glasses.

    In another photo of Riley’s birthday fun, which featured another event, the same man was seen sitting in a gray shirt and white glasses at a dinner table with a selection of food in front of him.

    Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta have quite a bit to celebrate. Not only has the season 16 cast been announced, but filming has started. However, there is still drama between Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia as their divorce continues to be front-page news.

    Recently, he directed a Rolls Royce diss towards Porsha, and now she and Kenya Moore have responded. Plus, did he throw another insult at his soon-to-be ex-wife? This is all happening while Porsha is doing whatever it takes to film RHOA in the immaculate home she once shared with the businessman. 

    As fans will recall, Simon recently congratulated Shamea Morton on getting a Rolls-Royce. He then noted that she would be the only lady on the cast of RHOA season 16 with one — seemingly meant to throw shade at Porsha.

    “Congratulations my good sis @shameamorton. I’m so happy for you. My brother Gerald has excellent taste in fine automobile. Look forward to watching the only cast member with a RR,” wrote Simon.

    However, he must have forgotten that Kenya also has the incredibly expensive luxury car, as she commented on his post reminding him. Simon has since deleted the post. 

    Later, Porsha took to social media to share a photo of them both with their respective Rolls-Royce models. She captioned the picture, “Girls run the world! #WorldStop#TheMoment 🔥 .” The post consists of two pictures. The first shows the two of them side by side. The second is of them hugging. Fans were excited about the images because many are hoping Porsha and Kenya are on good terms in the new season. 

    However, more recently Simon has had more to say on social media. He took to Instagram to discuss debt and bad credit and asked which one people would rather have. The businessman captioned the image, “A pig with lipstick does not make one beautiful because when the lipstick fades, all you see is what it always was….a pig 🐖”

    This comes after Porsha called him out for his “debt and citizenship problems.”

    Of course, the comments were not on his side. 

    One Instagram user said, “Bitter at its finest😫😫😂😂”

    Someone else replied, “We literally only tolerated you because of Porsha …… Simon go away!!!!!”

    And someone else stepped in with some insight, “These posts reflect a lack of emotional maturity, insecurity, impulsiveness, and poor conflict resolution skills. It suggests a need for better coping mechanisms and emotional intelligence. 🙏🏽”

    In other Porsha news, Radar Online is reporting that the star has served Simon with an emergency order to film RHOA in the home they shared. According to documents, she says filming in the home is “vital to her ability to sustain her income and employment.” This comes after she was awarded “sole, exclusive use” of the home. 

    Porsha’s legal team has even told Simon that she “would not film in areas that are personal to Husband, or areas that may contain information personal to Husband, including his bathroom, closet, office, etc.” However, he hasn’t changed his mind. Naturally, most people feel that this is Simon’s way of being petty and trying to make things more difficult for his estranged wife.

    Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams‘ divorce from Simon Guobadia is one of the biggest topics in reality TV this year. Unfortunately, it seems like it won’t be smooth sailing until the papers are actually signed. Recently, Porsha responded to Simon dragging the RHOA production team into the drama. 

    Fans will recall that Simon is requesting the production company behind the show sit for a deposition as well as hand over all forms of communication between them and Porsha that have anything to do with him. 

    According to Radar Online, Porsha is fighting back. Porsha is saying that Simon is trying to “overburden, annoy, harass, and oppress” with his request for Truly Original, which is the production company behind RHOA, to be involved with their divorce. The same is true for him wanting information about her income from RHOA for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. 

    Porsha goes on to say that his request to depose her employers was “not issued in good faith.”

    According to court documents filed by her legal team, “The Subpoena broadly requests contracts, amendments, memos of understanding, financial documents, all communications, photographs, videos, recordings, tapings, footage or filming, none of which is relevant to do with divorce, or at least no basis has been shown thus far why such an invasive inquiry into would be appropriate or reasonable.”

    Porsha also says that Simon’s request for income information is “not relevant whatsoever,” and that he is trying to sidestep their prenup. 

    The court docs say, “The Subpoena for Deposition issued in this matter by Respondent to True Entertainment, LLC was not issued in good faith, and is yet another deliberate and desperate attempt by Respondent to undermine the parties’ Prenuptial Agreement, overexpand the case, and delay enforcement of the parties’ Prenuptial Agreement and resolution of this matter as a whole.”

