This scene was shown when Kartik and Naira first met in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Yes, the second season of YRKKH also had the same story.

    Naira changed her name to Tina and stayed at an orphange in Rishikesh. We saw how Akshara came to take her back and Naira hated Akshara. Later, just like Naira, even Rahi asks Anu to save her orphange and she will come with her.

    Even Kartik, Naira’s first meet scene has been copied in Anupamaa for Prem, Rahi’s first meet. Fans have noticed these similarities and are not happy with the makers for copying. The makers of both these shows are the team and they have copied the storyline.