    Porsha also feels that Simon is “attempting to intimidate, harass, and threaten her reputation, career, and ability to earn income by intimidating and harassing her employer.”

    Radar Online is also reporting that Simon and his company, which is called Simcol, now have a default judgment against them for failure to respond to being sued over a bill for a private jet. According to court documents, he has been ordered to pay $887,000. The company, NetJets, sued Simon back in January. 

    Simon has said that the issue will be taken care of.

    News surrounding The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 continues to emerge. Of course, Porsha Williams recently announced that she’d be returning after a few years of hiatus. However, it seems the cast is shaping up as Marlo Hampton has announced she won’t be back.

    Additionally, rumors say that Sanya Richards-Ross also got the ax from the hit Bravo show. Plus, has the season 16 cast been revealed?

    The first bit of casting news for RHOA season 16 came when Kandi announced at The Grammys that she decided to leave the show. Many sources are claiming that the network needed to know her decision before they could move forward with casting other ladies. 

    Now, Marlo has told People that she will not be returning to the show for season 16. She said, “My contract with Real Housewives of Atlanta ended when season 15 wrapped. This break from RHOA is a fresh start, allowing me the space to participate in new creative entertainment projects focused on my future and not reliving my past.”

    Marlo continued, “My nephews are transitioning into pivotal stages of their academic adolescence, and I am focused on my representation in their eyes and getting back to showing my multifaceted lifestyle of philanthropy, fashion, and fabulosity! I am thankful for this amazing platform of Housewives, which has allowed me to bring awareness to foster care, my non-profit Glam It Up, Inc., and showcase my fashion showroom, Le’Archive.

    Marlo continued by saying, “I look forward to my continued relationship with Bravo and NBC Universal.”

    Many fans had speculated about Marlo’s future on the show. For one, it almost seemed her primary purpose was to antagonize Kandi, and with Kandi gone, what else would she do? Not only that, but many fans were displeased with her performance on the show after getting a peach. 

    Marlo first appeared on the show during season 4. She has appeared in multiple seasons but didn’t become a full-time housewife until season 14. 

    The Neighborhood Talk is also reporting that Sanya won’t be back for season 16. Sources told the outlet that Sanya and Marlo were informed of the decision this week. They are also saying that the cast will include Porsha, Kenya, Shamea, and Drew. Additionally, the three newbies will be Angela Reed, Akila Coleman, and Brit Eady. If this rumor is true, the cast will include Sheree as a friend.

    The franchise show has generated much discussion and speculation about veteran cast members making a comeback. With Porsha’s announcement of her return, fans are anticipating NeNe Leakes to follow suit.

    However, sources close to the show revealed to TMZ that NeNe isn’t in any talks to join the upcoming season 16. They were also told producers haven’t reached out to her to have any conversations about the possibility.

    This is disappointing news for Nene Leakes’ fans as they’ve been awaiting her return since her departure in 2020.

    Fans have flooded her comment section daily with comments such as, “Sign that RHOA contract along with Porsha -thanks management.”

    Another fan wrote, “@neneleakes miss you on my screen ❤️❤️❤️ come back please!”

    Kim Zolciak and her daughter, Brielle Biermann, are being sued.

    Just months after Brielle, 26, faced a lawsuit from American Express over an alleged $12,000 bill, which was later dismissed, and amid the many lawsuits filed against the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, the women are being accused of failing to pay for their 2019 Range Rover.

    According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on December 22, Ally Bank has filed a lawsuit against Kim and Brielle, stating that they’ve failed to meet the terms of their sales agreement, which required them to pay $1,903 each month for the vehicle.

    “Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under the Contract,” the suit said. “As of May 31, 2023, Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35. on the Contract.”

    In their lawsuit against Kim and Brielle, the bank has asked for permission to take possession of the car.

    As Kim continues to face financial hardships, including a $1 million tax lien, she and estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 38, are hoping to sell their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 9,500 square foot home in Milton, Georgia, recently cutting $500,000 off their $6 million asking price.

    In other Kim Zolciak news, details regarding her messy split from ex-husband Daniel Toce, who accused the former RHOA cast member of “cruel treatment,” have been revealed.

    According to a report, Daniel was thrown out of the Georgia home he shared with Kim as she filed for divorce in September 2001, just four months after they wed, and requested alimony for their daughter, Ariana Biermann, now 22.

    After separating in August of that year, when she was eight months pregnant with Ariana, Kim accused Daniel of cheating and “willfully and without justification deserted her and his unborn child,” and she couldn’t work at The Cheetah, an adult venue, due to her pregnancy and needed financial assistance.

    “Though Defendant has ample income, he has refused to equally share in the parties outstanding debt or mortgage of the marital home,” Kim claimed in the documents obtained by Radar Online. “As a result of Plaintiff’s pregnancy, childbirth, resulting loss of income and refusal by Defendant to provide financial assistance, Plaintiff is in dire financial straits.”

    Kim also said she owed $4,875.69 to Kmart and $900 to Children’s Place, among others, and Daniel was ultimately ordered to pay her $1,200 a month in child support (Kim was already receiving $628 a month from Brielle’s dad).

    Kim and Daniel’s divorce was finalized in February 2003, and years later, in 2011, he was convicted of sexual assault and sexual contact with a minor.

    In a new lawsuit against Bravo, Marco Vega — the butler on season two of the multi-franchise Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip — says Phaedra Parks and Brandi Glanville touched him without his consent.

    While he isn’t suing the reality stars, he says Bravo encourages its talent to act inappropriately for viewers’ entertainment.

    Marco Vega Is Suing Bravo & Citing His Interactions With Phaedra & Brandi

    According to TMZ, Vega says the situation unfolded during the cast trip to Dorinda Medley‘s Blue Stone Manor in Massachusetts. Marco reportedly highlighted a moment when — while dancing — Phaedra patted his booty before Brandi ripped off his shirt. This aired during the fourth episode of the seven-part series and featured the other Housewives shrieking in amusement.

    After a bourbon-fueled, prohibition-themed dinner party, viewers specifically saw the ladies cutting up while getting handsy with one another. Marco appeared to get in on the fun as well.

    Shortly after Phaedra had a lil’ moment with Marco, Brandi ripped off his shirt. In a confessional, Glanville declared, “Earn your money, Marco! Take your shirt off. Do something.”

    As a result, Marco says his wife was angered by the situation and noted that it sparked marital issues.

    Is Vanity Fair Also Cookin’ Something Up Against Bravo?

    News of Marco’s lawsuit follows Page Six reporting that Vanity Fair is in the process of conducting a months-long exposé on Bravo’s relationship with its talent.

    Citing a source, Page Six reports that the alleged exposé is “really going deep into what the women go through and what’s expected of them as members of the cast and members of the ‘Bravo family.’”

    Notably, YouTube blogger Up and Adam! also reported that he had knowledge of the alleged development since August.

    The rumored investigative piece has not yet been published.

    Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s home in Alpharetta, Georgia will soon hit the auction block following its foreclosure.

    According to a Fulton County notice of foreclosure posted Wednesday, Truist Bank will auction off the mansion on March 7 at the Fulton County Courthouse. According to the notice of foreclosure, as seen by ET, the foreclosure stems from Zolciak-Biermann and her husband, Kroy, defaulting on the $1.65 million loan they took out to buy the home on Oct. 23, 2012.

    ET has reached out to Zolciak-Biermann’s rep for comment.

    According to Zillow, the sprawling 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom home that sits on 1.78 acres is now worth approximately $2,780,900. She gave a tour of the home back in 2015 on her Bravo series, “Don’t Be Tardy”.

    The foreclosure and auction news comes after the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star took to social media back in November and addressed “haters” suggesting she sold her home for a paltry $257,000.

    “OK you guys, my house has not sold for $257,000,” she said in the video captured by the Instagram account @BravoHousewives (via People).” If you guys think I would let my home that we’ve put millions and millions of dollars into go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, okay? For real.”

    She didn’t end there. Zolciak-Biermann went on to say that she’ll be there for Christmas and that she’d be there in May for her birthday.

    “So, what are you gonna do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday in May, and I’m here for all these amazing dates? I’m here until I f***ing want to move, until I decide I don’t want to live here anymore. So, enjoy the view haters. You’re going to be seeing it for quite some time.”
